A new series of 3-aryl-5-(pyridin-3-yl)-1-thiocarbamoyl-2-pyrazoline derivatives (4a-j) were prepared by the reaction of azachalcons 3a-j with thiosemicarbazide in ethanolic sodium hydroxide. The structure of synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and Mass spectral data. Their antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli (CTP 7624), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Staphylococcus epidermidis (ATCC 12229), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 9027), Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 1156) and Micrococcus luteus (ATCC 9341) were investigated. Antifungal activity of compounds against Candida albicans and Candida globrata were found to be inactive. Compounds 4a-j were also evaluated for antituberculosis activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H 37 Rv (ATCC 27294) in BACTEC 12B using a broth microdilution assay and Microplate Alamar Blue Assay (MABA). The preliminary results showed that compounds 4e, 4d and 4g had 87%, 93% and 92% inhibitory effect respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterisation and binding and deprotonation studies with anions for four 5-(1H-indol-3-yl)-pyrazolyl derivatives (25) have been described. It is worthy to mention that sensor 2 shows a drastic change in absorption spectrum (ca. 335 nm) and colour (colourless to blue) upon addition of F? in DMSO solution due to the deprotonation of indole –NH proton, as confirmed by 1H NMR titration. Sensor 4 recognizes F? and CN? ions by deprotonation mechanism with visible colour change of the solution in a similar manner to that of 2. However, in contrary to 2 and 4, sensor 3 binds with F?, CN?, H2PO4 ?, AcO? and PhCOO? ions exploiting hydrogen-bonding interaction with the shifting of absorption band to longer wavelength and subsequent colour change of the solution. Compound 5 recognizes F? without any visual colour change and its binding is studied by 1H NMR titration to acquire the important information about the nature of binding between F? and 5.  相似文献

Oxidation of the α- and β-4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolin-3,5-dione adducts of vitamin D3 (2 and1) withMCPBA yields two diastereomeric mixtures of the (5,10)-(7,8)-dioxiranes3 a,3 b,3 c and4 a,4 b respectively. The corresponding benzoates5 a,5 b,6 a and6 b were prepared and the X-ray crystal structure of5 b was determined. This analysis proved5 b to be the (5R, 1 OS)-(7R, 8R)-dioxirane of the β-resp. (6S)-4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolin-3,5-dione adduct1 of vitamin D3.  相似文献

The interaction of the enantiopure (R)- and (S)-1-phenyl-N,N-bis(pyridine-3- ylmethyl)ethanamine ligands, R-L 1 and S-L 1 , with copper(II) chloride followed by addition of hexafluorophosphate resulted in the isolation of the corresponding enantiomeric complexes [Cu(R-L 1 )Cl](PF6) (1), [Cu(S-L 1 )Cl](PF6) (2) and [Cu(S-L 1 )Cl](PF6)??0.5Et2O (3), in which dimerization occurs through two long Cu??????Cl interactions, the ??-chloro bridges being thus strongly asymmetric. The organic ligand is bound to the metal centre via its N3-donor dipyridylmethylamine fragment in a planar fashion, such that each copper centre is in a square planar environment (or distorted square pyramidal with a long axial bond length if the additional interaction is considered). When R,S-L 1 was employed in a parallel synthesis, the similar racemic complex [Cu(R,S-L 1 )Cl](PF6)??0.5MeOH (4) was obtained, in which the L 1 ligands in each dimeric unit have opposite hands. In contrast to the complexes of L 1 , the reaction of Cu(II) chloride with the related ligand, (R)-1-cyclohexyl-N,N-bis(pyridine-3-ylmethyl)ethanamine (R-L 2 ), yielded the mononuclear complex [Cu(R,S-L 2 )Cl2] (5), displaying a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry. The structure of this product along with its corresponding circular dichroism spectrum revealed that racemisation of the starting R-L 2 ligand has occurred under the relatively mild (basic) conditions employed for the synthesis. A temperature-dependent magnetic studies of the complexes 1, 2 and 5 indicate that a week ferromagnetic interaction is operative in each dicopper core in 1 and 2 with 2J?=?1.2?cm?1. 3-(Naphthalen-1-ylmethylene)-5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-one 1 was prepared and converted into a variety of heterocyclic systems of synthetic and biological importance. Benzylamine was reacted with furanone 1 to afford compounds 2 and 3 according to the reaction conditions. Butanamide 2 was reacted with thionyl chloride or thiourea to give derivatives 4 and 5, respectively. Compound 3 was reacted with ethyl cyanoacetate to give the corresponding pyrrolopyridine derivative 6. Treatment of 1 with hydrazine hydrate afforded compounds 7 and 8 according to the reaction conditions. Also, compound 1 was reacted with phenyl hydrazine, hydroxyl amine, malononitrile or thiourea to give compounds 912, respectively. Cyclization of 7 with ethoxymethylene-malononitrile, ethyl-(ethoxymethylene)cyanoacetate, carbon disulphide or acetylacetone afforded the corresponding compounds 1316, respectively. Condensation of 7 with p-nitrobenzaldehyde gave the corresponding hydrazone 17, which was treated with thioglycolic acid or chloroacetyl chloride to give compounds 18 and 19, respectively. Also, most of the prepared products were tested for anti-avian influenza virus and revealed promising antiviral activity against H5N1 virus [A/Chicken/Egypt/1/2006 (H5N1)] by determination of both TC 50 and ED 50 and confirmed by plaque reduction assay on MDCK cells. Compounds 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 showed the highest effect compared with the other tested compounds.  相似文献

The self-assembly of unsymmetrical tecton 3-nitro-5-(pyridin-4-yl)benzoic acid (HL)with cobalt chloride under hydrothermal conditions affords a new 2D coordination polymer [Co(L)2] n (1, L = 3-nitro-5-(pyridin-4-yl)benzoate), which is characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X-ray diffraction analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is of the triclinic system, space group P-1 with a = 9.7857(12) Å, b = 10.3417(13) Å, c = 10.8463(13) Å, α = 85.155(2)°, β = 74.785(2)°, γ = 88.962(2)°, V = 1055.4(2) Å3. The crystal structural analysis of complex 1 shows that the cobalt center is six-coordinated in an octahedral geometry by four O atoms from four different L ligands and two N atoms from two different L ligands; the Co(II) cations are bridged by μ3-L into an interesting two-dimensional network structure. It should be pointed out that the thermal analysis results indicate that complex 1 is quite stable up to 420°C.  相似文献

The key 3-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-2-oxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-5-yl acetates 3 were synthesized in high yields by cyclocondensation of 4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-carbaldehydes 1 with coumarin-3-acetic acids 2 under mild conditions. The reaction pathway involves aldol condensation and subsequent intramolecular lactonization to afford 2-oxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromene skeleton 3. Further treatment of acetates 3 with alcohols, water or nitrogen containing compounds led to 5-alkoxy-, 5-hydroxy- or 5-acylamino-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-2-ones 4-6 via nucleophilic substitution of acetyloxy group at C-5. Acetates and hydroxyl derivatives 3 and 5 undergo facile rearrangement in an acid medium yielding 5-hydroxypyrano[2,3-b]chromen-2(10aH)-ones 7. Twelve prepared compounds were evaluated on their antineoplastic activities on 60 human tumour cell line panels in NCI USA. The obtained biological results confirmed that 3-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-2-one represents a new leading skeleton suitable for further antitumour activity study.  相似文献

A method of 3-amino-4-[5-aryl(heteroaryl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)]furazan synthesis was optimized. Condensation of these compounds with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran resulted in a series of previously unknown 4-[5-aryl(heteroaryl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)]-3-(pyrrol-1-yl)furazans. All target compounds were evaluated for both antimitotic microtubule destabilizing effect in a phenotypic sea urchin embryo assay and cytotoxicity in a panel of 60 human cancer cell lines. Pyrrolyl derivatives of triazolylfurazans were determined as antiproliferative compounds. The most potent microtubule targeting compounds 7a and 7e are of interest for further trials as antineoplastic agents.  相似文献

A new series of di- and tri-organotin(IV) compounds with the general formula R4?n SnL n , where R?=?Me (1,2), Et (3), n-Bu (4,5), n-Oct (6), Ph (7) and L?=?(E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-propenoate, were synthesized by reaction of silver salt of ligand or ligand acid with diorganotin dichloride/oxide and triorganotin chloride in 2:1 and 1:1 molar ratio, respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, multinuclear (1H, 13C, 119Sn) NMR and mass spectrometry. The spectroscopic results revealed that all the diorganotin(IV) compounds possess trigonal bipyramidal structures in solution and octahedral geometry in the solid state around the tin atom. A linear polymeric trigonal bipyramidal structure in the solid state and a tetrahedral environment around the tin atom in non-coordinating solvents has been proposed for the triorganotin(IV) compounds. All synthesized compounds were tested in vitro against a number of microorganisms to assess their biocidal activity. These studies revealed that ligand acid and some of its organotin compounds show promising activity against different strains of bacteria and fungi but lowered than reference drugs.  相似文献

Anionic complex Cs+[EuL4]? (I) is synthesized by the reaction of Eu(NO3)3 · 6H2O with 1-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4,4,4-trifluorobutane-1,3-dione (HL) and CsOH in an aqueous-alcohol medium. Unstable adduct Cs+[EuL4]? · 2CH2Cl2 (Ia) is obtained from a solution in CH2Cl2. The structure of complex Ia is determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of complex Ia at 100 K are monoclinic, a = 10.8435(5), b = 20.1353(9), c = 23.355(1) Å, β = 92.548(1)°, V = 5094.3(4) Å3, space group P21/n, Z = 4, and R = 0.0294. The coordination number of the Cs+ ion is 9. The Cs+ ion forms shortened (up to 3.3 Å) contacts with the O, N, and F atoms of four diketonate fragments joining the molecules into a three-dimensional structure.  相似文献

Three novel coordination polymers, {[Co(L)(SO4)(H2O)](CH3OH)} (1), {[Cd(L)2(SiF6)](H2O)} (2) and [Zn(L)(NO3)2] (3), synthesized from 1,4-di(benzimidazole-1-yl)benzene (L), have been characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1–3 exhibit different structures. Complex 1 has a 3-D diamond network containing 1-D CoII chains connected by SO 4 2? · anions; 2 has a 3-D-Po framework with 1-D porous channels along the c axis; and 3 has a 1-D zig-zag chain structure with a 2-D supramolecular network based on π-π interactions. The magnetic properties of 1 and the solid state fluorescence spectra of 2 and 3 have also been explored.  相似文献

4-Amino-2-alkylimino-2H-thiopyranes (5) and 4-amino-2-alkylaminothiopyranylium halogenides (4) resp. on heating in refluxingDMFA are rearranged in the presence of Na-ethylate to 1-alkyl-4-aminodihydro-2(1H)-pyridinethiones (2). Also 2-methylthiothiopyranylidenammonium iodides (6) and 2-methylthio-4H-thiopyrane-4-one (7) can be transformed into 1-substituted 2(1 H)-pyridinethiones (2) by heating in prim. amines. On treatment with alkali. 4-dimethylaminothiopyranylium iodide (4 a) is transformed into its base5 a and hydrolyzed to8. 5a and8 are rearranged to the pyridinethiones2 a and the tautomers9 A,B. The structure of the rearranged pyridinethiones2 was proved by the1-phenylderivate2 a. Thus 4-methyl-3-penten-2-on reacts with phenylthiourea via the phenylimino-1,3-thiazine (14) to give 3-phenyl-2(1H)pyridinethione (15).15 is transformed by themethylpyrimidine-pyridine-rearrangement to the 1-phenylpyridinethione2 a. The mechanism of theDimroth-reaction of 2-alkylimino-2H-thiopyranes (5) and the stereochemistry of the1-benzyl-6-phenyl-2(1H)-pyridinethiones2 are discussed.  相似文献

The nucleophilic cleavage of 1-iodo-7-(dioxonium)decahydro-closo-dodecaborate (1) with sodium azide and thymidine or guanosine derivatives was studied. Compound 1 exhibits higher reactivity compared to the unsubstituted dioxonium derivative. The reactions of 1[NBu4] with 3′,5′-di(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)thymidine and 8-mercaptoguanosine afford the corresponding boron-containing nucleosides.  相似文献

The title compound (1) is hydrolysed at pH=0–2 to the new compounds 1-thiocarbamoyl-5-methyl-3.3-diphenylpyrrolidin-2-one (3) and the tetrahydrotriazine derivative (4). These compounds, together with 5-methyl-3.3.-diphenylpyrrolidin-2-imine (5), are the stable end-products of the reaction. The expected 5-methyl-3.3.-diphenyl-1-thiocarbamoyl-pyrrolidin-2-imine (6) is formed either as an intermediate or an end-product according to the conditions of hydrolysis. Its formation is analogous to that of the isomeric 5-methyl-3.3.-diphenyl-2-pyrrolidinylidene-thiourea (9) from 1-(N-methoxymethyl)-3-(5-methyl-3.3.-diphenyl)-2-pyrrolidinylidene)-thiourea (2) by cleavage of the methoxymethyl group.  相似文献

The synthesis of 1-(3-thienyl)-benzimidazol-2-ones (3 a and4), described in an earlier paper1, has been further investigated. The Na-salt of3 a is converted to a benzimidazolone substituted in position 3 (3 b). Dehydrogenation of the thiophene nucleus of3 a with chloranil yields5 a, which undergoes substitution in position 3 with Cl(CH2)2N(CH3)2 to give5 b. Monochlorination of5 a yields5 c, the structure of which is confirmed by1H-NMR-spectroscopy.5 d is obtained by reaction of the Na-salt of5 c with Cl(CH2)2N(CH3)2.   相似文献

(S)-2-(4-Bromo-2,4′-bithiazole)-1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)pyrrolidine ((S)-1) was obtained as a single enantiomer and in high yield by means of a two-step modified Hantzsch thiazole synthesis reaction when bromoketone 3 and thioamide (S)-4 were used. Three coumarin derivatives, 7-hydroxy-3-(2-pyridyl)coumarin (HPC), 7-(4-(5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)benzyloxy)-3-(2-pyridyl)coumarin (Ox-PC), and 7-(4-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)butoxy)-3-(2-pyridyl)coumarin (Cz-PC), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, FT-IR, and UV?Cvis absorption spectra. The fluorescence behaviors of the compounds in methanol solutions and solid states were investigated. HPC exhibits weak green emission, whereas Cz-PC and Ox-PC show strong blue emissions in dilute solutions.  相似文献

Heteroaryl substituted analogs of antirhnoviral (A), was prepared by a convergent approach. 3-Nitrophenyl-5- bromooromethylisoxazoles 5a–b were synthesized by [3+2] cycloaddition of 3-(benzoyloxy)-propyne 2 to in situ generated arylnitrile oxides followed by deprotection of cycloadducts 3a–b and bromination of the resulting alcohols 4a–b. Coupling of 3- nitrophenyl-5-bromooromethylisoxazoles (5a–b) with 4-[5-(2-alkyl-2H-tetrazolyl)]phenols (6a–d) in N-methylpyrrolidinone under mild conditions afforded a new series of 2-alkyl-5-{4-[1-(3-nitrophenyl-5-isoxazolyl)methyloxy]phenylr}-2H-tetrazoles (7a–h) in high yields. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by their 1H NMR, Mass spectral, and Elemental Analysis data.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of hitherto unreported benzofuran-2-yl(9-methyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)methanones (3a?Cl) is described. The synthesis mainly relies on the ultrasound-assisted Rap?CStoermer reaction of 3-chloroacetyl-9-methyl-9H-carbazole (1) with a variety of salicylaldehydes, as well as 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde (2) in CH3CN, with the presence of PEG-400 as a catalyst. This procedure offers easy access to benzofuran-2-yl(carbazolyl)methanone derivatives in a short reaction time and the products are achieved in good yields.  相似文献

A series of pyrazole-4-carboxylates have been synthesised using indium bromide catalyst and the cyclisation of respective 3-substituted-isoquinolinylhydrazines 1 into their corresponding ethyl-2-(ethoxymethylene)-4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoates 3 in ethanol solvent under ultrasonic irradiation at 90?°C for 30 min. The regio-selective cyclisation products were efficiently provided by indium bromide catalyst and are confirmed by nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy?Cnuclear magnetic resonance (NOESY?CNMR) studies.  相似文献
