We demonstrate a simple and fast post-deposition treatment with high process compatibility on the hole transport material(HTM) Spiro-MeOTAD in vapor-assisted solution processed methylammonium lead triiodide(CH_3NH_3PbI_3)-based solar cells. The prepared Co-doped p-type Spiro-MeOTAD films are treated by O_3 at room temperature for 5 min,10 min, and 20 min, respectively, prior to the deposition of the metal electrodes. Compared with the traditional oxidation of Spiro-MeOTAD films overnight in dry air, our fast O_3 treatment of HTM at room temperature only needs just 10 min,and a relative 40.3% increment in the power conversion efficiency is observed with respect to the result of without-treated perovskite solar cells. This improvement of efficiency is mainly attributed to the obvious increase of the fill factor and short-circuit current density, despite a slight decrease in the open-circuit voltage. Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS) and Hall effect measurement method are employed in our study to determine the changes of properties after O_3 treatment in HTM. It is found that after the HTM is exposed to O_3, its p-type doping level is enhanced. The enhancement of conductivity and Hall mobility of the film, resulting from the improvement in p-doping level of HTM, leads to better performances of perovskite solar cells. Best power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) of 13.05% and 16.39% are achieved with most properly optimized HTM via CH_3NH_3I vapor-assisted method and traditional single-step method respectively.  相似文献

The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite CH_3NH_3PbI_3 has been a good candidate for many optoelectronic applications such as light-emitting diodes due to its unique properties.Optimizing the optical properties of the CH_3NH_3PbI_3 material to improve the device performance is a hot topic.Herein,a new strategy is proposed to enhance the light emission of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 phosphor effectively.By adding the reactant CH_3NH_3I powder in an appropriate proportion and simply grinding,the emission intensity of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 is greatly improved.The advantages of the proposed method are swiftness,simplicity and reproducibility,and no requirement for a complex organic ligand.The mechanism of this phenomenon is revealed by x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,photoluminescence,and temperature-dependent photoluminescence.This study offers a unique insight for optimizing the optical properties of halide perovskite materials.  相似文献

Two anomalously weak transitions within the 2(3)S_(1)--3(3)P_(J) manifolds in 3He have been identified. Their transition strengths are measured to be 1000 times weaker than that of the strongest transition in the same group. This dramatic suppression of transition strengths is due to the dominance of the hyperfine interaction over the fine-structure interaction. An alternative selection rule based on IS coupling (where the nuclear spin is first coupled to the total electron spin) is proposed. This provides qualitative understanding of the transition strengths. It is shown that the small deviations from the IS coupling model are fully accounted for by an exact diagonalization of the strongly interacting states.  相似文献

Summary We report the measurements of the3 D(3s4d)-3 P(3s3p)3 D(3s5d)-3 P(3s3p), and3 P(3p 2)-3 P(3s3p) transition frequency of MgI, the fine-structure separation and isotope shift between24Mg and26Mg. The measurements have been performed in a metastable atomic beam; a good agreement is found for data already existing in the literature. The accuracy of the measurements reported in this paper is mainly limited by the Doppler broadening of theI 2 transitions used as a reference and by the precision in the knowledge of the related wavelengths.  相似文献

利用传统成熟的偏振控制技术,设计了一种由偏振光分束器、相位型空间光调制器、反射镜和四分之一波片构成的3×3光开关。该光开关具有结构紧凑规整、功能的实现与信号光的偏振态无关以及可以完成双向交换等特点。根据其路由控制表对该3×3光开关交换模块功能的实现进行了分析,结果表明,通过对各相位型空间光调制器状态的调整,控制通过其信号光的偏振态,完成信号光的路由,该交换模块可以完成输入信号光的全排列无阻塞输出与交换。同时,该交换模块具有一定的扩容和重构能力,对于构建大规模的交换矩阵具有一定的作用。  相似文献

We fabricate nano-structural metal films to improve photoluminescence of perovskite films. When the perovskite film is placed on an ammonia-treated alumina film, stronger photoluminescence is found due to local field enhancement effects. In addition, the oxide spacer layer between the metal(e.g.,Al, Ag and Au) substrate and the perovskite film plays an important role. The simulations and experiments imply that the enhancement is related to surface plasmons of nano-structural metals.  相似文献

The effect of formed CH_3NH_3 at the heterojunction on properties of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 material is investigated based on experiment and theoretical calculation. Our calculation results show that the giant dielectric constant, anomalous hysteresis and long-lasting polarization for CH_3NH_3PbI_3 originate from the formed CH_3NH_3 at the heterojunction. It is found that the induced weak EPS by the reorientation of CH_3NH_3 sub-group along the built-in electric field enables us to effectively increase the ordering of entire lead-halide framework. In addition, the heterojunction has an advantage of channel separation between carrier transport and electron diffusion. These properties of the heterojunction are the main origin of the high efficiency of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 solar cells.  相似文献

The temperature dependences of the dielectric constant and dielectric hysteresis loops in ceramic samples of (1 ? x)SrTiO3?x KNbO3 and (1 ? x)SrTiO3?x KTaO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) solid solutions prepared using different heat treatments have been investigated. Phase diagrams of the studied solid solutions have been constructed in the T-x coordinates. It has been shown that, after quenching of samples (spontaneous cooling at room temperature after long-term heating at the sintering temperature of the ceramic samples), the temperature of the induced phase transition increases because of the weakening of random electric fields associated with nonisovalent impurities due to their “frozen” nonequilibrium redistribution. For small concentrations x, strong dielectric relaxation is observed in the temperature range of 150–250 K. A model of relaxing centers, which is based on the local charge compensation of heterovalent impurities, has been proposed.  相似文献

Experimental results are presented for Zeeman-tuned slowing of an atomic rubidium beam in both the σ+ and σ polarized light configurations. A model of Zeeman slowing is applied to ideal magnetic fields, realistic fields, and the actual measured fields in order to clarify the similarities and differences between σ+ and σ slowing. The dependence of the final slowed velocity on the laser frequency detuning is studied and good agreement is found between the experimental results and both computer simulations and approximate analytic expressions.  相似文献

The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite CH_3NH_3PbI_3 has attracted significant interest for its high performance in converting solar light into electrical power with an efficiency exceeding 20%. Unfortunately, chemical stability is one major challenge in the development of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 solar cells. It was commonly assumed that moisture or oxygen in the environment causes the poor stability of hybrid halide perovskites, however, here we show from the first-principles calculations that the room-temperature tetragonal phase of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 is thermodynamically unstable with respect to the phase separation into CH_3NH_3I + PbI_2, i.e., the disproportionation is exothermic,independent of the humidity or oxygen in the atmosphere. When the structure is distorted to the low-temperature orthorhombic phase, the energetic cost of separation increases, but remains small. Contributions from vibrational and configurational entropy at room temperature have been considered, but the instability of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 is unchanged. When I is replaced by Br or Cl, Pb by Sn, or the organic cation CH_3NH_3 by inorganic Cs, the perovskites become more stable and do not phase-separate spontaneously. Our study highlights that the poor chemical stability is intrinsic to CH_3NH_3PbI_3 and suggests that element-substitution may solve the chemical stability problem in hybrid halide perovskite solar cells.  相似文献

1.55 μm波段是光通讯的一个重要波段,而且对人眼安全,有高的大气透过率,因此可以广泛应用于通讯和遥感测距等领域。由于Er3+离子对商品化的InGaAs激光二极管的抽运波长不能有效吸收,因此一般通过在基质中共掺杂Yb3+和Er3+离子来获得1.55 μm波段激光输出。采用助熔剂法生长了不同Yb3+和Er3+掺杂浓度的YAl3(BO3)4(YAB)晶体。运用速率方程模型研究了晶体中Yb3+到Er3+能量传递过程,得到了根据Yb3+离子的荧光寿命计算能量传递系数的简单计算公式。计算了不同掺杂离子浓度的YAB晶体中的能量传递系数等相关参数。结果表明,在YAB晶体中,Yb3+到Er3+能量传递非常有效,YAB晶体可以作为一种能获得1.55 μm激光输出的良好介质材料。  相似文献

Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+ codoped LiNbO3 polycrystals exhibiting upconversion white-light under 980 nm excitation have been successfully fabricated by the high temperature solid-state reaction method. CIE coordinate of the Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+/LiNbO3 polycrystal is (0.34, 0.35), which is very close to the standard equal energy white-light illuminate (0.33, 0.33). Efficient green, red, and blue upconversion emissions have been observed. The luminescent decay dynamics are studied, and rate equations for the blue, green, and red emissions are set up to analyze the upconversion luminescence mechanism. The present results demonstrate that the competition between the linear decay and the upconversion process for the depletion of the intermediate excited states plays an important role in upconversion mechanism. The LiNbO3 with upconversion white-light will be a promising luminous material.  相似文献

Conclusions Nonradiative energy transfer between similar and different rare-earth ions in LiNbO3 has been evidenced for the first time. The contribution of nonradiative energy transfer to the decay of the1G4 and3H4 levels of thulium and the4S3/2 and4I13/2 levels of erbium is significant for activator concentrations of the order of several thousand ppm in LiNbO3. The excitation of higher-lying levels of both activators is transferred faster in codoped crystal to the lowest luminescent levels, from which the luminescence in the 1–2-μm spectral region occurs. This accelerated relaxation is advantageous for broadband optical pumping since the contribution of radiative transitions competing with the3F43H6 laser transition of thulium is reduced. On the other hand, it appears that erbium ions will influence adversely the efficiency of a laser-diode-pumped LiNbO3∶Er, Tm laser operating near 1.8 μm since the part of the3H4 excitation transferred to erbium ions is emitted from the long-lived4I11/2 level of Er3+. Furthermore, the4I13/2 excitation is not transferred fully to thulium ions and is lost in4I13/24I15/2 emission. Lithium niobate singly doped with thulium is more promising since the cross-relaxation process that transfers the excitation from the3H4 level to the3F4 level appears to be efficient in this host. The methylammonium lead triiodide (CH3NH3PbI3)-based perovskite shows a great alluring prospect in areas of solar cells, lasers, photodetectors, and light emitting diodes owing to their excellent optical and electrical advantages. However, it is very sensitive to the surrounding oxygen and moisture, which limits its development seriously. It is urgent to spare no effort to enhance its optical and electrical stability for further application. In this paper, we synthesize the MAPbI3 perovskite film on the glass substrate with/without the ionic liquid (IL) of 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIMBF4) by a simple two-step sequential solution method. The additive of BMIMBF4 can improve the quality of crystal structure. Moreover, the photo-luminescence (PL) intensity of MAPbI3 film with BMIMBF4 is much stronger than the pure MAPbI3 film after a week in the air, which is almost ten-fold of the pure one. Meanwhile, under the illumination of 405-nm continuous wave (CW) laser, the fluorescent duration of the MAPbI3 film with BMIMBF4 is approximately 2.75 min, while the pure MAPbI3 film is only about 6 s. In fact, ionic liquid of BMIMBF4 in the perovskite film plays a role of passivation, which prevents the dissolution of MAPbI3 into CH3NH3 and PbI2 and thus enhances the stability of environment. In addition, the ionic liquid of BMIMBF4 possesses high ionic conductivity, which accelerates the electron transport, so it is beneficial for the perovskite film in the areas of solar cells, photodetectors, and lasers. This interesting experiment provides a promising way to develop the perovskite's further application.  相似文献

We discuss the possibility of discriminating between different supersymmetric see-saw models by improving the experimental sensitivity to charged lepton flavour violating processes. Assuming a hierarchical neutrino mass spectrum, we classify see-saw models according to how the hierarchy Δm2Δm2atm is generated, and study the predictions of each class for the branching ratios of τ→μγ and μ→eγ. The process τ→μγ is found to be a particularly promising tool to probe the fundamental see-saw parameters, and especially to identify the origin of the large atmospheric mixing angle. Predictions for μ→eγ are more model-dependent. We point out that, even with an improvement of the experimental sensitivities by three orders of magnitude, both τ→μγ and μ→eγ could escape detection in models where Δm2atm is determined by one of the lightest right-handed neutrinos.  相似文献

Topologically massive spin 3/2 theory in 3 spacetime dimensions, which is gauge invariant and involves second derivatives, is shown to be equivalent to the normal gauge variant first derivative massive Rarita-Schwinger model. The equivalence persists in arbitrary background geometries. In the particular anti-de Sitter space whose cosmological constant is minus the mass squared, the model effectively behaves like the massless theory in flat space: its degree of freedom disappears.  相似文献
