In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu2(C10H20N4O2)(C10H8N2)2](ClO4)2, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide} occupies an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond and is thus in a trans conformation. The two CuII atoms are located in slightly distorted square‐based pyramidal environments. The binuclear units interact with each other viaπ–π interactions to form a one‐dimensional chain extending in the c direction.  相似文献

In the two isomorphous title compounds, viz. tris­[2,2′‐bi(4,5‐di­hydro‐1,3‐oxazole)‐κ2N,N′]copper(II) diperchlorate, [Cu(C6H8N2O2)3](ClO4)2, (I), and tris­[2,2′‐bi(4,5‐di­hydro‐1,3‐oxazole)‐κ2N,N′]­nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(C6H8N2O2)3](ClO4)2, (II), the MII ions each have a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed via six N atoms from three 2,2′‐bioxazoline ligands. For each ligand, the two five‐membered rings are nearly coplanar. It is noteworthy that the Jahn–Teller effect is stronger in (I) than in (II). The three‐dimensional supramolecular structures of (I) and (II) are formed via weak hydrogen‐bonding interactions between O atoms from per­chlorate anions and H atoms from 2,2′‐bioxazoline ligands.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis­[3‐(dimethyl­amino)prop­yl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol mol­ecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking inter­actions to form a three‐dimensional supra­molecular array.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)2(C4H9N3O2)2][Cu(C4H9N3O2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH, comprises two independent CuII species lying on different inversion sites. In the Cu complexes, a distorted octa­hedral geometry arises (from basic square‐planar N4 coordination) from the weak coordination of two perchlorate ions (as Cu—O) in one species and two methanol mol­ecules in the other (also as Cu—O). Inter­actions between the O atoms of the perchlorate anions or methanol groups and the imide or amine NH groups afford an extensive inter­molecular hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Zn(C2H3N)(C16H21N3O)](ClO4)2·H2O, the ZnII ion is coordinated by two pyridyl N atoms, one amine N atom, and an ethanol O atom from the N,N′,N′′,O‐tetra­dentate 2‐[bis­(2‐pyridylethyl)amino]­ethanol donor ligand. The fifth coordination site is filled by an acetonitrile N atom, and there is one solvent water mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. The basal plane is formed by two carbonyl O atoms of two monodentate trans‐oriented acesulfamate ligands and two trans aqua ligands. The axial positions in the octa­hedron are occupied by two N atoms of two trans pyridine ligands. Mol­ecules are stacked in columns running along the a axis. There are π–π stacking inter­actions between the mol­ecules in each column, with a distance of 3.623 (2) Å between the centroids of the pyridine rings. The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)(C5H6N2)2(C12H12N2)]ClO4, was prepared by in situ partial ligand substitution between 3‐amino­pyridine and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine at room temperature. The central copper(II) ion is five‐coordinated by one bidentate 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine mol­ecule, two monodentate pyridine‐coordinated 3‐amino­pyridine mol­ecules and one apical O atom from the perchlorate counter‐ion. Inter­molecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding inter­actions form a hydrogen‐bond‐sustained network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ni(H2O)6](C17H13O7S)2·8H2O, the NiII atom is located on an inversion centre in the space group P21/c. The [Ni(H2O)6]2+, C17H13O7S and H2O components form many hydrogen bonds and there are π–π stacking inter­actions betweeen the isoflavone units. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two amino­pyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by inter­molecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbon­yl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety.  相似文献

The Co atom is located on a twofold rotation axis and is coordinated by the two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and four O atoms of water mol­ecules. The title complex, [CuNi(C13H16N3O3)(C10H8N2)2(H2O)]ClO4, has a cis‐oxamide‐bridged heterobinuclear cation, with a Cu...Ni separation of 5.3297 (6) Å, counterbalanced by a disordered perchlorate anion. The CuII and NiII cations are located in square‐pyramidal and octahedral coordination environments, respectively. The complex molecules are assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. The influence of the two types of metal cation on the supramolecular structure is discussed.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetra­nuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octa­hedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intra­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π inter­actions, together with weak inter­molecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

2‐(2‐Amino­eth­yl)pyridine (2‐aep, C7H10N2) acts as a bridging ligand in bis­[μ‐2‐(2‐amino­eth­yl)pyridine‐κ2N:N′]disilver(I) dinitrate, [Ag2(2‐aep)2](NO3)2, and bis­[μ‐2‐(2‐amino­eth­yl)­pyridine‐κ2N:N′]disilver(I) diperchlorate, [Ag2(2‐aep)2](ClO4)2. Both salts contain the dinuclear [Ag2(2‐aep)2]2+ cation, which possesses a crystallographic inversion center. The Ag⋯Ag distance is 3.1163 (5) Å for the nitrate and 3.0923 (3) Å for the perchlorate salt, and may indicate a weak d10d10 inter­action in each case. Essentially linear coordination of the AgI atom is perturbed by weak coordination to the anionic O atoms. These latter inter­actions organize the dinuclear cations into one‐dimensional polymeric chains in the crystals of the two salts.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the synthetically prepared title compound, [Cu(C14H12N2)2](C4HO4)·0.5H2O or [Cu(dmphen)2](HSq)·0.5H2O (dmphen is 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline or neocuproine and HSq is hydrogen squarate), the CuI centre has distorted tetra­hedral coordination geometry comprised of four N atoms from two bidentate dmphen ligands. The squarate monoanions form a ten‐membered dimer, graph set R22(10), linked by two strong inter­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. These squarate dimers are linked into chains that propagate along the [100] direction. An extensive three‐dimensional network of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π inter­actions is responsible for stabilization of the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diyl­bis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diyl­bis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis­(salicyl­idene)‐2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively.  相似文献

The Zn atom is coordinated by four O atoms from four water mol­ecules and two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipyridine mol­ecules in a distorted octa­hedral geometry. The Zn2+ ions are linked by the 4,4′‐bipyridine mol­ecules to form a one‐dimensional straight chain propagating along the c axis. The 4‐hydroxy­benzene­sulfonate counter‐ions are bridged by the solvent water mol­ecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layer featuring large pores. In the crystal packing, the intra­layer pores form one‐dimensional channels along the c axis, in which the one‐dimensional [Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]2+ chains are encapsulated. Electrostatic inter­actions between cations and anions and extensive hydrogen bonds result in a three‐dimensional supra­molecular structure.  相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thio­cyanate and acetate mol­ecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have synanti bridging configurations.
