Prussian blue (PB) was grown compactly on graphene matrix by electrochemical deposition. The as-prepared PB-graphene modified glassy carbon electrode (PB-graphene/GCE) showed excellent electrocatalytic activity towards both the reduction of hydrogen peroxide and the oxidation of hydrazine, which could be attributed to the remarkable synergistic effect of graphene and PB. The PB-graphene/GCE showed sensitive response to H2O2 with a wide linear range of 10-1440 μM at 0.0 V, and to hydrazine with a wide linear range of 10-3000 μM at 0.35 V. The detection limit was 3 μM and 7 μM, respectively, and both of them had rapid response within 5 s to reach 95% steady state response. The wide linear range, good selectivity and long-time stability of the PB-graphene/GCE make it possible for the practical amperometric detection of hydrogen peroxide and hydrazine.  相似文献

A series of novel polyamide-imides (PAIs) with high glass transition temperature were prepared from diimide-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2′-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4′-bis(trimellitimidophenyl)biphenyl (BTFTB), by direct polycondensation with various diamines in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents in the presence of dehydrating agent (CaCl2). The yield of the polymers was obtained was high with moderate to high inherent viscosities (0.80-1.03 dL g−1). Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) of the polymers showed number-average and weight-average molecular weights up to 8.6 × 104 and 22 × 104, respectively. The PAIs were amorphous in nature. Most of the polymers exhibited good solubility in various solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), pyridine, cyclohexanone and tetrahydrofuran. The polymer films had tensile strength in the range of 79-103 MPa, an elongation at break in the range of 6-16%, and a tensile modulus in the range between 2.1 and 2.8 GPa. The glass transition temperatures of the polymers were determined by DMA method and they were in the range of 264-291 °C. The coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) of PAIs were determined by TMA instrument and they were between 29 and 67 ppm °C−1. These polymers were fairly thermally stable up to or above 438 °C, and lose 10% weight in the range of 446-505 °C and 438-496 °C, respectively, in nitrogen and air. These polymers had exhibited 80% transmission wavelengths which were in the range of 484-516 nm and their cutoff wavelengths were in between 418 and 434 nm. The PAIs with trifluoromethyl group have higher bulk density resulting in higher free volume and then lowering the dielectric constant.  相似文献

A simple and highly sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of pipecolic acid (PA) in serum was developed. Pipecolic acid and nipecotic acid (internal standard (IS)) were derivatised with 4-(5,6-dimethoxy-2-phthalimidinyl)-2-methoxyphenylsulfonyl chloride (DMS-Cl) to produce fluorescent sulfonamides. The labelling reaction was carried out at 70 °C for 15 min at pH 9.0. The fluorescent derivatives were separated on a reversed-phase column (45 °C) with a stepwise elution using methanol/acetonitrile/10 mmol l−1 acetic acid (42:5:53) and methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detected at excitation and emission wavelengths of 316 and 403 nm, respectively. The labelling yield was 100.8%. The detection limit of pipecolic acid was 4 fmol at signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The within-day and day-to-day relative standard deviations were 3.3-8.1 and 1.4-6.4%, respectively. The concentration of pipecolic acid in normal human serum was 1.09±0.37 μmol l−1.  相似文献

Chenodiol and ursodiol are diastereomeric bile acids and widely used as anticholelithogenic. A sensitive method was established for the simultaneous determination of chenodiol and ursodiol by fluorigenic derivatization and liquid chromatography. The analytes were derivatized with 2-(2-naphthoxy)ethyl 2-(piperidino)ethanesulfonate (NOEPES) catalyzed by 18-crown-6 ether (18-crown-6) and potassium hydrogen carbonate. The resulting derivatives were analyzed by isocratic HPLC with fluorimetric detection (excitation at 235 nm and emission at 350 nm). The linear range for the analysis of the drugs was 1.0-30.0 μM with the detection limits (S/N=3) of 0.4 and 0.2 μM, respectively, for chenodiol and ursodiol each based on an injection volume of 10 μl sample. The method was demonstrated to the analysis of chenodiol in capsules and ursodiol in tablets. The results indicate that the method is sensitive and selective.  相似文献

Photochemical and anionic polymerizations of 1,2-diaza-1,3-butadienes are described. Photochemical polymerization was smoothly performed by irradiation of some 1-aminocarbonyl-1,2-diaza-1,3-butadienes with high pressure mercury arc (λ = 300 nm) in the presence of allyltributylstannane. Molecular weights (Mw) in the range 14.6-559 × 102 g/mol were obtained. The TGA curve revealed a first weight loss starting at about 200 °C of some 85%, and a second starting at about 300 °C. The DSC showed the glass transition (Tg) at about −34 °C. Anionic polymerization was performed by treatment of some 1-alkoxycarbonyl-1,2-diaza-1,3-butadienes with n-butyllithium. Molecular weights (Mw) in the range 8.44-242 × 102 g/mol were obtained.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive method for the determination of alkylating agents in complex reaction mixtures was developed and characterized. Analyses are based on the alkylation of 2-mercaptopyridine by the analyte; the derivative is separated by RP-HPLC and measured by fluorescence detection. When applied to the determination of dimethyl sulfate, the method is linear over four orders of magnitude: 0.01-10 μg mL−1. By using recrystallized 2-mercaptopyridine, quantitation limits of 10 ng mL−1 can be achieved. Precision of the assay is 2% R.S.D. in the 1-10 μg mL−1 range and about 15% R.S.D. at 10 ng mL−1. Studies on the pH dependence of the derivatization reaction were key to minimizing interference from the dimethyl sulfate degradation product, monomethyl sulfate, in quenched reaction samples.  相似文献

A fast and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination in human plasma of MHPG (3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylethylenglycol) and VMA (vanillyl mandelic acid), the main metabolites of epinephrine and norepinephrine. Analyses were carried out at 325 nm while exciting at 285 nm on a reversed-phase column (Atlantis C18, 150 mm × 4.6 mm I.D., 5 μm) using a mobile phase composed of 2% methanol and 98% aqueous citrate buffer at pH 3.0. A careful solid-phase extraction procedure, based on mixed-mode reversed-phase - strong anion exchange Oasis cartridges (MAX, 30 mg, 1 mL), was developed for the pre-treatment of plasma samples. Extraction yields were satisfactory, always higher than 90%. Calibration curves were linear over the 0.2-40.0 ng mL−1 concentration range for MHPG and over the 0.5-40.0 ng mL−1 concentration range for VMA. The method was successfully applied to plasma samples of former drug users undergoing detoxification therapy and subjects “at risk” of developing drug addiction.  相似文献

We have prepared electrodeposited boron wafer by molten salts with KBF4-KF at 680°C using graphite crucible for anode and silicon wafer and nickel plate for cathodes. Experiments were performed by various molar ratios KBF4/KF and current densities. Amorphous p-type boron wafers with purity 87% was deposited on nickel plate for 1 h. Thermal diffusivity by ring-flash method and heat capacity by DSC method produced thermal conductivity showing amorphous behavior in the entire temperature range. The systematical results on thermoelectric properties were obtained for the wafers prepared with KBF4-KF (66-34 mol%) under various current densities in the range 1-2 A/cm2. The temperature dependencies of electrical conductivity showed thermal activated type with activation energy of 0.5 eV. Thermoelectric power tended to increase with increasing temperature up to high temperatures with high values of (1-10) mV/K. Thermoelectric figure-of-merit was 10−4/K at high temperatures. Estimated efficiency of thermoelectric energy conversion would be calculated to be 4-5%.  相似文献

A range of substituted ferrocenes were used as catalysts for the synthesis of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and carbon fibers (CFs). These products were obtained in the temperature range 800-1000 °C, in a reducing atmosphere of 5% H2 by pyrolysis of (CpR)(CpR′)Fe (R and R′ = H, Me, Et and COMe) in toluene solution. The effect of pyrolysis temperature (800-1000 °C), catalyst concentration (5 and 10 wt.% in toluene) and solution injection rate (0.2 and 0.8 ml/min) on the type and yield of carbonaceous product synthesized was investigated. Carbonaceous products formed include graphite film (mostly at high temperature; 900-1000 °C), carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers. The carbonaceous materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy. The ferrocene ring substituents influenced both the CNT diameter and the carbon product formed.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive and accurate reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method with photo-diode array detector (PDA) was developed and validated for the determination of amphotericin B (AMB) in the rat plasma using a new internal standard (IS) α-naphthol. The plasma samples were subjected to protein precipitation with methanol prior to a HPLC analysis. Chromatographic separations were achieved on a Nucleosil® 100-5C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm) column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and sodium acetate buffer (pH 4; 10 mM) in a gradient mode. Detection was carried out at a wavelength of 407 and 294 nm for AMB and IS, respectively. The retention times of AMB and IS were about 6.8 and 7.8 min, respectively. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10-2000 ng mL−1 for AMB (r2 > 0.998). No significant matrix effect was observed on quantification of AMB or IS. At three quality control concentrations of 20, 500, and 2000 ng mL−1, the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviation ranged from 1.13% to 4.91%. The limit of detection (LOD) was 5 ng mL−1 and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 10 ng mL−1 for AMB in rat plasma. This method is simple, sensitive, rapid and does not require any extensive sample purification before injecting into HPLC.  相似文献

Low temperature routes have been developed for the preparation of BaCe0.9Y0.1O2.95 (BCY10) and BaZr0.9Y0.1O2.95 (BZY10) in the form of nanoparticulate powders for use after densification as ceramic membranes for a proton ceramic fuel cell. These methods make use on the one hand of the chelation of metal (II), (III) and (IV) ions by acrylates (hydrogelation route) and on the other of the destabilisation and precipitation of micro-emulsions. Both routes lead to single phase yttrium doped barium cerate or zirconate perovskites, as observed by X-ray diffraction, after thermal treatment at 900 °C for 4 h for BCY10 and 800 °C for BZY10. These temperatures, lower than those usually used for preparation of barium cerate or zirconate, lead to oxide nanoparticles of size <40 nm. Dense ceramics (?95%) are obtained by sintering BCY10 pellets at 1350 °C and BZY10 pellets at 1500 °C for 10 h. The water uptake of compacted samples at 500 °C is 0.14 wt% for BCY10 and 0.26 wt% for BZY10. Total conductivities in the range 300-600 °C were determined using impedance spectroscopy in a humidified nitrogen atmosphere. The total conductivity was 1.8×10−2 S/cm for BCY10 and 2×10−3 S/cm for BZY10 at 600 °C. The smallest perovskite nanoparticles and highest conductivities were obtained by hydrogelation of precursor barium, zirconium, cerium and yttrium acrylates.  相似文献

A new aromatic diacid monomer viz., 4-(4′-carboxyphenoxy)-2-pentadecylbenzoic acid was synthesized starting from cardanol and was characterized by FTIR, 1H- and 13C NMR spectroscopy. A series of new aromatic polyamides containing ether linkages and pendant pentadecyl chains was prepared by phosphorylation polycondensation of 4-(4′-carboxyphenoxy)-2-pentadecylbenzoic acid with five commercially available aromatic diamines viz., 1,4-phenylenediamine, 4,4′-oxydianiline, 4,4′-methylenedianiline, 1,3-phenylenediamine, and 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)dianiline. Inherent viscosities of the polyamides were in the range 0.45-0.66 dL/g in N,N-dimethylacetamide at 30 ± 0.1 °C. The introduction of ether linkages and pendant pentadecyl chains into polyamides led to an enhanced solubility in N,N-dimethylacetamide and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone at room temperature or upon heating. The polyamides could be solution-cast into tough, flexible and transparent films from their N,N-dimethylacetamide solution. Wide angle X-ray diffraction patterns exhibited broad halo indicating that the polymers were essentially amorphous in nature. X-Ray diffractograms also displayed a diffuse to sharp reflection in the small-angle region (2θ = ∼2-5°) for the polyamides characteristics of formation of loosely to well-developed layered structure arising from packing of flexible pentadecyl chains. The glass transition temperature observed for the polyamides was in range 139-189 °C. The temperature at 10% weight loss (T10), determined by TGA in nitrogen atmosphere, of the polyamides was in the range 425-453 °C indicating their good thermal stability.  相似文献

The pyrethroid lambda-cyhalothrin is a common insecticide which is widespread in the environment. A study of the electrochemical reduction of the pesticide on a hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) was performed as basis for the development of a sensitive analytical method for determination of lambda-cyhalothrin in natural samples. Two electrochemical techniques—cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV)—were applied. The study was performed in the pH range 2-13 using Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer to control the pH of the measuring solutions and tetrabutylammonium chloride (TBAC) salt as supporting electrolyte. In DPV, a single reduction peak was observed at both pH<4.0 and pH>10.5 while two cathodic peaks were produced in the pH range 4.0-10.5. The results showed that the reduction of lambda-cyhalothrin in the measuring solution is irreversible. The limiting current was found to be diffusion-controlled and free of adsorption of the electroactive species to HMDE over the whole pH range tested. For the analytical DPV method running at pH 2 the relationship between peak current and lambda-cyhalothrin concentration was linear up to 500 μg l−1 (1.1×10−6 mol l−1) with a detection limit of 2.5 μg l−1. The repeatability in terms of relative standard deviation (n=10) was in the order of 3.5% at concentration levels of 5 and 10 μg l−1. A DPV method for determining lambda-cyhalothrin in the agrochemical formulation Karate, spiked soil and well water was developed. The recovery was about 94% in well water and 92% in soil samples at concentration range of 0.05-0.5 μg l−1 and 0.05-0.5 μg g−1, respectively.  相似文献

A highly selective, sensitive and rapid high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed and validated to quantify gemifloxacin in human plasma. The gemifloxacin and internal standard (ciprofloxacin) were extracted by ultrafiltration technique followed by injection into chromatographic system. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a reversed phase C18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile:0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (20:80, v/v) using isocratic elution (at flow rate 1 mL min−1). The analytes were detected at 269 and 393 nm for excitation and emission, respectively. The assay exhibited a linear range of 25-5000 ng mL−1 for gemifloxacin in human plasma. The lower limit of detection was 10 ng mL−1. The method was statistically validated for linearity, accuracy, precision and selectivity following FDA guidelines. The intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation did not exceed 7.6% deviation of the nominal concentration. The recovery of gemifloxacin from plasma was greater than 97.0%. Stability of gemifloxacin in plasma was excellent with no evidence of degradation during sample processing (auto-sampler) and at least 3 months storage in a freezer at −70 °C. This validation method is applied for clinical study of the gemifloxacin in human volunteers.  相似文献

A fast HPLC method has been developed for simultaneous determination of rifabutin and its synthesis precursors. The analytes are separated in 1.8 min by means of a Kromasil 100 C18 column (50 mm × 2.1 mm i.d., 3.5 μm) at 30 °C. The mobile phase (A: 5 mM KH2PO4 adjusted to pH 6.5 with KOH; B: acetonitrile) was pumped at a flow rate of 0.4 ml min−1 according to the fast gradient mode: 0 min, 58% B; 0-0.4 min, 95% B. Detection was by ultraviolet absorbance at 275 nm. The method was validated in accordance with the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines and good accuracy, intermediate precision (≤4.6%) and linearity in the range 5-50 mg l−1 were observed for all compounds. This method is sensitive (limits of detection ranged between 0.1 and 0.3 mg l−1) and selective to quantify rifabutin and its synthesis precursors and could be used for in-process control.  相似文献

2-(Methylamino)nicotinic acid was readily prepared in high yield by reacting 2-chloronicotinic acid with 40% aq MeNH2 under microwave irradiation either at 120 °C for 2 h or at 140 °C for 1.5 h. Subsequently, we found that a range of 2-aminonicotinic acids could be obtained under microwave heating. The optimal reaction conditions involved the use of 3 equiv of amine, water as the solvent and heating at 200 °C for 2 h in the presence of diisopropylethylamine (3 equiv).  相似文献

A simple and highly sensitive method called thermal desorption (TD)-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), which is used for the determination of trace amounts of 4-nonylphenol (NP) and 4-tert.-octylphenol (OP) in water samples, is described. NP and OP in samples are extracted from water samples and concentrated by the stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) technique. A stir bar coated with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is added to a 2.0 ml water sample and stirring is carried out for 60 min at room temperature (25 °C) in a headspace vial. Then the extract is high sensitively analyzed by TD-GC-MS without any derivatization step. The optimum SBSE conditions are realized at an extraction time of 60 min. The detection limits are 0.02 ng ml−1 for NP and 0.002 ng ml−1 for OP. The method shows good linearity over the concentration range of 0.1-10 ng ml−1 for NP and 0.01-10 ng ml−1 for OP, and the correlation coefficients are higher than 0.999. The average recoveries of NP and OP are higher than 97% (R.S.D.: 3.6-6.2%) with correction using the added surrogate standards, 4-(1-methyl) octylphenol-d5 and deuterium 4-tert.-octylphenol. This simple, accurate, sensitive and selective analytical method may be used in the determination of trace amounts of NP and OP in tap and river water samples.  相似文献

A stir bar sorptive extraction with liquid desorption followed by large volume injection coupled to gas chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry (SBSE-LD/LVI-GC-qMS) was evaluated for the simultaneous determination of higher alcohol acetates (HAA), isoamyl esters (IsoE) and ethyl esters (EE) of fatty acids. The method performance was assessed and compared with other solventless technique, the solid-phase microextraction (SPME) in headspace mode (HS). For both techniques, influential experimental parameters were optimised to provide sensitive and robust methods. The SBSE-LD/LVI methodology was previously optimised in terms of extraction time, influence of ethanol in the matrix, liquid desorption (LD) conditions and instrumental settings. Higher extraction efficiency was obtained using 60 min of extraction time, 10% ethanol content, n-pentane as desorption solvent, 15 min for the back-extraction period, 10 mL min−1 for the solvent vent flow rate and 10 °C for the inlet temperature. For HS-SPME, the fibre coated with 50/30 μm divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS) afforded highest extraction efficiency, providing the best sensitivity for the target volatiles, particularly when the samples were extracted at 25 °C for 60 min under continuous stirring in the presence of sodium chloride (10% (w/v)). Both methodologies showed good linearity over the concentration range tested, with correlation coefficients higher than 0.984 for HS-SPME and 0.982 for SBES-LD approach, for all analytes. A good reproducibility was attained and low detection limits were achieved using both SBSE-LD (0.03-28.96 μg L−1) and HS-SPME (0.02-20.29 μg L−1) methodologies. The quantification limits for SBSE-LD approach ranging from 0.11 to 96.56 μg Land from 0.06 to 67.63 μg L−1 for HS-SPME. Using the HS-SPME approach an average recovery of about 70% was obtained whilst by using SBSE-LD obtained average recovery were close to 80%. The analytical and procedural advantages and disadvantages of these two methods have been compared.Both analytical methods were used to determine the HAA, IsoE and EE fatty acids content in “Terras Madeirenses” table wines. A total of 16 esters were identified and quantified from the wine extracts by HS-SPME whereas by SBSE-LD technique were found 25 esters which include 2 higher alcohol acetates, 4 isoamyl esters and 19 ethyl esters of fatty acids. Generally SBSE-LD provided higher sensitivity with decreased analysis time.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive methodology based on liquid-liquid-liquid microextraction (LLLME) followed by high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV) has been successfully developed for the determination of atorvastatin (AT) in human plasma. AT was first extracted from 4.5 mL acidic aqueous sample (diluted plasma, donor phase, pH 1) at temperature 45 °C through 400 μL 1-octanol for 4.5 min, while being agitated by a stirring bar at 1250 rpm. Then, a 5.5 μL free suspended basic aqueous droplet (acceptor phase, pH 10) was delivered to the top-center position of the organic membrane. The mixture was stirred at 650 rpm for 7.5 min and the analyte was back-extracted into the droplet. Finally, the acceptor phase was taken into a microsyringe and injected directly into the HPLC. An enrichment factor of 187 along with substantial sample clean up was obtained under the optimized conditions. The calibration curve showed linearity in the range of 1-500 ng mL−1 with regression coefficient corresponding to 0.996. Limits of detection (S/N = 3) and quantification (S/N = 10) were 0.4 and 1 ng mL−1, respectively. A reasonable relative recovery (91%) and satisfactory intra-assay (4.4-7.0%, n = 6) and inter-assay (4.9-7.7%, n = 8) precision illustrated good performance of the analytical procedure. This technique was eventually applied for the determination of AT in human plasma after oral administration of 40 mg single dose of drug. The protocol proved to be highly cost-effective and reliable for the screening purpose.  相似文献

1,4-Addition of arylboronic acid to trans-β-arylenals proceeded smoothly in acetone-water (10/1) at 10-25 °C in the presence of [Pd(S,S-chiraphos)(PhCN)2](SbF6)2 (0.5 mol %), AgX (X = BF4, SbF6, 10 mol %) and aqueous 42% HBF4 to afford optically active 3,3-diarylalkanals with high enantioselectivities in a range of 86-97% ee.
