Chloro complexes [RuCl(N-N)P3]BPh4 (1-3) [N-N = 2,2'-bipyridine, bpy; 1,10-phenanthroline, phen; 5,5'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, 5,5'-Me2bpy; P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2 and PPh2OEt] were prepared by allowing the [RuCl4(N-N)].H2O compounds to react with an excess of phosphite in ethanol. The bis(bipyridine) [RuCl(bpy)2[P(OEt)3]]BPh4 (7) complex was also prepared by reacting RuCl2(bpy)2.2H2O with phosphite and ethanol. Treatment of the chloro complexes 1-3 and 7 with NaBH4 yielded the hydride [RuH(N-N)P3]BPh4 (4-6) and [RuH(bpy)2P]BPh4 (8) derivatives, which were characterized spectroscopically and by the X-ray crystal structure determination of [RuH(bpy)[P(OEt)3]3]BPh4 (4a). Protonation reaction of the new hydrides with Br?nsted acid was studied and led to dicationic [Ru(eta2-H2)(N-N)P3]2+ (9, 10) and [Ru(eta(2-H2)(bpy)2P]2+ (11) dihydrogen derivatives. The presence of the eta2-H2 ligand was indicated by a short T(1 min) value and by the measurements of the J(HD) in the [Ru](eta2-HD) isotopomers. From T(1 min) and J(HD) values the H-H distances of the dihydrogen complexes were also calculated. A series of ruthenium complexes, [RuL(N-N)P3](BPh4)2 and [RuL(bpy)2P](BPh4)2 (P = P(OEt)3; L = H2O, CO, 4-CH3C6H4NC, CH3CN, 4-CH3C6H4CN, PPh(OEt)2], was prepared by substituting the labile eta2-H2 ligand in the 9, 10, 11 derivatives. The reactions of the new hydrides 4-6 and 8 with both mono- and bis(aryldiazonium) cations were studied and led to aryldiazene [Ru(C6H5N=NH)(N-N)P3](BPh4)2 (19, 21), [[Ru(N-N)P3]2(mu-4,4'-NH=NC6H4-C6H4N=NH)](BPh4)4 (20), and [Ru(C6H5N=NH)(bpy)2P](BPh4)2 (22) derivatives. Also the heteroallenes CO2 and CS2 reacted with [RuH(bpy)2P]BPh4, yielding the formato [Ru[eta1-OC(H)=O](bpy)2P]BPh4 and dithioformato [Ru[eta1-SC(H)=S](bpy)2P]BPh4 derivatives.  相似文献

Hydride complexes [FeH(N-N)P3]BPh4 (1, 2) [N-N = 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen); P = P(OEt)4, PPh(OEt)2, and PPh2OEt] were prepared by allowing FeCl2(N-N) to react with phosphite in the presence of NaBH4. The hydrides [FeH(bpy)2P]BPh4 (3) [P = P(OEt)3 and PPh(OEt)2] were prepared by reacting the tris(2,2'-bipyridine) [Fe(bpy)3]Cl2.5H2O complex with the appropriate phosphite in the presence of NaBH4. The protonation reaction of 1 and 2 with acid was studied and led to thermally unstable (above -20 degrees C) dihydrogen [Fe(eta2-H2)(N-N)P3]2+ (4, 5) derivatives. The presence of the H2 ligand is indicated by short T(1 min) values (3.1-3.6 ms) and by J(HD) measurements (31.2-32.5 Hz) of the partially deuterated derivatives. Carbonyl [Fe(CO)(bpy)[P(OEt)3]3](BPh4)2 (6) and nitrile [Fe(CH3CN)(N-N)P3](BPh4)2 (7, 8) [N-N = bpy, phen; P = P(OEt)3 and PPh(OEt)2] complexes were prepared by substituting the H2 ligand in the eta2-H2 4, 5 derivatives. Aryldiazene complexes [Fe(ArN=NH)(N-N)P3](BPh4)2 (9, 10, 11) (Ar = C6H5, 4-CH3C6H4) were also obtained by allowing hydride [FeH(N-N)P3]BPh4 derivatives to react with aryldiazonium cations in CH2Cl2 at low temperature.  相似文献

Triazenide [M(eta2-1,3-ArNNNAr)P4]BPh4 [M = Ru, Os; Ar = Ph, p-tolyl; P = P(OMe)3, P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2] complexes were prepared by allowing triflate [M(kappa2-OTf)P4]OTf species to react first with 1,3-ArN=NN(H)Ar triazene and then with an excess of triethylamine. Alternatively, ruthenium triazenide [Ru(eta2-1,3-ArNNNAr)P4]BPh4 derivatives were obtained by reacting hydride [RuH(eta2-H2)P4]+ and RuH(kappa1-OTf)P4 compounds with 1,3-diaryltriazene. The complexes were characterized by spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography of the [Ru(eta2-1,3-PhNNNPh){P(OEt)3}4]BPh4 derivative. Hydride triazene [OsH(eta1-1,3-ArN=NN(H)Ar)P4]BPh4 [P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2; Ar = Ph, p-tolyl] and [RuH{eta1-1,3-p-tolyl-N=NN(H)-p-tolyl}{PPh(OEt)2}4]BPh4 derivatives were prepared by allowing kappa1-triflate MH(kappa1-OTf)P4 to react with 1,3-diaryltriazene. The [Os(kappa1-OTf){eta1-1,3-PhN=NN(H)Ph}{P(OEt)3}4]BPh4 intermediate was also obtained. Variable-temperature NMR studies were carried out using 15N-labeled triazene complexes prepared from the 1,3-Ph15N=N15N(H)Ph ligand. Osmium dihydrogen [OsH(eta2-H2)P4]BPh4 complexes [P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2] react with 1,3-ArN=NN(H)Ar triazene to give the hydride-diazene [OsH(ArN=NH)P4]BPh4 derivatives. The X-ray crystal structure determination of the [OsH(PhN=NH){PPh(OEt)2}4]BPh4 complex is reported. A reaction path to explain the formation of the diazene complexes is also reported.  相似文献

The mono- and binuclear aryldiazene complexes [Re(C6H5N=NH)(CO)5-nPn]BY4 (1-5) and [(Re(CO)5-nPn)2-(mu-HN=NAr-ArN=NH)](BY4)2 (6-12) [P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2, PPh2OEt; n = 1-4; Ar-Ar = 4,4'-C6H4-C6H4, 4,4'-(2-CH3)C6H3-C6H3(2-CH3), 4,4'-C6H4-CH2-C6H4; Y = F, Ph) were prepared by reacting the hydride species ReH(CO)5-nPn with the appropriate mono- and bis(aryldiazonium) cations. These compounds, as well as other prepared compounds, were characterized spectroscopically (IR; 1H, 31P, 13C, and 15N NMR data), and 1a was also characterized by an X-ray crystal structure determination. [Re(C6H5N=NH)(CO)(P(OEt)3)4]BPh4 (1a) crystallizes in space group P1 with a = 15.380(5) A, b = 13.037(5) A, c = 16.649(5) A, alpha = 90.33(5) degrees, beta = 91.2(1) degrees, gamma = 89.71(9) degrees, and Z = 2. The "diazene-diazonium" complexes [M(CO)3P2(HN=NAr-ArN identical to N)](BF4)2 (13-15, 17) [M = Re, Mn; P = PPh2OEt, PPh2OMe, PPh3; Ar-Ar = 4,4'-C6H4-C6H4, 4,4'-C6H4-CH2-C6H4] and [Re(CO)4(PPh2OEt)(4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N identical to N)](BF4)2 (16b) were synthesized by allowing the hydrides MH(CO)3P2 or ReH(CO)4P to react with equimolar amounts of bis(aryldiazonium) cations under appropriate conditions. Reactions of diazene-diazonium complexes 13-17 with the metal hydrides M2H2P'4 and M2'H(CO)5-nP"n afforded the heterobinuclear bis(aryldiazene) derivatives [M1(CO)3P2(mu-HN=NAr-ArN=NH)M2HP'4](BPh4)2 (ReFe, ReRu, ReOs, MnRu, MnOs) and [M1(CO)3P2(mu-HN=NAr-ArN=NH)M2'(CO)5-nP"n](BPh4)2 (ReMn, MnRe) [M1 = Re, Mn; M2 = Fe, Ru, Os; M2' = Mn, Re; P = PPh2OEt, PPh2OMe; P',P" = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2; Ar-Ar = 4,4'-C6H4-C6H4, 4,4'-C6H4-CH2-C6H4; n = 1, 2]. The heterotrinuclear complexes [Re(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N=NH)M(P(OEt)3)4(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4- C6H4N=NH)Mn(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2](BPh4)4 (M = Ru, Os) (ReRuMn, ReOsMn) were obtained by reacting the heterobinuclear complexes ReRu and ReOs with the appropriate diazene-diazonium cations. The heterobinuclear complex with a bis(aryldiazenido) bridging ligand [Mn(CO)2(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-N2C6H4-C6H4N2)Fe(P(OEt)3)4]BPh4 (MnFe) was prepared by deprotonating the bis(aryldiazene) compound [Mn(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N=NH)Fe(4- CH3C6H4CN)(P(OEt)3)4](BPh4)3. Finally, the binuclear compound [Re(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(mu-4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N2)Fe(CO)2(P(OPh)3)2](BPh4)2 (ReFe) containing a diazene-diazenido bridging ligand was prepared by reacting [Re(CO)3(PPh2OEt)2(4,4'-HN=NC6H4-C6H4N identical to N)]+ with the FeH2(CO)2(P(OPh)3)2 hydride derivative. The electrochemical reduction of mono- and binuclear aryldiazene complexes of both rhenium (1-12) and the manganese, as well as heterobinuclear ReRu and MnRu complexes, was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and digital simulation techniques. The electrochemical oxidation of the mono- and binuclear aryldiazenido compounds Mn(C6H5N2)(CO)2P2 and (Mn(CO)2P2)2(mu-4,4'-N2C6H4-C6H4N2) (P = PPh2OEt) was also examined. Electrochemical data show that, for binuclear compounds, the diazene bridging unit allows delocalization of electrons between the two different redox centers of the same molecule, whereas the two metal centers behave independently in the presence of the diazenido bridging unit.  相似文献

Depending on experimental conditions and the nature of the hydrazine, the reactions of ReCl3P3 [P = PPh(OEt)2] with RNHNH2 (R = H, CH3, tBu) afford the bis(dinitrogen) [Re(N2)2P4]+ (2+), dinitrogen ReClN2P4 (3), and methyldiazenido [ReCl(CH3N2)(CH3NHNH2)P3]+ (1+) derivatives. In contrast, reactions of ReCl3P3 [P = PPh(OEt)2, PPh2OEt] with arylhydrazines ArNHNH2 (Ar = Ph, p-tolyl) give the aryldiazenido cations [ReCl(ArN2)(ArNHNH2)P3]+ (4+) and [ReCl(ArN2)P4]+ (7+) and the bis(aryldiazenido) cations [Re(ArN2)2P3]+ (5+, 6+). These complexes were characterized spectroscopically (IR; 1H and 31P NMR), and the BPh4 complexes 1, 2, and 7 were characterized crystallographically. The methyldiazenido derivative [ReCl(CH3N2)(CH3NHNH2)(PPh(OEt)2)3][BPh4] (1) crystallizes in space group P1 with a = 15.396(5) A, b = 16.986(5) A, c = 11.560(5) A, alpha = 93.96(5) degrees, beta = 93.99(5) degrees, gamma = 93.09(5) degrees, and Z = 2 and contains a singly bent CH3N2, group bonded to an octahedral central metal. One methylhydrazine ligand, one Cl- trans to the CH3N2, and three PPh(OEt)2 ligands complete the coordination. The complex [Re(N2)2(PPh(OEt)2)4][BPh4] (2) crystallizes in space group Pbaa with a = 23.008(5) A, b = 23.367(5) A, c = 12.863(3) A, and Z = 4. The structure displays octahedral coordination with two end-on N2 ligands in mutually trans positions. [ReCl(PhN2)(PPh(OEt)2)4][BPh4] (7) crystallizes in space group P2(1)/n with a = 19.613(5) A, b = 20.101(5) A, c = 19.918(5) A, beta = 115.12(2) degrees, and Z = 4. The structure shows a singly bent phenyldiazenido group trans to the Cl- ligand in an octahedral environment. The dinitrogen complex ReClN2P4 (3) reacts with CF3SO3CH3 to give the unstable methyldiazenido derivative [ReCl(CH3N2)P4][BPh4]. Reaction of the methylhydrazine complex [ReCl(CH3N2)(CH3NHNH2)P3][BPh4] (1) with Pb(OAc)4 at -30 degrees C results in selective oxidation of the hydrazine, affording the corresponding methyldiazene derivative [ReCl(CH3N=NH)(CH3N2)P3][BPh4] (8). In contrast, treatment with Pb(OAc)4 of the related arylhydrazines [ReCl(ArN2)(ArNHNH2)P3][BPh4] (4) [P = PPh(OEt)2] gives the bis(aryldiazenido) complexes [Re(ArN2)2P3][BPh4] (5). Possible protonation reactions of Br?nsted acids HX with all diazenides, 1, 4, 5, 6, and 8, were investigated and found to proceed only in the cases of the bis(aryldiazenido) complexes 5 and 6, affording, with HCl, the octahedral [ReCl(ArN=NH)(ArN2)P3][BPh4] or [ReCl(Ar(H)NN)(ArN2)P3][BPh4] (10) (Ar = Ph; P = PPh2OEt) derivative.  相似文献

A series of vinyl, aryl, acetylide and silyl complexes [Ru(R)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] (R = CH=CH2, CH=CHPh, CH=CHC6H4CH3-4, CH=CH(t)Bu, CH=2OH, C(C triple bond CPh)=CHPh, C6H5, C triple bond CPh, SiMe2OEt; MI = 1-methylimidazole-2-thiolate) were prepared from either [Ru(R)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2] or [Ru(R)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh3)2](BTD = 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole) by reaction with the nitrogen-sulfur mixed-donor ligand, 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazole (HMI), in the presence of base. In the same manner, [Os(CH=CHPh)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] was prepared from [Os(CH=CHPh)(CO)Cl(BTD)(PPh3)2]. The in situ hydroruthenation of 1-ethynylcyclohexan-1-ol by [RuH(CO)Cl(BTD)(PPh3)2] and subsequent addition of the HMI ligand and excess sodium methoxide yielded the dehydrated 1,3-dienyl complex [Ru(CH=CHC6H9)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2]. Dehydration of the complex [Ru(CH=CHCPh2OH)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] with HBF4 yielded the vinyl carbene [Ru(=CHCH=CPh2)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2]BF4. The hydride complexes [MH(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2](M = Ru, Os) were obtained from the reaction of HMI and KOH with [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3] and [OsHCl(CO)(BTD)(PPh3)2], respectively. Reaction of [Ru(CH=CHC6H4CH3-4)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] with excess HC triple bond CPh leads to isolation of the acetylide complex [Ru(C triple bond CPh)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2], which is also accessible by direct reaction of [Ru(C triple bond CPh)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh3)2] with 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazole and NaOMe. The thiocarbonyl complex [Ru(CPh = CHPh)Cl(CS)(PPh3)2] reacted with HMI and NaOMe without migration to yield [Ru(CPh= CHPh)(kappa2-MI)(CS)(PPh3)2], while treatment of [Ru(CH=CHPh)Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2] with HMI yielded the monodentate acyl product [Ru{eta(1)-C(=O)CH=CHPh}(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2]. The single-crystal X-ray structures of five complexes bearing vinyl, aryl, acetylide and dienyl functionality are reported.  相似文献

Tris(pyrazolyl)borate aryldiazenido complexes [RuTpLL'(ArN(2))](BF(4))(2) (1-3) [Ar = C(6)H(5), 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4); Tp = hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate; L = P(OEt)(3) or PPh(OEt)(2), L' = PPh(3); L = L' = P(OEt)(3)] were prepared by allowing dihydrogen [RuTp(eta(2)-H(2))LL'](+) derivatives to react with aryldiazonium cations. Spectroscopic characterization (IR, (15)N NMR) using the (15)N-labeled derivatives strongly supports the presence of a linear [Ru]-NN-Ar aryldiazenido group. Hydrazine complexes [RuTp(RNHNH(2))LL']BPh(4) (4-6) [R = H, CH(3), C(6)H(5), 4-NO(2)C(6)H(4); L = P(OEt)(3) or PPh(OEt)(2), L' = PPh(3); L = L' = P(OEt)(3)] were also prepared by reacting the [RuTp(eta(2)-H(2))LL'](+) cation with an excess of hydrazine. The complexes were characterized spectroscopically (IR and NMR) and by X-ray crystal structure determination of the [RuTp(CH(3)NHNH(2))[P(OEt)(3)](PPh(3))]BPh(4) (4d) derivative. Tris(pyrazolyl)borate aryldiazene complexes [RuTp(ArN=NH)LL']BPh(4) (7-9) (Ar = C(6)H(5), 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4)) were prepared following three different methods: (i). by allowing hydride species RuHTpLL' to react with aryldiazonium cations in CH(2)Cl(2); (ii). by treating aryldiazenido [RuTpLL'(ArN(2))](BF(4))(2) with LiBHEt(3) in CH(2)Cl(2); (iii). by oxidizing arylhydrazine [RuTp(ArNHNH(2))LL']BPh(4) complexes with Pb(OAc)(4) in CH(2)Cl(2) at -30 degrees C. Methyldiazene complexes [RuTp(CH(3)N=NH)LL']BPh(4) were also prepared by the oxidation of the corresponding methylhydrazine [RuTp(CH(3)NHNH(2))LL']BPh(4) with Pb(OAc)(4).  相似文献

Mixed-ligand hydrazine complexes [M(CO)(RNHNH2)P4](BPh4)2 (1, 2) [M = Ru, Os; R = H, CH3, C6H5; P = P(OEt)3] with carbonyl and triethyl phosphite were prepared by allowing hydride [MH(CO)P4]BPh4 species to react first with HBF4.Et2O and then with hydrazines. Depending on the nature of the hydrazine ligand, the oxidation of [M(CO)(RNHNH2)P4](BPh4)2 derivatives with Pb(OAc)4 at -30 C gives acetate [M(kappa1-OCOCH3)(CO)P4]BPh4 (3a), phenyldiazene [M(CO)(C6H5N=NH)P4](BPh4)2 (3c, 4c), and methyldiazene [M(CO)(CH3N=NH)P4](BPh4)2 (3b, 4b) derivatives. Methyldiazene complexes 3b and 4b undergo base-catalyzed tautomerization of the CH3N=NH ligand to formaldehyde-hydrazone NH2N=CH2, giving the [M(CO)(NH2N=CH2)P4](BPh4)2 (5, 6) derivatives. Complexes 5 and 6 were characterized spectroscopically and by the X-ray crystal structure determination of the [Ru(CO)(NH2N=CH2)[P(OEt)3]4](BPh4)2 (5) derivative. Acetone-hydrazone [M(CO)[NH2N=C(CH3)2]P4](BPh4)2 (7, 8) complexes were also prepared by allowing hydrazine [M(CO)(NH2NH2)P4](BPh4)2 derivatives to react with acetone.  相似文献

Azide complexes [M(RN(3))(CO)(3)P(2)]BPh(4)[M = Mn, Re; R = C(6)H(5)CH(2), 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4)CH(2), C(6)H(5), 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4), C(5)H(9); P = PPh(OEt)(2), PPh(2)(OEt)] were prepared by allowing tricarbonyl MH(CO)(3)P(2) hydride complexes to react first with Br?nsted acid (HBF(4), CF(3)SO(3)H) and then with organic azide in the dark. In sunlight the reaction yielded tetraazabutadiene [M(eta(2)-1,4-R(2)N(4))(CO)(2)P(2)]BPh(4) complexes or, with benzyl azide, imine [M{eta(1)-NH[double bond, length as m-dash]C(H)Ar}(CO)(3)P(2)]BPh(4)(Ar = C(6)H(5), 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4)) derivatives. Tetraazabutadiene [M(eta(2)-1,4-R(2)N(4))(CO)(2)P(2)]BPh(4) complexes were also prepared by reacting dicarbonyl MH(CO)(2)P(3) species first with Br?nsted acid and then with an excess of organic azide. Complexes were characterised spectroscopically (IR, (1)H, (31)P, (13)C, (15)N NMR data) and by the X-ray crystal structure determination of complex [Re{eta(2)-1,4-(C(6)H(5)CH(2))(2)N(4)}(CO)(2){PPh(OEt)(2)}(2)]BPh(4)(). Strong evidence for coordination of the organic azide was obtained from the (15)N NMR spectra of labelled [M(C(6)H(5)CH(2)(15)NN(15)N)(CO)(3)P(2)]BPh(4) derivatives.  相似文献

Both solid-state structure and (15)N NMR data indicate that the azide is coordinated through the substituted Ngamma [Ir]-Ngamma(CH(2)Ar)NNalpha nitrogen atom.  相似文献

The reaction of the ynediamine 1,2-dipiperidinoacetylene (1) with [(η(2)-COE)Cr(CO)(5)], [(THF)W(CO)(5)] and [RuCl(2)(η(6)-cymene)](2) afforded homobimetallic complexes 2a, 2b and 3, in which the diaminoacetylene 1 acts as a bis(aminocarbene) ligand by bridging two complex fragments Cr(CO)(5) (in 2a), W(CO)(5) (in 2b) and RuCl(2)(η(6)-cymene) (in 3). The reaction of 1 with [RuCl(2)(PPh(3))(3)] gave trans-[(1)RuCl(PPh(3))(2)]Cl, [4]Cl, in which the alkyne 1 coordinates as a 4-electron donor ligand. The cation 4 represents a rare example of a square-planar Ru(II) complex with a low-spin ground state (S = 0), and its stability can be ascribed to the strong alkyne-metal π-interaction as confirmed by DFT calculations. Treatment with one or two equivalents of NaBPh(4) in acetonitrile gave [4]BPh(4) and the dicationic [(1)Ru(PPh(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)](BPh(4))(2), [5](BPh(4))(2). [4]Cl can be used for the preparation of heterobimetallic Ru-Pd bis(aminocarbene) complexes by reaction with [(MeCN)(2)PdCl(2)], resulting in the formation of bimetallic 6 and tetrametallic 7.  相似文献

The synthesis and reaction chemistry of heteromultimetallic transition-metal complexes by linking diverse metal-complex building blocks with multifunctional carbon-rich alkynyl-, benzene-, and bipyridyl-based bridging units is discussed. In context with this background, the preparation of [1-{(eta(2)-dppf)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuC[triple bond]C}-3-{(tBu(2)bpy)(CO)(3)ReC[triple bond]C}-5-(PPh(2))C(6)H(3)] (10) (dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene; tBu(2)bpy = 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridyl; Ph = phenyl) is described; this complex can react further, leading to the successful synthesis of heterometallic complexes of higher nuclearity. Heterotetrametallic transition-metal compounds were formed when 10 was reacted with [{(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))RhCl(2)}(2)] (18), [(Et(2)S)(2)PtCl(2)] (20) or [(tht)AuC[triple bond]C-bpy] (24) (Me = methyl; Et = ethyl; tht = tetrahydrothiophene; bpy = 2,2'-bipyridyl-5-yl). Complexes [1-{(eta(2)-dppf)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuC[triple bond]C}-3-{(tBu(2)bpy)(CO)(3)ReC[triple bond]C}-5-{PPh(2)RhCl(2)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}C(6)H(3)] (19), [{1-[(eta(2)-dppf)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuC[triple bond]C]-3-[(tBu(2)bpy)(CO)(3)ReC[triple bond]C]-5-(PPh(2))C(6)H(3)}(2)PtCl(2)] (21), and [1-{(eta(2)-dppf)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuC[triple bond]C}-3-{(tBu(2)bpy)(CO)(3)ReC[triple bond]C}-5-{PPh(2)AuC[triple bond]C-bpy}C(6)H(3)] (25) were thereby obtained in good yield. After a prolonged time in solution, complex 25 undergoes a transmetallation reaction to produce [(tBu(2)bpy)(CO)(3)ReC[triple bond]C-bpy] (26). Moreover, the bipyridyl building block in 25 allowed the synthesis of Fe-Ru-Re-Au-Mo- (28) and Fe-Ru-Re-Au-Cu-Ti-based (30) assemblies on addition of [(nbd)Mo(CO)(4)] (27), (nbd = 1,5-norbornadiene), or [{[Ti](mu-sigma,pi-C[triple bond]CSiMe(3))(2)}Cu(N[triple bond]CMe)][PF(6)] (29) ([Ti] = (eta(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)Ti) to 25. The identities of 5, 6, 8, 10-12, 14-16, 19, 21, 25, 26, 28, and 30 have been confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, (1)H, (13)C{(1)H}, and (31)P{(1)H} NMR spectroscopy. From selected samples ESI-TOF mass spectra were measured. The solid-state structures of 8, 12, 19 and 26 were additionally solved by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis, confirming the structural assignment made from spectroscopy.  相似文献

The non-heteroatom-substituted manganese alkynyl carbene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(R)C[triple bond]CR'(3; 3a: R = R'= Ph, 3b: R = Ph, R'= Tol, 3c: R = Tol, R'= Ph) have been synthesised in high yields upon treatment of the corresponding carbyne complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[triple bond]CR][BPh4]([2][BPh4]) with the appropriate alkynyllithium reagents LiC[triple bond]CR' (R'= Ph, Tol). The use of tetraphenylborate as counter anion associated with the cationic carbyne complexes has been decisive. The X-ray structures of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(Tol)C[triple bond]CPh (3c), and its precursor [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=CTol][BPh4]([2b](BPh4]) are reported. The reactivity of complexes toward phosphines has been investigated. In the presence of PPh3, complexes act as a Michael acceptor to afford the zwitterionic sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh3)R' (5) resulting from nucleophilic attack by the phosphine on the remote alkynyl carbon atom. Complexes 5 exhibit a dynamic process in solution, which has been rationalized in terms of a fast [NMR time-scale] rotation of the allene substituents around the allene axis; metrical features within the X-ray structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(Ph)=C=C(PPh3)Tol (5b) support the proposal. In the presence of PMe3, complexes undergo a nucleophilic attack on the carbene carbon atom to give zwitterionic sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PMe3)C[triple bond]CR' (6). Complexes 6 readily isomerise in solution to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PMe3)R (7) through a 1,3 shift of the [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn] fragment. The nucleophilic attack of PPh2Me on 3 is not selective and leads to a mixture of the sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PPh(2)Me)C[triple bond]CR' (9) and the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh(2)Me)R' (10). Like complexes 6, complexes 9 readily isomerize to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PPh2Me)R'). Upon gentle heating, complexes 7, and mixtures of 10 and 10' cyclise to give the sigma-dihydrophospholium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(R')PMe2CH2CH(R)(8), and mixtures of complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Ph)PPh2CH2CH(Tol)(11) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Tol)PMe2CH2CH(Ph)(11'), respectively. The reactions of complexes 3 with secondary phosphines HPR(1)(2)(R1= Ph, Cy) give a mixture of the eta2-allene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=C=C(R')H}](12), and the regioisomeric eta4-vinylketene complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=CHC(R')=C=O}](13) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R')=CHC(R)=C=O}](13'). The solid-state structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{Ph2PC(Ph)=C=C(Tol)H}](12b) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{Cy2PC(Ph)=CHC(Ph)=C=O}](13d) are reported. Finally, a mechanism that may account for the formation of the species 12, 13, and 13' is proposed.  相似文献

The treatment of [Ru(L(OEt))(N)Cl(2)] (1; L(OEt)(-) = [Co(η(5)-C(5)H(5)){P(O)(OEt)(2)}(3)](-)) with Et(3)SiH affords [Ru(L(OEt))Cl(2)(NH(3))] (2), whereas that with [Ru(L(OEt))(H)(CO)(PPh(3))] (3) gives the dinuclear imido complex [(L(OEt))Cl(2)Ru(μ-NH)Ru(CO)(PPh(3))(L(OEt))] (4). The imido group in 4 binds to the two ruthenium atoms unsymmetrically with Ru-N distances of 1.818(6) and 1.952(6) ?. The reaction between 1 and 3 at 25 °C in a toluene solution is first order in both complexes with a second-order rate constant determined to be (7.2 ± 0.4) × 10(-5) M(-1) s(-1).  相似文献

Palladium and platinum complexes with the model nucleobase 1-methylcytosine (1-Mecyt) of the types [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(1-Mecyt)]ClO4 [N-N = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane (bpzm), bis(pyrazol-1-yl)methane (bpzm), N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda), or 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy)] and [M(dmba)(L')(1-Mecyt)]ClO4 [dmba = N,C-chelating 2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl; L' = PPh(3) (M = Pd or Pt), DMSO (M = Pt)] have been obtained. Palladium and platinum complexes of the types cis-[M(C6F5)2(1-Mecyt)2] (M = Pd or Pt) and cis-[Pd(L')(C6F5)(1-Mecyt)2]ClO4 (L' = PPh(3) or t-BuNC) have also been prepared. The crystal structures of [Pd(bpzm)(C6F5)(1-Mecyt)]ClO4, [Pt(dmba)(DMSO)(1-Mecyt)]ClO4, cis-[Pd(C6F5)2(1-Mecyt)2], and cis-[Pd(t-BuNC)(C6F5)(1-Mecyt)2]ClO4 have been established by X-ray diffraction. There is extensive hydrogen bonding (N-H...O, C-H...F or C-H...O) in all the compounds. There are also intermolecular pi-pi interactions between pyrimidine rings of adjacent chains in [Pd(C6F5)2(1-Mecyt)2]. DNA adduct formation of the new complexes synthesized was followed by circular dichroism and electrophoretic mobility. Atomic force microscopy images of the modifications caused by the complexes on plasmid DNA pBR322 were also obtained. Values of IC(50) were also calculated for the new complexes against the tumor cell line HL-60. At a short incubation time (24 h) almost all new complexes were more active than cisplatin.  相似文献

The pentacoordinate [PtH{P(OEt)3}4]BF4 (1) hydride complex was prepared by allowing the tetrakis(phosphite) Pt{P(OEt)3}4 to react with HBF4.Et2O at -80 degrees C. Depending on the nature of the acid used, however, the protonation of the related Pt{PPh(OEt)2}4 complex yielded the pentacoordinate [PtH{PPh(OEt)2}4]BF4 (3) or the tetracoordinate [PtH{PPh(OEt)2}3]Y (4) [Y = BF4- (a), CF3SO3- (b), Cl- (c)] derivatives. Neutral PtHClP2 (7,8) [P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2] hydride complexes were prepared by allowing PtCl2P2 to react with NaBH4 in CH3CN. The tetrakis(phosphite)[Pt{P(OEt)3}4](BF4)2 (2) derivative was also synthesised and then characterised spectroscopically and by an X-ray crystal structure determination. Reactivity with aryldiazonium cations of all the hydrides was investigated and found to proceed only with the PtHClP2 complex to yield the aryldiazene [PtCl(ArN=NH)P2]BF4[P = PPh(OEt)2] derivative. The hydrazine [PtCl(NH2NH2){PPh(OEt)2}2]BPh4 complex was also prepared by allowing PtHClP2 to react first with AgCF3SO3 and then with hydrazine.  相似文献

Two series of stable cyanide-bridged linkage isomers, namely [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)] (XY = CN or NC, L = CNBu(t) or CNXyl) and [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC-CPh)Tp'] {M = Mo or W, L = PPh3 or P(OPh)3, Tp' = hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate} have been synthesised; pairs of isomers are distinguishable by IR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The molecular structure of [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-NC)Mo(CO)(PhC-CPh)Tp'] has the catecholate-bound ruthenium atom cyanide-bridged to a Mo(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp' unit in which the alkyne acts as a four-electron donor; the alignment of the alkyne relative to the Mo-CO vector suggests the fragment (CN)Ru(CO)2(PPh3)(o-O2C6Cl4) acts as a pi-acceptor ligand. The complexes [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)Mn(NO)L(eta-C5Me5)] undergo three sequential one-electron oxidation processes with the first and third assigned to oxidation of the ruthenium-bound o-O2C6Cl4 ligand; the second corresponds to oxidation of Mn(I) to Mn(n). The complexes [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp'] are also first oxidised at the catecholate ligand; the second oxidation, and one-electron reduction, are based on the M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp' fragment. Chemical oxidation of [(o-O,C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)] with [Fe(eta-C5H4COMe)(eta-C5H5)][BF4], or of [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp'] with AgBF4, gave the paramagnetic monocations [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)]+ and [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp']+, the ESR spectra of which are consistent with ruthenium-bound semiquinone ligands. Linkage isomers are distinguishable by the magnitude of the 31P hyperfine coupling constant; complexes with N-bound Ru(o-O2C6Cl4) units also show small hyperfine coupling to the nitrogen atom of the cyanide bridge.  相似文献

The octahedral Ru(II) amine complexes [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)R)][OTf] (L = L' = PMe(3), P(OMe)(3) or L = CO and L' = PPh(3); R = H or (t)Bu) have been synthesized and characterized. Deprotonation of the amine complexes [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(3))][OTf] or [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][OTf] yields the Ru(II) amido complexes TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)) and TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu). Reactions of the parent amido complexes or TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu) with phenylacetylene at room temperature result in immediate deprotonation to form ruthenium-amine/phenylacetylide ion pairs, and heating a benzene solution of the [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][PhC(2)] ion pair results in the formation of the Ru(II) phenylacetylide complex TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(C[triple bond]CPh) in >90% yield. The observation that [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][PhC(2)] converts to the Ru(II) acetylide with good yield while heating the ion pairs [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(3))][PhC(2)] yields multiple products is attributed to reluctant dissociation of ammonia compared with the (t)butylamine ligand (i.e., different rates for acetylide/amine exchange). These results are consistent with ligand exchange reactions of Ru(II) amine complexes [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)R)][OTf] (R = H or (t)Bu) with acetonitrile. The previously reported phenyl amido complexes TpRuL(2)(NHPh) [L = PMe(3) or P(OMe)(3)] react with 10 equiv of phenylacetylene at elevated temperature to produce Ru(II) acetylide complexes TpRuL(2)(C[triple bond]CPh) in quantitative yields. Kinetic studies indicate that the reaction of TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NHPh) with phenylacetylene occurs via a pathway that involves TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(OTf) or [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)Ph)][OTf] as catalyst. Reactions of 1,4-cyclohexadiene with the Ru(II) amido complexes TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)) (L = L' = PMe(3) or L = CO and L' = PPh(3)) or TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu) at elevated temperatures result in the formation of benzene and Ru hydride complexes. TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(H), [Tp(PMe(3))(2)Ru[double bond]C[double bond]C(H)Ph][OTf], [Tp(PMe(3))(2)Ru=C(CH(2)Ph)[N(H)Ph]][OTf], and [TpRu(PMe(3))(3)][OTf] have been independently prepared and characterized. Results from solid-state X-ray diffraction studies of the complexes [TpRu(CO)(PPh(3))(NH(3))][OTf], [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(3))][OTf], and TpRu(CO)(PPh(3))(C[triple bond]CPh) are reported.  相似文献
