The effects of -, -, dm-(heptakis(2,6-di-O-methyl)--) and -cyclodextrins (CD) on the kinetics of the electron-transfer reaction of the ferrocenemonocarboxylate anion (FCA) with bis(pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylato)cobaltate(III) have been investigated in aqueous solution (0.20 M Na2HPO4, pH 9.2) at 25.0°C. Substantial decreases in the rate constants for the electron-transfer reactions were observed upon cyclodextrin inclusion of the reductant, due to an increase in the FCA0/– reduction potential and to the insulation of the reductant from oxidant. The inclusion stability constants for {FCA·CD} were evaluated from the1H NMR and kinetic data, and the order of the stability constants was found to be -CDdm-CD-CD>-CD.  相似文献

Using a simple molecular mechanics approach interaction energy profiles of simple probes (C, CH4, C6H6, H2O, NH4 +, and HCOO-) passing through the center of the -CD ring cavity along the main molecular symmetry axis were first evaluated. Molecular Electrostatic Potential (MEP) values along the same path were also evaluated. The effect of the flexibility of the host -CD molecule together with solute-solvent (H2O) interactions have been represented by averaging structures of MD calculations for -CD alone and -CD surrounded by 133 H2O molecules. The effect of various substitutions of -CD has also been evaluated. Small symmetric hydrophobic probes (such as C, CH4, C6H6) are predicted to form stable inclusion complexes with non-substituted and substituted -CDs, the probe position typically being near the cavity center. The stability of the inclusion complexes will increase with increasing size and aliphatic character of the probe. Small polar and charged probes (such as H2O, NH4 +, HCOO-) are predicted to prefer the interaction with the solvent (water) in the bulk phase rather than the formation of inclusion complexes with non-substituted and substituted -CDs. Guest–host interactions in the stable inclusion complexes with hydrophobic probes are almost entirely dominated by dispersion interactions. The MEP reaches magnitudes close to zero in the center of the non-substituted -CD ring cavity and in most of the studied substituted -CDs and shows maximum positive or negative values outside of the cavity, near the ring faces. Substitution of -CD by neutral substituents leads to enhanced binding of hydrophobic probes and significant changes in the MEP profile along the -CD symmetry axis.  相似文献

2,3-Dihydroxypyridine loaded (via –N=N–linker) Amberlite XAD-2 (AXAD-2-DHP) was prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, TGA and FT-IR spectra. It (1g packed in a column of 1cm diameter; surface area 135.5m2g–1) was found to be an effective solid phase sorbent for enriching Zn2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Fe3+ and Co2+ at pH 3.5 to 7.0 using flow rates between 1.0–5.0mLmin–1. For desorption (recovery 97.0–99.8%) of the metal ions, 8 to 10mL of 2.0molL–1 HCl or 1.5molL–1 HNO3 at a flow rate of between 2.0 and 4.0mLmin–1 were found most suitable. The t1/2 (time for 50% sorption) is between 2 and 10min when a 50mL solution (containing a total amount of metal of 2mg) was equilibrated with 0.5g of resin. Sorption of all metal ions except Pb2+ follows the Langmuir model, whereas for Pb the data fits with the Freundlich model. The sorption capacity is between 60.7 (for Cd) and 406.7 (for Cu) µmolg–1. The resin can withstand an acid concentration of 6molL–1 and can be reused for thirty cycles of sorption–desorption. The preconcentration factor varies between 100 and 300. For Cd, Ni and Cu the sorption capacity of 2,3-dihydroxypyridine loaded cellulose is lower than that of the present resin. The tolerance limits of electrolytes, humic acid, complexing agents, Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the enrichment of all metal ions are reported. The limits of detection are 3.88, 5.37, 8.72, 13.88, 4.71, 1.24, 0.59 and 0.30µgL–1 for Zn2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Fe3+ and Co2+, respectively. The calibration curves for flame AAS determination were linear in the ranges 0.018–1.0, 0.067–5.0, 0.2–5.0, 0.9–20, 0.028–2.0, 0.077–5.0, 0.19–10 and 0.1–3.5µgmL–1, respectively. All the eight metal ions in river and synthetic water samples, Co in vitamin tablets and Zn in milk samples have been quantitatively enriched with Amberlite XAD-2-DHP and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.  相似文献

The determination of the properties of aqueous salt solutions of poly(ethylene oxide) has been extended to the cloud point, and temperature measurements have been made at several concentrations for various salts (flourides, iodides, acetates, formates, phosphates, bromides, thiosulfates and perchlorates). The resulting dependency of the critical temperatures (mostly between 290–350 K) on the molar concentration can be expressed as sequences showing the decreasing effect of anion species or cation species in salting out the polymer. The decreasing order of effectiveness of the anions in reducing the temperature is PO 4 > HPO 4 > S2O 3 > H2PO 4 >F > HCOO > CH3COO > Br > I. The order for cations is K+ Rb+ Na+ Cs+ > Sr++ > Ba++ Ca++ > NH 4 + > Li+. The changes brought about in temperatures by the salts were found to be the results of the changes taking place in the hydrophilic and hydrophobic interactions among polymer, solvent and additive salts and of the change of water structure by structure making or structure breaking ions, and of the influence of salts on the hydration sheath of the polymer.  相似文献

The polarographic reduction and catalytic behavior of lovastatin are studied by polarography and cyclic voltammetry. The reduction wave of lovastatin appears at ca. –1.49V (vs. SCE) in 0.16molL–1 Na2B4O7–KH2PO4 (pH=7.4) supporting electrolyte containing 20% ethanol. It is ascribed to a 2e, 2H+ addition to the carbonyl group on lactone ring. If H2O2 is present, the reduction wave is catalyzed to produce a polarographic catalytic wave. Based on the catalytic wave, a novel method for the determination of lovastatin is proposed. A rectilinear calibration curve of the catalytic wave was obtained for lovastatin concentration in the range 1.5×10–8 to 1.0×10–6molL–1. The peak current of the catalytic wave is ca. 12 times higher than that of the corresponding reduction wave. The detection limit is 8.0×10–9molL–1. The proposed method is simpler, faster and more sensitive than the known methods for lovastatin analysis, and can be applied to the direct determination of lovastatin in pharmaceuticals, urine and serum without preliminary separation.  相似文献

The formation of inclusion complexes between 4-amino-1,8-naphthalimides and cyclodextrins (CDs) was investigated. The naphthalimides used in the study were 4-amino-1,8-naphthalimide (I) and4-(2-phosphonoethylamino)-N-(2-phosphonoethyl)-1,8-naphthalimide,tetraethylester (II). The CDs employed were -CD, -CD, -CD, HP--CD, HP--CD andHP--CD (HP = hydroxypropyl). Evidence for complex formation was obtained from the changes in the fluorescence spectra of the dyes in the presence of increasing amounts of the CDs. The most striking changes were observed with HP--CD and HP--CD. Treatment of the data using Benesi–Hildebrand plotswas consistent with a 1:1 inclusion model. The determined stabilityconstants were (Keq, M-1): 106 (I:HP--CD, pH = 2.0), 193 (I:HP--CD, pH = 7.0), 113 (I:HP--CD, pH = 7.0), 155(II:HP--CD, pH = 2.0), 121 (II:HP--CD,pH = 7.0), 301 (II:HP--CD, pH = 7.0). It can beconcluded that compound I forms a more stable complex with HP--CD than with HP--CD. Compound II, on the other hand, forms a more stable complex with HP--CD than with HP--CD.  相似文献

The diacetylenic adducts, Fe2(CO)6{-EC(H) = C(C CMe)E} (E = E, E E; E, E = S, Se, Te) (1–8) have been obtained from the room temperature stirring of Fe2(CO)6(-EE) with HC CC CMe in methanol solvent containing sodium acetate. Compounds 1–8 have been characterized by IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 77Se, and l25Te) spectroscopy. Trends in the chemical shifts of 77Se and 125Te NMR spectra of Fe2(CO)6{-EC(H) = C(C CMe)E} with a variation of EE are discussed.  相似文献

The synergistic enhancement of the fluorescence intensity of 4,5-benzopiaselenol (I F Se-DAN ) by surfactants (Sf) and -cyclodextrin (-CD) has been studied. The (I F Se-DAN ) in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)//gb-CD was approximately 30 times greater than that in water, and 5–6 times greater than that in either SDS or -CD solutions alone, and a blue-shift of the emission wavelength was observed.1H-NMR experiments and determination of CMC values of Se-DAN/-CD, Se-DAN/SDS, and Se-DAN/SDS/-CD systems reveal that the synergistic fluorescence enhancement was produced by the SDS monomer/-CD inclusion complex. In essence, the synergistic enhancement is due to the altered microenvironment experienced by Se-DAN upon its transfer from water to the hydrophobic cavity upon complexation.  相似文献

Single crystals of NH4NaTiF6are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (automated diffractometer, MoK radiation, graphite monochromator, sin/ 1.0 Å–1, 1566 reflections with I> 3(I), anisotropic least squares method to R= 0.045 and R w= 0.040). The compound belongs to the NaRbSnF6structural type. The types of internal motions of the complex ions NH4 +and TiF6 2–are determined in the temperature range 200–500 K and compared with the motion of ionic groups in (NH4)2TiF6and Na2TiF6crystals.  相似文献

The stability of the inclusion complex of -CD with cinnamic aldehyde was investigated by means of TG and DSC. The mass loss takes place in three stages: dehydration occurs at 50–120°C; dissociation of -CD·C9H8O proceeds in the range 200–260°C; and decomposition of -CD begins at 280°C. The kinetics of the dissociation of -CD·C9H8O was studied by means of thermogravimetry both at constant temperature and with linearly increasing temperature. The results demonstrate that the dissociation of -CD·C9H8O is dominated by a one-dimensional diffusion process. The activation energyE is 160 kJ mol–1, and the pre-exponential factorA is 5.8×1014 min–1. Scanning electron microscope observations and the results of crystal structure analysis are in good agreement with those of thermogravimetry.  相似文献

Relative densities of CaCl 2 (aq) with 0.22ml(mol-kg–1)6.150 were measured with vibrating- tube densimeters between 25 and 250°C and near 70 and 400 bars. Apparent molar volumes V calculated from the measured density differences were represented with the Pitzer ioninteraction treatment, with appropriate expressions chosen for the temperature and pressure dependence of the virial coefficients of the model. It was found that the partial molar volume at infinite dilution V o , and the second and third virial coefficients B V and C V , were necessary to represent V near the estimated experimental uncertainty. The ionic-strength dependent (1)v term in the B V coefficient was included in the fit. The representation for V has been integrated with respect to pressure to establish the pressure dependence of excess free energies over the temperature range studied. The volumetric data indicate that the logarithm of the mean ionic activity coefficient, ln ±(CaCl 2 ), increases by a maximum of 0.3 at 400 bars, 250°C, and 6 mol-kg–1 as compared with its value at saturation pressure.  相似文献

Cinnamtannin B1 (trimeric proanthocyanidin), which is identified and isolated from the effective fraction of the root of Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm, is one kind of condensed tannin used as an effective antipyrotic and antitumor agent. Its electrochemical response can be obtained at a pyrolytic graphite electrode. Consequently, an easily performed and sensitive method for the determination of cinnamtannin B1 is developed. The detection limit is estimated to be 1.0×10–7M with the linear determination range of 2.0×10–7M to 1.8×10–6M. Five replicate analyses of 1.0×10–6M cinnamtannin B1 yields an RSD value of 2.1%. Since the working electrode does not need to be modified with any other species, it is very stable, repeatable and easily treated, and this method therefore potentially useful in real sample analysis.  相似文献

Gas-phase reaction of acetylene with HgCl2 resulting in -chlorovinylmercury derivatives and their interaction with Cl and I anions and KI molecule was studied by the ab initio MP2 method with the Dunning—Hay double zeta basis set and LanL pseudopotential for Hg, K, and I atoms. The reaction was shown to proceed via a -complex of acetylene and HgCl2 (the calculated enthalpy of formation is –6.5 kcal mol–1). According to calculations, the activation energy of formation of cis--chlorovinylmercury chloride from acetylene and HgCl2 is 31 kcal mol–1. Chloride and iodide anions and KI molecule are readily added to both cis- and trans-isomer of -chlorovinylmercury chloride to give stable species.  相似文献

Based on momentum- and position-space analyses of the moment operators for two-electron atoms, it is shown that there exists a family of two-electron wave functions which satisfy a proportionality relation, r/ 1 v /r 12 v =p/ 1 v /p 12 v =2–v/2, between the one and two-electron moments in position and momentum spaces, where v is an arbitrary number for which the moments are well-defined.  相似文献

The following biologically active diiodohalides of organic cations were studied: N-cetylpyridinium, trimethylbenzylammonium, triethylbenzylammonium, and N,N-dimethylmorpholinium diiodochlorides; N-cetylpyridinium, tetramethylammonium, tetrabutylammonium, and N,N-dimethylmorpholinium diiodobromides; and N,N-dimethylmorpholinium and butyroylcholinium triiodides. A simple and rapid procedure was proposed for the determination of the above compounds; it is based on the conversion of organic diiodohalides into the corresponding triiodides (300 nm 4 × 104; 370 nm 2 × 104) in the presence of excess potassium iodide (RSD 2%). An extraction–spectrophotometric method was developed for the quantitative determination of the biologically active compounds in pharmaceutical dosage forms based on their ion associates with anionic dyes, erythrosine (m min = 1.25–3.30 g; RSD 3%) and Bromothymol Blue (m min = 3.85 g; RSD = 3%), or a cationic dye—1,3-dimethyl-2-(4-morpholinophenyl)azobenzimidazolium phenylsulfate (m min = 2.32–8.26 g; RSD 4%). The developed procedures were used for monitoring drug substances in model pharmaceutical preparations (RSD 4%).  相似文献

Summary Several Mn, Cu, and Zn chelates of etiobiliverdin-IV-, mesobiliverdin-IX, and its dimethyl ester are studied. The results show that the chemical constitution of the Cu biliverdin chelate corresponds to a formal metal oxidation state of (II) coordinated to a neutral radical of the NH trideprotonated biliverdin. The reactivity of the Cu(II) bilindione chelates in nucleophilic solvents agrees with that expected for a neutral radical structure of the ligand; in CH3OH, they undergo oxidation towards dimethoxybilipurpurins. The magnetic behaviour of Cu(II) etiobiliverdinate-IV- in the solid state shows an intramolecular weak antiferromagnetic coupling d9Cu-to--radical (J=–23 cm–1) and an intermolecular weak antiferromagnetic coupling -radical-to--radical (J=–45 cm–1). The analogy of this magnetic behaviour to that of the cation radical of metalloporphyrins is discussed.

The title compound, [cis-Co(en)2(NO2)2](NO2) (1), crystallizes in the polar, nonenantiomorphic, monoclinic space group, Cc, with lattice constants:a=9.198(2) Å,b=12.444(2),c=9.963(3), and=96.76(2)°;V=1132.39 Å3 andd(calc;Z=4) =1.860 g cm–3. Thus, with NO2– as the counteranion, [cis-Co(en)2(NO2)2] crystallizes in a heterochiral lattice containing racemic pairs of cations. A total of 2699 data were collected over the range of 4°270°; of these, 1859 (independent and withI3(I)) were used in the structural analysis. Data were corrected for absorption (=15.465 cm–1) and the relative transmission coefficients ranged from 0.9934 to 0.7112. Refinement was carried out for both lattice polarities and the finalR(F) andR w (F) residuals were, respectively, 0.0242 and 0.0202 for (–––) and 0.0264 and 0.0243 for (+++). Thus, the former was selected as correct for our specimen.Unlike all previous X-ray diffraction studies of the structural properties of the cation [cis-Co(en)2(NO2)2]+, which are found to have a pair of oppositely configured en rings [i.e., () or ()], we find that in1 the cations are in the lowest energy conformation and configuration; i.e., () or (). We attribute this change in configuration to the formation of strong interionic hydrogen bonds between nitrite anion oxygens and the axial—NH2 hydrogens, which markedly weaken the intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds between ligand—NO2 oxygens and the hydrogens of those same amine moieties. Thus, the nitrite anions behave exactly as nitrate anions, except that the hydrogen bonds found here are stronger than those formed by the latter. This is as expected since the negative charge is delocalized over two, instead of three, oxygens.  相似文献

Summary The interaction of aquo-ethylenediaminetetraacetatoruthenate(III) with ferricyanide ion was studied spectrophotometrically as a function of ferricyanide ion concentration, pH (1.5–8.5) and temperature (30–45°C) at ionic strength 0.2 M (NaClO4). Kinetic and activation parameters (H=27.1±1.75 KJ mol–1, S=–136.7±5.57 J mol–1 deg–1) are consistent with the proposed mechanism.  相似文献
