Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a non-parametric technique to assess the performance of a set of homogeneous decision making units (DMUs) with common crisp inputs and outputs. Regarding the problems that are modelled out of the real world, the data cannot constantly be precise and sometimes they are vague or fluctuating. So in the modelling of such data, one of the best approaches is using the fuzzy numbers. Substituting the fuzzy numbers for the crisp numbers in DEA, the traditional DEA problem transforms into a fuzzy data envelopment analysis (FDEA) problem. Different methods have been suggested to compute the efficiency of DMUs in FDEA models so far but the most of them have limitations such as complexity in calculation, non-contribution of decision maker in decision making process, utilizable for a specific model of FDEA and using specific group of fuzzy numbers. In the present paper, to overcome the mentioned limitations, a new approach is proposed. In this approach, the generalized FDEA problem is transformed into a parametric programming, in which, parameter selection depends on the decision maker’s ideas. Two numerical examples are used to illustrate the approach and to compare it with some other approaches.  相似文献

In conventional multiobjective decision making problems, the estimation of the parameters of the model is often a problematic task. Normally they are either given by the decision maker (DM), who has imprecise information and/or expresses his considerations subjectively, or by statistical inference from past data and their stability is doubtful. Therefore, it is reasonable to construct a model reflecting imprecise data or ambiguity in terms of fuzzy sets for which a lot of fuzzy approaches to multiobjective programming have been developed. In this paper we propose a method to solve a multiobjective linear programming problem involving fuzzy parameters (FP-MOLP), whose possibility distributions are given by fuzzy numbers, estimated from the information provided by the DM. As the parameters, intervening in the model, are fuzzy the solutions will be also fuzzy. We propose a new Pareto Optimal Solution concept for fuzzy multiobjective programming problems. It is based on the extension principle and the joint possibility distribution of the fuzzy parameters of the problem. The method relies on α-cuts of the fuzzy solution to generate its possibility distributions. These ideas are illustrated with a numerical example.  相似文献

The estimate of the parameters which define a conventional multiobjective decision making model is a difficult task. Normally they are either given by the Decision Maker who has imprecise information and/or expresses his considerations subjectively, or by statistical inference from the past data and their stability is doubtful. Therefore, it is reasonable to construct a model reflecting imprecise data or ambiguity in terms of fuzzy sets and several fuzzy approaches to multiobjective programming have been developed 1, 9, 10, 11. The fuzziness of the parameters gives rise to a problem whose solution will also be fuzzy, see 2, 3, and which is defined by its possibility distribution. Once the possibility distribution of the solution has been obtained, if the decision maker wants more precise information with respect to the decision vector, then we can pose and solve a new problem. In this case we try to find a decision vector, which approximates as much as possible the fuzzy objectives to the fuzzy solution previously obtained. In order to solve this problem we shall develop two different models from the initial solution and based on Goal Programming: an Interval Goal Programming Problem if we define the relation “as accurate as possible” based on the expected intervals of fuzzy numbers, as we showed in [4], and an ordinary Goal Programming based on the expected values of the fuzzy numbers that defined the goals. Finally, we construct algorithms that implement the above mentioned solution method. Our approach will be illustrated by means of a numerical example.  相似文献

In this paper, by considering the experts' vague or fuzzy understanding of the nature of the parameters in the problem formulation process, multiobjective linear fractional programming problems with block angular structure involving fuzzy numbers are formulated. Using the a-level sets of fuzzy numbers, the corresponding nonfuzzy a-multiobjective linear fractional programming problem is introduced. The fuzzy goals of the decision maker for the objective functions are quantified by eliciting the corresponding membership functions including nonlinear ones. Through the introduction of extended Pareto optimality concepts, if the decision maker specifies the degree a and the reference membership values, the corresponding extended Pareto optimal solution can be obtained by solving the minimax problems for which the Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition method and Ritter's partitioning procedure are applicable. Then a linear programming-based interactive fuzzy satisficing method with decomposition procedures for deriving a satisficing solution for the decision maker efficiently from an extended Pareto optimal solution set is presented. An illustrative numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper discusses the issue of how to use fuzzy targets in the target-based model for decision making under uncertainty. After introducing a target-based interpretation of the expected value on which it is shown that this model implicitly assumes a neutral behavior on attitude about the target, we examine the issue of using fuzzy targets considering different attitudes about the target selection of the decision maker. We also discuss the problem for situations on which the decision maker’s attitude about target may change according to different states of nature. Especially, it is shown that the target-based approach can provide an unified way for solving the problem of fuzzy decision making with uncertainty about the state of nature and imprecision about payoffs. Several numerical examples are given for illustration of the discussed issues.  相似文献

Multi-attribute decision-making is usually concerned with weighting alternatives, thereby requiring weight information for decision attributes from a decision maker. However, the assignment of an attribute’s weight is sometimes difficult, and may vary from one decision maker to another. Additionally, imprecision and vagueness may affect each judgment in the decision-making process. That is, in a real application, various statistical data may be imprecise or linguistically as well as numerically vague. Given this coexistence of random and fuzzy information, the data cannot be adequately treated by simply using the formalism of random variables. To address this problem, fuzzy random variables are introduced as an integral component of regression models. Thus, in this paper, we proposed a fuzzy random multi-attribute evaluation model with confidence intervals using expectations and variances of fuzzy random variables. The proposed model is applied to oil palm fruit grading, as the quality inspection process for fruits requires a method to ensure product quality. We include simulation results and highlight the advantage of the proposed method in handling the existence of fuzzy random information.  相似文献

提出了一种考虑决策者风险偏好且属性权重信息不完全的区间直觉模糊数多属性群决策方法。同时考虑相似度和接近度,确定每一属性的决策者权重。为了考虑决策者风险偏好对决策结果的影响和避免区间直觉模糊矩阵的渐进性,引入了决策者风险偏好系数,将集结后的综合决策矩阵转换成区间数矩阵。然后,为了客观地求出属性权重信息不完全环境下属性的权重,构建了基于区间直觉模糊交叉熵的属性权重目标规划模型,该模型不仅考虑了评价值的偏差,也强调了评价值自身的可信度。最后,通过研发项目选择问题的实例分析说明了所提方法的合理性和优越性。  相似文献

In this paper a multi-criteria group decision making model is presented in which there is a heterogeneity among the decision makers due to their different expertise and/or their different level of political control. The relative importance of the decision makers in the group is handled in a soft manner using fuzzy relations. We suppose that each decision maker has his/her preferred solution, obtained by applying any of the techniques of distance-based multi-objective programming [compromise, goal programming (GP), goal programming with fuzzy hierarchy, etc.]. These solutions are used as aspiration levels in a group GP model in which the differences between the unwanted deviations are interpreted in terms of the degree of achievement of the relative importance amongst the group members. In this way, a group GP model with fuzzy hierarchy (Group-GPFH) is constructed. The solution for this model is proposed as a collective decision. To show the applicability of our proposal, a regional forest planning problem is addressed. The objective is to determine tree species composition in order to improve the values achieved by Pan-European indicators for sustainable forest management. This problem involves stakeholders with competing interests and different preference schemes for the aforementioned indicators. The application of our proposal to this problem allows us to be able to comfortably address all these issues. The results obtained are consistent with the preferences of each stakeholder and their hierarchy within the group.  相似文献

Fuzzy optimization models are used to derive crisp weights (priority vectors) for the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based multicriteria decision making systems. These optimization models deal with the imprecise judgements of decision makers by formulating the optimization problem as the system of constrained non linear equations. Firstly, a Genetic Algorithm based heuristic solution for this optimization problem is implemented in this paper. It has been found that the crisp weights derived from this solution for fuzzy-AHP system, sometimes lead to less consistent or inconsistent solutions. To deal with this problem, we have proposed a consistency based constraint for the optimization models. A decision maker can set the consistency threshold value and if the solution exists for that threshold value then crisp weights can be derived, otherwise it can be concluded that the fuzzy comparison matrix for AHP is not consistent for the given threshold. Three examples are considered to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Results with the proposed constraint based fuzzy optimization model are more consistent than the existing optimization models.  相似文献

This paper studies the dynamic pricing problem of selling fixed stock of perishable items over a finite horizon, where the decision maker does not have the necessary historic data to estimate the distribution of uncertain demand, but has imprecise information about the quantity demand. We model this uncertainty using fuzzy variables. The dynamic pricing problem based on credibility theory is formulated using three fuzzy programming models, viz.: the fuzzy expected revenue maximization model, α‐optimistic revenue maximization model, and credibility maximization model. Fuzzy simulations for functions with fuzzy parameters are given and embedded into a genetic algorithm to design a hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve these three models. Abstract. The objective of this paper is to deal with a kind of fuzzy linear programming problem based on interval-valued fuzzy sets (IVFLP) through the medium of procedure that turns IVFLP into parametric linear programming via the mathematical programming. Some useful results for the benefit of solving IVFLP are expounded and proved,developed and discussed. 在决策过程中TODIM方法能有效的捕捉决策者的心理行为。犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊集不但能反映正反两个方面的不确定性,而且能反映决策者的犹豫程度。本文将TODIM方法扩展到犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊集。首先定义了犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊环境下的测量函数,用于比较两个犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊数的大小,其次计算每个备选方案相对其它备选方案的相对优势度,然后根据相对优势度选出最佳方案。最后,用航空公司服务质量的评估来说明本文给出方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

For decision making problems involving uncertainty, both stochastic programming as an optimization method based on the theory of probability and fuzzy programming representing the ambiguity by fuzzy concept have been developing in various ways. In this paper, we focus on multiobjective linear programming problems with random variable coefficients in objective functions and/or constraints. For such problems, as a fusion of these two approaches, after incorporating fuzzy goals of the decision maker for the objective functions, we propose an interactive fuzzy satisficing method for the expectation model to derive a satisficing solution for the decision maker. An illustrative numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, we focus on the solution procedure of the multiobjective transportation problem (MOTP) where the cost coefficients of the objective functions, and the source and destination parameters have been expressed as interval values by the decision maker. This problem has been transformed into a classical MOTP where to minimize the interval objective function, the order relations that represent the decision maker's preference between interval profits have been defined by the right limit, left limit, centre, and half-width of an interval. The constraints with interval source and destination parameters have been converted into deterministic ones. Finally, the equivalent transformed problem has been solved by fuzzy programming technique. Numerical examples have been provided to illustrate the solution procedure for three possible cases of the original problem.  相似文献

In the present paper, we concentrate on dealing with a class of multiobjective programming problems with random rough coefficients. We first discuss how to turn a constrained model with random rough variables into crisp equivalent models. Then an interactive algorithm which is similar to the interactive fuzzy satisfying method is introduced to obtain the decision maker’s satisfying solution. In addition, the technique of random rough simulation is applied to deal with general random rough objective functions and random rough constraints which are usually hard to convert into their crisp equivalents. Furthermore, combined with the techniques of random rough simulation, a genetic algorithm using the compromise approach is designed for solving a random rough multiobjective programming problem. Finally, illustrative examples are given in order to show the application of the proposed models and algorithms.  相似文献

The comprehensive model with “weighted-objective nearness degree” is introduced in the process of multi-objective decision-making, by which a reduction problem of inference antecedents is studied in traditional fuzzy inference method. Moreover, based on the comprehensive model with “weighted-objective nearness degree”, SMTT fuzzy inference algorithm is proposed. This algorithm not only shows the relative importance of every antecedent component in fuzzy inference, but also considers the influence of nearness degree between every antecedent component’s evaluation and inference objective on inference conclusions. The enactment of inference objective reflects the preference degree of decision maker to every antecedent component’s evaluation. The Dempster–Shafer theory of evidence is applied to a multiattribute decision-making problem where the decision maker must determine which of several products/services have the best opportunity for success in a competitive marketplace. Multiattribute decisions are generally constrained by the uncertainty inherent in assessing the relative importance of each attribute element that is needed for success and the evaluation of the product/service to be introduced. The relative importance of each attribute element deemed necessary for success is assessed by the decision maker as a goal to be met. The evaluation of each product/service is addressed through expert opinion about the degree to which each element is contained in each product/service. Then the belief and plausibility that a product/service will satisfy the decision maker's goal are calculated. The decision to introduce a product or service depends on the evaluation of the anticipated loss from introduction of a product/service into a competitive market.  相似文献
