针对目前高校化学实验室安全管理现状,从实验室规章制度、实验室安全教育、化学试剂使用、实验仪器使用、实验室废弃物处理、实验室环境安全、实验室防护用具7各方面建立了化学实验室安全管理评价体系.基于改进的最优最劣法与隶属度理论,构造了高校化学实验室安全管理评价模型,对高校化学实验室安全管理进行评价.利用改进的最优最劣法(RBWM)为评价指标体系赋权,提高了评价结果的精确性,为高校开展化学实验室安全管理工作提供了参考.     

高新技术企业持续竞争优势评价模型与实证分析

在当前中国经济增速放缓、产能过剩、资源配置不均等的背景下,大力发展高新技术产业对经济社会全局和长远发展有着重大引领带动作用,而如何科学地评价我国高新技术企业持续竞争优势,对其提升核心竞争力具有重要的现实意义.本文通过构建了由显性优势、环境适应优势和再造优势三个层次共24个指标的高新技术企业持续竞争优势评价指标体系.通过层次分析法确定指标权重,结合模糊综合评价法与灰色关联分析法分别建立高新技术企业绝对持续竞争优势与相对持续竞争优势评价模型,并以三一重工为例进行实证分析.结合两种评价模型,企业既能对自身竞争优势进行系统分析,也能针对竞争对手进行客观比较.这为高新技术企业持续竞争优势的综合评价提供了一个可行的框架,使得企业各项管理工作更具有针对性和方向性,为今后在宏观层面进一步创造公平竞争环境的市场化改革提供了思路.     

高校数学公共课教材质量定量比较评价模型

首先建立了评价高校数学公共课教材质量的指标体系 ,依据该指标体系 ,运用层次分析法 ,构建了对高校数学公共课教材质量进行定量比较评价的模型 .最后给出了应用实例 ,介绍了具体的评价分析方法 .     

基于未确知测度理论的高校消防安全评价研究

为控制高校火灾事故发生频率和减少校园火灾伤亡人数,提高高校消防管理与应急能力,结合高校建筑特点,通过现场测试、专家打分等手段,构建包含高校师生职工、消防机械、消防管理、环境以及消防应急能力5个一级指标和23个二级指标的多因素高校消防安全评价体系.对体系中定性指标进行半定量化处理,对某些不能直接应用绝对数值分级的指标进行转化处理,依据未确知测度理论和层次分析法与评价体系结合,将该评价模型应用于吉林省某高校,验证该体系的科学性及评价方法的可靠性.针对评价结果提出一系列消防安全管理问题与改进措施,为高校消防安全管理提供科学依据.

Fuzzy handoff algorithms for wireless communication

In order to manage the high call density expected of future cellular systems, microcells must be used. A migration to microcells will increase the number of handoffs, and require faster handoff algorithms – in terms of decision making. In the case of line-of-sight transmission, it is important that the handoff algorithm detects the cell boundary early enough, otherwise this will lead to channel dragging into the new cell subsequently increasing the chance of co-channel interference. In the case of non-line-of-sight transmission, a mobile station on turning a street corner will experience a phenomenon known as the Manhattan corner effect that causes the received signal level to drop by 20–30 dB in 20–30 m. This corner effect problem can lead to a loss of communication if not identified early enough. This paper presents two new handoff techniques using fuzzy logic as possible solutions to microcellular handoff. The first algorithm uses an adaptive fuzzy predictor, while the second uses a fuzzy averaging technique. The results of the simulation show that fuzzy is a viable option for microcellular handoff.     

改进模糊一致矩阵及其在工程评标中的应用

基于模糊一致矩阵的决策方法的不足之处,对模糊优先关系矩阵的构造、模糊一致矩阵的转化、排序方法等方面进行了改进.将改进后的决策方法用于建筑工程的综合评价,将决策者的思维量化,由定性向定量进行转化,构造出建筑工程的综合评价方案优选的改进模糊一致矩阵数学模型,为建筑工程评标数学模型的建立提供了影响因素量化排序的分析方法.实证分析结果表明,改进后的决策方法能更好地反映参评对象的实际情况.     

基于泛函分析的高校虚拟科研团队距离管理研究

随着通信和互联网技术的高速发展,在面对科研目标越来越复杂,学科划分越来越精细的背景下,组建跨时空、跨专业的虚拟科研团队将成为未来高校科研方式的主要发展方向.以某高校A虚拟科研团队为例,从行为距离这一新的视角分析虚拟科研团队管理中的行为难题,构建了虚拟科研团队的行为距离综合评价指标体系,采用了模糊评价原理来对行为距离进行度量.最后根据度量结果,提出了解决高校虚拟科研团队的距离难题的基本思路.     

A fuzzy goal programming approach to portfolio selection

Portfolio selection is a usual multiobjective problem. This paper will try to deal with the optimum portfolio for a private investor, taking into account three criteria: return, risk and liquidity. These objectives, in general, are not crisp from the point of view of the investor, so we will deal with them in fuzzy terms. The problem formulation is a goal programming (G.P.) one, where the goals and the constraints are fuzzy. We will apply a fuzzy G.P. approach to the above problem to obtain a solution. Then, we will offer the investor help in handling the results.

高校排名的因子分析法研究

采用因子分析法对高校排名进行了研究.文中选取了刻画高校信息的22个指标,利用SAS8软件进行因子分析,选取了三个主因子,计算出各高校在这三个因子上的得分,并以各自的方差作为权重构造综合评价模型,对全国具有研究生招生资格的大学进行了排名,并给出了前15名高校的排名信息。     

Fuzzy topological spaces and fuzzy compactness

It is the purpose of this paper to go somewhat deeper into the structure of fuzzy topological spaces. In doing so we found we had to alter the definition of a fuzzy topology used up to now. We shall also introduce two functors $\text{}\text{?}$gw and $\text{}\text{?}$gi which will allow us to see more clearly the connection between fuzzy topological spaces and topological spaces. Finally we shall introduce the concept of fuzzy compactness as the generalization of compactness in topology. It will be shown in a following publication that contrary to the results obtained up to now, the Tychonoff-product theorem is safeguarded with fuzzy compactness.     

A fuzzy stochastic single-period model for cash management

The major purpose of this paper is to apply a stochastic single-period inventory management approach to analyze optimal cash management policies with fuzzy cash demand based on fuzzy integral method so that total cost is minimized. We will find that, after defuzzification, the cash-raising amounts and the total costs between the fuzzy case and the crisp case are slightly different when the variation of cash demand is small. As a result, we point out that the fuzzy stochastic single-period model is one extension of the crisp models. In any case, one may conclude that a conscientious analysis in fuzzy mathematics like that presented in this paper provides a financial decision maker with a deeper insight into the more real cash management problem.     

Compactness in fuzzy convergence spaces

Lowen and Lowen [Applications of category theory to fuzzy subsets (Kluwer, 1992) p. 153] and Lowen et al. [Fuzzy Sets and Systems 40 (1991) 347] recently introduced the category FCS of fuzzy convergence spaces, a topological quasitopos which is a supercategory of FTS, the category of fuzzy topological spaces. In this paper, compactness in FCS is examined. Doing so we found that to define compactness as an absolute property we had to generalize the definition of fuzzy convergence space to fuzzy subsets. All basic theorems are proved including the Tychonoff product theorem. Based on the theory developed here, in a following publication, a Richardson compactification for fuzzy convergence spaces will be given.
