Molecular imprinted polymer was synthesized by polymerization of methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate in presence of tetracycline. The prepared polymer exhibited selectivity of 1.8 to 3.9 over non-imprinted polymer depending on nature of solvent. In water, 3.45 mg of tetracycline bind to 1 g of imprinted polymer. Non-covalent interactions between tetracycline and polymer provided selectivity to imprinted polymer. The polymer was evaluated in column chromatography and the bound tetracycline can be eluted with acetonitrile. Ciprofloxacin interacted with imprinted polymer, whereas amoxicillin did not. The feasibility of using MIP for concentrating tetracycline from milk has been demonstrated.  相似文献

以扑灭津为模板分子,在甲苯溶液中经三步反应合成了基于硅胶表面修饰的分子印迹聚合物,并探讨了聚合物制备工艺,验证了聚合物的结构。红外1726cm-1指认印迹膜中的羰基特征峰,元素分析表明印迹材料含碳量18%,N2吸附实验表征印迹膜厚度为0.3nm。应用高效液相色谱-质谱考察了扑灭津和其它3种三嗪农药水溶液中的竞争吸附特性。研究表明:本法制备的表面印迹材料对4种三嗪类农药的吸附均优于参比材料。  相似文献

In this work, a highly-sensitive polymeric membrane ion selective electrode for determination of tetracycline was constructed by using molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) particles as quasi-ionophore. The water-compatible MIP particles targeting tetracycline were synthesized with tetracycline as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linker, 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator and lanthanum ion as a mediator. Benefited from the distinctive performance of the quasi-ionophore and the optimized composition of the membrane and the inner filling solution, the lower detection limit of the electrode was decreased to about 1 × 10−8 mol/l. It exhibited a good electrode slope 59.8 mV/decade near the theoretical Nernstian one, with a wide linear working range from 2.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−3 mol/l. Due to the specific recognition of tetracycline by the MIP particles, the selectivity coefficients for routine interferences were less than 10−4. The fabricated electrode should be used in pH 2–4, response time of which was less than 200 s when the concentration of tetracycline was higher than 1.0 × 10−6 mol/l and no more than 30 min at the concentration of 1.0 × 10−8 mol/l. Finally, the proposed highly-sensitive ion selective electrode has been successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline in aqueous samples.  相似文献

A novel molecularly imprinted polymer that could selectively recognize tetracyclines in milk powder was synthesized using a metal–organic framework as a support material, tetracycline as template molecule, and 3‐aminophenylboronic acid as a functional monomer and a cross‐linking agent. The novel molecularly imprinted polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray diffractometry, thermogravimetric analysis, and N2 adsorption/desorption measurements. The adsorption isotherms, adsorption kinetics, adsorption thermodynamics, and selective adsorption experiments of the novel molecularly imprinted polymer to tetracycline were also studied. The novel molecularly imprinted polymer was used as dispersant of matrix solid‐phase dispersion to extraction tetracyclines. After that, the tetracyclines extracted from milk powder were determined by ultra high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits of tetracyclines were 0.217–0.318 ng/g. The relative standard deviations of intra‐ and interday precision ranged from 3.8 to 6.9% and from 2.8 to 7.4%, respectively. In all three concentration levels (1.0, 10, 50 ng/g), the recoveries of tetracyclines ranged from 84.7 to 93.9%. The method was successfully applied to the determination of tetracyclines in milk powder.  相似文献

S-naproxen imprinted polymer was prepared with acrylamide as a functional monomer, 1,4-butanediyl diacrylate as a new kind of crossliner, and 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoylphenyl-phosphinic acid ethyl ester as photoinitiator. Their UV and IR spectra were applied to study the interactions between the template and the monomer. Binding experiments showed that the S-naproxen imprinted polymer had better recognition capability for the template than that of a blank polymer. The adsorption distribution coefficient KD of S-naproxen on molecularly-imprinted polymer was 153.2 g/mL, and the separation factor was 1.95 when the initial concentration of substrate was 2.0 mmol/L. Scatchard curves suggested that there were two classes of binding sites in the imprinted polymer and only one class in the blank polymer. Computer simulation using Hyperchem showed the existence of the interactions between the template and the functional monomer as well as the models of the complexes formed by the template and the monomer.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The impact of varying the co-doping concentration of a mesogenic and a non-mesogenic monomer in the reactive mixtures used to create a copolymer network LCs was investigated. Use of copolymer has been found to improve the response properties in the obtained liquid crystal composites. The polymer network in the studied copolymer network LCs was examined by scanning electron microscopy and the response times in various samples were investigated. Samples were prepared with various reactive mixtures, each of which had a constant concentration of mesogenic monomer, various concentrations of non-mesogenic monomer, and the same amount of photoinitiator. These reactive mixtures were filled in home assembled test cells with planar alignment and then exposed to UV light. With increasing concentration of the non-mesogenic monomer, the response properties of the resulting copolymer network LC were improved. Usually, if the overall polymer content in a polymer network LC is increased, the threshold voltage is also increased. However, both threshold voltages and response times were lowered and the response properties were thus improved in the studied copolymer network LCs. This unexpected behavior could be traced back to inducing a grainy polymer morphology of the copolymer network by using a non-mesogenic monomer.  相似文献

以利凡诺药物为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能基单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,选用分子模板技术,合成了一种新的具有类似于酶或药物受体结合部位为结构特征的分子模板聚合物.研究了它对利凡诺和其它底物的吸附特性和选择性识别能力.结果表明,与组成相同的非模板聚合物相比,利凡诺分子模板聚合物有较大的吸附性能和高度的选择性及识别能力.静电作用和氢键在吸附和识别过程中发挥着重要作用.  相似文献

The polymerization of tetrafluorethylene on the anode of a hot glow discharge has been investigated. Rates of polymer deposition have been measured as a function of monomer pressure, discharge current density, and electrode surface temperature. A mechanism of polymer formation is suggested. The results are different from those obtained by polymerization of the same monomer in a glow discharge. It is concluded that negative ions have a great influence on mechanism of polymer formation. Additionally, monomer molecules adsorbed at the electrode are polymerized by electron bombardment.  相似文献

A novel styrene monomer with a highly branched perfluoroalkenyl group was readily prepared in good yield from hexafluoropropene trimer and hydroxystyrene. The fluorinated monomer radically polymerized yielded a white powdery polymer which was soluble in fluorinated solvents and had good water repellency. The polymer had a unique high glass transition temperature despite the introduction of perfluorinated groups. The monomer was copolymerized with styrene, and their monomer reactivity ratios were determined.  相似文献

The effects of adding a diacrylate monomer or its polymerized network to a ferroelectric liquid crystal have been characterized. The monomer lowers the temperatures of transition to the more ordered phases, whereas the polymer network phase separates into polymer rich and LC rich phases and has little effect on the LC phase behaviour. Ferroelectric polarization decreases comparably in both monomer and networked systems. As the network concentration increases, the size of LC domains decreases considerably. With low concentrations of polymer and, thus large LC domains, optical response and tilt angle remain fairly independent of polymer concentration, but as the polymer concentration increases, switching speed and tilt angle decrease dramatically. Polymerization rate maxima increase with monomer concentration until saturation of monomer in the liquid crystal is reached. The rate maxima then decrease as monomer must diffuse from monomer rich droplets. Double bond conversion during the polymerization is comparable for all monomer concentrations below 50 per cent.  相似文献

Polymerization with many triphenylmethyl salts was conducted for α-methylstyrene, isobutyl vinyl ether, t-butyl vinyl ether, and spiro[2,4]hepta-4,6-diene (SHD). The variation of polymer structure (the isotactic unit content for the first three monomer systems and the amount of the 1,4-addition structure for SHD) showed fairly simple correlations with the counteranion size. The results can be interpreted in terms of the tightness of the propagating ion pair within the framework of a theory of the cationic propagation which had been proposed. When the counteranion radius was greater than 3.5 Å, the counteranion exerts a parallel influence on the tightness of the growing ion pair without regard to the monomer structure. However, in the case of smaller counterions, the tightness appears to be determined by the relative sizes of counteranion and monomer. The penta-coordinated counteranions gave rise to the polymer structure which would arise from tighter ion pairs than expected from their sizes alone. The polymer structure was also affected by the initiator concentration in these cases. These results are attributed to peculiar characteristics of penta-coordinated anions.  相似文献

研究以对-烯丙氧基苯甲酸对-氰基苯酚酯为单体的聚硅氧烷侧链液晶高分子的合成方法。首先利用Williamson反应生成醚、羧酸酰化、酯化反应得到单体,然后利用硅氢化反应将单体接枝到聚甲基氢硅氧烷上得到目标产物。用IR,NMR及热台偏光显微镜等方法对单体和聚合物进行了结构表征和液晶行为分析。优化了对-烯丙氧基苯甲酸对-氰基苯酯为单体的聚硅氧烷侧链液晶高分子的合成工艺条件,提高了产率。样品表征结果证明单体和聚合物均呈现近晶液晶相,为特殊功能材料提供了原料。  相似文献

The radiation-induced polymerization of β-pinene carried out in bulk at ca. 25°C has been studied for different methods of monomer drying. It has been confirmed that the polymerization is sensitive to adventitious moisture and that substantial polymer yields (ca. 10% conversion per Mrad) can only be obtained under extremely dry conditions. Complete inhibition of the reaction by added tripropylamine corroborates the view that the polymerization is cationic. About half of the polymer formed is insoluble in the monomer. The number-average molecular weights for the soluble poly(β-pinene) fraction have been measured by vapor pressure osmometry and are in the narrow range from 1700 to 2400 with little or no dependence on the degree of monomer conversion to polymer, at least up to 80%. The results are compared with literature reports on the polymerization of β-pinene by catalytic initiators.  相似文献

To develop viable polymer stabilized liquid crystal systems, it is crucial to understand the factors that affect polymer nanostructure evolution. This work examines the influence of the photopolymerization of aliphatic and fluorinated monoacrylate monomer within a room temperature smectic liquid crystal (LC). Additionally, the effect of LC order on polymerization kinetics, monomer and polymer organization, and the effect of the polymer on LC properties have been examined. Through this work, insight has been gained regarding the impact that the introduction of a fluorinated monoacrylate monomer has on polymerization kinetics, LC organization, and monomer/polymer segregation and organization within a polymer/LC system. Fluorinated moieties lower the surface energy of the monomer to enhance segregation between the smectic layers of the LC as compared with an analogous aliphatic monomer. Additionally, the enhanced segregation significantly increases the polymerization rate in the smectic phase and drives the continued segregation of the fluorinated polymer during and after polymerization. Fluorination also leads to the formation of an ordered polymer nanostructure if polymerized in ordered LC phases. This ordering is particularly evident when the fluorinated monomer is polymerized in the smectic phase in which the monomer is organized between the smectic layers of the LC. In addition, the ordered polymer structure found with the fluorinated monomer in the smectic phase leads to continued birefringence above the clearing point of the LC due to surface interactions between the LC and the ordered fluorinated polymer. The continued birefringence offers an exceptional opportunity to examine how factors such as polymer molecular mass and UV light intensity affect the overall polymer morphology of these polymer/LC systems. As the initiator concentration and UV light intensity are decreased, longer polymer chains form lattice-type morphologies; whereas, shorter polymer chains form smoother morphologies that more closely mirror the texture of the LC smectic phase.  相似文献

Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) has been successfully extended to an ab initio emulsion system using a "two-step" procedure, in which the final emulsion polymerization system was formed by adding monomer to an ongoing microemulsion ATRP. The newly developed AGET (activators generated by electron transfer) initiation technique was employed in the first stage of this ab initio ATRP. It allows using oxidatively stable Cu(II) species that is reduced in situ by ascorbic acid. The surfactant concentration in the final emulsion system was efficiently decreased to approximately 2 wt % (approximately 10 wt % vs monomer) by decreasing the catalyst concentration and changing the ratio of the monomer added at the microemulsion stage to the monomer added during the second stage. This two-step procedure avoids the necessity of transporting catalysts through the aqueous media during polymerization, resulting in a controlled emulsion polymerization, as evidenced by a linear first-order kinetic plot and formation of a polymer with a relatively narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn = 1.2-1.4). The polymerization typically reached 70-90% monomer conversion in 5-6 h. The resulting polymer had high chain-end functionality and was successfully chain extended to form in situ block copolymers by adding the second monomer to an ongoing emulsion polymerization. The stable latex from the ab initio emulsion ATRP had a particle size approximately 120 +/- 10 nm.  相似文献

The chain‐end structure of the photopolymerized acrylate using benzophenone as an initiator was investigated as well as polymerization behavior. Dodecyl acrylate was used as a monomer in this study. Gelation occurred during ultraviolet (UV) irradiation, whereas a cross‐linker was not employed. Conversion‐time profile below gel point gave a linear first‐order plot suggesting that the steady‐state was held throughout polymerization. Matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectra of the resultant polymer indicated that most polymers had an acryloyl group at one of the chain‐ends, while some polymers had an acryloyl group at each chain‐end. The cross‐linking reaction leading to gelation would have been caused by the subsequent copolymerization of the residual monomer with the latter polymer having two acryloyl groups. Graft polymerization of vinyl monomers onto nanosized alumina particles   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
To enhance the interfacial interaction in alumina nanoparticles filled polymer composites, an effective surface modification method was developed by grafting polystyrene and polyacrylamide onto the particles. That is, the alumina surface was firstly treated with silane, followed by radical grafting polymerization in aqueous or non-aqueous systems. Results of infrared spectroscopy and dispersiveness in solvents demonstrated that the desired polymer chains have been covalently bonded to the surface of the alumina particles. They also greatly changed their surface characteristics. In addition, effects of polymerization conditions, including ways of monomer feeding, concentrations of monomer and initiator, and reaction time, on the grafting reaction were presented. It was found that the growing polymer radicals and/or the grafted polymer chains had a blocking effect on the diffusion of radicals or monomers towards the surface of nanoalumina. This was due to the fact that the interaction between the solvent and the grafted polymers was weaker than that between the grafted polymers and the nanoparticles.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the monomer bis(p-toluene sulfonate) ester of 2,4-hexadiyne-1,6-diol (pT) is conducive from the viewpoint of both the separation distances and molecular configuration, to polymerization, irrespective of whether initiation is thermal, photochemical, or mechanical. The dislocations present in the monomer and polymer structures have been characterized by employing optical microscopic techniques. The slip system (102)[010] is found to be present in both monomer and polymer crystals but the (010)[001] system is found only in the monomer. On this basis a crystal structure for the monomer is proposed based on existing crystallographic information relating to the structure of the polymer. Dislocations are thought, on energetic grounds, to facilitate nucleation of product in the thermal polymerization but have no observable influence on the photoinduced reaction which proceeds homogeneously through the bulk.  相似文献
