An N,N′‐disubstituted di­thio­ox­amide derivative reacts with 1,2‐di­bromo­ethane to produce the title compound, C18H18N2S2, a heterocycle with a double Schiff base. In the crystal structure, the mol­ecule of the title compound lies on a twofold axis. Weak C—H⋯π interactions are the principal intermolecular forces, mediating the formation of layers parallel to the ab plane. Each mol­ecule participates as donor and acceptor in two such contacts.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Ni(ths)(bbip)(dmf)]·­H2O [ths is thio­sulfate, S2O3; bbip is 2,6‐bis(1H‐benz­imidazol‐2‐yl)­pyridine, C21H13N5; and dmf is di­methyl­form­amide, C3H7NO], is monomeric, with the nickel ion octahe­drally surrounded by an N,N′,N′′‐tridentate bbip mol­ecule, an S,O‐bidentate ths mol­ecule and an O‐monodentate dmf mol­ecule. The H atoms of the hydration water mol­ecule and the amino groups of bbip are involved in hydrogen bonding and determine a spatial organization of broad layers parallel to (001), which are connected by weak interactions.  相似文献

A new type of thio­phene derivative having α‐thio­ketone groups at the 3‐ and 4‐positions, viz. the title compound, C22H20O4S3, has been prepared and studied by NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The mol­ecule is nearly planar, the dihedral angles between the essentially planar thio­phene and benzene rings being 9.4 (1) and 10.6 (1)°. One of the thio­ketone O atoms is involved in an inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding inter­action.  相似文献

The title compound, C21H23ClN4O2·0.5H2O, contains two independent mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. In each mol­ecule the piperazine ring adopts a chair conformation; the deviations of the piperazine N atoms from the best plane through the remaining four C atoms are ?0.678 (3) and 0.662 (3) Å in mol­ecule A, and 0.687 (3) and ?0.700 (3) Å in mol­ecule B. The mol­ecules are linked by two hydrogen bonds of the O—H?N type involving the O atom of the water mol­ecule of crystallization.  相似文献

One half of the mol­ecule of the title complex, [Mn(C14H13N4S)2], is related to the other half by a twofold axis passing through the Mn atom. This high‐spin Mn atom is six‐coordinated, in an octahedral geometry, by the azomethine N, the pyridyl N and the thiol­ate S atom of two planar 1‐­(pyridin‐2‐yl)­ethanone N(4)‐phenyl­thio­semicarbazone lig­ands. Two new polymorph forms, (Ia) and (Ib), of the title compound, C14H17N3S, and its solvate with aceto­nitrile, C14H17N3S·0.25C2H3N, (Ic), have been investigated. Crystals of the two polymorphs were grown from different solvents, viz. ethanol and N,N‐di­methyl­form­amide, respectively. The polymorphs have different orientations of the thio­amide group relative to the CN substituent, with s‐cis and s‐trans geometry of the C=C—C=S diene fragment, respectively. Compound (Ic) contains two independent mol­ecules, A and B, with s‐cis geometry, and the solvate mol­ecule lies on a twofold axis. The core of each mol­ecule is slightly non‐planar; the dihedral angles between the conjugated C=C—CN linkage and the phenyl ring, and between this linkage and the thio­amide group are 13.4 (2) and 12.0 (2)° in (Ia), 14.0 (2) and 18.2 (2)° in (Ib), 2.3 (3) and 12.7 (4)° in molecule A of (Ic), and 23.2 (3) and 8.1 (4)° in molecule B of (Ic). As a result of strong conjugation between donor and acceptor parts, the substituted phenyl rings have noticeable quinoid character. In (Ib), there exists a very strong intramolecular steric interaction (H⋯H = 1.95 Å) between the bridging and thio­amide parts of the mol­ecule, which makes such a form less stable. In the crystal structure of (Ia), intermolecular N—H⋯N and N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds link mol­ecules into infinite tapes along the [10] direction. In (Ib), such intermolecular hydrogen bonds link mol­ecules into infinite (101) planes. In (Ic), intermolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds link mol­ecules A and B into dimers, which are connected via N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds and form infinite chains along the c direction.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cd2(C13H9Cl2N2O)2(NCS)2]n, is a novel thio­cyanate‐bridged polynuclear cadmium(II) compound. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octa­hedral configuration, with one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base mol­ecule and one terminal S atom of a bridging thio­cyanate ligand defining the equatorial plane, and one terminal N atom of another bridging thio­cyanate ligand and one O atom of another Schiff base mol­ecule occupying axial positions. Adjacent inversion‐related [2,4‐dichloro‐6‐(2‐pyridylmethyl­imino­meth­yl)phenolato]cadmium(II) moieties utilize bridging phenolate and thio­cyanate groups to form polymeric chains running along the b axis.  相似文献

2,3,6,7‐Tetra­hydroxy‐9,10‐di­methyl‐9,10‐di­hydro‐9,10‐ethano­anthracene crystallizes with 1,4‐dioxane to give a bis‐solvate, C18H18O4·2C4H8O2. The bis­(catechol) mol­ecule is located on a twofold axis and the two aromatic rings form a dihedral angle of 130.61 (4)°. The title complex, [Cu(NO3)(C10H14N4O2S)(H2O)](NO3), is the first metal complex with a Schiff base derived from iso­thio­semicarbazide and pyridoxal (pyridoxal is 3‐hydroxy‐5‐­hydroxy­methyl‐2‐methyl­pyridine‐4‐carbox­aldehyde). The CuII environment is a square pyramid, the equatorial plane of which is formed by the tridentate ONN‐coordinated iso­thio­semicarbazone and one water mol­ecule, while the nitrate ligand is in the apical position. The existence of numerous strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and weak C—H?O and C—H?π interactions, leads to a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Mol­ecules of the title compound, C20H28O4S2, the first compound with a tetra­oxacyclo­hexa­cosane ring to be structurally characterized, lie on crystallographic centres of inversion, but have approximate C2h mol­ecular symmetry. The parallel thio­phene rings are almost exactly planar; the overall conformation of the mol­ecule is chair‐like. The mol­ecules have voids that could, in principle, accommodate small guest mol­ecules, although in the crystal structure access to these voids is blocked by neighbouring mol­ecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(S2O3)(C18H12N6)(H2O)]·0.5H2O, contains two almost identical independent monomeric moieties composed of an octa­hedral Zn centre coordinated by a tridentate 2,4,6‐tri‐­2‐pyridyl‐1,3,5‐triazine (tpt) ligand, one aqua ligand and an O,S‐chelating thio­sulfate anion. The structure is stabilized by a solvent water mol­ecule. There are two perpendicular arrangements of the mol­ecules in the crystal with slightly different conformations. The title complex, [RhBr(C8H12)(C19H22N2O2)], has a distorted square‐planar geometry. There are two mol­ecules, A and B, in the asymmetric unit. The Rh—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic ligand and the metal atom is 2.039 (2) Å in mol­ecule A and 2.042 (2) Å in mol­ecule B. The angle between the carbene heterocycle and the coordination plane is 87.56 (12)° in mol­ecule A and 87.03 (11)° in mol­ecule B. It is shown that the average Rh—C(COD) (COD is cyclo­octa­diene) distance is linearly dependent on the Rh—C(imidazolidine) distance in this type of compound. This can be ascribed to the steric hindrance produced by the packing. The crystal structure contains intra­molecular C—H⋯O and inter­molecular C—H⋯Br inter­actions.  相似文献

The title compound, C17H14N2S, crystallizes in a triclinic unit cell, with two crystallographically independent mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. The two independent mol­ecules pack in the same sense and form segregated layers along the c axis. The crystal is light‐stable and no dimers are formed under irradiation. The intermolecular distances between the potential reactive centers (the C‐3 and C‐5 ring positions) are 4.093 (4) and 5.643 (4) Å for mol­ecule A, and 4.081 (4) and 5.614 (4) Å for mol­ecule B.  相似文献

The title compound, C23H22F6O4S2, a photochromic dithienyl­ethene, is a promising material for optical storage and other optoelectrical devices. The mol­ecule adopts a photoactive antiparallel conformation in the crystalline state. The distance between the two reactive C atoms which are involved in potential ring closure is 3.829 (4) Å. The dihedral angles between the central cyclo­pentene ring and the adjacent thio­phene rings are 55.38 (7) and 54.81 (9)°. The colourless crystals turn magenta when exposed to UV radiation and the process is reversible.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title mixed azine, C17H17ClN2O, contains four independent mol­ecules, AD, and mol­ecule B is disordered. All four mol­ecules have an N—N gauche conformation, with C—N—N—C torsion angles of 136.5 (4), 137.0 (4), ?134.7 (4) and ?134.7 (4)°, respectively. The phenyl rings are also somewhat twisted with respect to the plane defined by Cipso and the imine bond. On average, the combined effect of these twists results in an angle of 64.7° between the best planes of the two phenyl rings. Arene–arene double T‐contacts are the dominant intermolecular inter­action. The methoxy‐substituted phenyl ring of one azine mol­ecule interacts to form a T‐contact with the methoxy‐substituted phenyl ring of an adjacent mol­ecule and, similarly, two chloro‐substituted phenyl rings of neighboring mol­ecules interact to form another T‐contact. The only exception is for mol­ecule B, for which the disorder leads to the formation of T‐­contacts between methoxy‐ and chloro‐substituted phenyl rings. The prevailing structural motif of T‐contact formation between like‐substituted arene rings results in a highly dipole‐parallel‐aligned crystal structure.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C18H20ClN3O5, displays the characteristic features of azo­benzene derivatives. Intramolecular N—H⋯O, weak intramolecular C—H⋯O, and intermolecular O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O interactions influence the conformation of the mol­ecules and the crystal packing. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules into infinite chains, and the title compound adopts the keto–amine tautomeric form. The azo­benzene moiety of the mol­ecule has a trans configuration. The mol­ecule is not planar, and the dihedral angle between the two phenyl rings is 35.6 (2)°.  相似文献
