Recently, the Hawking radiation of a black hole has been studied using the tunnel effect method. The radiation spectrum of a black hole is derived. By discussing the correction to spectrum of the rotating black hole, we obtain the canonical entropy. The derived canonical entropy is equal to the sum of Bekenstein-Havcking entropy and correction term. The correction term near the critical point is different from the one near others. This difference plays an important role in studying the phase transition of the black hole. The black hole thermal capacity diverges at the critical point. However, the canonical entropy is not a complex number at this point. Thus we think that the phase transition created by this critical point is the second order phase transition. The discussed black hole is a five-dimensional Kerr-AdS black hole. We provide a basis for discussing thermodynamic properties of a higher-dimensional rotating black hole.  相似文献

In this paper, we use semi-classical tunneling approach to calculate the quantum corrections to the Hawking temperature as well as entropy of the Kehagias-Sftesos asymptotically flat black hole solution and charged regular black hole with Fermi-Dirac distribution. For this purpose, we apply the first law of black hole thermodynamics to investigate the semi-classical entropy of both black holes having mass as well as charge or coupling constant. For both black holes, the entropy corrections contain the logarithmic term as a leading order correction term. For Kehagias-Sftesos asymptotically flat black hole, the semi-classical Hawking temperature and black hole entropy will behave asymptotically by considering the vanishing coupling constant b = 0. We have obtained the same analysis for the corrected thermodynamical quantities for this BH. For charged regular black hole with Fermi-Dirac distribution, if we neglect the charged effects in our analysis, i.e., q = 0, then these corrections approximately leads to the Schwarzschild black hole which is already given in the literature.  相似文献

The Hawking radiation from charged Kerr black hole via the method beyond semi-classical approximation is studied. In our work, we apply the WKB approximation method and the quantum tunneling method, then calculate the tunneling rate and further correct Hawking entropy to charged Kerr black hole. It is shown that the result is still in agreement with the unitary theory, the entropy of the black hole contains three parts: the usual Bekenstein-Hawking entropy, the logarithmic term and the inverse area term. Apart from coefficients, our correction to the charged Kerr black hole entropy is consistent with results of loop quantum gravity.  相似文献

Recently, there has been much attention devoted to resolving the quantum corrections to the Bekenstein-Hawking black hole entropy. In particular, many researchers have expressed a vested interest in the coefficient of the logarithmic term of the black hole entropy correction term. In this paper, based on the correction to black hole thermodynamic quantity due to the generalized uncertainty principle, we calculate the partition function by energy spectrum obtained using tunneling effect. Furthermore we derive the black hole entropy. In the expression, we not only consider the generalized uncertainty principle but also consider the departure of black hole radiation spectrum from pure thermal spectrum. According to criterion law of thermodynamic systems phase transition, we discuss the phase transition of AdS black hole and derive that the phase transition of AdS black hole is a secondary one.  相似文献

In this paper, we first obtain the higher-dimen-sional dilaton–Lifshitz black hole solutions in the presence of Born–Infeld (BI) electrodynamics. We find that there are two different solutions for the cases of \(z=n+1\) and \(z\ne n+1\) where z is the dynamical critical exponent and n is the number of spatial dimensions. Calculating the conserved and thermodynamical quantities, we show that the first law of thermodynamics is satisfied for both cases. Then we turn to the study of different phase transitions for our Lifshitz black holes. We start with the Hawking–Page phase transition and explore the effects of different parameters of our model on it for both linearly and BI charged cases. After that, we discuss the phase transitions inside the black holes. We present the improved Davies quantities and prove that the phase transition points shown by them are coincident with the Ruppeiner ones. We show that the zero temperature phase transitions are transitions in the radiance properties of black holes by using the Landau–Lifshitz theory of thermodynamic fluctuations. Next, we turn to the study of the Ruppeiner geometry (thermodynamic geometry) for our solutions. We investigate thermal stability, interaction type of possible black hole molecules and phase transitions of our solutions for linearly and BI charged cases separately. For the linearly charged case, we show that there are no phase transitions at finite temperature for the case \( z\ge 2\). For \(z<2\), it is found that the number of finite temperature phase transition points depends on the value of the black hole charge and there are not more than two. When we have two finite temperature phase transition points, there is no thermally stable black hole between these two points and we have discontinuous small/large black hole phase transitions. As expected, for small black holes, we observe finite magnitude for the Ruppeiner invariant, which shows the finite correlation between possible black hole molecules, while for large black holes, the correlation is very small. Finally, we study the Ruppeiner geometry and thermal stability of BI charged Lifshtiz black holes for different values of z. We observe that small black holes are thermally unstable in some situations. Also, the behavior of the correlation between possible black hole molecules for large black holes is the same as for the linearly charged case. In both the linearly and the BI charged cases, for some choices of the parameters, the black hole system behaves like a Van der Waals gas near the transition point.

The Parikh–Wilczek tunneling proposal of black hole radiation is considered in de Sitter–Schwarzschild space–time. The semi-classical black hole tunneling radiation is calculated under a minimal length uncertainty analysis. It is shown that the original calculation of Parikh–Wilczek receives a new correction.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider higher order corrections of the entropy, which coming from thermal fluctuations, and find their effect on the thermodynamics of higher dimensional charged black holes. Leading order thermal fluctuation is logarithmic term in the entropy while higher order correction is proportional to the inverse of original entropy. We calculate some thermodynamics quantities and obtain the effect of logarithmic and higher order corrections of entropy on them. Validity of the first law of thermodynamics investigated and Van der Waals equation of state of dual picture studied. We find that five-dimensional black hole behaves as Van der Waals, but higher dimensional case have not such behavior. We find that thermal fluctuations are important in stability of black hole hence affect unstable/stable black hole phase transition.  相似文献

Parikh-Wilzcek’s recent work, which treats the Hawking radiation as semi-classical tunneling process from the event horizon of four dimensional Schwarzshild and Reissner- Nordström black hole, indicates that self-gravitation gives a correction to the Hawking precisely thermal spectrum and the tunneling rate is related to the change of Bekenstein- Hawking, but satisfies the underlying unitary theory. In this paper, we extend the model to study the Hawking radiation of charged particles via tunneling from arbitrarily dimensional Reissner-Nordström black holes, and obtain the same result as Parikh-Wilzcek’s. Meanwhile, in this framework, we point out that the first law of the black hole thermodynamics is reliable and the information conservation is only suitable for the reversible process.  相似文献

In this paper we consider five dimensional AdS Reissner-Nordstrom black hole and calculate thermodynamical variables such as entropy, specific heat and free energy. In that case we can obtain stability conditions of the black hole and fix black hole charge and mass for phase transition.  相似文献

Motivated by providing preliminary steps to understand the conception of quantum gravity, in this paper, we study the phase structure of a semiclassical gravitational system. We investigate the stability conditions and phase transition of charged black holes in massive gravity via canonical ensemble and geometrical thermodynamic approaches. We point out the effects of massive parameter on stability conditions of these black holes and show how massive coefficients affect the phase transition points of these black holes. We also study the effects of boundary topology on thermodynamical behavior of the system. In addition, we give some arguments regarding the role of higher dimensions and highlight the effect of the electric charge in thermodynamical behavior. Then, we extend our study to geometrical thermodynamic approach and show that it can be a successful method for studying the black hole phase transition. At last, by employing the relation between thermodynamical pressure and cosmological constant, critical behavior of the system and the effects of different parameters on critical values are investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, we use the generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) and quantum tunneling method to research the formation of the remnant from a Schwarzschild black hole with global monopole. Based on the corrected Hamilton–Jacobi equation, the corrections to the Hawking temperature, heat capacity and entropy are calculated. We not only find the remnant close to Planck scale by employing GUP, but also research the thermodynamic stability of the black hole remnant according to the phase transition and heat capacity.  相似文献

We present an exact three-dimensional massive Kiselev AdS black hole solution. This Kiselev black hole is neither perfectly fluid, nor is it the quintessential solution, but the BTZ black hole modified by the anisotropic matter. This black hole possesses an essential singularity at its radial origin and a single horizon whose radius will increase monotonically when the parameter of the anisotropic matter field ω decreases. We calculate all thermodynamic quantities and find that the first law of thermodynamics of this massive Kiselev AdS black hole can be protected, while the consistent Smarr formula is only held in the extended thermodynamic phase space. After examining the sign of free energy, we conclude that there is no Hawking-Page transition since the massive Kiselev AdS black hole phase is always thermodynamically favored. Moreover, we study the phase transition between the Kiselev AdS black hole and BTZ black hole by considering the matchings for their temperature. We find that the Kiselev AdS black hole is still a thermodynamically more preferred phase, because it always has a smaller amount of free energy than the BTZ black hole, which seems to indicate that the anisotropic matter field may emerge naturally in BTZ black hole spacetime under some thermal fluctuations. We also show a first order phase transition between the Kiselev AdS black hole phase with -1w -1/2 and the black hole phase with -1/2w0. As the Kiselev AdS black hole has some notable features on the phase transition of black holes in three dimensions, it provides important clues to further investigate these both surprising and similar behaviors in four and higher dimensions.  相似文献

Considering the quantum electrodynamics (QED) effect, we study the phase transition and Ruppeiner geometry of Euler-Heisenberg anti-de Sitter black holes in the extended phase space. For negative and small positive QED parameters, we observe a small/large black hole phase transition and reentrant phase transition, respectively, whereas a large positive value of the QED parameter ruins the phase transition. Phase diagrams for each case are explicitly shown. Then, we construct the Ruppeiner geometry in thermodynamic parameter space. Different features of the corresponding scalar curvature are shown for both the small/large black hole phase transition and reentrant phase transition cases. Of particular interest is the additional region of positive scalar curvature, indicating a dominant repulsive interaction among black hole microstructures, for the black hole with a small positive QED parameter. Furthermore, universal critical phenomena are observed for the scalar curvature of Ruppeiner geometry. These results indicate that the QED parameter has a crucial influence on the black hole phase transition and microstructure.  相似文献

In the extended phase space, we investigate the rainbow gravity-corrected thermodynamic phenomena and phase structure of the Schwarzschild black hole surrounded by a spherical cavity. The results show that rainbow gravity has a very significant effect on the thermodynamic phenomena and phase structure of the black hole. It prevents the black hole from total evaporation and leads to a remnant with a limited temperature but no mass. Additionally, we restore the PV criticality and obtain the critical quantities of the canonical ensemble. When the temperature or pressure is smaller than the critical quantities, the system undergoes two Hawking-Page-like phase transitions and one first-order phase transition, which never occurs in the original case. Remarkably, our findings demonstrate that the thermodynamic behavior and phase transition of the rainbow SC black hole surrounded by a cavity in the extended phase space are analogous to those of the Reissner–Nordström anti-de Sitter black hole. Therefore, rainbow gravity activates the effect of electric charge and cutoff factor in the evolution of the black hole.  相似文献

Recently, based on the study of black hole Hawking radiation with the tunnel effect method, we found that the radiation spectrum of the black hole is not a strict pure thermal spectrum. It is a very interesting problem to determine how the departure of the black hole radiation spectrum from the pure thermal spectrum affects entropy. We calculate the partition function by the energy spectrum obtained using tunnel effect. Using the relation between the partition function and entropy, we derive the correction value to Bekenstein-Hawking entropy of the charged black hole. Furthermore, we obtain the conditions that various thermodynamic quantities must satisfy, when phase transition of the charged black hole occurs. In this study, we obtained an exact high dimensional anti-de Sitter (AdS) black hole solution in Einstein-bumblebee gravity theory. This AdS-like black hole can only exist with a linear functional potential of the bumblebee field. We found that the Smarr formula and the first law of black hole thermodynamics can still be constructed in this Lorentz symmetry breaking black hole spacetime, but the conceptions of the black hole horizon area/entropy and the volume inside the horizon should be renewed due to its anisotropy. We also found that two types of phase transition exist: small-large black hole phase transition and Hawking-Page phase transition, like those of the Schwarzschild AdS black hole. After Lorentz symmetry breaking, the black hole mass at the divergent point of heat capacity becomes small, and the Gibbs free energy of the meta-stable large black hole is also smaller, showing that the large stable black hole can be more easily formed.  相似文献
