Some important precursors (1,6-anhydrous-2-deoxy-2-azido-β-D-glucopyranose (3), 1,6-anhydrous-2-deoxy-2- azido-3,4-di-O-benzyl-β-D-mannopyranose (5), 1,6:2,3-dianhydrous-β-D-glucopyranose (6), 1,6-anhydrous-3- deoxy-3-azido-β-D-glucopyranose (10) and 1,6-anhydrous-2,4-di-O-benzoyl-β-D-glucopyranose (11)) for complex oligosaccharide synthesis were readily prepared from a green starting material 1,6-anhydrous-β-D-glucopyranose in one or two steps with moderate to high yields. These improved methods established herein will greatly facilitate the assembly of some complex oligosaccharides for the biological study.  相似文献

There is a delicate balance for a low‐weight molecule to behave as a gelator or crystal. The synthesis of two novel amino acid‐based naphthalene‐dendrons, Nap ‐ G1 and Nap ‐ G2 is described. Both dendrons display polymorphic properties in organic solvents. Nap ‐ G1 developed a fibrous network with β‐sheet architecture in cyclohexane but exhibited a spherulitic network in mixed solvents (chloroform/petroleum ether 1:5, v/v). On the other hand, Nap ‐ G2 acted as an efficient organogelator in chloroform but formed crystalline fibers in relatively high polarity solvents (such as acetone and methanol). Combinations of characterizations have been employed to study the polymorphism.  相似文献

The water‐stable 3D lanthanide‐organic framework (Ln‐MOF) {[Eu(bci)(H2O)] · 2H2O}n ( 1 ) [H2bci = bis(2‐carboxyethyl)isocyanurate] was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 1 ‐ Eu exhibits a 3D open‐framework connected by Eu–(μ‐O)2–Eu chains and bci ligands. Meanwhile, 1 ‐ Eu exhibits highly efficient luminescent sensing for environmentally relevant Fe3+ and SCN ions through luminescence quenching. These results indicated that it could be utilized as a multi‐responsive luminescence sensor.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of trans isomers of 4‐aryl‐3‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydro ‐ 2H ‐ pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitriles via three‐component condensation reaction of an aldehyde, 3‐amino‐5‐methylpyrazole and ethyl cyanoacetate in acetonitrile has been developed under microwave irradiation. This one‐pot reaction proceeds without any catalyst in short times and gives the product in high selectivities and high yields.  相似文献

1,2‐Diaza‐3‐silacyclopent‐5‐ene – Synthesis and Reactions The dilithium salt of bis(tert‐butyl‐trimethylsilylmethylen)ketazine ( 1 ) forms an imine‐enamine salt. 1 reacts with halosilanes in a molar ratio of 1:1 to give 1,2‐diaza‐3‐silacyclopent‐5‐enes. Me3SiCH=CCMe3 [N(SiR,R′)‐N=C‐C]HSiMe3 ( 2 ‐ 7 ). ( 2 : R,R′ = Cl; 3 : R = CH3, R′ = Ph; 4 : R = F, R′ = CMe3; 5 : R = F, R′ = Ph; 6 : R = F, R′ = N(SiMe3)2; 7 : R = F, R′ = N(CMe3)SiMe3). In the reaction of 1 with tetrafluorosilane the spirocyclus 8 is isolated. The five‐membered ring compounds 2 ‐ 7 and compound 9 substituted on the silicon‐fluoro‐ and (tert‐butyltrimethylsilyl) are acid at the C(4)‐atom and therefore can be lithiated. Experiments to prepare lithium salts of 4 with MeLi, n‐BuLi and PhLi gave LiF and the substitution‐products 10 ‐ 12 . 9 forms a lithium salt which reacts with ClSiMe3 to give LiCl and the SiMe3 ring system ( 13 ) substituted at the C(4)‐atom. The ring compounds 3 ‐ 7 and 10 ‐ 12 form isomers, the formation is discussed. Results of the crystal structure and analyses of 8 , 10 , 12 , and 13 are presented.  相似文献

The self‐assembly of 4 ‐ MTPP [ 4 ‐ MTPP = 2‐(methylthio)‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)pyrimidine] with Cu(NO3)2 and AgNO3 was structurally investigated. For Cu(NO3)2, a discrete mononuclear CuII coordination compound, [Cu( 4 ‐ MTPP )2(NO3)2] ( 1 ), resulted that is exclusively based on Cu–N coordination. For AgNO3, a unique one‐dimensional double‐chain structure ( 2 ) was obtained with the Ag–N distances varying from 2.181(9) to 2.223(9) Å, and the average Ag–S distance being 2.98 Å. Compared to zero‐dimensional 1 , the extension to one‐dimensional 2 is considered to result from the specific affinity between Ag+ and the ligand 4 ‐ MTPP that is attributed to the strong coordinating tendency of silver for aromatic nitrogen and thioether sulfur atoms.  相似文献

Condensation of 1‐phenylpyrazolidine‐3,5‐dione 1 with 3‐formylchromone afforded 4‐(chromenylmethylene)pyrazolidinedione 2 , which was reacted with hydrazine or hydroxylamine in different molar ratios and conditions to give the corresponding pyrazole and isoxazole derivatives 3 ‐ 8 , respectively. Compound 2 was subject to react with ammonia, N,S‐ or S,S‐acetals, mercaptoacetic acid, cyanoacetamide or cyanothioacetamide to give the corresponding pyridine, dithiine, thiazine and thiophene, 9 ‐ 14 , respectively. The reaction of compound 2 with thiourea, guanidine, cystamine, o‐aminothiophenol, ethylenediamine, o‐phenelenediamine or barbituric acid afforded the corresponding thiazine, pyrimidine, thiazepine, diazepine, and pyran derivatives 17 ‐ 23 , respectively. The study of the reaction of compound 2 with nucleophiles via chromene ring opening was investigated.  相似文献

Two new macrocyclic Schiff bases (II) and (III) containing nitrogen ‐ oxygen donor atoms were synthesized by reaction between diethylene triamine or 2,2′‐(ethylenedioxy)bis(ethylamine) and the intermediate compound: 1,4‐bis(6‐methoxy‐2‐formylphenyl)‐1,4‐dioxabutane (I). Identification of these macrocyclic Schiff bases: 1,12, 15,18, 29,32 ‐ hexaaza ‐ [3,4;8,9;20,21;26,27‐tetra‐(6′‐methoxyphenyl)]‐5,8,22,25‐tetraoxa cyclo tetratriacosine‐1,11,18,28‐tetraene. (II) 1,12,21,32‐tetraaza‐[3,4;9,10;23,24;29, 30‐tetra‐(6′‐methoxyphenyl)]‐5,8,15,18,25,28,35,38‐octaoxa cyclo ‐ tetracontane‐1,11,21,31‐tetraene. (III) were determined by elemental analysis (LC‐MS), (IR) and (1H and 13C‐NMR) spectroscopy. The liquid‐liquid extraction of metal picrates such as Ag+ and Cu2+ from aqueous phase to organic phase was carried out using these ligands. The effect of chloroform and dichloromethane as organic solvents over the metal picrate extractions were investigated at 25 ± 0.1 °C by using atomic absorption spectrometer.  相似文献

The aim of this report is to present the electrospray ionization mass spectrometry results of the non‐covalent interaction of two biologically active ligands, N‐1 ‐ (p‐toluenesulfonyl)cytosine, 1‐TsC, 1 and N‐1 ‐ methanesulfonylcytosine, 1‐MsC, 2 and their Cu(II) complexes Cu(1‐TsC‐N3)2Cl2, 3 and Cu(1‐MsC‐N3)2Cl2 and 4 with biologically important cations: Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and Zn2+. The formation of various complex metal ions was observed. The alkali metals Na+ and K+ formed clusters because of electrostatic interactions. Ca2+ and Mg2+ salts produced the tris ligand and mixed ligand complexes. The interaction of Zn2+ with 1–4 produced monometal and dimetal Zn2+ complexes as a result of the affinity of Zn2+ ions toward both O and N atoms. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A theoretical framework is provided for determining the self‐thermophoretic velocity of a light irradiated spheroidal Janus nanoparticle consisting of symmetric dielectric and perfectly conducting semi‐spheroids. The analysis is based on solving the linearized Joule heating problem due to uniform laser irradiance and on explicitly determining the temperature fields inside and outside the particle. We employ the thermoelectric (Peltier‐ Seebeck) methodology to find the surface self ‐ induced temperature gradient and the related slip velocity which determines the autonomous phoretic (self ‐ propulsion) mobility of the Janus particle. Simplified explicit expressions for the self ‐ thermophoretic velocities of spheroidal (prolate and oblate) Janus particles in terms of their aspect ratios are found and few practical limiting cases (i.e., sphere, disk and needle) are also discussed.  相似文献

Irradiation of unsymmetrically substituted 1,4‐dihydropyridines ( 1b ‐ 1j ) while bubbling oxygen or argon through the solution resulted in aromatization to the corresponding pyridine derivatives ( 3b ‐ 3j ). Compound 1a with 2‐nitrophenyl substituent in 4‐position undergoes elimination of water upon irradiation under both oxygen and argon atmospheres and formation of 3a with 2‐nitrosophenyl substituent. On the other hand, irradiation of the compounds 1e , 1k and 1l with 4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxyphenyl, 5‐methyl‐2‐furyl and 2‐furyl substituent in this position, respectively, resulted in the expulsion of these substituents and formation of a pyridine derivative unsubstituted in position 4, namely compound 2 . Chloroform as a solvent causes the photo‐oxidation of these compounds by an electron transfer mechanism which is supported by the formation of dichloromethane according to GC analysis and presence of acid (HCl) in the solution after irradiation.  相似文献

The Cl substitution reactions of the N/N ( 1 ‐ 3 ) and N/O ( 4 and 5 ) spirocyclic monoferrocenylphosphazenes with 1,4‐dioxa‐8‐azaspiro[4,5]decane (DASD) produce the mono‐ ( 1a ‐ 5a ), geminal‐ ( 1b ‐ 5b ) and tetrakis‐DASD‐substituted ferrocenylspirocyclotriphosphazenes ( 1c ‐ 5c ). The mono‐ and geminal‐DASD‐substituted phosphazenes have two and one stereogenic P‐centers, respectively. The structures of the compounds were established by spectroscopic techniques. The molecular structures of 3a and 2b were evaluated using X‐ray crystallography. Additionally, the ultrathin and highly ordered Langmuir‐Blodgett (LB) films of 3a and 2b were also prepared. The characterizations of the LB films were done using p‐polarized grazing angle (GAIR) and horizontal attenuated total reflectance (HATR) techniques. On the other hand, the antimicrobial activities of the eight phosphazene derivatives against G(+) and G(‐) bacteria and fungi were investigated. Furthermore, the interactions between the compounds and plasmid DNA were studied by agarose gel electrophoresis.  相似文献

The NCN‐pincer Pd‐complex‐bound norvalines Boc‐D /L ‐[PdCl(dpb)]Nva‐OMe ( 1 ) were synthesized in multigram quantities. The molecular structure and absolute configuration of 1 were unequivocally determined by single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis. The robustness of 1 under acidic/basic conditions provides a wide range of N‐/C‐terminus convertibility based on the related synthetic transformations. Installation of a variety of functional groups into the N‐/C‐terminus of 1 was readily carried out through N‐Boc‐ or C‐methyl ester deprotection and subsequent condensations with carboxylic acids, R1COOH, or amines, R2NH2, to give the corresponding N‐/C‐functionalized norvalines R1‐D /L ‐[PdCl(dpb)]Nva‐R2 2 – 9 . The dipeptide bearing two Pd units 10 was successfully synthesized through the condensation of C‐free 1 with N‐free 1 . The robustness of these Pd‐bound norvalines was adequately demonstrated by the preservation of the optical purity and Pd unit during the synthetic transformations. The lipophilic Pd‐bound norvalines L ‐ 2 , Boc‐L ‐[PdCl(dpb)]Nva‐NH‐n‐C11H23, and L ‐ 4 , n‐C4H9CO‐L ‐[PdCl(dpb)]Nva‐NH‐n‐C11H23, self‐assembled in aromatic solvents to afford supramolecular gels. The assembled structures in a thermodynamically stable single crystal of L ‐ 2 and kinetically stable supramolecular aggregates of L ‐ 2 were precisely elucidated by cryo‐TEM, WAX, SAXS, UV/Vis, IR analyses, and single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. An antiparallel β‐sheet‐type aggregate consisting of an infinite one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network of amide groups and π‐stacking of PdCl(dpb) moieties was observed in the supramolecular gel fiber of L ‐ 2 , even though discrete dimers are assembled through hydrogen bonding in the thermodynamically stable single crystal of L ‐ 2 . The disparate DSC profiles of the single crystal and xerogel of L ‐ 2 indicate different thermodynamics of the molecular assembly process.  相似文献

In this study, certain 3‐substituted styrylquinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 2a‐d ) and their 2‐chloro ( 3a‐d ) and 2‐piperazinyl derivatives ( 4a‐g ) were synthesized from 3‐methylquinoxalin‐2(1H)‐one ( 1 ). In addition, a series of 1‐alkyl‐3‐substituted styrylquinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 5a‐d ) was also prepared. Moreover, 3‐(N2‐arylidenehydrazinocarbonyl)quinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 8a‐c ) as well as their cyclized oxadiazolinyl derivatives ( 9a‐c ) were prepared from 3‐hydrazinocarbonylquinoxalin‐2(1H)‐one ( 7 ). Furthermore, 3‐(5‐substituted thio‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)quinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 11a‐c ) and ( 12a‐c ) were obtained from the intermediate compound ( 10 ) ‐ previously obtained via cyclization of ( 7 ) with CS2. Likewise, 3‐(5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐(1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)quinoxalin‐2(1H)‐one ( 13 ), 3‐[5‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐quinoxalin‐2(1H)‐one ( 14 ) and its 2‐chloro derivative ( 15 ) were prepared from 3‐hydrazinocarbonylquinoxalin‐2(1H)‐one ( 7 ). Some of these derivatives were evaluated for antimicrobial activity in vitro and some of the tested compounds showed antibacterial or antifungal activity.  相似文献

Two well‐ordered 2D ‐ hexagonal cerium (IV) and erbium (III) embedded functionalized mesoporous MCM ‐ 41(MCM‐41@Serine/Ce and MCM ‐ 41@Serine/Er) have been developed via functionalization of mesoporous MCM ‐ 41. The surface modification method has been used in the preparation of serine‐grafted MCM ‐ 41 and led to the development of MCM‐41@Serine. The reaction of MCM‐41@Serine with Ce (NH4)2(NO3)6·2H2O or ErCl3·6H2O in ethanol under reflux led to the organization of MCM‐41@Serine/Ce and MCM‐41@Serine/Er catalysts. The structures of these catalysts were determined using scanning electron microscopy, mapping, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform‐infrared, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction, inductively coupled plasma, and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller analysis. These MCM‐41@Serine/Ce and MCM‐41@Serine/Er catalysts show outstanding catalytic performance in sulfides oxidation and synthesis of 5‐substituted tetrazoles. These catalysts can be recycled for seven repeated reaction runs without showing a considerable decrease in catalytic performance.  相似文献

Several novel substituted bis(2‐pyridylimino)isoindolato (BPI) cobalt(II) and iron(II) complexes [M(BPI)(OAc)(H2O)] (M = Co: 1 ‐ 6, Fe: 7) have been synthesized by reaction of bis(2‐pyridylimino)isoindole derivatives with the corresponding metal(II) acetates. Reaction of 1‐6 with 1.5 ‐ 2 molar equivalents of t‐BuOOH gave the corresponding alkylperoxocobalt(III) complexes [Co(BPI)(OAc)(OOtBu)] (10 ‐ 15). Using an aqueous solution of t‐BuOOH (70 %), cyclohexene was selectively catalytically oxidized to the dialkylperoxide cyclohex‐2‐ene‐1‐t‐butylperoxide.  相似文献

Crystals of the bis(tert‐butyl)silylene (DTBS) derivatives of the tartaric acids were synthesized from D ‐, L ‐, rac‐, and meso‐tartaric acid and DTBS bis(trifluoromethanesulfonate): two polymorphs of Si2tBu4(L ‐Tart1,2;3,4H–4) (L ‐ 1a and L ‐ 1b ), the mirror image of the denser modification (D ‐ 1b ) as well as the racemate ( 2 ), and the meso analogue Si2tBu4(meso‐Tart1,3;2,4H–4) ( 3 ). The structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The threo‐configured D ‐ and L ‐ (and rac‐) tartrates were coordinated by two tBu2Si units forming five‐membered chelate rings, whereas the erythro‐configured meso‐tartrate formed six‐membered chelate rings. The new compounds were analyzed by NMR techniques, including 29Si NMR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of novel narrow‐band‐gap copolymers ( P1 ‐ P12 ) composed of alkyl‐substituted fluorene (FO) units and six analogous mono‐ and bis(2‐aryl‐2‐cyanovinyl)‐10‐hexylphenothiazine monomers ( M1 ‐ M6 ) were synthesized by a palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction with two different feed in ratios of FO to M1 ‐ M6 (molar ratio = 3:1 and 1:1). The absorption spectra of polymers P1 ‐ P12 exhibited broad peaks located in the UV and visible regions from 400 to 800 nm with optical band gaps at 1.55–2.10 eV, which fit near the wavelength of the maximum solar photon reflux. Electrochemical experiments displayed that the reversible p‐ and n‐doping processes of copolymers were partially reversible, and the proper HOMO/LUMO levels enabled a high photovoltaic open‐circuit voltage. As blended with [6,6]‐phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) as an electron acceptor in bulk heterojunction photovoltaic devices, narrow‐band‐gap polymers P1 ‐ P12 as electron donors showed significant photovoltaic performance which varied with the intramolecular donor‐acceptor interaction and their mixing ratios to PCBM. Under 100 mW/cm2 of AM 1.5 white‐light illumination, the device of copolymer P12 produced the highest preliminary result having an open‐circuit voltage of 0.64 V, a short‐circuit current of 2.70 mA/cm2, a fill factor of 0.29, and an energy conversion efficiency of 0.51%. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF‐4 has recently been shown to exhibit large structural flexibility as a response to hydrostatic pressures, going from an open pore phase ( ZIF ‐ 4 ( Zn )‐ op ) to a closed pore phase ( ZIF ‐ 4 ( Zn )‐ cp ). The use of diamond anvil cell (DAC) setups has so far restricted thorough experimental insight into the evolution of lattice parameters at pressures below p < 0.1 GPa. Here we revisit the high‐pressure properties of ZIF‐4(Zn) by applying a new high‐pressure powder X‐ray diffraction setup that allows for tracking the evolution of lattice parameters in pressure increments as small as Δp = 0.005 GPa in the pressure range p = ambient – 0.4 GPa; a pressure resolution that cannot be achieved by using traditional DACs. We find ZIF‐4(Zn) has a bulk modulus of K( ZIF ‐ 4 ( Zn )‐ op ) = 2.01 ± 0.05 GPa and K( ZIF ‐ 4 ( Zn )‐ cp ) = 4.39 ± 0.20 GPa, clarifying and confirming some ambiguous results that have been reported previously.  相似文献
