Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Heterometallic Chain Coordination Polymer:{[Ni_2Mn_2L_2(CH_3CH_2OH)(H_2O)]·CH_3OH·2H_2O}_n

A chain-like coordination polymer with the chemical formula of {[Ni2Mn2L2(CH3CH2OH)-(H2O)]·CH3OH·2H2O}n has been synthesized by the assembly reaction of K2NiL·H2O and Mn(OAC)2·4H2O with a 1:1 mole ratio in methanol,where OAC-=CH3COO-and H4L=2-hydroxy-3-[(E)-({2-[(2-hydroxybenzoyl)imino]ethyl}imino)methyl]benzoic acid.The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.It belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=9.9464(8),b=13.4718(11),c=14.3877(12),α=87.1930(10),β=85.4280(10),γ=74.6470(10)°,V=1852.4(3)3,Z=2,Dc=1.807g/cm3,Mr=1008.03,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,μ(MoKα)=1.794 mm-1,F(000)=1032,R=0.0527 and wR=0.1284(Ⅰ2σ(Ⅰ)).The compound exhibits a chain-like structure formed by dissymmetrical tetranuclear units.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a One-dimensional Coordination Polymer Constructed from Bicapped Pseudo-Keggin Cluster:(Et_3N)_(0.5)(en)_2[SiMo_(12)O_(40)(VO)_2]·4H_2O

A new pseudo Keggin-type bicapped compound(Et3N)0.5(en)2[SiMo12O40(VO)2]·4H2O(Et3N=triethylamine,en=ethylenediamine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR,elemental analysis,TG and X-ray crystallography.The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=17.576(2),b=13.535(1),c=21.587(2),β=103.790(10)°,V=4987.3(8)3,Z=4,Dc=2.925 Mg/m3,Mr=2196.12,F(000)=4148,μ=3.400 mm-1,R=0.0379 and wR=0.1219.The most remarkable structural feature of the compound is that the clusters represent bicapped pseudo-Keggin structure and are linked one by one through V-O-V bonds forming an infinite 1D chain.Furthermore,such chains are interconnected in a cross-like arrangement through multiform hydrogen bonds to yield a 3D supramolecular network.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Znic(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Assembled by 4-Sulfophthalate and 4,4'-Bipyridine

A new organometallic coordinate polymer {[Zn2(4-sphth)2(4,4'-bpy)4(H2O)4][Zn(4,4'-bpy)2(H2O)4]}n·n[(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)4](4-sphth=4-sulfophthalic acid,4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=18.8659(13),b=23.0861(13),c=22.5449(14),β=107.4120(10)o,V=9369.3(10)3,Mr=1981.86,Dc=1.405 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.891 mm-1,F(000)=4100,Z=4,the final R=0.0644 and wR=0.1615 for 5984 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)).Furthermore,compound 1 shows blue photoluminescent property at room temperature.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Zinc(Ⅱ) Polymer with a Two-dimensional Layer Structure: [Zn(pzdc)(phen)] n·nH_2O

A metal-organic coordination compound formulated as [Zn(pzdc)(phen)] n·nH_2O 1 (H_2pzdc=pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid,phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2_(1/n) with α=11.607(2),b=11.719(2),c=13.140(3)(A),β=110.707(3)°,V=1671.9(6)(A)~3,C_(18)H_(12)ZnN_4O_5,Mr=429.69,D_c=1.707 g/cm~3,μ(MoKα)=1.511 mm~(-1),F(000)=872,Z=4,the final R=0.0356 and wR=0.0853 for 2713 observed reflections (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). It exhibits an interesting two-dimensional layer structure and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties of an Oxalato-bridged Dinickel(Ⅱ) Complex with Nitronyl Nitroxide Radicals

A new oxalato-bridged dinickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni2(NIT-MeImz)4(C2O4)](Ac)2·8H2O has been synthesized and characterized structurally as well as magnetically.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=24.608(4),b=21.399(3),c=17.992(3),β=131.680(2)°,V=7076(2)3,C50H86N16Ni2O24,Mr=1412.77,Z=4,Dc=1.326 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.614 mm-1,F(000)=2984,R=0.0751 and wR=0.1791 for 2956 observed reflections with Ⅰ2σ(Ⅰ).X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure consists of [Ni2(NIT-MeImz)4(C2O4)]2+ moiety and two Ac-anions.Each nickel(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated with a distorted octahedral geometry:two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from NIT-MeImz together with two other oxygen atoms from the oxalato ion.The 2-D net structure is formed and arranged through intermolecular H-bonding interactions.Magnetic measurements show antiferromagnetic interactions for this complex.     

配合物[CdCl(HL)(dpp)(H_2O)]_n.nH_2O的合成、晶体结构与荧光性能研究

Under hydrothermal condition, the reaction of 3-hydroxy-1-adamantaneacetic acid (H_2L) with CdCl_2 and 1,3-di-4-pyridylpropane (dpp) has afforded a new Cd(Ⅱ) compound, [CdCl(HL)(dpp)(H_2O)]_n·nH_2O (1), which was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is triclinic, space group P1 with α= 1.091 0(1) nm, b=1.131 8(1) nm, c=1.246 4(1) nm, α=88.52(1)°,β=71.34(1)°, γ=68.11(1)°, V=1.345 2(1) nm~3, Z=2, M_r=591.40, F(000)=608, D_c= 1.460 g·cm~(-3), μ=0.947 mm~(-1), the final R=0.040 1 and wR=0.104 0 for 4 950 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). Complex 1 consists of one-dimensional chains deriving from CdCl(HL)(H_2O) units linked by dpp ligands, and lattice water molecules decorate between the chains. The O-H……O and O-H……Cl hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a 2D layer structure.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antimicrobial Activity of a New Ni(Ⅱ) Complex

The title complex [NiL]·H2O(C20H24N2NiO5,L = paeonol-ehylenediamine) was synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by IR,cyclic voltammetry and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The complex belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=13.4361(13),b=7.3290(10),c=20.981(2),β=109.244°,V=1950.6(4)3,Z=4,F(000)=904,Dc=1.468 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.029 mm-1,the final R=0.0588 and wR=0.1577.The complex exhibits antimicrobial activities(antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia codi) by agar diffusion measurement.

在水和乙醇溶剂中,通过Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)与2,2'-联咪唑协同作用,构筑了四种新的超分子配合物[Cu(H2biim)(gly)(H2O)]Cl·H2O(1),[Cu(H2biim)(C3H2O4)(H2O)]·1.5H2O(2),[Fe2(μ-O)(H2biim)4(H2O)2](NO3)4·C2H5OH(3)和[Fe(H2biim)3]SO4(4)(H2biim=2,2'-联咪唑;gly-=甘氨酸根;C3H2O24-=丙二酸根).并通过元素分析,红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其组成、结构和谱学性质进行研究.H2biim配体,丙二酸根和甘氨酸根三种配体都采用了双齿螯合方式与金属离子配位.配合物1～4中,通过H2biim配体的N-H键与阴离子、水分子和溶剂分子形成多种氢键,如R12(7),R22(9)和R12(4)等,以及H2biim配体之间的π-π堆积,阳离子不对称单元构筑了多维结构的超分子配合物.     

Syntheses and Structures of Two Cadmium Complexes with Isophthaloylbisglycine Acid and 4,4'-Bipyridine

The two title complexes [{Cd（IBG-CH3）（4,4＇-bipy）（H2O）2}·NO3]n 1 and [{Cd（IBG）- （4,4＇-bipy）（H2O）2}·2H2O]n 2 （H2IBG = isophthaloylbisglycine and 4,4＇-bipy = 4,4＇-bipyridine） have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal structure determination,IR and TG analyses. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 27.221（2）,b = 11.6093（7）,c = 16.3571（9）A,V = 5149.2（6） A^3,Z = 8,C23H23N5O11Cd,Mr = 657.86,Dc = 1.697 g/cm^3,F（000） = 2656.00,μ（MoKα） = 0.919 mm^-1,the final R = 0.0478 and wR = 0.0882 for 3728 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. Complex 2 crystallizes in triclinic,space group Pī with a = 9.0940（4）,b = 11.6852（5）,c = 13.1119（6）A,V = 1230.26 A^3,Z = 2,C22H26N4O10Cd,Mr = 618.87,Dc = 1.671 g/cm^3,F（000） = 628.0,μ（MoKα） = 0.951 mm^-1,the final R = 0.0567 and wR = 0.1124 for 3713 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. In both structures,the CdII metal centers are coordinated by seven atoms to form a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry.     

铜(Ⅱ)-牛磺酸缩2-吡啶甲醛席夫碱-3,5-二羟基苯甲酸三元配合物的合成及其晶体结构

牛磺酸缩2-吡啶甲醛席夫碱,3,5-二羟基苯甲酸与醋酸铜在50%甲醇中反应合成了铜(Ⅱ)-牛磺酸缩2-吡啶甲醛席夫碱-3,5-二羟基苯甲酸三元配合物{[Cu(C8H9N2O3S)(C7H6O4).(H2O)2].2H2O(1)},其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射法表征。1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=7.066(2),b=11.891(4),c=12.859(4),α=104.034(14)°,β=96.884(13),°γ=99.053(10)°,V=1020.9(6)3,Z=2,Dc=1.633 g.cm-3,μ=1.233 mm-1,F(000)=518,R1=0.1108,wR2=0.322。1的中心铜离子与席夫碱配体的两个N原子,3,5-二羟基苯甲酸羧酸根上一个O原子以及两个水分子的O原子配位,形成一个五配位的四方锥结构。由结晶水分子,没参与配位的磺酸基氧,配位水分子间形成的氢键以及吡啶环、苯环间的π┈π相互作用,使1分子堆积成三维超分子网状结构,稳定了整个晶体结构。     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structure of One New Polyoxottmgsate [Ni(trien)]_4[Ni_4(H_2O)_2(HPW_9O_(34))_2]·4H_2O

One new sandwich-type tetra-nickel substituted polyoxotungsate,[Ni(trien)]_4-[Ni_4(H_2O)_2(HPW_9O_(34))_2]·4H_2O(1,trien=triethylenetetramine),has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR,elemental analysis,TGA,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.Crystal data for l:triclinic,space group Pī with a=13.279(3),b.13.816(3),C=14.494(4)(A),α=95.403(1),β=113.173(4),γ=93.809(3)°,V=2418.0(10)(A)~3,Z=1 and Dc=3.861g/cm~3.X-ray crystallographic study shows that compound 1 is a relatively rare inorganic-organic hybrid polyoxo tungstate constructed from sandwich Ni-substituted polyoxo-anions and nickel complexes.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [{Mn(IBG)(2,2'-bipy)(H_2O)}·4H_2O]_n

A novel MnⅡ complex [{Mn(IBG)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)}·4H2O]n 1(H2IBG=isophtha-loylbisglycine and 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n,with a=13.667(2),b=14.045(2),c=14.195(2),β=101.483(3)°,V=2670.1(7)3,Z=4,C22H26N4O11Mn,Mr=577.41,Dc=1.436 g/cm3,F(000)=1196.0,μ(MoKα)=0.558 mm-1,the final R=0.0578 and wR=0.1460 for 2974 observed reflections with I2σ(I).In the structure,the MnⅡ atom is coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment arranged by one water molecule,one 2,2'-bipy ligand and two IBG ligands.     

芳香二磺酸根桥联的锌配位聚合物的合成、表征、晶体结构及量子化学计算

ZnO与1,5-萘二磺酸在水溶液中反应,再加入含咪唑的甲醇溶液合成得到新颖的锌配位聚合物{[Zn(C10H6O6S2)(C3H4N2)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n.通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和热重分析等方法对配合物进行了表征.通过X射线单晶衍射测得其晶体结构.该配合物为三斜晶系,空间群为P1,晶体学参数:a=0.85313(19)nm,b=1.0253(2)nm,c=1.3357(3)nm,α=100.653(2)°,β=100.135(3)°,γ=108.859(2)°,V=1.0511(4)nm3,Dc=1.712g·cm-3,Mr=541.85,Z=2,F(000)=556,μ=1.425mm-1.Zn离子通过磺酸基团形成桥联配位,进而构筑了二维(2D)的配聚物.层间通过水分子的氢键作用构成了有序的三维(3D)超分子结构.并运用Gaussian03W对配合物结构单元进行了量子化学计算分析,原子电荷分布及前线占据分子轨道组成很好地佐证了晶体结构的配位环境.     

A One-dimensional Manganese(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer with 4'-Hydroxybiphenyl-4-carboxylate as the Single Ligand:Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Luminescence

A new 1D coordination polymer,{[Mn2(4',4-hbc)4(4',4-Hhbc)2(H2O)]·H2O}n(4',4-Hhbc=4'-hydroxyl-biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid),has been hydrothermally synthesized and struc-turally characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a=52.421(10),b=7.5388(15),c=16.478(3),β=106.12(3)°,V=6256(2)3,Z=4,C78H62Mn2O21,Mr=1445.16,Dc=1.534g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.490mm-1,F(000)=2992,R=0.0764 and wR=0.2006 for 2984 observed reflections with I2σ(I).X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the title compound is a one-dimensional infinite chain,in which the MnⅡ atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by four 4',4-hbc ligands,one 4',4-Hhbc ligand and one water molecule.Furthermore,the luminescent property of title compound was investigated.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Ethyl 4-（2-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl）-6-hydroxy-3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-5-isobenzofurancarboxylate

The crystal structure of the title compound(C17H12ClFO5,Mr=350.72) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c,with a=7.693(1),b=15.767(1),c=12.986(1),β=97.23(1)°,V=1562.6(2)3,Z=4,Dc= 1.491 g/cm3,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,F(000)=720,μ(MoKα)=0.280 mm-1,R=0.0563 and wR=0.1674.A total of 3592 unique reflections were collected,of which 2462 with Ⅰ2σ(Ⅰ) were observed.Five-membered lactone rings and hydroxyl-substituted phenyl rings are approximately coplanar with their dihedral angle of 4.1°.The dihedral angle between two different phenyl rings is 71.3°.To our interest,intramolecular O(1)-H(1)···O(4) hydrogen bonds could be found in each molecule.Intramolecular hydrogen bonds and intermolecular van der Waals force contribute to the stability of the structure.     

Syntheses and Characterization of Two Novel Mo（W）/Cu/S Dodecanuclear Clusters with Triple Incomplete Cubane-like Structure

The self-assembly reactions of [MOS3]^2- （M = W, Mo） with CuS2COCH3 in DMF produced two novel dodecanuclear Mo（W）/Cu/S heterometallic clusters, [Et4N]4[{MOS3}3Cu6S2- （CuS2COCH3）3]·H2O （1： M = W; 2： M = Mo）. Cluster 1 crystallizes in hexagonal, space group P-62c with a = 16.5612（3）, b = 16.5612（3）, c = 16.4660（5）A, Z = 2, V = 3911.13（16）A^3, Dc = 1.935 g/cm^3, μ（MoKα） = 7.269 mm^-1, F（000） = 2192, the final R = 0.0289 and wR = 0.0789 for 2425 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. Cluster 2 is isomorphous to 1 with similar crystal parameters. X-ray analysis reveals that both clusters consist of three incomplete cubane-like cluster units {MOS3Cu3S2COCH3}, which are linked together by two μ3-S atoms.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Chiral Manganese(Ⅲ) Schiff Base Complex

A chiral salency complex,[Mn(Salency)(H2O)2](PF6)·2H2O 1(Salency =(R,R)-N,N'-bis(salicylidene)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine),has been prepared by the reaction of Mn(CH3COO)3·2H2O with Salency and NH4PF6,and was established by X-ray diffraction techniques.The complex crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a=9.299(8),b=10.012(8),c=13.461(11),α=92.037(15),β=92.974(12),γ=93.530(18)°,V=1248.3(18)3,C20H28F6MnN2O6P,Mr = 592.35,Z=2,Dc=1.038 g/cm3,F(000)=608,μ=0.676 mm-1,the final R=0.0651 and wR=0.1880 for 5260 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).     

配位聚合物{Zn[(BTDC)_2(DMF)_2]}_4·(DMF)_4的合成及其晶体结构

2,2′-联二噻吩-5,5′-二羧酸(H2BTDC)与硝酸锌经水热合成制得新型配位聚合物{Zn[(BTDC)2(DMF)2]}4.(DMF)4(1),其结构经X-射线单晶衍射和元素分析表征。1属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c,晶胞参数a=6.5913(13),b=22.813(5),c=16.315(3),V=2 450.5(9)3,Z=4,F(000)=1 112,cρalcd=1.455 g.cm-3,R1=0.040 2,wR2=0.082 4[I2σ(I)]。晶胞中每个锌原子与两个配体、两个配位的DMF溶剂分子和一个自由的DMF分子配位,共同组成zigzag一维链状结构。

Synthesis and Structure of a New Mixed-polyoxometalate （W/Mo） Compound： H5K{[Co（H2O）5]2（H2Mo3.24W8.76O42）}·19H2O

One new polyoxometalate compound connected via cobalt/potassium cations,namely H5K{[Co（H2O）5]2（H2Mo3.24W8.76O42）}·19H2O 1,was prepared and characterized by ele- mental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis result reveals that anions of {[Co（H2O）5]2（H2Mo3.24W8.76O42）}6- in compound 1 are linked by potassium cations to form one- dimensional chain,based on which a three-dimensional network is further constructed with the help of hydrogen bonds. Crystal data： H67Co2KMo3.24O72W8.76,Mr = 3297.87,monoclinic,C2/c,a = 19.0126（10）,b = 16.6025（5）,c = 19.1908（10）A,β = 106.713（1）°,V = 5801.8（5） A^3,Z = 4,Dc = 3.755 g/cm^3,F（000） = 5961,μ = 18.730 mm^-1,R = 0.0569 and wR = 0.1437 （I 〉 2σ（I））.
