A hydrothermal reaction of WO3, CoCl2 and 4,4′-bipyridine, yields a novel organic-inorganic hybrid compound, Co2(bpy)6(W6O19)2, at 170°C. X-ray single crystal structure determination reveals a two-dimensional covalent structure belonging to monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c, with cell parameters a=19.971(4) Å, b=11.523(2) Å, c=16.138(3) Å, β=96.49(3)°, V=3690.0 Å3 and Z=2. The hexatungstate, [W6O19]2−, acts as a building block in bidentate fashion to bridge the Co(II) centers in the crystal structure. The title compound is found to have an optical energy gap of 2.2 eV from UV-Vis-NIR reflectance spectra.  相似文献

The Mn5−xCox(HPO4)2(PO4)2(H2O)4 (x=1.25, 2, 2.5, 3) finite solid solution has been synthesized by mild hydrothermal conditions under autogeneous pressure. The phases crystallize in the C2/c space group with Z=4, belonging to the monoclinic system. The unit-cell parameters obtained from single crystal X-ray diffraction are: a=17.525(1), b=9.0535(6), c=9.4517(7) Å, β=96.633(5) ° being R1=0.0436, wR2=0.0454 for Mn75Co25; a=17.444(2), b=9.0093(9), c=9.400(1) Å, β=96.76(1) ° being R1=0.0381, wR2=0.0490 for Mn60Co40; a=17.433(2), b=8.9989(9), c=9.405(1) Å, β=96.662(9) ° being R1=0.0438, wR2=0.0515 for Mn50Co50 and a=17.4257(9), b=8.9869(5), c=9.3935(5) Å, β=96.685(4) ° being R1=0.0296, wR2=0.0460 for Mn40Co60. The structure consists of a three dimensional network formed by octahedral pentameric entities (Mn,Co)5O16(H2O)6 sharing vertices with the (PO4)3− and (HPO4)2− tetrahedra. The limit of thermal stability of these compounds is, approximately, 165 °C, near to this mean temperature the phases loose their water content in two successive steps. IR spectra show the characteristic bands of the water molecules and the phosphate and hydrogen-phosphate oxoanions. The diffuse reflectance spectra are consistent with the presence of MO6 octahedra environments in slightly distorted octahedral geometry, except for the M(3)O6 octahedron which presents a remarkable distortion and so a higher Dq parameter. The mean value for the Dq and B-Racah parameter for the M(1),(2)O6 octahedra is 685 and 850 cm−1, respectively. These parameters for the most distorted M(3)O6 polyhedron are 825 and 880 cm−1, respectively. The four phases exhibit antiferromagnetic couplings as the major magnetic interactions. However, a small spin canting phenomenon is observed at low temperatures for the two phases with major content in the anisotropic-Co(II) cation.  相似文献

The first charge transfer salt based on non- dimerized [BEDO-TTF]+ monocationic radical (BEDO-TTF=bis(ethylenedioxy)tetrathiafulvalene) associated with [Mo6Br14]2− cluster anions has been synthesized by conventional electro-oxidation and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, UV-VIS-NIR absorption and magnetic susceptibility measurements. (BEDO-TTF)2Mo6Br14(PhCN)4 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a=10.414(4) Å, b=21.711(7) Å, c=15.958(5) Å, β=93.65(3)°, V=3601(2) Å3, Z=2, R1=0.0578, wR2=0.0731. The structure of this hybrid compound is built up from a [BEDO-TTF]+ and PhCN (benzonitrile) organic framework in which are hosted the [Mo6Br14]2− inorganic cluster units. It results in non- dimerized [BEDO-TTF]+ cations that exhibit a paramagnetic behavior characteristic of one unpaired electron.  相似文献

Well-crystallized cobalt and nickel hydrogencyanamide, Co(HNCN)2 and Ni(HNCN)2, were synthesized from the corresponding ammonia complexes [M(NH3)6]2+ under aqueous cyanamide conditions. The X-ray and neutron powder data evidence the orthorhombic system and space group Pnnm. The cell parameters for Co(HNCN)2 are a=6.572(1), b=8.805(2), c=3.267(1) Å, and Z=2; for the isotypic Ni(HNCN)2, the cell parameters arrive at a=6.457(1), b=8.768(2), c=3.230(1) Å. The octahedral coordinations of the metal ions are marginally squeezed, with interatomic distances of 4×Co-N=2.134(5) Å, 2×Co-N=2.122(9) Å, and 4×Ni-N=2.133(6) Å, 2×Ni-N=2.035(11) Å. The HNCN units appear as slightly bent (177.5(2)° for Co(HNCN)2 and 175.7(2)° for Ni(HNCN)2) and exhibit cyanamide shape character due to triple- and single-bond C-N distances (1.20(2) vs. 1.33(2) Å for Co(HNCN)2 and 1.15(2) vs. 1.38(2) Å for Ni(HNCN)2). The infrared vibration data compare well with those of the three existing alkali-metal hydrogencyanamides.  相似文献

The solid-state reactions of UO3 and WO3 with M2CO3 (M=Na, K, Rb) at 650°C for 5 days result, accordingly the starting stoichiometry, in the formation of M2(UO2)(W2O8) (M=Na (1), K (2)), M2(UO2)2(WO5)O (M=K (3), Rb (4)), and Na10(UO2)8(W5O20)O8 (5). The crystal structures of compounds 2, 3, 4, and 5 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction using Mo(Kα) radiation and a charge-coupled device detector. The crystal structures were solved by direct methods and Fourier difference techniques, and refined by a least-squares method on the basis of F2 for all unique reflections. For (1), unit-cell parameters were determined from powder X-ray diffraction data. Crystallographic data: 1, monoclinic, a=12.736(4) Å, b=7.531(3) Å, c=8.493(3) Å, β=93.96(2)°, ρcal=6.62(2) g/cm3, ρmes=6.64(1) g/cm3, Z=4; 2, orthorhombic, space group Pmcn, a=7.5884(16) Å, b=8.6157(18) Å, c=13.946(3) Å, ρcal=6.15(2) g/cm3, ρmes=6.22(1) g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.029 for 80 parameters with 1069 independent reflections; 3, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=8.083(4) Å, b=28.724(5) Å, c=9.012(4) Å, β=102.14(1)°, ρcal=5.83(2) g/cm3, ρmes=5.90(2) g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.037 for 171 parameters with 1471 reflections; 4, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=8.234(1) Å, b=28.740(3) Å, c=9.378(1) Å, β=104.59(1)°, ρcal=6.13(2) g/cm3,  g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.037 for 171 parameters with 1452 reflections; 5, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=24.359(5) Å, b=23.506(5) Å, c=6.8068(14) Å, β=94.85(3)°, ρcal=6.42(2) g/cm3,  g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.036 for 306 parameters with 5190 independent reflections. The crystal structure of 2 contains linear one-dimensional chains formed from edge-sharing UO7 pentagonal bipyramids connected by two octahedra wide (W2O8) ribbons formed from two edge-sharing WO6 octahedra connected together by corners. This arrangement leads to [UW2O10]2− corrugated layers parallel to (001). Owing to the unit-cell parameters, compound 1 probably contains similar sheets parallel to (100). Compounds 3 and 4 are isostructural and the structure consists of bi-dimensional networks built from the edge- and corner-sharing UO7 pentagonal bipyramids. This arrangement creates square sites occupied by W atoms, a fifth oxygen atom completes the coordination of W atoms to form WO5 distorted square pyramids. The interspaces between the resulting [U2WO10]2− layers parallel to plane are occupied by K or Rb atoms. The crystal structure of compound 5 is particularly original. It is based upon layers formed from UO7 pentagonal bipyramids and two edge-shared octahedra units, W2O10, by the sharing of edges and corners. Two successive layers stacked along the [100] direction are pillared by WO4 tetrahedra resulting in sheets of double layers. The sheets are separated by Na+ ions. The other Na+ ions occupy the rectangular tunnels created within the sheets. In fact complex anions W5O2010− are built by the sharing of the four corners of a WO4 tetrahedron with two W2O10 dimmers, so, the formula of compound 5 can be written Na10(UO2)8(W5O20)O8.  相似文献

The preparation by hydrothermal reaction and the crystal structure of the iron(III) carboxyethylphosphonate of formula [NH4][Fe2(OH){O3P(CH2)2CO2}2] is reported. The green-yellow compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Pc(n.7), with the following unit-cell parameters: a=7.193(3) Å, b=9.776(3) Å, c=10.17(4) Å and β=94.3(2)°. It shows a typical layered hybrid organic-inorganic structure featuring an alternation of organic and inorganic layers along the a-axis of the unit cell. The bifunctional ligand [O3P(CH2)2CO2]3− is deprotonated and acts as a linker between adjacent inorganic layers, to form pillars along the a-axis. The inorganic layers are made up of dinuclear Fe(III) units, formed by coordination of the metal ions with the oxygen atoms originating from the [O3P−]2− end of the carboxyethylphosphonate molecules, the oxygen atoms of the [−CO2] end group of a ligand belonging to the adjacent layer and the oxygen atom of the bridged OH group. Each Fe(III) ion is six-coordinated in a very distorted octahedral environment. Within the dimer the Fe-Fe separation is found to be 3.5 Å, and the angle inside the [Fe(1)-O(11)-Fe(2)] dimers is ∼124°. The resulting 3D framework contains micropores delimited by four adjacent dimers in the (bc) planes of the unit cell. These holes develop along the a-direction as tunnel-like pores and [NH4]+ cations are located there. The presence of the μ-hydroxo-bridged [Fe(1)-O(11)-Fe(2)] dimers in the lattice is also responsible for the magnetic behavior of the compound at low temperatures. The compound contains Fe3+ ions in the high-spin state and the two Fe(III) ions are antiferromagnetic coupled. The J/k value of −16.3 K is similar to those found for other μ-hydroxo-bridged Fe(III) dimeric systems having the same geometry.  相似文献

Three new compounds Ca(HF2)2, Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 and Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) were obtained in the system metal(II) fluoride and anhydrous HF (aHF) acidified with excessive PF5. The obtained polymeric solids are slightly soluble in aHF and they crystallize out of their aHF solutions. Ca(HF2)2 was prepared by simply dissolving CaF2 in a neutral aHF. It represents the second known compound with homoleptic HF environment of the central atom besides Ba(H3F4)2. The compounds Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 and Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) represent two additional examples of the formation of a polymeric zigzag ladder or ribbon composed of metal cation and fluoride anion (MF+)n besides PbF(AsF6), the first isolated compound with such zigzag ladder. The obtained new compounds were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction method and partly by Raman spectroscopy. Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 crystallizes in a triclinic space group P1¯ with a=4.5870(2) Å, b=8.8327(3) Å, c=11.2489(3) Å, α=67.758(9)°, β=84.722(12), γ=78.283(12)°, V=413.00(3) Å3 at 200 K, Z=1 and R=0.0588. The compounds M[PO2(OH)2]2·2H2O (M=Mg, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Cd) were prepared from super-saturated aqueous solutions at room temperature. Single-crystal X-ray structure investigations of members with M=Ni, Zn, Cd were performed at 295 and 120 K. The space-group symmetry is P21/n, Z=2. The unit-cell parameters are at 295/120 K for M=Ni: a=7.240(2)/7.202(2), b=9.794(2)/9.799(2), c=5.313(1)/5.285(1) Å, β=94.81(1)/94.38(1)°, V=375.4/371.9 Å3; M=Zn: a=7.263(2)/7.221(2), b=9.893(2)/9.899(3), c=5.328(1)/5.296(2) Å, β=94.79(1)/94.31(2)°, V=381.5/377.5 Å3; M=Cd: a=7.356(2)/7.319(2), b=10.416(2)/10.423(3), c=5.407(1)/5.371(2) Å, β=93.85(1)/93.30(2)°, V=413.4/409.1 Å3. Layers of corner-shared MO6 octahedra and phosphate tetrahedra are linked by three of the four crystallographically different hydrogen bonds. The fourth hydrogen bond (located within the layer) is worth mentioning because of the short Oh?O bond distance of 2.57-2.61 Å at room temperature (2.56-2.57 Å at 120 K); only for M=Mg it is increased to 2.65 Å. Any marked temperature-dependent variation of the unit-cell dimension is observed only vertical to the layers. The analysis of the infrared (IR) spectroscopy data evidences that the internal PO4 vibrations are insensitive to the size and the electronic configuration of the M2+ ions. The slight strengthening of the intra-molecular P-O bonds in the Mg salt is caused by the more ionic character of the Mg-O bonds. All IR spectra exhibit the characteristic “ABC trio” for acidic salts: 2900-3180 cm−1 (A band), 2000-2450 cm−1 (B band) and 1550-1750 cm−1 (C band). Both the frequency and the intensity of the A band provide an evidence that the PO2(OH)2 groups in M[PO2(OH)2]2·2H2O compounds form weaker hydrogen bonds as compared with other acidic salts with comparable O?O bond distances of about 2.60 Å. The observed shift of the O-H stretching vibrations of the water molecule in the order M=Mg>Mn≈Fe≈Co>Ni>Zn≈Cd has been discussed with respect to the influence of both the character and the strength of M↔H2O interactions.  相似文献

The preparation of the potassium salt of hexathiocyanate Re(IV) as a pure and crystalline solid is described. The crystal structure for [{K(H2O)2}2{Re(NCS)6}] (P21/c, a = 8.29132(8) Å, b = 15.0296(2) Å, c = 8.5249(1) Å, β = 90.885(1)°, V = 1062.21(2) Å3) revealed the formation of a 3-D coordination polymer based on K-S linkages. This organization leads to rather short intermolecular S···S contacts. The magnetic behavior for the compound is characterized by substantial antiferromagnetic interactions (with Curie-Weiss parameters C = 1.93 cm3mol−1 and θ = −171 K) that in turn lead to a weak ferromagnet with TC = 13 K.  相似文献

The uranyl and neptunyl(VI) iodates, K3[(UO2)2(IO3)6](IO3)·H2O (1) and K[NpO2(IO3)3]·1.5H2O (2), have been prepared and crystallized under mild hydrothermal conditions. The structures of 1 and 2 both contain one-dimensional 1[AnO2(IO3)3]1−(An=U,Np) ribbons that consist of approximately linear actinyl(VI) cations bound by iodate anions to yield AnO7 pentagonal bipyramids. The AnO7 units are linked by bridging iodate anions to yield chains that are in turn coupled by additional iodate anions to yield ribbons. The edges of the ribbons are terminated by monodentate iodate anions. For 1 and 2, K+ cations and water molecules separate the ribbons from one another. In addition, isolated iodate anions are also found between 1[UO2(IO3)3]1− ribbons in 1. In order to aid in the assignment of oxidation states in neptunyl containing compounds, a bond-valence sum parameter of 2.018 Å for Np(VI) bound exclusively to oxygen has been developed with b=0.37 Å. The hydrothermal syntheses, single crystal structures, and some properties of Ba2MnIIMn2III(SeO3)6 and PbFe2(SeO3)4 are reported. These related phases contain three-dimensional frameworks of vertex (FeO6) and vertex/edge linked (MnO6) octahedra and SeO3 pyramids. In each case, the MO6/SeO3 framework encloses two types of 8 ring channels, one of which encapsulates the extra-framework cations and one of which provides space for the SeIV lone pairs. [Ce(Suc)] is triclinic, a=7.961 (3) Å, b=8.176 (5) Å, c=14.32 (2) Å, α=97.07° (7), β=96.75° (8), γ=103.73° (6), and z=2. The crystal structure of this compound has been determined using 3120 unique single crystal data. The final refinements let the agreement factors R1 and wR2(F2) converge to 0.0138 and 0.0363, respectively. [Ce(Suc)] is built up from infinite chains of edge-sharing nine-fold coordinated cerium atoms running along [100]. These chains are interconnected by the carbon atoms of the succinate anions, leading to a three-dimensional hybrid framework. The cell constants of [Sm(Suc)], isotypic with monoclinic C2/c [Pr(H2O)]2[O2C(CH2)2CO2]3·H2O ([Pr(Suc)]), were refined starting from X-ray powder data: a=20.275 (3) Å, b=7.919 (6) Å, c=14.130 (3) Å, and β=121.45° (1). Despite its lower symmetry, [Ce(Suc)] presents an important structural filiation with [Sm(Suc)]  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional inorganic-organic hybrid compound, Mn(H2O)[HO3PCH2NH(CH2CO2)2] from a hydrothermal reaction of Mn (II) ion with N-(phosphonomethyl)iminodiacetic acid (H4PMIDA) was reported. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n with cell dimensions of a=5.215(5) Å, b=14.111(15) Å, c=12.727(12) Å, β=93.646(16)°, V=934.6(16) Å3 and Z=4. In this structure each Mn atom is six-coordinated with the carboxylic groups and phosphonic groups to form layers along the bc plane. These layers are further connected with the organic moieties of H2PMIDA, resulting in a complicated three-dimensional network structure. Thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectrum and magnetic susceptibility of this compound are given.  相似文献

K2Li(NH2)3 (1) was the only crystalline product obtained from the reaction of potassium with dilithium decahydro-closo-decaborate Li2B10H10 in liquid ammonia at −38 °C. The compound crystallizes in the space group P42/m with Z=4, a=6.8720(5) Å, c=11.706(1) Å and V=552.81(7) Å3. The investigated crystal-chemically isotypic sodium compound K2Na(NH2)3 (2) was merohedrally twinned and crystallized from a reaction mixture containing potassium and disodium decahydro-closo-decaborate Na2B10H10 in liquid ammonia with a=7.0044(5) Å, c=12.362(1) Å and V=606.48(9) Å3. The compounds contain pairs of edge sharing tetraamidolithium or tetraamidosodium tetrahedra which are interconnected by potassium ions forming three-dimensional infinite networks.  相似文献

A nonmetal pentaborate [C6H13N2][B5O6(OH)4] (1) has been synthesized by 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] octane (DABCO) and boric acid, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group Cc (no. 9), a=10.205(2) Å, b=14.143(3) Å, c=11.003(2) Å, β=113.97(3)°, V=1451.1(5) Å3, Z=4. The anionic units, [B5O6(OH)4], are interlinked via hydrogen bonding to form a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular network containing large channels, in which the protonated [C6H13N2]+ cations are located. Second-harmonic generation (SHG) measurements on the powder samples reveal that 1 exhibits SHG efficiency approximately 0.9 times that of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP).  相似文献
