The title compound, catena‐poly[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐dicyano‐1κ2C‐trans‐bis[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐2κ2N,N′]cadmium(II)nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets. 相似文献

There are four intramolecular hydrogen bonds forming four six‐membered rings in the complex and the complex molecules are connected to each other by a very complicated hydrogen‐bond network. 相似文献

Using caprolactam as a ligand, the novel title cyano‐bridged yttrium(III)–ferricyanide complex, [Y(caprolactam)2(H2O)4Fe(CN)6] or [FeY(CN)6(C6H11NO)2(H2O)4], has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The Y atom is seven‐coordinate and has approximately pentagonal–bipyramidal stereochemistry, with water molecules occupying apical positions. Of the five ligands in equatorial positions, one is the N‐bound bridging cyano group, and flanking this are two O‐bound caprolactam moieties, which are markedly inclined towards the bridged ferricyanide moiety such that they partially envelop it. Water molecules occupy the remaining two equatorial positions. The Y—N—C—Fe—C—N sequence of atoms lies on a crystallographic twofold axis and is therefore perfectly linear, which has not been observed previously in cyano‐bridged bimetallic complexes. 相似文献

The structure of tetrameric triphenylsilanol, C18H16OSi, (I), has been re‐investigated at 120 (2) K. The hydroxyl H atoms were readily located and one of the arene rings is disordered over two closely positioned sets of sites. The molecules are linked into cyclic tetramers, having approximate (S4) symmetry, via O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.81–1.85 Å, O?O 2.634 (3)–2.693 (3) Å and O—H?O 156–166°]. At ambient temperature, there are indications of multiple disorder of the phenyl‐ring sites. In bis(triphenylsilanol) dimethyl sulfoxide solvate, 2C18H16OSi·C2H6OS, (II), the dimethyl sulfoxide component is disordered across a twofold rotation axis in C2/c, and the molecular components are linked by a single O—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 1.85 Å, O?O 2.732 (2) Å and O—H?O 172°] into three‐molecule aggregates, which are themselves linked into a single three‐dimensional framework by two C—H?π(arene) interactions. In tetrakis(triphenylsilanol) 1,4‐dioxan solvate, 4C18H16OSi·C4H8O2, (III), the 1,4‐dioxan component lies across an inversion centre in space group P and centrosymmetric five‐molecule aggregates are linked by paired C—H?π(arene) interactions to form molecular ladders. 相似文献

The adduct 1,6‐diaminohexane–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2) is a salt {hexane‐1,6‐diyldiammonium–4‐[1,1‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]phenolate (1/2)}, C6H18N22+·2C20H17O3?, in which the cation lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. The anions are linked by two short O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.74 and 1.76 Å, O?O 2.5702 (12) and 2.5855 (12) Å, and O—H?O 168 and 169°] into a chain containing two types of R(24) ring. Each cation is linked to four different anion chains by three N—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.76–2.06 Å, N?O 2.6749 (14)–2.9159 (14) Å and N—H?O 156–172°]. In the adduct 2,2′‐bipyridyl–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2), C10H8N2·2C20H18O3, the neutral diamine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P21/n. The tris(phenol) molecules are linked by two O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O both 1.90 Å, O?O 2.7303 (14) and 2.7415 (15) Å, and O—H?O 173 and 176°] into sheets built from R(38) rings. The title compound, [Ni2(C8H4O4)(C10H24N4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, contains two independent octahedral NiII centres with trans‐NiN4O2 chromophores. The bridging benzenedicarboxylate ligand is bonded to the two Ni atoms, each via one O atom of each carboxylate, while the other O atom participates in an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond, forming an S(6) motif. The cations are linked to the perchlorate anions via O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.904 (6) and 2.898 (6) Å; O—H?O 158 (6) and 165 (6)°; N?O 3.175 (7) and 3.116 (7) Å; N—H?O 168 and 166°] to form molecular ladders. These ladders are linked by further O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.717 (6) and 2.730 (5) Å; O—H?O 170 (4) and 163 (6)°; N?O 3.373 (7) and 3.253 (7) Å; N—H?O 163 and 167°] to form a continuous three‐dimensional framework. In the title complex, 1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane bis(hydrogen maleate), C6H14N22+·2C4H3O4?, the C4H3O4? and C6H14N22+ ions, derived from maleic acid and 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, respectively, are disordered across a mirror plane in space group Cmc21, and they are linked by two nearly linear N—H?O hydrogen bonds, with N?O distances of 2.662 (3) and 2.614 (4) Å, and N—H?O angles of 173°. The reaction of cadmium chloride with pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (PDA) and 98% H2SO4 in ethanol led to the formation of the title compound, bis[μ‐6‐(ethoxycarbonyl)pyridine‐2‐carboxylato]‐1:2κ4O6,N,O2:O2;1:2κ4O2:O2,N,O6‐bis[diaquachlorocadmium(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(C9H8NO4)2Cl2(H2O)4]·2H2O. PDA is esterified to monoethyl pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (MEPD) by the catalysis of H2SO4 during the reaction. The dinuclear CdII complex lies about an inversion centre and the unique Cd atom has a pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry. The two Cd atoms are bridged by two carboxylate O atoms, forming a planar Cd2O2 unit. Stair‐like chains are formed via O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and these are further arranged into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds involving solvate water molecules. 相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetranuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π interactions, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, triacetato‐1κO;3κ4O,O′‐(2,2′‐iminodiethanol)‐1κ3O,N,O′‐bis(μ‐2,2′‐iminodiethanolato)‐1κ2O:2κ6O,N,O′:3κ2O′‐cobalt(III)copper(II)zinc(II), [CoCuZn(C4H9NO2)2(C2H3O2)3(C4H11NO2)], shows a molecule with a triangular three‐metal core. The metal sites were refined with full occupancies, but the possibility that the Zn and Cu positions are actually mixed Cu/Zn sites cannot be excluded. The intermetallic Cu⋯Co and Co⋯Zn distances are 2.924 (3) and 2.906 (3) Å, respectively. The neutral molecules are held together by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving amine groups from the 2,2′‐iminodiethanol ligands and acetate groups to build two‐dimensional layers. 相似文献

The molecules of the ternary complex form molecular ribbons perpendicular to the b direction, which are stabilized by one N—H?O, one O—H?O and five C—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Diaquatetra‐μ‐propionamidato‐κ4N:O;κ4O:N‐dirhodium(II,III) hexafluorophosphate dihydrate, [Rh2(C3H6NO)4(H2O)2]PF6·2H2O, and diaquatetra‐μ‐butyramidato‐κ4N:O;κ4O:N‐dirhodium(II,III) hexafluorophosphate, [Rh2(C4H8NO)4(H2O)2]PF6, crystallize with two crystallographically independent complexes that lie on inversion centers. In all of the structures, the dirhodium units are hydrogen bonded to one another. The hydrogen‐bonded networks vary with the alkyl substituents. 相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis. 相似文献

The structures of the three title isomers, namely 4‐(2‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (I), 4‐(3‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (II), and 4‐(4‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (III), all C12H13N3O2S, differ in their hydrogen‐bonding arrangements. In all three molecules, the conformation of the 4‐aminopyridine‐3‐sulfonamide moiety is conserved by an intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond and a C—H⋯O interaction. In the supramolecular structures of all three isomers, similar C(6) chains are formed via intermolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to C(4) chains in (I), and to R22(8) centrosymmetric dimers in (II) and (III). In each isomer, the overall effect of all hydrogen bonds is to form layer structures. 相似文献
