This paper investigates the cooperative formation problem via impulsive control for a class of networked Euler–Lagrange systems. To reduce the energy consumption and communication frequency, the impulsive control method and cooperative formation control approach are combined. With the consideration of system uncertainties and communication delays among agents, neural networks-based adaptive technique is used for the controller design. Firstly, under the constraint that each agent interacts with its neighbors only at some sampling moments, an adaptive neural-networks impulsive formation control algorithm is proposed for the networked uncertain Euler–Lagrange systems without communication delays. Using Lyapunov stability theory and Laplacian potential function in the graph theory, we conclude that the formation can be achieved by properly choosing the constant control gains. Further, when considering communication delays,a modified impulsive formation control algorithm is proposed, in which the extended Halanay differential inequality is used to analyze the stability of the impulsive delayed dynamical systems. Finally, numerical examples and performance comparisons with continuous algorithm are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

A whole impulsive control scheme of nonlinear systems with time-varying delays, which is an extension for impulsive control of nonlinear systems without time delay, is presented in this paper. Utilizing the Lyapunov functions and the impulsive-type comparison principles, we establish a series of different conditions under which impulsively controlled nonlinear systems with time-varying delays are asymptotically stable. Then we estimate upper bounds of impulse interval and time-varying delays for asymptotically stable control. Finally a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

This Letter investigates robust impulsive synchronization of complex delayed dynamical networks with nonsymmetrical coupling from the view of dynamics and control. Based on impulsive control theory on delayed dynamical systems, some simple yet generic criteria for robust impulsive synchronization are established. It is shown that these criteria can provide a novel and effective control approach to synchronize an arbitrary given delayed dynamical network to a desired synchronization state. Comparing with existing results, the advantage of the control scheme is that synchronization state can be selected as a weighted average of all the states in the network for the purpose of practical control strategy. Finally, numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.  相似文献

A control approach where the fuzzy logic methodology is combined with impulsive control is developed for controlling some time-delay chaotic systems in this paper. We first introduce impulses into each subsystem with delay of the Takagi--Sugeno (TS) fuzzy IF--THEN rules and then present a unified TS impulsive fuzzy model with delay for chaos control. Based on the new model, a simple and unified set of conditions for controlling chaotic systems is derived by the Lyapunov--Razumikhin method, and a design procedure for estimating bounds on control matrices is also given. Several numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the synchronization scheme of coupled neural networks with time delays. The coupling function, which can be linear or nonlinear, is subject to uncertainties in the network. By utilizing the stability theory for impulsive functional differential equations, several new criteria are obtained to ensure the robust synchronization of coupled networks via impulsive control. Furthermore, an estimation of the predicted stable region is derived to facilitate the design of the control gain. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our results.  相似文献

In this paper we study an impulsive delayed reaction-diffusion model applied in biology. The introduced model generalizes existing reaction-diffusion delayed epidemic models to the impulsive case. The integral manifolds notion has been introduced to the model under consideration. This notion extends the single state notion and has important applications in the study of multi-stable systems. By means of an extension of the Lyapunov method integral manifolds’ existence, results are established. Based on the Lyapunov functions technique combined with a Poincarè-type inequality qualitative criteria related to boundedness, permanence, and stability of the integral manifolds are also presented. The application of the proposed impulsive control model is closely related to a most important problems in the mathematical biology—the problem of optimal control of epidemic models. The considered impulsive effects can be used by epidemiologists as a very effective therapy control strategy. In addition, since the integral manifolds approach is relevant in various contexts, our results can be applied in the qualitative investigations of many problems in the epidemiology of diverse interest.  相似文献

In this paper two different types of feedback control technique are discussed: the standard feedback control and the time-delay feedback control which have been successfully used in many control systems. In order to understand to what extent the two different types of control technique are useful in delayed chaotic systems, some analytic stabilization conditions for chaos control from the two types of control technique are derived ased on Lyapunov stabilization arguments. Similarly, we discuss the tracking problem by applying the time-delay feedback control. Finally, numerical examples are provided.  相似文献

The feedback control of a delayed dynamical system, which also includes various chaotic systems with time delays, is investigated. On the basis of stability analysis of a nonautonomous system with delays, some simple yet less conservative criteria are obtained for feedback control in a delayed dynamical system. In this paper, the lag synchronization of chaotic systems with time-delayed linear terms via impulsive control is investigated. Based on the stability theory of impulsive delayed differential equations, some sufficient conditions are obtained guaranteeing the synchronized behaviours between two delayed chaotic systems. Numerical simulations on time-delayed Lorenz and hyperchaotic Chen systems are also carried out to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Note that under the scheme the chaotic system is controlled only at discrete time instants, and so it reduces the control cost in real applications.  相似文献

Containment control of first-order multi-agent systems with uncertain topologies and communication time-delays is studied. Suppose system topologies are dynamically changed, a containment control algorithm with time-varying delays is presented. The stability of the control algorithm is studied under the assumption that communication topologies are jointly-connected, and constraint condition of distributed containment control for delayed multi-agent systems is derived with the aid of Lyapunov-Krasovskii function. The present paper is mainly concerned with the issues of synchronization dynamics of complex delayed dynamical networks with impulsive effects. A general model of complex delayed dynamical networks with impulsive effects is formulated, which can well describe practical architectures of more realistic complex networks related to impulsive effects. Based on impulsive stability theory on delayed dynamical systems, some simple but less conservative criterion are derived for global synchronization of such dynamical network. It is shown that synchronization of the networks is heavily dependent on impulsive effects of connecting configuration in the networks. Furthermore, the theoretical results are applied to a typical SF network composing of impulsive coupled chaotic delayed Hopfield neural network nodes, and are also illustrated by numerical simulations.  相似文献

This Letter investigates the impulsive synchronization between two complex networks with non-delayed and delayed coupling. Based on the stability analysis of impulsive differential equation, the criteria for the synchronization is derived, and a linear impulsive controller and the simple updated laws are designed. Particularly, the weight configuration matrix is not necessarily symmetric or irreducible, and the inner coupling matrix need not be symmetric. A scheme for the impulsive control of nonlinear systems with time-varying delays is investigated in this paper. Based on the Lyapunov-like stability theorem for impulsive functional differential equations (FDEs), some sufficient conditions are presented to guarantee the uniform asymptotic stability of impulsively controlled nonlinear systems with time-varying delays. In this paper, the global impulsive exponential synchronization problem of a class of chaotic delayed neural networks (DNNs) with stochastic perturbation is studied. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, stochastic analysis approach and an efficient impulsive delay differential inequality, some new exponential synchronization criteria expressed in the form of the linear matrix inequality (LMI) are derived. The designed impulsive controller not only can globally exponentially stabilize the error dynamics in mean square, but also can control the exponential synchronization rate. Furthermore, to estimate the stable region of the synchronization error dynamics, a novel optimization control algorithm is proposed, which can deal with the minimum problem with two nonlinear terms coexisting in LMIs effectively. In this paper, an improved impulsive lag synchronization scheme for different chaotic systems with parametric uncertainties is proposed. Based on the new definition of synchronization with error bound and a novel impulsive control scheme (the so-called dual-stage impulsive control), some new and less conservative sufficient conditions are established to guarantee that the error dynamics can converge to a predetermined level, which is more reasonable and rigorous than the existing results. In particular, some simpler and more convenient conditions are derived by taking the same impulsive distances and control gains. Finally, some numerical simulations for the Lorenz system and the Chen system are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献

We propose a method for the recovery of delay time from time series of time-delay systems. The method is based on the nearest neighbor analysis. The method allows one to reconstruct delays in various classes of time-delay systems including systems of high order, systems with several coexisting delays, and nonscalar time-delay systems. In this paper the issue of impulsive synchronization of a class of uncertain chaotic systems with parameters perturbation is investigated. Applying the impulsive theory and linear matrix inequality technique, some less conservative and easily verified criteria for impulsive synchronization of chaotic systems are derived. The proposed impulsive synchronization scheme is applied to the chaotic Murali–Lakshmanan–Chua circuit and hyperchaotic Chen and the corresponding synchronization conditions are derived. Moreover, the boundaries of the stable region are also estimated according to the equidistant impulse interval. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by the computer simulation.  相似文献
