用308nm准分子激光对几种卷烟用纸打标的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
激光打标由于具有快速、精度高及非接触等优点,是激光在工业领域的又一应用。准分子激光是一种大功率高重复率的紫外激光器,与CO2、YAG等红外激光相比,一般具有打标效率高、热效应小、图案更精密等优点。近年来国内外均对准分子激光打标进行了一些研究,主要集中在对金属、高分子聚合物及陶瓷等硬脆材料的打标的研究。本文研究了用308nm准分子激光对几种卷烟用纸打标。用适当能量密度的308nm准分子激光对印有数种颜色的烟盒纸、过滤嘴纸打标,获得了清晰可见的图案标记。分析了该打标过程的作用机理,通过实验得出了对几种不同的卷烟用纸打标的能量密度阈值条件及优化条件。 相似文献

激光器的打标速度、频率、填充间隔、电流、离焦量等工艺参数直接影响空气开关的打标效果。实验根据5因素4水平正交表L16(45)改变激光工艺参数,利用分光测色计和二维码扫描器对激光标记分别进行色差和读码率的测量,通过正交分析法和极差法研究激光工艺参数对打标效果的影响。研究表明:色差与读码率的数据趋于正比关系,并且存在一个阈值色差;当激光参数的速度为1 000 mm/s、频率为20~30 kHz、填充间隔为0.04 mm、电流为28 A、离焦量为-1 mm时,在空气开关上打标出点密度合适、色差对比度高、易于读取的二维码。 相似文献

采用显微激光共焦拉曼散射光谱扫描系统对活态红细胞进行拉曼光谱(点测定、线扫描、二维扫描)测定及成像的技术与方法进行了研究,并对514 nm激光对红细胞在拉曼扫描中的影响进行了评价。通过扫描前后细胞的拉曼光谱变化和亮场图像变化确定了在不同扫描模式下既可获得较好的拉曼散射信号,又不会影响细胞生命活动与功能的合适扫描参数的设置。对于点扫描模式,样品激光功率是重点调节的参数,一般应小于1.5 mW。对于线扫描模式,照射激光功率和扫描间隔(步进)是要重点关注的参数。小扫描间隔意味着激光能量相对聚集,易对细胞造成损伤;大扫描间隔可以较好地降低激光对细胞的损伤,但是空间分辨率会因此而下降。对于线扫描,建议扫描间隔大于0.5 μm、照射激光功率小于0.7 mW。对于二维扫描,除照射激光功率、扫描间隔需要调节外,其他扫描参数也要作相应调节以降低激光对红细胞的影响,可适当降低样品温度和增加共焦孔径尺寸降低二维扫描过程中激光对红细胞的影响。1.0 μm扫描间隔、0.7 mW的照射激光功率和500 μm共焦孔径,以及样品温度适当调低可得到较好的二维红细胞拉曼图像。对于所有扫描模式,如果得到的红细胞的拉曼信号足够强,也可适当降低曝光积分时间以降低激光对红细胞的影响。实验前进行实验过程的优化对活态细胞的拉曼测试也非常重要。 相似文献

为解决扫描镜摆角实时动态非接触测量问题,基于激光检测技术和CCD探测技术,提出一种红外地球敏感器扫描镜摆角激光动态测试方法,并研制了扫描镜摆角动态测试系统,其可实现扫描镜的摆动频率、零位角、幅值、峰峰值平均等参量的动静态激光非接触测量。介绍了系统的组成和总体结构,着重对扫描镜摆角动态测量理论和大视场、大相对孔径特殊线性扫描光学系统的设计方法进行了分析与探讨,通过建立系统的数学模型,解决了测量数据误差修正与图形处理问题。对测量系统的精度进行了验证,结果表明系统的摆角测量范围为0~±12°,分辨力为0.01°,动静态测量精度优于±0.04°。 相似文献

Laser scanning systems are extensively applied in laser marking, laser printers, laser projection, and laser coding. They represent a very mature technique in the marking industry, and the galvanometric scanning systems are usually adopted in the laser marking system. Although the galvanometric scanning system usually increases the marking speed, it is usually accompanied by field distortion. The paper gives a correction method for the field distortion of a laser marking system, which, using the surface curve fitting function, corrected the control system of the scanning system. The field distortion errors of the laser marking system are corrected by the surface compensation function, which, using the surface curve fitting method, obtained the corrected position of laser spots. The results in this paper indicate that field-distortion errors of laser marking systems are effectively corrected by the surface compensation function. Moreover, the compensation method would be widely adopted to increase the accuracy of most two-dimensional machine systems, such as XY table, etc. 相似文献

Laser marking is an important branch of laser processing technology, and has been widely used in many fields of industry. Digital signal processor (DSP) is an incredibly fast and powerful microprocessor that can deal with signals in real time. Not only it is portable but has the ability to integrate the processing signals of subsystems. In this research, it is emphasized that we designed a scribing laser marking system based on a DSP in galvanometric marking method. To control the rotating angle of the galvanometric scanning mirrors more accurately, we combine the D/A converter of the DSP with the human–machine interface successfully. 为解决现有激光扫描投影系统中需要手动标定的问题,提出了融合单目视觉的激光扫描投影系统自标定方法。首先建立了融合单目视觉技术的激光扫描投影系统模型,给出了融合单目视觉的激光扫描投影系统自标定方法;其次建立了单目相机与激光扫描投影系统、被投影物体之间的数学模型;最后运用Matlab软件进行模拟仿真,证明融合单目视觉的激光扫描投影系统自标定方法可以解决上述问题。同时为验证融合单目视觉的激光扫描投影系统自标定方法的精度是否满足激光扫描投影系统的需求,将Matlab软件求解的实验结果与SA软件求解的实验结果进行对比,并分析精度与距离、角度等外部因素的关系。仿真实验结果表明:当距离一定时,单目相机旋转角度为55°时,单目相机距离投影仪和被投影物体的范围为1.5~3 m,且满足投影仪的精度要求。同时通过自主搭建新型激光扫描投影系统,证明了融合单目视觉的激光扫描投影系统自标定方法具有实际可操作性和可行性。 相似文献

In this work, the technical aspects of laser marking using organo-metallic films of different compositions are reported. Orasols of different types and palladium (II) acetate are used, for the first time, to produce permanent markings of various colors on different substrates. Ceramic and plastic substrates were used. The deposition process is a photothermal process and the markings were carried out using an argon ion laser operating at λ = 514 nm. Two laser marking techniques are used with the orasol dyes and palladium (II) acetate. The first of these two techniques is mask marking, where laser light is projected onto a workpiece through a mask replicating the information to be marked. The second technique applied is real-time motion marking. The workpiece was translated under the stationary laser beam using a programmable stage translator. For both techniques, optimum marking parameters (scanning speed/exposure time, power, and deposited line width) are reported along with typical examples. 相似文献

研制了一种激光共焦扫描显微内窥镜,采用望远式显微内窥光学系统,同时实现长距离的图像中继传输、远心f-theta光学扫描和显微内窥成像功能.二维共焦扫描由双振镜实现,低噪音扫描控制信号由嵌入式系统产生.为实现便携式应用,激光共焦扫描显微内窥镜采用小型化设计方案.首先,体内的显微内窥成像光学系统,外径尺寸为8 mm,工作长度为250.3 mm,可通过标准腹腔镜手术孔进行体内显微内窥成像;其次,采用3 mm通光孔径的小尺寸平面反射镜实现体外共焦扫描,摆动频率为100 Hz,实现快速共焦扫描;最后,激光控制和荧光探测仅通过电缆和光纤与共焦扫描显微内窥镜前端连接,减小了显微内窥镜的前端尺寸和重量.通过实验验证,本系统的成像视场为φ 600 μm,光学分辨率为2.2 μm,可采用手持式或者其他方式工作,进行体内组织的共焦扫描成像,实现微创、在体的荧光显微内窥术. 相似文献

太赫兹成像可用于安检、反恐和工业生产等领域,已成为研究热点。由于连续太赫兹激光源体积较小、操作简单,因此,近几年对连续太赫兹激光成像的研究越来越多。基于C02激光泵浦甲醇气体生成的118.83μm激光,采用室温单元探测器、二维位移平台、聚乙烯透镜、光阑和计算机等器件组成的扫描透射成像系统对物体进行了成像实验,比较分析了扫描步长分别为1mm和0.5mm的成像结果。实验结果表明,由于增加光阑,实际成像功率下降,但此套成像系统在激光输出功率约为20mW时,仍成像清晰,且步长为0.5mm的成像效果更好。 相似文献

Optical scanning plays a very important role in LADAR system for large field of view (FOV). But it introduces the optical scanning lag effect due to the optical scanning and the time delay between laser pulse transmitting and receiving. Optical scanning lag angle will make a part of received optical energy fall out of the optical sensitive area of detector, which will greatly degrade the detecting performance of LADAR in many cases. Optical scanning lag effect and optical scanning lag angle are firstly computational analyzed in detail in this paper.
