A monomeric aluminum hydride complex bearing substituted pyrrolyl ligands, AlH[C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2](2) (1), was synthesized and structurally characterized. To further confirm the presence of Al--H bonds, the compound AlD[C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2](2) ([D]1) was synthesized by reacting LiAlD(4) with [C(4)H(4)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2]. Compound 1 and [D]1 react with phenyl isothiocyanate yielding Al[C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2](2)[eta(3)-SCHNPh] (2) and Al[C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2](2)[eta(3)-SCDNPh] ([D]2) by insertion. The reactions of 1 with 9-fluorenone and benzophenone generated the unusual aluminum alkoxide complexes 3 and 4, respectively, through intramolecular proton abstraction and C-C coupling. A mechanistic study shows that 9-fluorenone coordinates to [D]1 and releases one equivalent of HD followed by C-C coupling and hydride transfer to yield the final product. Reduction of benzil with 1 affords aluminum enediolate complex 5 in moderate yield. Mechanistic studies also showed that the benzil was inserted into the aluminum hydride bond of [D]1 through hydroalumination followed by proton transfer to generate the final product [D]5. All new complexes have been characterized by (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The N-imidoylamidine ligand i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2 2 was prepared. Direct reactions with AlI3 or AlMe3 afforded [(i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlI2][AlI4] 3 and [i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlMe2][AlMe4].AlMe3, 4 respectively. Thermolysis of 4 gave (i-Pr2C6H3NC(=CH2)(NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlMe2 6. Subsequent reaction with B(C6F5)3 gave the zwitterionic species [(i-Pr2C6H3)N(C(=CH2)NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlMe(mu-MeB(C6F5)3)] 7. In a related reactions of 2, [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4] and AlMe3, AlH3.NEtMe2 or AlD3.NMe3, the complexes [(i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlR2][B(C6F5)4] (R = Me 5, H 8, D 9) and [(i-Pr2C6H3)N(C(=CH2)NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlH][B(C6F5)4] 10 are formed. Single-crystal X-ray data for 2, 3, 5 and 10 are reported.  相似文献

Addition of 2 equiv of a sigma-donor ligand (L = pyridine, 4-picoline, or quinoline) to complexes of the type [W(NPh)(eta(4)-arene)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)] (arene = CH3CH2C6H5 (3), CH3CH2CH2C6H5 (4)) gave the W(IV)L2 compounds, [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C5H5N)2] (5), [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(p-C6H7N)2] (6), and [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C9H7N)2] (7). Synthesis of compounds 5 and 6 by Na degrees reduction of [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)Cl2] in the presence of 3 equiv of L (L = 5, pyridine or 6, 4-picoline) is also presented. Compounds 5, 6, and 7 display hindered rotation of the donor ligands about the W-N bonds, resulting from a steric interaction with the Me3Si groups of the diamide ligand. The coordinative unsaturation of 5 and 6 has also been explored. Compounds 5 and 6 readily react with either CO and PMe3 to generated the six coordinate complexes [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C5H5N)2(CO)] (8a), [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C6H7N)2(CO)] (8b), [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C5H5N)(PMe3)2] (10a), and [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C6H7N)(PMe3)2] (10b), respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]TiCl(NMe2) (1) with 1 equiv of PhCH2K, MeMgBr, or Me3SiCH2Li gave corresponding organotitanium alkyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(R)(NMe2) (R = CH2Ph (2), CH2SiMe3 (4), or Me (5)) in good yields. Treatment of 1 with 1 equiv of n-BuLi afforded the decomposition product {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (3). Complex 5 slowly decomposed to generate a mixed-valence dinuclear species {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe2)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (6). Complex 1 reacted with 1 equiv of PhNCO or 2,6-Me2C6H3NC to afford the corresponding monoinsertion product [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-OC(NMe2)NPh] (7) or [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-C(NMe2)=N(2,6-Me2C6H3)] (8). Reaction of 4 or 5 with 1 equiv of R'NC gave the titanium eta(2)-iminoacyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(NMe2)[eta(2)-C(R)=N(R')] (R = CH2SiMe3, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (9) or tBu (10); R = Me, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (11) or tBu (12)). The results indicated that the unsaturated molecules inserted into the Ti-N bond only in the absence of the Ti-C(alkyl) bond and that the Ti-C(cage) bond remained intact. All complexes were fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Molecular structures of 2, 3, 6-8, and 10-12 were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Reaction of aryllithium reagents LiR (R = C(6)H(4)((R)-CH(Me)NMe(2))-2 (1a), C(6)H(3)(CH(2)NMe(2))(2)-2,6 (1b), C(6)H(4)(CH(2)N(Me)CH(2)CH(2)OMe)-2 (1c)) with 1 equiv of sulfur (1/8 S(8)) results in the quantitative formation of the corresponding lithium arenethiolates [Li{SC(6)H(4)((R)-CH(Me)NMe(2))-2}](6) (3), [Li{SC(6)H(3)(CH(2)NMe(2))(2)-2,6}](6) (4), and [Li{SC(6)H(4)(CH(2)N(Me)CH(2)CH(2)OMe)-2}](2) (5). Alternatively, 3 can be prepared by reacting the corresponding arenethiol HSC(6)H(4)((R)-CH(Me)NMe(2))-2 (2) with (n)BuLi. X-ray crystal structures of lithium arenethiolates 3 and 4, reported in abbreviated form, show them to have hexanuclear prismatic and hexanuclear planar structures, respectively, that are unprecedented in lithium thiolate chemistry. The lithium arenethiolate [Li{SC(6)H(4)(CH(2)N(Me)CH(2)CH(2)OMe)-2}](2) (5) is dimeric in the solid state and in solution, and crystals of 5 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, with a = 17.7963(9) ?, b = 8.1281(7) ?, c = 17.1340(10) ?, beta = 108.288(5) degrees, Z = 4, and final R = 0.047 for 4051 reflections with F > 4sigma(F). Hexameric 4 reacts with 1 equiv of lithium iodide and 2 equiv of tetrahydrofuran to form the dinuclear adduct [Li(2)(SAr)(I)(THF)(2)] (6). Crystals of 6 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, with a = 13.0346(10) ?, b = 11.523(3) ?, c = 16.127(3) ?, beta = 94.682(10) degrees, Z = 4, and final R = 0.059 for 3190 reflections with F > 4sigma(F).  相似文献

Synthesis of the cyclic aluminatophosphazene ring N(PCl2NMe)2AlMeCl (5) has been achieved via a skeletal transmetalation reaction between AlMe3 and the boratophosphazene N(PCl2NMe)2BCl2 (1). Reaction of 5 with various halogenated Lewis acids such as GaCl3 yielded the fully chlorinated aluminum heterocycle N(PCl2NMe)2AlCl2 (8) through a methyl-halogen exchange process. In contrast, treatment of 5 with excess AlMe3 resulted in complete methylation at aluminum to give N(PCl2NMe)2AlMe2 (6). Compound 5 was reacted with various Ag+ salts with weakly coordinating anions, including Ag[OSO2CF3], which afforded the triflate-substituted heterocycle N(PCl2NMe)2AlMe(OSO2CF3) (9). The reaction of 5 with Ag[BF4] surprisingly produced the previously known fluorinated boratophosphazene N(PCl2NMe)2BF2 (10). The transformation of 1 to 5 and then to 10 represents a rare, formally reversible, skeletal transmetalation process involving boron and aluminum. Treatment of 5 with Ag[PF6] led to the insertion of phosphorus in place of aluminum to form the novel zwitterionic fluorinated phosphorus(V) heterocycle N(PCl2NMe)2PF4 (11). The ethyl-substituted aluminatophosphazene N(PCl2NMe)2AlMeEt (14) reacted cleanly with a 1:1 mixture of [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4] and THF to give the novel donor-stabilized alumazine-phosphazene hybrid cation, [7.THF]+, as the [B(C6F5)4]- salt [N(PCl2NMe)2AlMe.THF][B(C6F5)4] (15).  相似文献

Reactions of [La(AlMe4)3] and [Y(AlMe4)3] with PMe3 show that the phosphine can cleave Ln--CH3--Al linkages, separating Me3Al(PMe3). PMe3 (3 mol equiv) reacts with [Y(AlMe4)3] to give [(YMe3)n] contaminated with by-products containing phosphorus and aluminum. The La-based analog, [(LaMe3)n], is not formed selectively from the reaction of [La(AlMe4)3] with PMe3 or Et2O, which rather yields insoluble La/Al heterobimetallic products. Three multi-nuclear La-based clusters were obtained from a reaction of [La(AlMe4)3] with PMe3 (1 equiv) and identified by X-ray structure analyses. Each cluster exhibits extensive methyl group degradation and contains methylene, methine, or carbide moieties. [La4Al8(CH)4(CH2)2(CH3)20(PMe3)] has a [La4(CH)4] cuboid core supported by AlMe3, Me2AlCH2AlMe2, and PMe3 ligands. [La4Al8(C)(CH)2(CH2)2(CH3)22(toluene)] also contains a cuboid core, [La3Al(C)(CH)2(CH2)], which includes one exo cubic lanthanum atom, and is supported by AlMe3, Me3AlCH2AlMe2, (AlMe4)-, and toluene ligands. The lanthanum atoms in [La5Al9(CH)6(CH3)30] are arranged in a trigonal bipyramidal fashion with (CH) functionalities capping each face. The [La5(CH)6]3- core is formally balanced by three AlMe2 + moieties and is additionally supported by six AlMe3 ligands. The unit cell contains two independent La5 clusters, one with pseudo-C3h and the other with pseudo-D3 symmetry, as well as two molecules of the separation co-product Me3Al(PMe3).  相似文献

Al complexes containing phenoxy-imine ligands of type, Me2Al[O-2-R1-6-(R2N=CH)C6H3] [R1 = Me, R2 = 2,6-iPr2C6H3 (1a), tBu (1b); R1 = tBu, R2 = 2,6-iPr2C6H3 (2a), tBu (2b), cyclohexyl (2c), adamantyl (2d), C6H5 (2e), 2,6-Me2C6H3 (2f), C6F5 (2g)] have been prepared in high yields from AlMe3 by treating with 1.0 equiv. of 2-R1-6-(R2N=CH)C6H3OH in n-hexane. Structures for 1a, 1b, 2a-e and 2g were determined by X-ray crystallography, and these complexes have a distorted tetrahedral geometry around Al; both the Al-O and the Al-N bond distances were influenced by substituents in both the aryloxo and the imino groups. Me2Al[mu2-O-2-(R2N=CH)C6H4](AlMe3) [R2 = 2,6-iPr2C6H3 (3a), tBu (3b)] were prepared exclusively by reaction of AlMe3 with 2-(R2N=CH)C6H4OH, and these complexes form a distorted tetrahedral geometry around each Al centre with additional AlMe3 coordinating to the oxygen in the phenoxy-imine ligand. Complexes 1a, 1b and 2a-g were tested as catalyst precursors for ring-opening polymerisation (ROP) of epsilon-caprolactone (CL) in the presence of (n)BuOH (1.0 equiv. to Al), and their catalytic activities were strongly influenced by the imino substituent (R2). The efficient ROP has been achieved using the C6F5 analogue (2g), with the ROP taking place in a living manner.  相似文献

The Staudinger reaction of N(CH2CH2NR)3P [R = Me (1), Pr (2)] with 1 equiv of N3SO2C6H4Me-4 gave the ionic phosphazides [N(CH2CH2NR)3PN][SO2C6H4Me-4] [R = Me (3), R = Pr (5a)], and the same reaction of 2 with N3SO2C6H2Me3-2,4,6 gave the corresponding aryl sulfinite 5b. On the other hand, the reaction of 1 with 0.5 equiv of N3SO2Ar (Ar = C6H4Me-4) furnished the novel ionic phosphazide [[N(CH2CH2NMe)3P]2(mu-N3)][SO2Ar] (6). Data that shed light on the mechanistic pathway leading to 3 were obtained by low temperature 31P NMR spectroscopy. A crystal and molecular structure analysis of the phosphazide sulfonate [N(CH2CH2NMe)3PN3][SO3C6H4Me-4] (4), obtained by atmospheric oxidation of 3, indicated an ionic structure, the cationic part of which is stabilized by a transannular P-N bond. A crystal and molecular structure analysis of 6 also indicated an ionic structure in which the cation features two untransannulated N(CH2CH2NMe)3P cages bridged by an azido group in an eta 1: mu: eta 1 fashion. The reaction of P(NMe2)3 with N3SO2Ar (Ar = C6H4Me-4) in a 1:0.5 molar ratio furnished [[(Me2N)3P]2(mu-N3)][SO2-Ar] (11) in quantitative yield. On the other hand, the same reaction involving a 1:1 molar ratio of P(NMe2)3 and N3SO2Ar produced a mixture of 11, [(Me2N)3PN3][SO2Ar] (12), and the iminophosphorane (Me2N)3P=NSO2Ar (10). In contrast, the bicyclic tris(amino)phosphines MeC(CH2NMe)3P (7) and O=P(CH2NMe)3P (8) reacted with N3SO2-Ar (Ar = C6H4Me-4) to give the iminophosphorane MeC(CH2NMe)3P=NSO2Ar (14) (structured by X-ray means) and O=P(CH2NMe)3P=NSO2Ar (16) via the intermediate phosphazides MeC(CH2NMe)3PN3SO2Ar (13) and O=P(CH2NMe)3PN3SO2Ar (15), respectively. The variety of products obtained from the reactions of arylsulfonyl azides with proazaphosphatranes (1 and 2), acyclic P(NMe2)3, bicyclic tris(amino)phosphines 7 and 8 are rationalized in terms of steric and basicity variations among the phosphorus reagents.  相似文献

Two different monoanionic O,N-chelating ligand systems, i.e., [OC6H2(CH2NMe2)-2-Me2-4,6]- (1) and [OCMe2([2]-Py)]- (2), have been applied in the synthesis of vanadium(V) complexes. The tertiary amine functionality in 1 caused reduction of the vanadium nucleus to the 4+ oxidation state with either [VOCl3], [V(=NR)Cl3], or [V(=NR)(NEt2)3] (R = Ph, (3a, 5a), R = p-Tol (3b, 5b)), and applying 1 as a reducing agent resulted in the synthesis of the vanadium(IV) complexes [VO(OC6H2(CH2NMe2)-2-Me2-4,6)2] (4) and [V(=NPh)(OC6H2(CH2NMe2)-2-Me2-4,6)2] (6). In the case of [V(=N-p-Tol)(NEt2)(OC6H2(CH2NMe2)-2-Me2-4,6)2] (7b), the reduction was sufficiently slow to allow its characterization by 1H NMR and variable-temperature studies showed it to be a five-coordinate species in solution. Although the reaction of 1 with [V(=N-p-Tol)(O-i-Pr)3] (9b) did not result in reduction of the vanadium nucleus, vanadium(V) compounds could not be isolated. Mixtures of the vanadium(V) (mono)phenolate, [V(=N-p-Tol)(O-i-Pr)2(OC6H2(CH2NMe2)-2-Me2-4,6)] (10), and the vanadium(V) (bis)phenolate, [V(=N-p-Tol)(O-i-Pr)(OC6H2(CH2NMe2)-2-Me2-4,6)2] (11), were obtained. With the pyridylalkoxide 2, no reduction was observed and the vanadium(V) compounds [VOCl2(OCMe2([2]-Py))] (12) and [V(=N-p-Tol)Cl2(OCMe2([2]-Py)] (13) were obtained. 51V NMR showed 7b and 12 to be five-coordinate in solution, whereas for 10, 11, and 13 a coordination number of 6 was found. Compounds 12 and 13 showed decreased activity compared to their nonchelated vanadium(V) analogues when applied as catalysts in ethene polymerization. Two polymorphic forms with a difference in the V-N-C angle of 12.5 degrees have been found for 6. Factors affecting the coordination mode of an amidato group on aluminum will be presented. The reaction of N-tert-butylalkylacetamide ((t)BuNHCR([double bond]O)) with 1.1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in refluxing hexane affords a pentacoordinated, dimeric compound [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(R)(mu(2)-O)]](2) (3, R = p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4); 4, R = 2,6-F,F-C(6)H(3); 5, R = Me; 6, R = CF(3); 7, R = p-F(3)C-C(6)H(4)). However, in the presence of 2.2 molar equiv of Me(3)Al, N-tert-butyl-4-tert-butylbenzamide ((t)BuNHC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))([double bond]O in refluxing hexane gives [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))(mu(2)-O)]AlMe(3)], 8. In contrast, the reaction of R'NHCR' '([double bond]O) with 1 molar equiv of R(3)Al at room temperature produces tetracoordinated, dimeric, eight-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu,eta(2)-R'NC(R' ')O]](2) (9, R = Me, R' = 2,6-(i)Pr, (i)()Pr-C(6)H(3), R' ' = Ph; 10, R = Me, R' = (i)Bu, R' ' = Ph; 11, R = Et, R' = Bn, R' ' = Ph; 12, R = Me, R' = Ph, R' ' = CF(3); 13, R = Me, R' = Bn, R' ' = CF(3)). On the other hand, 4'-chlorobenzanilide ((p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NHCPh([double bond]O)) reacts with R(3)Al to produce trimeric, twelve-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu, eta(2)-(p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NC(Ph)O]](3) (14, R = Me; 15, R = Et). Furthermore, the reaction of 2'-methoxybenzanilide with 1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in hexane yields a dinuclear aluminum complex [Me(2)Al(o-OMe-Ph)NC(Ph)(O)AlMe(3)], 16.  相似文献

The P-anilino-P-chalcogeno(imino)diazasilaphosphetidines [Me(2)Si(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P=E(NHPh)] (E = O (3), S (4), Se (5), N-p-tolyl (6)) were synthesized by oxidizing the P-anilinodiazasilaphosphetidine [Me(2)Si(N(t)Bu)(2)P(NHPh)] (2) with cumene hydroperoxide, sulfur, selenium, and p-tolyl azide, respectively. The lithium salt of 4 reacted with thallium monochloride to produce ([Me(2)Si(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P=S(NPh)-kappaN-kappaS]Tl)(7), which features a two-coordinate thallium atom. Treatment of 4-6 with AlMe(3) gave the monoligand dimethylaluminum complexes ([Me(2)Si(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P=E(NPh)-kappaN-kappaE]AlMe(2)) (E = S (8), Se (9), N-p-tolyl (10)), respectively. In these complexes the aluminum atom is tetrahedrally coordinated by one chelating ligand and two methyl groups, as a single-crystal X-ray analysis of 8 showed. A 2 equiv amount of 4-6 reacted with diethylzinc to produce the homoleptic diligand complexes ([Me(2)Si(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P=E(NPh)-kappaN-kappaE](2)Zn)(E = S (11), Se (12), N-p-tolyl (13)). A crystal-structure analysis of 11 revealed a linear tetraspirocycle with a tetrahedrally coordinated, central zinc atom.  相似文献

Reactions of N,N,N-tridentate quinolinyl anilido-imine ligands with AlMe(3) afford mononuclear aluminum complexes {κ(3)-[{2-[ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(H)]C(6)H(4)}N(8-C(9)H(6)N)]}AlMe(2) (Ar = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3) (1a), 2,6-Et(2)C(6)H(3) (1b), 2,6-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3) (1c)) or dinuclear complexes AlMe(3){κ(1)-[{2-[ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(H)C(6)H(4)]N(8-C(9)H(6)N)}-κ(2)]AlMe(2) (R = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3) (2a), 2,6-Et(2)C(6)H(3) (2b), 2,6-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3) (2c)) depending on the ratios of reactants used. Similar reactions of ZnEt(2) with these ligands give the monoligated ethyl zinc complexes {κ(3)-[{2-[ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(H)]C(6)H(4)}N(8-C(9)H(6)N)]}ZnEt (Ar = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3) (3a), 2,6-Et(2)C(6)H(3) (3b), 2,6-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3) (3c)) or bisligated complexes {κ(3)-[{2-[ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(H)]C(6)H(4)}N(8-C(9)H(6)N)]}Zn{κ(2)-[{2-[ArN[double bond, length as m-dash]C(H)]C(6)H(4)}N(8-C(9)H(6)N)]} (Ar = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3) (4a), 2,6-Et(2)C(6)H(3) (4b), 2,6-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3) (4c)). These complexes were well characterized by NMR and the structures of 1a, 2a, 2c, 3b and 4c were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The aluminum and zinc complexes were tested to initiate lactide polymerization in which the zinc complexes show moderate to high activities in the presence of benzyl alcohol.  相似文献

Aryl bromides react with (H(2)NCH(2)CH(2))(3)N in a reaction catalyzed by Pd(2)(dba)(3) in the presence of BINAP and NaO-t-Bu to give the arylated derivatives (ArylNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N [Aryl = C(6)H(5) (1a), 4-FC(6)H(4) (1b), 4-t-BuC(6)H(4) (1c), 3,5-Me(2)C(6)H(3) (1d), 3,5-Ph(2)C(6)H(3) (1e), 3,5-(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(2)C(6)H(3) (1f), 2-MeC(6)H(4) (1g), 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2) (1h)]. Reactions between (ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N (Ar = C(6)H(5), 4-FC(6)H(4), 3,5-Me(2)C(6)H(3), and 3,5-Ph(2)C(6)H(3)) and Mo(NMe(2))(4) in toluene at 70 degrees C lead to [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]Mo(NMe(2)) complexes in yields ranging from 64 to 96%. Dimethylamido species (Ar = 4-FC(6)H(4), 3,5-Me(2)C(6)H(3)) could be converted into paramagnetic [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoCl species by treating them with 2,6-lutidinium chloride in tetrahydrofuran (THF). The "direct reaction" between 1a-f and MoCl(4)(THF)(2) in THF followed by 3 equiv of MeMgCl yielded [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoCl species (3a-f) in high yield. If 4 equiv of LiMe instead of MeMgCl are employed in the direct reaction, then [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoMe species are formed. Tungsten species, [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]WCl, could be prepared by analogous "direct" methods. Cyclic voltammetric studies reveal that MoCl complexes become more difficult to reduce as the electron donating ability of the [ArylNCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]3- ligand increases, and the reductions become less reversible, consistent with ready loss of chloride from ([(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoCl)(-). Tungsten complexes are more difficult to reduce, and reductions are irreversible on the CV time scale.  相似文献

Preparations of novel unsymmetrical, tridentate nitrogen ligand precursors, PhN=C(CMe2)(NPh)C=N(CH2)2NMe2(1) and PhN=C(CMe2)(NPh)C=N(CH2)Py (2), are described. Treatment of 1 with 1 molar equiv. (COD)PdCl2 in the presence of NEt3 or with 1 molar equiv. Pd(OAc)2 affords orthometallated palladium(II) complexes, [PhN=C(CMe2)(N-eta1-Ph)C=N(CH2)2NMe2]PdX (X=Cl (3); X=OAc (4)), respectively. Compound can be yielded via the reaction of with an excess of LiCl in methanol. Treatment of with 1 molar equiv. of (COD)PdCl2, Pd(OAc)2 or Pd(TFA)2 affords orthometallated palladium(II) complexes, [PhN=C(CMe2)(N-eta1-Ph)C=NCH2Py]PdX (X=Cl (5); X=OAc (6); X=TFA (7)), respectively. The crystal and molecular structures are reported for compounds 2, 3, 5 and 6. The application of these novel palladacyclic complexes to the Heck reaction with aryl halide substrates was examined.  相似文献

The structurally characterized Tp(Me2)-supported rare earth metal monoalkyl complex (Tp(Me2))CpYCH(2)Ph(THF) (1) was synthesized via the salt-metathesis reaction of (Tp(Me2))CpYCl(THF) with KCH(2)Ph in THF at room temperature. Treatment of 1 with 1 equiv of PhC≡CH under the same conditions afforded the corresponding alkynyl complex (Tp(Me2))CpYC≡CPh(THF) (2). Complex 1 exhibits high activity toward carbodiimides, isocyanate, isothiocyanate, and CS(2); treatment of 1 with such substrates led to the formation of a series of the corresponding Y-C(benzyl) σ-bond insertion products (Tp(Me2))CpY[(RN)(2)CCH(2)Ph] (R = (i)Pr(3a), Cy(3b), 2,6-(i)Pr-C(6)H(3)(3c)), (Tp(Me2))CpY[SC(CH(2)Ph)NPh] (4), (Tp(Me2))CpY[OC(CH(2)Ph)NPh] (5), and (Tp(Me2))CpY(S(2)CCH(2)Ph) (6) in 40-70% isolated yields. Carbodiimides and isothiocyanate can also insert into the Y-C(alkynyl) σ bond of 2 to yield complexes (Tp(Me2))CpY[(RN)(2)CC≡CPh] (R = (i)Pr(7a), Cy(7b)) and (Tp(Me2))CpY[SC(C≡CPh)NPh] (9). Further investigation results indicated that 1 can effectively catalyze the cross-coupling reactions of phenylacetylene with carbodiimides. However, treatment of o-allylaniline with a catalytic amount of 1 gave only the benzyl abstraction product (Tp(Me2))CpY(NHC(6)H(4)CH(2)CH═CH(2)-o)(THF) (10), without observation of the expected organic hydroamination/cyclization product. All of these new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic properties, and their solid-state structures were also confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A series of aluminium derivatives containing substituted bidentate and symmetrical tridentate pyrrolyl ligands, [C(4)H(3)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)] and [C(4)H(2)NH(2,5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(2)], in toluene or diethyl ether were synthesized. Their reactivity and application for the ring opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone have been investigated. The reaction of AlMe(3) with one equiv. of [C(4)H(3)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)] in toluene at room temperature affords [C(4)H(3)N(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)]AlMe(2) (1) in 70% yield by elimination of one equiv. of methane. Interestingly, while reacting AlMe(3) with one equiv. of [C(4)H(3)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)] in toluene at 0 °C followed by refluxing at 100 °C, [{C(4)H(3)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)}AlMe](2) (2) has been isolated via fractional recrystalliztion in 30% yield. Similarly, reacting AlMe(3) with two equiv. of C(4)H(3)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu) generates [C(4)H(3)N(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)](2)AlMe (3) in a moderate yield. Furthermore, complex 1 can be transformed to an aluminium alkoxide derivative, [C(4)H(3)N(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)][OC(6)H(2)(-2,6-(t)Bu(2)-4-Me)]AlMe (4) by reacting 1 with one equiv. of HOC(6)H(2)(-2,6-(t)Bu(2)-4-Me) in toluene via the elimination of one equiv. of methane. The reaction of AlR(3) with one equiv. of [C(4)H(2)NH(2,5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(2)] in toluene at room temperature affords [C(4)H(2)N(2,5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(2)]AlR(2) (5, R = Me; 6, R = Et) in moderate yield. Surprisingly, from the reaction of two equiv. of [C(4)H(2)NH(2,5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(2)] with LiAlH(4) in diethyl ether at 0 °C, a novel complex, [C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)](2)AlLi (7) has been isolated after repeating re-crystallization. Furthermore, reacting one equiv. of C(4)H(2)NH(2,5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(2) with AlH(3)·NMe(3) in diethyl ether generates an aluminium dihydride complex, [C(4)H(2)N(2,5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(2)]AlH(2) (8), in high yield. Additionally, treating 8 with one equiv. of HOC(6)H(2)(-2,6-(t)Bu(2)-4-Me) in methylene chloride produces [C(4)H(2)N(2,5-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(2)][OC(6)H(2)(-2,6-(t)Bu(2)-4-Me)]AlH (9) with the elimination of one equiv. of H(2). The aluminium alkoxide complex 4 shows moderate reactivity toward the ring opening polymerization of ε-caprolatone in toluene.  相似文献

Aryllithium compounds [LiC6H4(CH2N(Et)CH2CH2NEt2)-2]2 (2b), [LiC6H4(CH(Me)N(Me)CH2CH2NMe2-(R))-2]2 ((R)-3b), and [LiC6H4(CH(Me)N(Me)CH2CH2NMe2-(rac))-2]2 ((rac)-3b) were synthesized and characterized in the solid state and in solution. X-ray crystallographic studies of 2b and (R)-3b and molecular weight determinations of 2b, (R)-3b, and (rac)-3b by cryoscopy in benzene showed that, both in the solid state and in apolar, noncoordinating solvents such as benzene, these compounds exist as discrete dimeric aggregates. For (R)-3b and (rac)-3b the aggregation process of two monomeric aryllithium units to one dimer is highly diastereoselective.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,3,5-cis-triazidocyclohexane with the electron-rich tris(dialkylamino)phosphines P(NMe(2))(3) (1) and N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P (2b) in acetonitrile for 3 h furnished the corresponding tris-phosphazides 1,3,5-cis-(R(3)PN(3))(3)C(6)H(9), 3a (R(3)P = 1) and 3b (R(3)P = 2b), in 90% and 92% yields, respectively. The same reaction with the relatively electron-poor tris(dialkylamino)phosphine MeC(CH(2)NMe)(3)P (4) for 2 days gave the tris-iminophosphorane, 1,3,5-cis-(R(3)PN)(3)C(6)H(9), 5a (R(3)P = 4), in 60% yield. Compound 3b is a thermally stable solid that did not lose dinitrogen when refluxed in toluene for 24 h or when heated as a neat sample at 100 degrees C /0.5 Torr for 10 h. By contrast, tris-phosphazide 3a decomposed to the tris-iminophosphorane 1,3,5-cis-(R(3)PN)(3)C(6)H(9), 5b (R(3)P = 1), in 3 h in quantitative yield upon heating to 100 degrees C in toluene. Factors influencing the formation of the phosphazides or the iminophosphoranes in these reactions are discussed. The reaction of 3b with 4 equiv of benzoic acid gave [N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P=NH(2)]PhCO(2) ([6bH]PhCO(2)) in quantitative yield along with benzene (56% yield) and dinitrogen. The same reaction with 3a gave [(Me(2)N)(3)P=NH(2)]PhCO(2) ([7aH]PhCO(2)) (quantitative yield), benzene (15% yield), and dinitrogen(.) Treatment of [6bH]PhCO(2) with KO(t)Bu afforded N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P=NH (6b) in 40% overall yield. Compound 6b upon treatment with PhCH(2)CH(2)Br produced [6bH]Br in 90% yield along with styrene. The new compounds were characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods, and selected compounds (3b, 5a, and [6bH]Br) were structured by X-ray crystallography. A special feature of 3b is its capability to function as a starting material for 6b, which was not accessible by other synthetic routes.  相似文献

The imidoylamidinate platinum(II) compounds [Pt{NH=C(R)NC(Ph)NPh}2] (R = CH2Ph 2, p-ClC6H43, Ph 4) were prepared by the reaction of the appropriate trans-[PtCl2(RCN)2] with 4 equiv of the amidine PhC(NH)NHPh giving 2-4 and 2 equivs of the salt PhC(=NH)NHPh.HCl. We also synthesized, by the double alkylation of 4 with MeOSO2CF3, complex [Pt{NH=C(Ph)N(Me)C(Ph)=NPh}2][CF3SO3]2 (5) which models the bis-protonated form of 4. The complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, and IR spectroscopies, FAB-MS and by C, H, N elemental analysis. The X-ray crystallography of 4.2CH2Cl2 enables the confirmation of the square planar coordination geometry of the metal center with almost planar imidoylamidine ligands, while in 5.2CHCl3 the planarity of the metallacycles is lost and and the central N atom is sp3-hybridized. The imidoylamidinate complexes represent a new family of Pt(II)-based luminescent complexes and they are emissive at room temperature both in solution and in the solid state, with an emission quantum yield ranging from 3.7 x 10(-4) to 6.2 x 10(-2) in methanol solution; the emission intensity is pH-dependent, being quenched at low pH. UV-visible and luminescence spectroscopies indicate that the lowest excited state of these compounds is 3MLCT or 3IL with significant MLCT character, with emission lifetimes of a few micros. A blue shift of both the absorption and emission with increasing solvent polarity and with decreasing pi-electron withdrawing properties of the ligand substituent was observed.  相似文献
