The molecule of the title compound, C16H21NO4, is chiral and has three asymmetric centres. The absolute configuration was not determined via diffraction measurements on the crystal, but was established from the known absolute configuration of the starting material. In the crystal structure, the molecules assemble through intermolecular hydrogen bonds into a macrostructure with helical channels.  相似文献

The title enantiomorphic compounds, C16H23NO4S, have been obtained in an enantiomerically pure form by crystallization from a diastereomeric mixture either of (2S,4S)‐ and (2R,4S)‐ or of (2R,4R)‐ and (2S,4R)‐2‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methyl‐3‐(4‐tolylsulfonyl)‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐4‐carbaldehyde. These mixtures were prepared by an aziridination rearrangement process starting with (S)‐ or (R)‐2‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐4H‐1,3‐dioxine. The crystal structures indicate an envelope conformation of the oxazolidine moiety for both compounds.  相似文献

Esterification of a single diastereomer of 2‐(4‐methylenecyclohex‐2‐enyl)propanol, (II), with (1R,4S)‐(+)‐camphanic acid [(1R,4S)‐4,7,7‐trimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane‐1‐carboxylic acid] leads to the crystalline title compound, C20H28O4. The relative configuration of the camphanate was determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The outcome clarifies the relative and absolute stereochemistry of the naturally occurring bisabolane sesquiterpenes β‐turmerone and β‐sesquiphellandrene, since we have converted (II) into both natural products via a stereospecific route.  相似文献

The title chiral compound, 3‐aminocarbonyl‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane‐1‐carboxylic acid, C10H17NO3, was prepared from (1R,3S)‐camphoric acid. The five‐membered ring adopts a conformation which is intermediate between a twist and an envelope. Elongations of the C—C bonds and contractions of the C—C—C bond angles are observed within the five‐membered ring. A 1H NMR spectrum was recorded to assist in distinguishing the amide group from the carboxyl group.  相似文献

In the synthesis of 1‐phenyl‐2‐phenylthio‐2‐(tetrahydropyran‐2‐ylthio)ethanol, C19H22O2S2, four diastereoisomers are formed. Two non‐centrosymmetric enantiomeric forms which crystallize in space groups P212121 and Pna21 are presented. The former has an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl group and the O atom of the tetrahydropyran ring. In the latter isomer, the hydroxyl group forms an intermolecular hydrogen bond to the O atom of the tetrahydropyranyl group of a neighbouring molecule, joining the molecules into chains in the c‐axis direction; the O?O distances are 2.962 (4) and 2.764 (3) Å, respectively. The tetrahydropyran rings are in chair conformations in both isomers and the S side chain has an equatorial orientation in the former, but an axial orientation in the latter molecule.  相似文献

The title compounds, trans‐dichlorobis[(1R,2R,3R,5S)‐(−)‐2,6,6‐trimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan‐3‐amine]palladium(II), [PdCl2(C10H19N)2], and trans‐dichlorobis[(1S,2S,3S,5R)‐(+)‐2,6,6‐trimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan‐3‐amine]palladium(II) hemihydrate, [PdCl2(C10H19N)2]·0.5H2O, present different arrangements of the amine ligands coordinated to PdII, viz. antiperiplanar in the former case and (−)anticlinal in the latter. The hemihydrate is an inclusion compound, with a Pd coordination complex and disordered water molecules residing on crystallographic twofold axes. The crystal structure for the hemihydrate includes a short Pd⋯Pd separation of 3.4133 (13) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ag2(NO3)2(C5H5NS)]n, was obtained from the reaction of silver nitrate with bis(4‐pyridyl) disufide (4‐PDS) in a mixture of ethanol and water, which suggests that the disulfide bond of 4‐PDS can be cleaved under mild conditions. The structure of the title compound is a two‐dimensional infinite array in which the asymmetric unit contains two Ag atoms, a pyridinium‐4‐thiolate molecule and two nitrate groups. Each pyridinium‐4‐thiolate molecule acts as a μ4 bridge, linking four Ag atoms, with Ag—S bond distances of 2.4870 (19), 2.5791 (19), 2.5992 (19) and 2.848 (2) Å. The Ag⋯Ag distances lie in the range 2.889 (2)–3.049 (1) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, (1S,3R)‐3‐carbamoyl‐2,2,3‐trimethylcyclopentane‐1‐carboxylic acid, C10H17NO3, was synthesized and characterized by IR, EA, ES–MS (electrospray ionization mass spectra), 1H NMR, 13C NMR and X‐ray diffraction techniques. The two independent molecules form a two‐dimensional network via O—H⃛O and N—H⃛O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between their carboxylic acid and carbamoyl groups.  相似文献

(1,4,7‐Trithiacyclononane)silver trifluoromethanesulfonate crystallizes in a tetrameric form from nitromethane, to give the title compound, [Ag4(C6H12S3)4](CF3SO3)4·2CH3NO2. The complex cation consists of four [AgL]+ units (L is 1,4,7‐trithiacyclononane), with four Ag—S—Ag bridges forming a cyclic tetramer. The almost planar Ag4S4 ring takes an octagonal form.  相似文献

The stereochemistry of the title compound, C20H28O8, a key step in the preparation of analogues of mannostatins, potent inhibitors of α‐mannosidase, has been established. The carboxylic acid group at C1 unexpectedly eclipses the C1—C2 bond. The cyclopropane ring makes a dihedral angle of 109.4 (2)° with the cyclopentene ring.  相似文献

The configuration of the chiral ring atoms of the title compound, C26H26N2O, obtained in an enantioselective synthesis, has been established relative to the known R configuration of the α‐methylbenzyl moieties. The crystal packing involves a two‐dimensional network of C—H?π interactions between the aromatic rings.  相似文献

The stereochemistries of the title compounds, both C16H24Cl2O, have been established by X‐ray diffraction. In both structures, the seven‐membered ring adopts the same conformation, whereas the six‐membered ring shows an envelope conformation in the epoxydodecane structure and a boat conformation in the dodecan‐9‐one structure.  相似文献

Three chiral electron‐deficient phosphine ligands, [(4R,15R)‐,3‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)perhydro‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphosphol‐2‐yl]diethylamine, C12H20F6N3O4PS2, (IIIa), [(4R,5R)‐1,3‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)perhydro‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphosphol‐2‐yl]dimethylamine, C10H16F6N3O4PS2, (IIIb), and bis[(4R,5R)‐1,3‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)perhydro‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphosphol‐2‐yl]methylamine, (IV), as the chloroform solvate, C17H23F12N5O8P2S4·0.98CHCl3, have been prepared from (1R,2R)‐N,N′‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)‐1,2‐cyclohexanediamine and diethyl phosphoramidous dichloride, dimethyl phosphoramidous dichloride or methyl imidodiphosphorus tetrachloride. The π‐acceptor abilities of these new types of ligands have been evaluated by X‐ray determination of the P—N bond lengths; it has been found that the most promising ligand is the bis(phosphine) (IV).  相似文献

X‐ray studies reveal that tert‐butyl (6S)‐6‐isobutyl‐2,4‐dioxopiperidine‐1‐carboxylate occurs in the 4‐enol form, viz. tert‐butyl (6S)‐4‐hydroxy‐6‐isobutyl‐2‐oxo‐1,2,5,6‐tetrahydropyridine‐1‐carboxylate, C14H23NO4, when crystals are grown from a mixture of dichloromethane and pentane, and has an axial orientation of the isobutyl side chain at the 6‐position of the piperidine ring. Reduction of the keto functionality leads predominantly to the corresponding β‐hydroxylated δ‐lactam, tert‐butyl (4R,6S)‐4‐hydroxy‐6‐isobutyl‐2‐oxopiperidine‐1‐carboxylate, C14H25NO4, with a cis configuration of the 4‐hydroxy and 6‐isobutyl groups. The two compounds show similar molecular packing driven by strong O—H⋯O=C hydrogen bonds, leading to infinite chains in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni2(C4H4O6)2(H2O)2]·3H2O, two nickel cations, two tartrate anions and two water molecules form the dimeric complex. Each nickel cation is in a distorted octahedral environment composed of four O atoms of two crystallographically independent tartrate anions, one water molecule and one O atom of a symmetry‐equivalent tartrate anion. The asymmetric unit contains three additional water molecules which are connected via hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of C15H20O2, molecules are associated by intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the hydroxy function and a keto group [O?O 2.770 (2) Å], forming chains along the [100] direction in the crystal. Both six‐membered rings in the decalin unit adopt envelope conformations; one section of the molecule, encompassing the extended conjugation of a C=C double bond with an enone functionality [C=C—C=O = 175.6 (2)° and C=C—C=C = 176.6 (2)°], is flat, whilst the rest of the molecule is folded relative to the constrained part. The stereochemistry was determined from the R‐(–)‐carvone starting material.  相似文献

The reduction of (1R,8R,11R)‐3,3,11‐trimethyl‐6,6‐ethylenedioxybicyclo[6.3.0]undecan‐2‐one, C16H26O3, (I), gave exclusively an alcohol, C16H28O3, (II). The stereochemistry of the hydroxyl group in (II) was shown as R. The conformation around the eight‐membered carbocycle in (I) differs markedly from that in (II).  相似文献

The title diastereoisomers, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate and methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, both C19H23N3O5, have been studied in two crystalline forms. The first form, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate–methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate (1/1), 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5·2(R),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, contains both S,S and S,R isomers, while the second, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, is the pure S,S isomer. The S,S isomers in the two structures show very similar geometries, the maximum difference being about 15° on one torsion angle. The differences between the S,S and S,R isomers, apart from those due to the inversion of one chiral centre, are more remarkable, and are partially due to a possible rotational disorder of the 2‐(methoxycarbonyl)tetrahydropyrrole group.  相似文献

The title compound, 9(R)‐[6(R)‐hydroxymethyl‐1‐oxa‐4‐thiacyclohexan‐2‐yl]‐1,9‐dihydro‐6H‐purin‐6‐one–water (4/3), C10H12N4O3S·0.75H2O, crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with four molecules in the asymmetric unit and 0.75 waters of hydration per molecule. The structure was refined to an R value of 0.072 for 3382 observed reflections. The four crystallographically independent molecules are designated A, B, C and D. All four oxathiane rings adopt the chair conformation and the purine bases are in an anti orientation with respect to the sugar moieties. Molecules A and D and molecules C and B are base paired by a single hydrogen bond of the type N—H?N. These base pairs are again hydrogen bonded to their translated pairs in the direction of a cell diagonal.  相似文献
