We reveal a modulation the frequency of which varies quasi-periodically with a variation period of about 150 s when analyzing the low-frequency modulation of the intensity of the solar microwave radiation. It is shown that this modulation can be a manifestation of the microflares occurring in the coronal magnetic loop. The interaction of 5-min photospheric oscillations with currentcarrying loops results in modulation of the electric current in the loop and, as a result, generation of the inductive electric field. This leads to the emergence of a group of runaway electrons and their acceleration by the electric field. The most favorable conditions for the acceleration appear near the loop top, where the Dreicer field is minimum. When the electrons accelerated in the region near the top of the loop reach its footpoints, a microflare is observed. The radiation loss of the loop and the energy which is released in the loop as a result of the microflares are compared It is shown that for some loop parameters, the radiation loss can be compensated completely and the heating can exceed the radiation loss.  相似文献

This paper reports on the results of investigations into the polarization dependence of the spontaneous radiation of hot electrons due to their intervalley redistribution in multivalley semiconductors. It is demonstrated that the radiation is predominantly polarized normally to the electric field and the direction of polarization and its intensity can vary according to the degree of electron redistribution, the electron concentration, and the heating electric field.  相似文献

The probability of electron tunneling from a bound state into a free state in crossed ac electric and dc magnetic fields is calculated in the quasiclassical approximation. It is shown that a magnetic field decreases the electron tunneling probability. This decreases the probability of thermally activated ionization of deep impurity centers by submillimeter radiation. The logarithm of the ionization probability is a linear function of the squared amplitude of the electric field and increases rapidly with the frequency of the electric field.  相似文献

By the methods of classical theory, the motion of an electron in the field of a longitudinal electric wave is analyzed. This field may be taken as a model of the accelerating field at the axis of a linear accelerator. Interband luminescence in a parabolic quantum well is studied in applied electric and magnetic fields. It is shown that the luminescence peak is displaced towards higher frequencies with increasing magnetic field strength, while an increase in the electric field strength causes a displacement of the emission peak towards the long-wave region and a decrease in its amplitude. The theoretical results are compared with the experimental data. The existence of a new electromagnetic-wave emission channel (electrically induced luminescence) associated with indirect optical transitions is predicted. The frequency dependence of the electrically induced radiation is computed, taking into account the interaction of an electron with acoustic and optical phonons. It is found that the half-width of the luminescence peak increases with the electric field strength.  相似文献

对紫外激光诱导近化学计量比钽酸锂晶体铁电畴反转进行了实验研究。波长为351 nm的连续紫外激光被聚焦在近化学计量比钽酸锂晶体的-z表面,同时沿与晶体自发极化相反的方向施加均匀外电场。实验证实紫外激光辐照可以有效地降低晶体畴反转所需的矫顽电场,采用数字全息干涉测量技术检测证实在激光辐照区域实现局域畴反转。研究表明采用紫外激光诱导可以实现对近化学计量比钽酸锂晶体铁电畴反转的局域控制。提出了物理机理的理论分析,认为外电场和激光辐照场的共同作用在晶体内部产生高浓度、大尺寸的缺陷结构,缺陷一定程度上降低畴体成核和畴壁运动所需要克服的退极化能和畴壁能,实现激光诱导畴反转。  相似文献

In ultra-intense laser--matter interactions, intense electric fields formed at the rear surface of a foil target may have strong influences on the motion of energetic electrons, and thereby affect the electromagnetic emissions from the rear surface, usually ascribed to transition radiation. Due to the electric fields, transition radiation occurs twice and bremsstrahlung radiation also happens because the electrons will cross the rear surface twice and have large accelerations. In the optic region, transition radiation is dominant. The radiation spectrum depends on the electric field only when the electrons are monochromatic, and becomes independent of the electric field when the electrons have a broadband momentum distribution. Therefore, in an actual experiment, the electric field at the rear surface of a foil could not be studied just with the measurement of optic emissions. In the terahertz region, both bremsstrahlung and transition radiations should be taken into account, and the radiation power could be enhanced in comparison with that without the inclusion of bremsstrahlung radiation. The frequency at which the maximum terahertz radiation appears depends on the electric field.  相似文献

The emission of radiation from an accelerated charge is analyzed. It is foundthat at zero velocity, the radiation emitted from the charge imparts no countermomentum to the emitting charge, and no radiation reaction force is created bythe radiation. A reaction force is created by the stress force that exists in thecurved electric field of the charge, and the work done in overcoming this forceis the source of the energy carried by the radiation.  相似文献

设计了一种差分开关振荡器,能够产生中心频率300 MHz的差分衰减振荡信号,并研制了基于差分开关振荡器和螺旋天线的辐射系统。首先将相同中心频率的差分开关振荡器与单端开关振荡器对比,表明差分开关振荡器的耐压和输出电压是单端开关振荡器的两倍;然后介绍了差分开关振荡器的设计方案,对其阻抗特性和静电场分布进行了分析,仿真了其瞬态工作过程;之后根据差分开关振荡器的输出形式,研制了一种差分注入的螺旋天线,作为系统的辐射天线;最后介绍了该差分型辐射系统在不同辐射距离,不同充气气压下的实验结果,并与单端型辐射系统进行了对比。结果表明,该辐射系统能够产生中心频率300 MHz,百分比带宽约20%的高功率宽带电磁脉冲,最大辐射场强约18 kV/m,有效电势约110 kV,场强与单端型辐射系统相比近似提高了1倍。  相似文献

石墨烯是单原子厚的二维狄拉克相对论费米子系统,其优秀的光电学性质得到了广泛的关注和研究. 本论文利用量子理论研究掺杂石墨烯系统外电场和光场共同作用下的非平衡载流子的非线性太赫兹光学性质. 研究发现,掺杂石墨烯带内光吸收表现出强的非线性太赫兹光学特性. 随着外加偏压电场的增大,石墨烯非线性光学响应增强;随着外界太赫兹光频率的减小,非线特性增强. 研究表明通过改变电场强度,可以有效调节石墨烯系统太赫兹非线性光学特性. 研究结果为探索和发展以石墨烯为基础的新型纳米太赫兹光电器件的研究和实际应用提供了理论依据. 关键词: 石墨烯 太赫兹 非线性 光电流  相似文献

We study theoretically the influence of a circular metallic waveguide with a longitudinal magnetic field on the synchrotron radiation of a point electric charge moving along a helical trajectory coaxial with the waveguide axis. The main attention is focused on the analysis of the energy characteristics of radiation of electromagnetic E and H waves. We derive the formulas for the radiation powers of E and H waves. It is shown that, under certain conditions, slowly moving electric charges do not radiate any of these electromagnetic waves in the circular waveguide.  相似文献

Enhancement of microwave radiation at wavelength λ ∼ 10 cm in a cavity is simulated using the system of constituent equations derived earlier. It is shown that a radiation energy density of W ∼ 1000 J/m3 can be attained. Pumping of the medium containing conducting nanoparticles is carried out with a stationary electric field. The required mass concentration of nanoparticles and pumping field are estimated. A method of obtaining active medium using a statitionary electric field for enhancement of microwave radiation in a wavelength range of λ ∼ 10 cm is proposed. In this method, extended conducting nanoparticles should be sputtered.  相似文献

We analyze bremsstrahlung due to collision of a relativistic electron with an ion in an external longitudinal magnetic field. Within the framework of the perturbation method, a general expression for the electric field of radiation is derived. It is shown that the magnitude of the resonance peak of the spectral line is determined by the small dissipative force of radiation reaction. The influence of the external field on the specific intensity and polarization of the wave is analyzed in detail.  相似文献

An electron gas in crossed electric and magnetic fields of arbitrary strength is considered in the framework of nonequilibrium statistical mechanics. It is known that more than one independent frequency existing in a system, which are of comparable magnitude, can generate coherent synergic radiation. In the present system three independent frequencies exist: viz the synchrotron frequency due to the magnetic field, the hopping frequency due to the electric field, and the plasma frequency. It is shown that all these can combine to generate a new synergic coherent radiation. The results also show the possibility of interpreting the quantum nature of Hall conductance as due to density function alone. Besides these, the solution admits the Schubnikov-de Haas oscillation of the electrical conductivity due to change in the fields.  相似文献

Burning of multiwell holes in impurity-absorption spectra of glasses and polymers in an alternating electric field was theoretically studied. A case of circularly polarized burning radiation with a spectrum consisting of a series of close equidistant lines that shift synchronously with the variation of the electric field across the sample was considered. It was shown that an electric field applied to the sample after hole burning changes the optical density in the hole center, and that this change depends on the orientation of the plane of polarization of the probing radiation. Centrosymmetric impurity molecules, whose Stark moments (with randomly distributed magnitudes and directions) are governed only by their interaction with matrix molecules, and molecules with small intrinsic permanent Stark moments were considered. It was shown that the measurements of electric dichroism of a multiwell spectral hole make it possible to study both the anisotropy of matrix-induced moments and additional moments that arise, for example, when a metal atom leaves the plane of a metalloporphyrin molecule. It was also shown that the sensitivity and selectivity of the suggested method exceed those of known methods.  相似文献

Harmonics generation of high-frequency radiation in a plasma embedded in a constant electric field is investigated theoretically. It is shown that the electron directed motion due to the static electric field yields the appearance in the plasma emission spectrum of high-frequency radiation even harmonics. The conditions are established when the even harmonics generation is as effective as that of the odd ones. At variance with the odd harmonics, the even harmonics polarization plane is found to rotate with respect to that of the fundamental field. The conditions in which electromagnetic radiation is formed are discussed. It is found that the main condition for the emission of radiation by an electric charge is the existence of a relative acceleration between the charge and its electric field. Such a situation exists both for a charge accelerated in a free space, and for a charge supported at rest in a gravitational field. Hence, in such situations, the charges radiate. It is also shown that relating radiation to the relative acceleration between a charge and its electric field, solves several difficulties that existed in earlier approaches, like the energy balance paradox, and the relativistic nature of the observation of the emitted radiation.  相似文献

In this study, we analyzed the influence of isotropic plasma on far field scattering radiation of perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) cylinder in the presence of directive electromagnetic radiation excited from an electric line source. Two cases regarding electric line source have been considered to gain more graphical variation corresponding to plasma parameters. In the first case, electric line source is placed outside the coating layer while in second case electric line source placed inside the coating. It has been demonstrated that the far field scattering patterns of PEMC, PEC, and PMC are strongly dependent on plasma parameters; however, their importance to control scattering pattern slightly changed/reversed corresponding to electric line source placement (inside the coating and outside the coating).  相似文献
