The vibration of a ship pitch-roll motion described by a non-linear spring pendulum system (two degrees of freedom) subjected to multi external and parametric excitations can be reduced using a longitudinal absorber. The method of multiple scale perturbation technique (MSPT) is applied to analyze the response of this system near the simultaneous primary, sub-harmonic and internal resonance. The steady state solution near this resonance case is determined and studied applying Lyapunov’s first method. The stability of the system is investigated using frequency response equations. Numerical simulations are extensive investigations to illustrate the effects of the absorber and some system parameters at selected values on the vibrating system. The simulation results are achieved using MATLAB 7.0 programs. Results are compared to previously published work.  相似文献

In this paper, the linear absorber is proposed to reduce the vibration of a nonlinear dynamical system at simultaneous primary resonance and the presence of 1:1 internal resonance. This leads to a two-degree-of-freedom system subjected to external excitation force. The method of multiple scales perturbation technique is applied throughout to determine the analytical solution up to first-order approximations. The stability of the system near the one of the worst resonance case is studied using the frequency response equations. The effects of the different system and absorber parameters on the behavior of the main system are studied numerically. For validity, the numerical solution is compared with the analytical solution and gets a good agreement. Effectiveness of the absorber ( \(E_{a})\) is about 800 for the nonlinear vibrating system. The simulation results are achieved using MATLAB programs. At the end of the work, the comparison with the available published work is reported.  相似文献

Dynamics of the spring pendulum and of the system containing a pendulum absorber is considered by using the nonlinear normal modes?? theory and the asymptotic-numeric procedures. This makes it possible to investigate the pendulum dynamics for both the small and large vibration amplitudes. The vibration modes stability is analyzed by different methods. Regions of the nonlinear normal modes?? stability/instability are obtained. The nonlinear normal modes?? approach and the modified Rauscher method are used to construct forced vibration modes in the system with a pendulum absorber.  相似文献

Nonlinear oscillations of the vertical plane swinging spring pendulum in the resonance case are studied (frequencies ratio regarding horizontal and vertical directions is equal to 1:2). Square and cubic terms of the Hamiltonian are taken into account. Novel normal form method, i.e., the so called invariant normalization is applied to solve the stated problem. Full system of integrals exhibits equations of the normal form, and solution for the pendulum coordinates is expressed via elementary functions. Frequencies of modes of oscillations are proportional to the first power of amplitude, and not to the second power as it is exhibited by one dimensional Duffing oscillator. Amplitudes of the modes are changed periodically, and energy from one mode is transited to energy of the second one, whereas the period of oscillations depends on the initial conditions. It is illustrated that asymptotic solution with small amplitudes approximates well numerical solution of the governing equations. In addition, an example of a periodic stable solution with constant amplitudes of the oscillation modes is given. Stability of this solution is proved.  相似文献

动力吸振器作为一种振动控制单元被广泛运用于各种工程场合,但传统的线性吸振器只能实现窄带振动控制.文章在线性吸振器的基础上引入对称水平弹簧构建线性刚度与非线性刚度相结合的组合刚度非线性吸振器,以提升吸振器的吸振性能.考虑实际工程中可能的安装方式,分别建立水平弹簧接地安装和不接地安装的组合刚度非线性吸振器模型,利用谐波平衡法结合弧长延拓法解析求解动力学响应,并与数值结果相互验证,证明了求解结果的准确性.随后分析比较两种组合刚度非线性吸振器与线性吸振器以及非线性能量阱之间的吸振性能,发现水平弹簧接地安装类型的组合刚度非线性吸振器在保留线性吸振器优势的同时又改善其吸振频带窄的缺点,且与非线性能量阱相比在主共振频率附近的较宽频内吸振性能更优.在此基础上,讨论了水平弹簧参数以及吸振器阻尼对主结构振动幅频响应和稳定性的影响,最后观察分析主结构幅频响应曲线不稳定区内的复杂动力学行为.研究结果表明合适的设计参数能够使得主结构振动峰值较低的同时,频响曲线不稳定运动区域的范围也较小.  相似文献

摆式调谐质量阻尼器因其便于安装、维修、更换,且经济实用,广泛应用于结构减振.它通过将摆的自振频率调谐到接近主系统的控制频率,使摆产生与主系统相反的振动,从而抑制或消除主系统的振动.本文通过对主系统无阻尼的被动减振系统和主系统有阻尼的时滞反馈主动减振系统进行多目标优化设计,实现了对主系统幅频响应曲线的等峰控制和共振峰与反共振峰差值的有效控制.首先,建立了时滞耦合质量摆动力吸振器减振系统的力学模型和振动微分方程,通过对主系统无阻尼的被动减振系统进行等峰优化,获得了减振系统的最优频率比和质量摆的最优阻尼比.对于主系统存在阻尼的被动减振系统,在该优化参数下主系统的幅频响应曲线等峰优化失效.其次,对于主系统存在阻尼的时滞反馈优化控制系统,采用CTCR方法得到了反馈增益系数和时滞的稳定区域.在保证系统稳定的前提下,通过调节反馈增益系数和时滞量两个控制参数能够实现对主系统幅频响应曲线的等峰控制.再次,对共振点处主系统振幅放大因子时滞敏感度和反馈增益系数敏感度进行分析,表明共振点幅值对反馈增益系数比对时滞更为敏感.最后,通过实验分别在频域和时域内对理论结果进行了验证.研究表明,通过采用时滞反馈对摆式调...  相似文献

Oscillations in machines are invariably nonlinear. This is either because of inertial coupling effects between different motions of the moving components, material and constitutive phenomena giving rise to stiffness modifications, nonlinear dissipation mechanisms, large deflections, or, as is most likely, some sort of combination of all of these. The net effect of nonlinear vibrations is that at best the machine may well behave a little differently from the way the designer intended, or at worst, in a manner which renders it completely unsuitable for the job. The extent of such problems depends on the nature and the scale of the nonlinearities that are present but it is safe to say that nonlinear oscillations can rarely be completely overlooked in precision machinery analysis and design. The unifying theme in this paper is pendulum motion, firstly in the case of a mobile gantry crane for container stacking where we wish to minimise such motion and converge on a target, and then secondly in the case of a vibration absorber in which we choose to initiate pendulum motion within a special absorber, for the purposes of vibration minimisation. The third example involves the potential for pendulum motion at a very much larger scale and summarises the main control problem that is likely to be encountered in a fully deployed momentum exchange propulsion tether operating in space. The paper discusses the general mathematical issues that pertain to pendulum motion in each of the three cases. This motion is investigated initially in the context of the mobile gantry crane, in the form of a basic three dimensional dynamical model. A feedback linearised controller is shown to offer some advantages for the control of such a system and then a simulation based on data from a practical implementation of this within a real-time control system on a 1/10 laboratory scale model is discussed. It is recalled that the real-time effectiveness of the controller can be compromised by relatively slow sensing and data logging hardware but that despite this some useful performance gains can still be obtainable using this sort of control strategy. The second example comprises an autoparametric vibration absorber and here it is shown how even a simple hunting controller can exploit the mode-locking and wide detuning region effects inherent in autoparametric systems. Further experimental results are discussed in the case of a hunting controller for detuning a vertically oriented parametrically excited pendulum in order to exploit and enhance the powerful and persistent absorption available during autoparametric interaction. The paper concludes with a summary review of the third problem in which the theoretical attitude dynamics of a motorised momentum exchange space propulsion tether are summarised and it is shown that they need to be controlled for reliable and optimal payload velocity boost from both circular parking orbits and elliptical transfer orbits about the Earth.  相似文献

相比于传统动力吸振器, 负刚度动力吸振器同时具有更好的减振能力和更宽的有效减振频带宽度, 为了进一步降低共振峰幅值, 在负刚度吸振器系统耦合时滞反馈控制. 对负刚度时滞反馈控制动力吸振器系统进行等峰优化设计, 优化设计的准则是:第一和第二共振峰的峰值相等; 同时兼顾两个目标, 一个目标是在优化时的最大共振峰幅值小于被动负刚度吸振器系统的反共振峰幅值, 另一目标是在优化时共振峰幅值与反共振峰幅值差小于被动吸振器系统. 接着, 通过设计和调节负刚度系数、吸振器阻尼系数和时滞反馈控制系数对控制系统进行等峰优化设计. 最后, 在降低幅值的同时, 分析结构参数对有效减振频带宽度的影响. 经过等峰优化之后, 选择本文的一组结构参数与两个典型的模型进行对比. 为了定量比较不同模型的降幅效果, 定义了减幅百分比, 研究发现在有效减振频带区间内减幅百分比超过40%以上. 结果表明, 通过等峰优化准则对结构参数进行优化设计和调节增益系数和时滞量, 共振峰幅值的减幅百分比也近似达到40%, 也可以调节增益系数和时滞量, 使得幅频响应曲线具有较宽的有效减振频带和较低的共振峰幅值与反共振峰幅值的差值.   相似文献

研究两自由度参数激励系统的非线性动力学与控制问题.利用Lagrange方程建立含反馈控制的参激捅及其驱动机构组成的系统动力学方程,以多尺度方法获得一阶近似控制方程.然后,对系统受一阶摸态参激主共振与一、二阶模态间3:1内共振联合作用下的幅额响应及其稳定性,以及反馈参数对系统稳态行为的影响作了详细分析.结果表明,响应的稳定域位置和大小取决于位移反馈,位移立方反馈改变了系统的非线性程度,速度反馈类似于阻尼,可使系统呈现自激振动特性.  相似文献

This paper presents a study of the vibratory behaviour of a flexible workpiece subject to a milling end operation. Indeed, this vibratory behaviour is critical, especially when the excitation frequency is near to the resonance. For this reason, passive vibration suppression is considered in order to attenuate the dynamic response of the milled workpiece and decrease the dynamic effect on the resulting machined surface roughness and flatness. In order to confirm the efficiency of the passive vibration suppression, the vibratory behaviour and the quality (roughness and flatness) of a machined surface are studied without and with passive absorber (TMD) using a finite-element model.  相似文献

The paper proposes a stabilization method for a 1/3-order subharmonic resonance with a new type of nonlinear vibration absorber using nonlinear coupling between a main system and the absorber. The main system with nonlinear restoring force and harmonic excitation, i.e., subjected to a sinusoidally changed magnetic force, is introduced as a model which produces a 1/3-order subharmonic resonance. A damped pendulum, whose natural frequency is tuned to be in the neighborhood of twice that of the main system, is connected through a link to the main system as a nonlinear vibration absorber. Theoretical results using the method of multiple scales show that only a stable nontrivial steady state is changed into an unstable one due to the effect of absorber. In addition, we numerically confirm the validity of the proposed absorber using Runge–Kutta method.  相似文献

A control using Proportional and/or Derivative feedback (PD-control) is applied on a piecewise linear beam system with a flushing one-sided spring element for steady-state vibration amplitude mitigation. Two control objectives are formulated: (1) minimize the transversal vibration amplitude of the midpoint of the beam at the frequency where the first harmonic resonance occurs, (2) achieve this in a larger (low) excitation frequency range, where the lowest nonlinear normal mode dominates the response. Experimentally realizable combinations of PD-control are evaluated for both control objectives. Eventually objective (1) is realized by applying proportional control only, whereas derivative control is selected to realize objective (2). The vibration reduction that is achieved in simulations and validated by experiments is very significant for both objectives. Current results obtained with active PD-control are compared with earlier results obtained using a passive dynamic vibration absorber.  相似文献

3D 刚体摆是研究地球静止轨道航天器的一个力学简化模型, 它绕一个固定、无摩擦的支点旋转, 具有3 个转动自由度. 文章给出基于修正型罗德里格斯(Rodrigues) 参数描述的3D 刚体摆的姿态动力学方程, 针对3D 刚体摆姿态和角速度稳定的非线性控制设计问题, 基于无源性控制理论利用能量法设计了3D 刚体摆的系统控制器, 并证明了系统满足无源性. 构造了系统的李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov) 函数, 利用能量法设计出3D 刚体摆的姿态控制律, 并由拉萨尔(LaSalle) 不变集原理证明了该控制律的渐近稳定性. 仿真实验给出了3D 刚体摆在倒立平衡位置的姿态和角速度的渐近稳定性, 仿真实验结果表明基于能量方法的3D 刚体摆姿态控制是有效的.  相似文献

The present paper experimentally and numerically explores the response attenuation of a hardening Düffing oscillator using a nonlinear tuned mass damper (NTMD) and an adaptive-length pendulum tuned mass damper (APTMD). The three degrees-of-freedom system is excited by harmonic ground motions. The cubic nonlinearity of the primary structure is obtained using an adaptive passive stiffness (APS) device. When an NTMD is used alone, a high amplitude detached resonance branch in the lower frequency range is identified in the experiment, which validates the results reported in earlier numerical research. In order to attenuate this high amplitude resonance branch, an APTMD with an adaptive frequency realized by means of a variable pendulum length is used in parallel with the NTMD. In the experiment, length of the APTMD is adjusted such that its natural frequency matches the dominant frequency of the harmonic ground motions. Results indicate that the high amplitude resonance branch in the case of an NTMD alone can be greatly attenuated using the APTMD, and significant attenuation of the structural responses over a large frequency range can be obtained. In addition, the APTMD can prevent the occurrence of the “jump phenomenon” existing in the forcing response curve of the nonlinear dynamic system, thereby protecting the primary nonlinear structure effectively when the forcing amplitude varies. Therefore, the present paper provides an effective and viable solution to control the hazardous bifurcations in a Düffing oscillator-NTMD dynamic system.  相似文献

研究了变刚度半被动双足机器人行走控制问题。采用仿人的行走控制策略,使用变刚度双足弹簧负载倒立摆模型,利用模型自稳定性,在双支撑阶段调整后腿刚度使机器人的能量保持在期望能量附近,在单支撑阶段调整摆动腿落地位置控制质点的高度和前向速度。仿真结果表明:本文采用的控制策略可以实现双足机器人在水平面上的稳定行走,无扰动时可以使机器人实现零输入的被动周期行走,有外部扰动时腿部变刚度控制可使机器人总能量恢复平衡并重新进入稳态行走,控制系统具有鲁棒性。  相似文献

在大多数情况下机械振动是有害的,它不仅产生噪声还会降低设备的工作精度和使用寿命.采用正刚度特性的吸振、隔振系统往往难以达到满意效果,这种情况在低频振动控制系统中尤其明显.放大机构与负刚度元件在振动控制领域均表现出良好性能,但是较少有对同时含有放大机构与负刚度装置的动力吸振系统的研究.以Voigt型动力吸振器为基础提出了一种将放大机构应用于含负刚度弹簧元件的动力吸振器模型,对该模型的最优参数进行了研究.首先建立了系统的运动微分方程并得到了其解析解,发现该系统存在两个固定点,利用固定点理论得到了动力吸振器的最优频率比.根据负刚度的特性,在保证系统稳定的前提下得到了最优负刚度比,并推导了系统的近似最优阻尼比.通过数值仿真验证了解析解的正确性.与多种动力吸振器在简谐激励与随机激励下进行了对比,说明了本文模型相比于已有的动力吸振器,能够大幅降低共振振幅、拓宽减振频带并且降低系统的谐振频率,为设计新型动力吸振器模型提供了理论依据.   相似文献

研究了线性动力吸振器复合非线性能量阱对线性镗杆在外部简谐激励下的振动控制. 忽略镗杆系统中的非线性因素, 建立了附加线性动力吸振器和非线性能量阱的镗杆系统的三自由度运动方程, 研究了附加复合式动力吸振器的镗杆系统的受迫振动. 通过平均法得到了附加复合式动力吸振器的镗杆系统的近似解析解, 并利用数值解验证了近似解析解的准确性, 两者具有很好的一致性. 利用近似解析解详细分析了线性动力吸振器和非线性能量阱的参数对镗杆振动抑制性能的影响. 对给定质量的复合式动力吸振器进行了参数优化, 其中线性动力吸振器参数采用H优化方法的近似解析解进行了优化, 非线性能量阱的阻尼利用系统的近似解析解进行了优化. 分析结果表明, 线性动力吸振器与非线性能量阱组合可以有效抑制线性镗杆系统的振动, 而且采用参数优化后的复合式动力吸振器可以获得更好的减振效果. 通过附加非线性能量阱, 不但可以提高线性动力吸振器的振动抑制效果, 而且还可以提高振动控制系统的鲁棒性.   相似文献

A rotor- active magnetic bearing (AMB) system with a periodically time-varying stiffness subjected to multi- external, -parametric and -tuned excitations is studied and solved. The method of multiple scales is applied to analyze the response of the two modes of the system near the simultaneous sub-harmonic, super-harmonic and combined resonance case. The stability of the steady state solution near this resonance case is determined and studied applying Lyapunov’s first method. Also, the system exhibits many typical nonlinear behaviors including multi-valued solutions, jump phenomenon, softening nonlinearities. The effects of the different parameters on the steady state solutions are investigated and discussed. Simulation results are achieved using MATLAB 7.0 program.  相似文献
