The oxidative cyclization in boiling nitrobenzene of 4,6-diaminodiphenylamine-2-carboxylic acid gave 3-aminophenazine-1-carboxylic acid. 4,6-Diaminodiphenylamine-3-carboxylic acid underwent decarboxylation, but the methyl ester gave methyl 3-aminophenazine-2-carboxylate from which the acid was obtained. 2,4-Diaminodiphenylamine-3′-carboxylic acid gave a mixture of 7-aminophenazine-2- and 8-aminophenazine-1-carboxylic acids from which the pure acids were separated and oriented. 8-Aminophenazine-1-carboxylic acid, together with some 1,8-diamino-acridone, was also obtained from 3′,6-diaminodiphenylamine-2-carboxylic acid.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-nitro-4-chlorocoumarin with anthranilic acid was used to synthesize N-(3-nitro-4-coumarinyl)-anthranilic acid, from which, through the acid chloride, we obtained a number of amides, which were reduced to N-(3-amino-4-coumarinyl)anthranilic acid amides The latter are cyclized under the influence of hydrochloric acid to 6,7,8,13-tetrahydro[1]benzopyrano-[4,3-b][1, 4]benzodiazepine-6,8-dione, which was also obtained from N-(3-amino-4-coumarinyl)anthranilic acid by its thermolysis or treatment with hydrochloric acid.See [1] for our preliminary communication.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 9, pp. 1208–1212, September, 1989.  相似文献

Six bile acid alkyl amide derivatives were studied with respect to their gelation properties. The derivatives were composed of three different bile acids with hexyl or cyclohexyl side chains. The gelation behaviour of all six compounds were studied for 36 solvents with varying polarities. Gelation was observed mainly in aromatic solvents, which is characteristic for bile-acid-based low molecular weight gelators. Out of 108 bile acid-solvent combinations, a total of 44 gel systems were formed, 28 of which from lithocholic acid derivatives, only two from deoxycholic acid derivatives, and 14 from cholic acid derivatives. The majority of the gel systems were formed from bile acids with hexyl side chains, contrary to the cyclohexyl group, which seems to be a poor gelation moiety. These results indicate that the spatial demand of the side chain is the key feature for the gelation properties of the bile acid amides.  相似文献

Results obtained from recent studies on the preparation and application of fatty acid vesicles are reviewed, focusing on some of the particular properties of fatty acid vesicles in comparison with conventional phospholipid vesicles (liposomes): (i) pH dependency which allows reversible transformations from non-vesicular to vesicular aggregates, and (ii) dynamic features that place fatty acid vesicles in between conventional vesicles formed from double-chain amphiphiles and micelles formed from single-chain surfactants. There are two main research areas in which fatty acid vesicles have been studied actively during the last years: (i) basic physico-chemical properties, and (ii) applications as protocell models. Applications of fatty acid vesicles in the fields of food additives and drug delivery are largely unexplored, which is at least partially due to concerns regarding the colloidal stability of fatty acid vesicles (pH- and divalent cation-sensitivity). Recently, fatty acid vesicles were prepared from highly unsaturated fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid) and the pH range of vesicle formation could be extended to high or low pH values by preparing mixed vesicles through addition of a second type of single-chain amphiphile that stabilizes the vesicle bilayer but itself is not a fatty acid.  相似文献

Vapor pressures of aqueous solutions of boric acid over a wide range of acid concentrations were measured from 40 to 100°C. The results, together with solubility data taken from the literature, can be described with a thermodynamic model which uses the Wilson equations to express the activity coefficients of water and boric acid. Only three temperature independent adjustable parameters are required; one of these represents the entropy of fusion of boric acid, data which are not available in the literature.  相似文献

The dissolution kinetics of surface-pretreated and weathered calcite was investigated in dilute acid using a channel flow cell with microdisk detection. Two pretreatments were studied, polymaleic acid and phosphoric acid. Treatment with polymaleic acid was shown to significantly passivate calcite but to a lesser extent than the phosphoric acid and the former coating was found to be less effective for protection of calcite from acid attack. However, treatment of calcite with phosphoric acid resulted in the passivation of calcite from acid attack which strongly inhibited dissolution, an effect that was enhanced even further after exposure to the environment.  相似文献

A simple, stereoselective synthesis of natural isocitric and homoisocitric acids from a common alkynylsilane correlates the stereochemistry of these acids. Starting with dimethyl D-malate dianion, methyl 2-hydroxy-3-carbomethoxy-6-(trimethylsilyl)-5-hexynoate (6a) was prepared with a good stereoselectivity (threo/erythro 90/10). Oxidative cleavage of the triple bond provided isocitric acid lactone (8') in 15% overall yield starting from D-malic acid diester 1. The synthesis of homoisocitric acid relied on a new method of conversion of alkynylsilane to alkynyl thioether, which is converted to the carboxylic acid of the same chain length. Addition of benzenesulfenyl chloride to (trimethylsilyl)alkyne 6b and elimination of trimethylsilyl chloride gave the corresponding thioether 10, which by acid hydrolysis gave homoisocitric acid (11) in a 24% yield from D-malic acid ester. This novel method of conversion of alkynylsilane to the corresponding acid was illustrated with several other alkynyltrimethylsilanes.  相似文献

The extractability of antimony(III) and (V) with tridodecylamine from various aqueous solutions is reported. Extraction from nitric and hydrofluoric acid solutions is low, but extraction from sulphuric, hydrochloric and hydrobromic solutions is high. Antimony-(III) can be separated from antimony(V) in 7M nitric acid or 0.64M hydrobromic acid. The extraction of antimony from hydrochloric acid solutions in methanol, ethanol, and acetone-water mixtures is greater than from pure aqueous solutions of the same acidity. The elements from which antimony can be separated with tertiary amines are given.  相似文献

The processes of lactic acid production include two key stages, which are (a) fermentation and (b) product recovery. In this study, free cell of Bifidobacterium longum was used to produce lactic acid from cheese whey. The produced lactic acid was then separated and purified from the fermentation broth using combination of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membranes. Nanofiltration membrane with a molecular weight cutoff of 100–400 Da was used to separate lactic acid from lactose and cells in the cheese whey fermentation broth in the first step. The obtained permeate from the above nanofiltration is mainly composed of lactic acid and water, which was then concentrated with a reverse osmosis membrane in the second step. Among the tested nanofiltration membranes, HL membrane from GE Osmonics has the highest lactose retention (97 ± 1%). In the reverse osmosis process, the ADF membrane could retain 100% of lactic acid to obtain permeate with water only. The effect of membrane and pressure on permeate flux and retention of lactose/lactic acid was also reported in this paper.  相似文献

Plutonium can be rapidly and selectively separated from the elements that interfere in its radiochemical determination, by the use of hydrobromic acid in a hydrohalic acid anion-exchange separation procedure. Plutonium(IV) and (VI) are adsorbed onto the resin column from 9M hydrochloric acid, interfering elements such as americium and thorium are washed from the column with 9M hydrochloric acid, and the plutonium is reduced to plutoniurn(III) and washed from the column with 11M hydrobromic acid. Interfering elements such as uranium and neptunium, which are adsorbed onto the column from 9M hydrochloric acid, are retained there during the hydrochloric and hydrobromic acid washes. This system would also appear to provide the means for effectively separating plutonium from those elements that commonly interfere in such chemical methods of analysis as redox titration.  相似文献

Tetraphenyltetraazaporphyrin was reacted with bromine in trifluoroacetic acid to obtain tetrakis(4-bromophenyl)tetraazaporphyrin. Amides of 2-oxo- or 2-thiocinchoninic acid have been obtained by the reaction of substituted amides of 2-chlorocinchoninic acid with sodium acetate or sodium sulfide. The possibility of sorption extraction of lanthanides from nitric-phosphoric and phosphoric acid solutions with inorganic sorbents based on hydrated titanyl hydrophosphate was studied. New technological solutions were suggested for lanthanide sorption from the products which are formed in processing of the Khibiny apatite concentrate on mineral fertilizers (frozen nitric-phosphoric acid extract, a product of nitric acid decomposition of apatite, and the production phosphoric acid from the dihydrate process).  相似文献

Carboxylic acid dimers in gas phase reveal ground-state tunneling splittings due to a double proton transfer between the two subunits. In this study we apply a recently developed accurate semiclassical method to determine the ground-state tunneling splittings of eight different carboxylic acid derivative dimers (formic acid, benzoic acid, carbamic acid, fluoro formic acid, carbonic acid, glyoxylic acid, acrylic acid, and N,N-dimethyl carbamic acid) and their fully deuterated analogs. The calculated splittings range from 5.3e-4 to 0.13 cm(-1) (for the deuterated species from 2.8e-7 to 3.3e-4 cm(-1)), thus indicating a strong substituent dependence of the splitting, which varies by more than two orders of magnitude. One reason for differences in the splittings could be addressed to different barriers heights, which vary from 6.3 to 8.8 kcal/mol, due to different mesomeric stabilization of the various transition states. The calculated splittings were compared to available experimental data and good agreement was found. A correlation could be found between the tunneling splitting and the energy barrier of the double proton transfer, as the splitting increases with increased strength of the hydrogen bonds. From this correlation an empirical formula was derived, which allows the prediction of the ground-state tunneling splitting of carboxylic acid dimers at a very low cost and the tunneling splittings for parahalogen substituted benzoic acid dimers is predicted.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, [Ni(mal)(1,10′-phen)(H2O)]n(1)(mal=malate, 1,10′-phen=1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized using malic acid which was generated from maleic acid via hydrothermal reaction. Complex 1, which displays a two-dimensional supramolecular network, was formed by the addition reaction of Ni and maleic acid with water molecules. To our knowledge, several coordination polymers have been directly synthesized from malic acid, but these types of complexes have seldom been synthesized from maleic acid via hydrothermal reactions. When Ni(Ⅱ) ion was changed to Zn(Ⅱ) ion under the same condition, two-dimensional covalent complex 2[Zn2(fma)2(1,10′-phen)2]n(fma=fumatic acid) was formed. Furthermore, complex 2 exhibits intense photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

The regulation of the uptake of the amino acid analog alpha-aminoisobutyric acid was studied in diced mammary glands from pregnant mice. Stimulation of uptake by insulin was not prevented by inhibitors of protein synthesis; protein synthesis inhibitors decreased uptake by 20%; this response occurred more promptly in insulin-treated tissues. Elimination of extracellular amino acids led to a substantial increase in transport which was not abolished by inhibitors of protein synthesis. These results indicate that insulin does not increase amino acid transport in this system by altering synthesis and degradation of transport protein. They are consistent with a model in which the activity of the existing amino acid transport protein in subject to negative feedback regulation from the intracellular amino acid pool.  相似文献

A direct injection method has been developed for the determination of salicylic acid and its metabolites in urine. Urine samples are treated with hydroxylamine to convert salicyl acyl glucuronide to salicylhydroxamic acid, which can be accurately quantitated by direct injection into a high-performance liquid chromatographic system along with salicylic acid, gentisic acid and salicyluric acid. Salicyl phenolic glucuronide is quantitated by difference after hydrochloric acid hydrolysis at 65 degrees C with no loss of salicylic acid by sublimation or hydrolytic loss of salicyluric acid. This method has been applied to urine samples from human subjects and the results are discussed.  相似文献
