该文讨论了Kolmogorov-Spieqel-Siveshinky方程的周期初值问题, 研究了半离散Fourier拟谱解的长时间行为, 证明了半离散系统的收敛性和整体吸引子的存在性. 构造了全离散的三层显式Fourier拟谱格式, 并证明了该格式的收敛性, 最后通过数值计算验证了格式的可信性. 数值结果表明: 该格式是长时间稳定并可取时间大步长. 作者模拟了方程的解在相空间的轨线, 得到了一些有意义的结论.  相似文献

A method based on a priori energetic estimates of solutions to elliptic boundary value problems is used. Approximate analytical solution of simplified Navier–Stokes and Fourier–Kirchhoff equations describing free convective heat transfer from isothermal surface has been presented. It is supposed that the surface has the horizontal axis of symmetry and its axial cross-section lateral boundary is a concave function. The equation for the boundary layer thickness is derived for typical for natural convection assumptions. The most important are that the convective fluid flow is stationary and the normal to the surface component of velocity is negligibly small in comparison with the tangential one. The theoretical results are verified by two characteristic cases of the revolution surfaces namely for horizontal conic and vertical round plate. Both limits of presented solution coincide with known formulas.  相似文献

The problem on the stress-strain state of layered cylindrical shells with bottoms of intricate shape under the action of internal pressure is considered. The elastic system examined is formed by spiral-circular winding. Two variants of the shell bottom structure are investigated. In the first variant, one spiral layer is installed, which leads to great variations in the bottom thickness along the meridian. In the second one, the bottoms are formed according to the zone-winding scheme. The stress state of the shell constructions of the classes considered is determined by solving boundary-value problems for systems of ordinary differential equations. The solution results for cylindrical shells with elliptic bottoms for the two types of winding are given. It is shown that the zone winding leads to smaller deflections and stresses than the conventional ways of reinforcing shell bottoms.  相似文献

In this paper, a mathematical model for tumor growth with time delay in proliferation under indirect effect of inhibitor is studied. The delay represents the time taken for cells to undergo mitosis. Nonnegativity of solutions is investigated. The steady-state analysis is presented with respect to the magnitude of the delay. Existence of Hopf bifurcation is proved for some parameter values. Local and global stability of the stationary solutions are proved for other ones. The analysis of the effect of inhibitor's parameters on tumor's growth is presented. The results show that dynamical behavior of solutions of this model is similar to that of solutions for corresponding non-retarded problems for some parameter values.  相似文献

A nonclassical analytical model for the stress-strain state of composite beams with account of shear strains is suggested. It is assumed that the beam is piecewise heterogeneous across its height. Normal and tangential loads operate on its upper and lower surfaces and on interfaces. The model describes the distribution of tangential displacements across the thickness of plies by a third-degree polynomial. The corresponding system of differential equations is obtained by the variational method and contains two equations. The first one is an analog of the equation of classical theory of beams for deflections, and the second one is an analog of the equation of the theory for the bending moment from the generalized load. The solutions to test problems are compared with three-dimensional solutions and with experimental results for simply supported and clamped beams of different composite structure. An applied engineering problem is solved for a multispan statically indeterminate beam.  相似文献

The numerical solution of the initial value problem for a system of delay differential-algebraic equations is examined in the framework of the parametric continuation method. Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for transforming this problem to the best argument, which ensures the best condition for the corresponding system of continuation equations. The best argument is the arc length along the integral curve of the problem. Algorithms and programs based on the continuous and discrete continuation methods are developed for the numerical integration of this problem. The efficiency of the suggested transformation is demonstrated using test examples.  相似文献

The problem of continuously dynamic multiobjective optimization, or multiobjective control, is discussed. The concepts of nondominated controls and viable controls are introduced. For a class of nonlinear dynamic systems, the convexity of their controlled Carathéodory trajectories is proved. Based on this convexity, sufficient conditions are given for the solution of a multiobjective control problem to be obtained in terms of solutions of weighting problems.This work was partly done at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. The Elenbaas problem of electric discharge origination is considered. The mathematical model is an elliptic boundary-value problem with a parameter and discontinuous nonlinearity. The nontrivial solutions of the problem determine the free boundaries separating different phase states. A survey of results obtained for this problem is given. The greatest lower bound λmin of the values of the parameter λ for which the electric discharge is possible is obtained. The fact that the discharge domain appears for any λ ≥ λmin is proved. The range of the parameter values for which the boundary of the discharge domain is of two-dimensional Lebesgue measure zero is determined. An unsolved problem is formulated.  相似文献

The dynamics of the hybrid systems of aerial cable-ways is investigated. The eigenvalue problems are considered for such hybrid systems with different assumptions. An overview of different methods for eigenvalue problems is given. In the research, the method of normal fundamental systems is applied, which turns out to be very effective for the considered problems. The linear stability of the linear Phan-Thien Tanner (PTT) fluid model is investigated for plane Poiseuille flow. The PTT model involves parameters that can be used to fit shear and extensional data, which makes it suitable for describing both polymer solutions and melts. The base flow is determined using a Chebyshev-tau method. The linear stability equations are also discretized using Chebyshev approximations to furnish a generalized eigenvalue problem. The spectrum is shown to comprise a continuous part and a discrete part. The theoretical and numerical results are validated for the UCM and Oldroyd-B models, which are special cases of the PTT model, by comparing with results in the literature. It is demonstrated that the linear PTT fluid is stable to infinitesimal disturbances with respect to the range of shear-thinning, extensional and elasticity parameters considered. The computational efficiency and accuracy of the numerical method are also investigated.  相似文献

The standard wave-splitting approach for the wave equation in inhomogeneous media is first reexamined. Next, by analogy with the theory of wave propagation through singular surfaces, a characterization is given for a function in space-time to represent a wave propagating in a direction. The condition is applied in connection with a simple example and found to be quite restrictive. The same problem is then considered in the Fourier-transform domain where the unknown function is an n-tuple satisfying a system of ordinary differential equations. The condition for propagation in a direction is established for the Fourier components. Next, some physical problems are considered which are expressed by partial differential equations or by integro-differential equations. The associated first-order system of equations is examined in terms of the eigenvalues of a matrix. This shows that, for any eigenvalue, the direction of propagation may change with the frequency and that arguments about the dominance of the principal part of the operator may cease to hold.  相似文献

Summary The Spearman estimator is designed to be a nonparametric estimator for the expectation of a tolerance distribution. We characterize the one-parameter families of distributions (the parameter being the mean of the distribution) for which the Spearman estimator has asymptotic efficiency one. In particular, when the parameter indexes the location, the characterizing distribution is the logistic distribution. In any other case of efficiency one, the family of distributions is given by certain transformations of a logistic distribution. 第七届全国研究生数学建模竞赛A题是生物信息学中的一个急需解决的问题.虽然有关问题的研究已经经历了十多年,但由于问题的复杂性,人们的认识还很局限,基本的结论大多还以定性的为主,定量的探讨正方兴未艾.对参赛队员来讲解决该问题是一个极大的挑战.研究生们在讨论该问题时,大多直接进行分类.然而对于一个小样本的学习问题,显然这样做是行不通的.所以问题的关键是从数学和生物学角度减少用于分类的特征数目.同时,对于获取的基因标签,需要从临床上或生物学角度找到验证.该问题的求解过程引导研究生们从数学建模走向解决实际问题.  相似文献

A model of deformation of stochastic composites subjected to microdamage is developed for the case of orthotropic materials with microdamages accumulating in the fibers. The composite is treated as a matrix strengthened with elliptic fibers with orthotropic elastic properties. The fractured microvolumes are modeled by a system of randomly distributed quasi-spherical pores. The porosity balance equation and relations for determining the effective elastic moduli for the case of a fibrous composite with orthotropic components are used as the fundamental relations. The fracture criterion is given as a limit value of the intensity of average shear stresses occurring in the undamaged part of the material, which is assumed to be a random function of coordinates and is described by the Weibull distribution. Based on an analytical and numerical approach, the algorithm for determining the nonlinear deformation properties of such a material is constructed. The nonlinearity of composite deformations is caused by the accumulation of microdamages in the fibers. By using a numerical solution, the nonlinear stress–strain diagrams for an orthotropic composite in uniaxial tension are obtained. The collective motion of organisms is observed at almost all levels of biological systems. In this paper the density-velocity model of the collective motion of organisms is analyzed. This model consists of a system of nonlinear parabolic equations, a forced Burgers equation for velocity and a mass conservation equation for density. These equations are supplemented with the Neumann boundary conditions for the density and the Dirichlet boundary conditions for the velocity. The existence, uniqueness and regularity of solution for the density-velocity problem is proved in a bounded 1D domain. Moreover, a priori estimates for the solutions are established, and existence of an attractor is proved. Finally, some numerical approximations for asymptotical behavior of the density-velocity model are presented.  相似文献

Three methodological issues are discussed that are important for the analysis of data on networks in organizations. The first is the two-level nature of the data: individuals are nested in organizations. This can be dealt with by using multilevel statistical methods. The second is the complicated nature of statistical methods for network analysis. The third issue is the potential of mathematical modeling for the study of network effects and network evolution in organizations. Two examples are given of mathematical models for gossip in organizations. The first example is a model for cross-sectional data, the second is a model for longitudinal data that reflect the joint development of network structure and individual behavior tendencies.  相似文献
