Vapor‐phase polymerization (VPP) is an important method for the fabrication of high‐quality conducting polymers, especially poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). In this work, the effects of additives and post‐treatment solvents on the thermoelectric (TE) performance of VPP‐PEDOT films were systematically investigated. The use of 1‐butyl‐3‐menthylinidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BMIm][BF4], an ionic liquid) was shown to significantly enhance the electrical conductivity of VPP‐PEDOT films compared with other additives. The VPP‐PEDOT film post‐treated with mixed ethylene glycol (EG)/[BMIm][BF4] solvent displayed the high power factor of 45.3 μW m?1 K?2 which is 122% higher than that prepared without any additive or post‐treatment solvent, along with enhanced electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient. This work highlighted the superior effect of the [BMIm][BF4] additive and the EG/[BMIm][BF4] solvent post‐treatment on the TE performance of the VPP‐PEDOT film. These results should help with developing the VPP method to fabricate high‐performance PEDOT films. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. Phys. 2017 , 55 , 1738–1744  相似文献

A new conducting composite polymer film is obtained by vapor phase polymerization of 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) on a biocompatible polyanion derived from the partial sulfonation (32%) of statistical ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVAL32). EVALS32 and the oxidant (iron(III) p‐toluenesulfonate, [PTS]) are contemporaneously spin coated from a methanol/water solution on glass slide. EVALS32–PTS‐coated glass slides are exposed to EDOT vapors, and the polymerization is followed by Vis–NIR spectroscopy. We observed that PEDOT slowly grows into the bulk of EVALS32 matrix. Thanks to the sulfonic groups of the polyanion acting as doping agents, a highly conjugate p‐doped EVALS32‐PEDOT composite film with a good conductivity (1.6 × 102 S cm?1), transparency, and stability in water is obtained. The EVALS32–PEDOT film seems an ideal candidate for the preparation of organic devices to be applied in electronics, biosensor, or actuation technology. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Poly((2‐Alkylbenzo[1,2,3]triazole‐4,7‐diyl)vinylene)s (pBTzVs) synthesized by Stille coupling show different absorption spectra, solid‐state morphology, and photovoltaic performance, depending on straight‐chain versus branched‐chain (pBTzV12 and pBTzV20) pendant substitution. Periodic boundary condition density functional computations show limited alkyl pendant effects on isolated chain electronic properties; however, pendants could influence polymer backbone conjugative planarity and polymer solid film packing. The polymers are electronically ambipolar, with best performance by pBTzV12 with hole and electron transport mobilities of 4.86 × 10?6 and 1.96 × 10?6 cm2 V?1 s?1, respectively. pBTzV12 gives a smooth film morphology, whereas pBTzV20 gives a very different fibrillar morphology. For ITO/PEDOT:PSS/(1:1 w/w polymer:PC71BM)/LiF/Al devices, pBTzV12 gives power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 2.87%, and pBTzV20 gives up to PCE = 1.40%; both have open‐circuit voltages of VOC = 0.6–0.7 V. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two furan‐flanked polymers poly{3,6‐difuran‐2‐yl‐2,5‐di(2‐octyldodecyl)‐pyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1,4‐dione‐alt‐thienylenevinylene} (PDVFs), with a highly π‐extended diketopyrrolopyrrole backbone, are developed for solution‐processed high‐performance polymer field‐effect transistors (FETs). Atomic force microscopy and grazing incidence X‐ray scattering analyses indicate that PDVF‐8 and PDVF‐10 films exhibit a similar nodular morphology with the ultrasmall lamellar distances of 16.84 and 18.98 Å, respectively. When compared with the reported polymers with the same alkyl substitutes, this is the smallest d‐spacing value observed to date. This closed lamellar crystallinity facilitates charge carrier transport. Therefore, polymer thin‐film transistors fabricated from as‐spun PDVF‐8 films exhibit a high hole mobility exceeding 1.0 cm2 V?1 s?1 with a current on/off ratio above 106. After annealing treatment at 100 °C in air, the highest hole mobility of PDVF‐8‐based FETs was significantly improved to 1.90 cm2 V?1 s?1, which is among the highest values of the reported FET devices fabricated from polymer thin films based on this mild annealing temperature. In contrast, long alkyl‐substituted PDVF‐10 exhibited a relatively low hole mobility of 1.65 cm2 V?1 s?1 mainly resulting from low molecular weight. This work demonstrated that PDVFs would be promising semiconductors for developing cost‐effective and large‐scale production of flexible organic electronics. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Thick, uniform, easily processed, highly conductive polymer films are desirable as electrodes for solar cells as well as polymer capacitors. Here, a novel scalable strategy is developed to prepare highly conductive thick poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (HCT‐PEDOT:PSS) films with layered structure that display a conductivity of 1400 S cm?1 and a low sheet resistance of 0.59 ohm sq?1. Organic solar cells with laminated HCT‐PEDOT:PSS exhibit a performance comparable to the reference devices with vacuum‐deposited Ag top electrodes. More importantly, the HCT‐PEDOT:PSS film delivers a specific capacitance of 120 F g?1 at a current density of 0.4 A g?1. All‐solid‐state flexible symmetric supercapacitors with the HCT‐PEDOT:PSS films display a high volumetric energy density of 6.80 mWh cm?3 at a power density of 100 mW cm?3 and 3.15 mWh cm?3 at a very high power density of 16160 mW cm?3 that outperforms previous reported solid‐state supercapacitors based on PEDOT materials.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional (2D) WS2 nanosheets (NSs) as a promising thermoelectric (TE) material have gained great concern recently. The low electrical conductivity significantly limits its further development. Herein, we reported an effective method to enhance the TE performance of WS2 NSs by combining poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4‐styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS). The restacked WS2 NSs thin film with 1T phase structure obtained by a common chemical lithium intercalation show a high Seebeck coefficient of 98 μV K?1 and a poor electrical conductivity of 12.5 S cm?1. The introduction of PEDOT:PSS with different contents obviously improve the electrical conductivity of WS2 NSs thin films. Although a declining Seebeck coefficient was observed, an optimized TE power factor of 45.2 μW m?1 k?1 was achieved for WS2/PEDOT:PSS composite thin film. Moreover, the as‐prepared WS2/PEDOT:PSS thin film can be easily peeled off and transferred to other substrate leading to a more promising application. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Tuning the molecular rearrangement and oxidation level has been proven to be effective strategies for optimizing the thermoelectric (TE) performance of PEDOT. It is difficult to achieve these effects simultaneously via a one‐step process, however. In this work, we combined vapor phase polymerization (VPP) and H2SO4 post‐treatment to obtain a highly conductive PEDOT film. A novel strategy using polyethylenemine (PEI) as an effective reducing agent was employed to enhance the thermopower of the PEDOT film. Grazing‐Incidence Wide‐Angle X‐ray Scattering analysis and the changes in the oxidation level allow us to elucidate the role of PEI and its transport mechanism. It is demonstrated that the thermopower of well‐ordered crystallites in the PEDOT film significantly increases more than five times (from 11 to 59 μV K?1) by the PEI‐DMF solution immersion process, while the electrical conductivity is maintained at 100 S cm?1. The promising method connecting VPP, H2SO4, and PEI shows great potential for effectively tuning the thermopower of organic TE materials. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. New amorphous semiconducting copolymers, poly(9,9‐dialkylfluorene)‐alt‐(3‐dodecylthienyl‐divinylbenzene‐3‐dodecylthienyl) derivatives (PEFTVB and POFTVB), were designed, synthesized, and characterized. The structure of copolymers was confirmed by H NMR, IR, and elemental analysis. The copolymers showed very good solubility in organic solvents and high thermal stability with high Tg of 178–185 °C. The weight average molecular weight was found to be 107,900 with polydispersity of 3.14 for PEFTVB and 76,700 with that of 3.31 for POFTVB. UV–vis absorption studies showed the maximum absorption at 428 nm (in solution) and 435 nm (in film) for PEFTVB and at 430 nm (in solution) and 436 nm (in film) for POFTVB. Photoluminescence studies showed the emission at 498 nm (in solution) and 557 nm (in film) for PEFTVB and at 498 nm (in solution) and 536 nm (in film) for POFTVB. The solution‐processed thin‐film transistors showed the carrier mobility of 2 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1 for PEFTVB‐based devices and 2 × 10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1 for POFTVB‐based devices. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel strategy via paper as an effective substrate has been introduced as a thermoelectric material in this work. Free‐standing poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/paper composite films are conveniently prepared by a one‐step method of directly writing PEDOT:PSS solution on paper, making the process simple, rapid, and facile. The free‐standing composite films display excellent flexibility, light weight, soaking stability in water, and great potential in large‐scale production. Improved thermoelectric properties are obtained in PEDOT:PSS/paper composite films, owing to the simultaneously enhanced Seebeck coefficient (30.6 μV K?1) and electrical conductivity, and a low thermal conductivity (0.16 W m?1 K?1) compared with pristine PEDOT:PSS films. The results indicate that paper as an effective substrate is suitable for the preparation of high‐performance and flexible thermoelectric materials. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. A series of novel high molecular weight fluorinated co‐polyimides (Co‐PIs) containing styryl side chain based on 1,3‐bis(2‐trifluoromethyl‐4‐aminophenoxy)‐5‐(2,3,4,5‐tetrafluorophenoxy)benzene (6FTFPB) were successfully synthesized. The weight‐average molecular weights (Mws) and polydispersities of the co‐polyimides were in the range 8.93–10.81 × 104 and 1.33–1.82, respectively. The co‐polyimide film showed excellent solubility in organic solvents, high tensile properties (tensile strength exceeded 91 MPa), excellent optical transparency (cutoff wavelength at 332–339 nm and light transparencies above 89% at a wavelength of 550 nm), and high thermal stability (5% thermal weight‐loss temperature up to 510 °C). The casting and spinning films could be cross‐linked by thermal curing. The cured films show better combination property (including excellent resistance to solvents) than that of co‐polyimides. For instance, the glass transition temperature of Co‐PI‐1 (the molar weight ratio of 6FTFPB was 30%) increased from 217 to 271 °C, the tensile strength enhanced from 94 to 96 MPa, the 5% thermal weight‐loss temperature improved from 514 to 525 °C. Moreover, after cured, Co‐PI‐1 film also has a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) value of 60.3 ppm °C?1, low root mean square surface roughness (Rq) at 4.130 nm and low dielectric constant of 2.60. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Novel naphtho[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophene (NDT) and diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)‐containing donor‐acceptor conjugated polymers (PNDTDPPs) with different branched side chains were synthesized via Pd(0)‐catalyzed Stille coupling reaction. Octyldodecyl (OD) and dodecylhexadecyl (DH) groups were tethered to the DPP units as the side chains. The soluble fraction of PNDTDPP‐OD polymer in chloroform has much lower molecular weight than that of PNDTDPP‐DH polymer. PNDTDPP‐DH polymer bearing relatively longer DH side chains exhibited much better charge‐transport behavior than PNDTDPP‐OD polymer with shorter OD side chains. The thermally annealed PNDTDPP‐DH polymer thin films exhibited an outstanding charge carrier mobility of ~1.32 cm2 V?1 s?1 (Ion/Ioff ~ 108) measured under ambient conditions, which is almost six times higher than that of thermally annealed PNDTDPP‐OD polymer thin films. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new bipolar conjugated polyfluorene copolymer with triphenylamine and cyanophenylfluorene as side chains, poly{[9,9‐di(triphenylamine)fluorene]‐[9,9‐dihexyl‐fluorene]‐[2,7‐bis(4′‐cyanophenyl)‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene]} ( PTHCF ), was synthesized for studying the polymer backbone emission. Its absolute weight‐average molecular weight was determined as 4.85 × 104 by using gel permeation chromatography with a multiangle light scattering detector. In contrast to the electronic absorption spectrum in dilute solution, the absorbance of PTHCF in thin film was slightly blue shifted. By comparison of the solution and thin‐film photoluminescence (PL) spectra, a red shift of Δλ = 8–9 nm was observed in the thin‐film PL spectrum. The HOMO and LUMO energy levels of the resulting polymer were electrochemically estimated as ?5.68 and ?2.80 eV, respectively. Under the electric‐field intensity of 4.8 × 105 V cm?1, the obtained hole and electron mobilities were 2.41 × 10?4 and 1.40 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1, respectively. An electroluminescence device with configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/ PTHCF 70%+PBD30%/CsF/Ca/Al exhibited a deep‐blue emission as a result of excitons formed by the charges migrating along the full‐fluorene main chain. The incorporation of the bipolar side chains into the polymer structure prevented the intermolecular interaction of the fluorene moieties, balance charge injection/transport, and thereby improve the polymer backbone emission. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of new phenothiazine‐based donor–acceptor copolymers, P1 and P2, were synthesized via a Suzuki coupling reaction. The weight‐averaged molecular weights (Mw) of P1 and P2 were found to be 16,700 and 16,100, with polydispersity indices of 1.74 and 1.39, respectively. The UV–visible absorption spectra of the polymer thin films contained three strong absorption bands in the ranges 318–320 nm, 430–436 nm, and 527–568 nm. The absorption peaks at 320 and 430 nm originated mainly from the phenothiazine‐based monomer units, and the longer wavelength absorption band at 527–568 nm was attributed to the increased effective conjugation length of the polymer backbones. Solution‐processed field‐effect transistors fabricated with these polymers exhibited p‐type organic thin film transistor characteristics. The field‐effect mobilities of P1 and P2 were measured to be 1.0 × 10?4 and 7.5 × 10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1, respectively, with on/off ratios in the order of 104 for all polymers. A photovoltaic device in which a P2/PC71BM (1/3) blend film was used as the active layer exhibited an open‐circuit voltage (VOC) of 0.70 V, a short‐circuit current (JSC) of 6.79 mA cm(2, a fill factor of 0.39, and a power conversion efficiency of 1.86% under AM 1.5 G (100 mW cm?2) illumination. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Systematic research on the synthesis, chemical oxidative polymerization of 3,4‐ethylenedithiathiophene (EDTT) in the presence of surfactants or not, and solid‐state polymerization of 2,5‐dibromo‐3,4‐ethylenedithiathiophene (DBEDTT) and 2,5‐diiodo‐3,4‐ethylenedithiathiophene (DIEDTT) under solventless and oxidant‐free conditions has been investigated. Effects of oxidants (Fe3+ salts, persulfate salts, peroxides, and Ce4+ salts), solvents (H2O, CH3CN/H2O, and CH3CN), surfactants, and so forth on polymerization reactions and properties of poly(3,4‐ethylenedithiathiophene) (PEDTT) were discussed. Characterizations indicated that FeCl3 was more suitable oxidant for oxidative polymerization of EDTT, while CH3CN was a better solvent to form PEDTT powders with higher yields and electrical conductivities. Dispersing these powders in aqueous polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSH) solution showed better stability and film‐forming property than sodium dodecylsulfate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. Oxidative polymerization of EDTT in aqueous PSSH solutions formed the solution processable PEDTT dispersions with good storing stability and film‐forming performance. Solvent treatment showed indistinctive effect on electrical conductivity of free‐standing PEDTT films. As‐formed PEDTT synthesized from solid‐state polymerization showed similar electrical conductivity, poorer stability, but better thermoelectric property than oxidative polymerization. Contrastingly, PEDTT synthesized from DIEDTT showed higher electrical conductivity (0.18 S cm?1) than DBEDTT which showed better thermoelectric property with higher power factor value (6.7 × 10?9 W m?1 K?2). © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This study reports the synthesis, curing, and optoelectronic properties of a solution‐processable, thermally cross‐linkable electron‐ and hole‐blocking material containing fluorene‐core and three periphery N‐phenyl‐N‐(4‐vinylphenyl)benzeneamine ( FTV ). The FTV exhibited good thermal stability with Td above 478 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. The FTV is readily cross‐linked via terminal vinyl groups by heating at 160 °C for 30 min to obtain homogeneous film with excellent solvent resistance. Multilayer PLED device [ITO/PEDOT:PSS/cured‐ FTV /MEH‐PPV/Ca (50 nm)/Al (100 nm)] was successfully fabricated using solution processed. Inserting cured‐ FTV is between PEDOT:PSS and MEH‐PPV results in simultaneous reduction in hole injection from PEDOT:PSS to MEH‐PPV and blocking in electron transport from MEH‐PPV to anode. The maximum luminance and maximum current efficiency were enhanced from 1810 and 0.27 to 4640 cd/m2 and 1.08 cd/A, respectively, after inserting cured‐ FTV layer. Current results demonstrate that the thermally cross‐linkable FTV enhances not only device efficiency but also film homogeneity after thermal curing. FTV is a promising electron‐ and hole‐blocking material applicable for the fabrication of multilayer PLEDs based on PPV derivatives. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article reports on studies regarding the photoisomerization kinetics and self‐assembly behaviors of two photoresponsive diblock copolymers, poly(4‐acetoxystyrene)‐block‐poly[6‐(4‐methoxy‐azobenzene‐4′‐oxy) hexyl acrylate] (poly(StO54b‐Cazo9) and poly(StO54b‐Cazo5)), which dissolved in a THF/H2O solution through two‐step reverse addition‐fragmentation transfer polymerization. We examined the effect of heating methods (i.e., conventional and microwave heating) on the polymerization kinetics of a 4‐acetoxystyrene‐based macrochain transfer agent (StO macro‐CTA). The kinetics studies on the homopolymerization of StO by using microwave heating demonstrated controllable characteristics with relatively narrow polydispersities at ~1.14. The diblock copolymers exhibited moderate thermal stability, with thermal decomposition temperatures greater than 343.3 °C, suggesting that the enhancement of the thermal stability was due to the incorporation of azobenzene segments into block copolymers. Poly(StO54b‐Cazo9) showed lower photoisomerization rate constants (kt = 0.039 s?1) compared with Cazo monomer (kt = 0.097 s?1). Micellar aggregates with a mean diameter of approximately 238.3 nm were formed by gradually adding water to the THF solution (water content = 10 vol %), and are shown in SEM and TEM images of the diblock copolymer. The results of this study contribute to the literature regarding the development of photoresponsive polymer materials. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Organic field‐effect transistors incorporating planar π‐conjugated metal‐free macrocycles and their metal derivatives are fabricated by vacuum deposition. The crystal structures of [H2(OX)] (H2OX=etioporphyrin‐I), [Cu(OX)], [Pt(OX)], and [Pt(TBP)] (H2TBP=tetra‐(n‐butyl)porphyrin) as determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD), reveal the absence of occluded solvent molecules. The field‐effect transistors (FETs) made from thin films of all these metal‐free macrocycles and their metal derivatives show a p‐type semiconductor behavior with a charge mobility (μ) ranging from 10?6 to 10?1 cm2 V?1 s?1. Annealing the as‐deposited Pt(OX) film leads to the formation of a polycrystalline film that exhibits excellent overall charge transport properties with a charge mobility of up to 3.2×10?1 cm2 V?1 s?1, which is the best value reported for a metalloporphyrin. Compared with their metal derivatives, the field‐effect transistors made from thin films of metal‐free macrocycles (except tetra‐(n‐propyl)porphycene) have significantly lower μ values (3.0×10?6–3.7×10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1).  相似文献

3‐hexylthiophene was electropolymerized on a carbon nanotube (CNT)‐laden fluorine‐doped tin oxide substrate. Scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the polymer was infused throughout the thickness of the 150‐nm thick CNT mat, resulting in a conducting composite film with a dense CNT network. The electropolymerized poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (e‐P3HT)/CNT composites exhibited photoluminescence intensity quenching by as much as 92% compared to the neat e‐P3HT, which provided evidence of charge transfer from the polymer phase to the CNT phase. Through‐film impedance and J‐V measurements of the composites gave a conductivity (σ) of 1.2 × 10?10 S cm?1 and zero‐field mobility (μ0) of 8.5 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1, both of which were higher than those of neat e‐P3HT films (σ = 9.9 × 10?12 S cm?1, μ0 = 3 × 10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1). In electropolymerized samples, the thiophene rings were oriented in the (010) direction (thiophene rings parallel to substrate), which resulted in a broader optical absorbance than for spin coated samples, however, the lack of long‐range conjugation caused a blueshift in the absorbance maximum from 523 nm for unannealed regioregular P3HT (rr‐P3HT) to 470 nm for e‐P3HT. Raman spectroscopy revealed that π‐π stacking in e‐P3HT was comparable to that in rr‐P3HT and significantly higher than in regiorandom P3HT (ran‐P3HT) as shown by the principal Raman peak shift from 1444 to 1446 cm?1 for e‐P3HT and rr‐P3HT to 1473 cm?1 for ran‐P3HT. This work demonstrates that these polymer/CNT composites may have interesting properties for electro‐optical applications. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Conducting nanofiber composed of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), graphene quantum dots (GQDs) and poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) was prepared for symmetrical supercapacitor through electrospinning and electropolymerization techniques. The formation of PVA nanofibers with the addition of GQDs was excellently prepared with the average diameter of 55.66 ± 27 nm. Field emission scanning electron microscopy images revealed that cauliflower‐like structure of PEDOT was successfully coated on PVA‐GQD electrospun nanofibers. PVA‐GQD/PEDOT nanocomposite exhibited the highest specific capacitance of 291.86 F/g compared with PVA/PEDOT (220.73 F/g) and PEDOT (161.48 F/g). PVA‐GQD/PEDOT also demonstrated a high specific energy and specific power of 16.95 and 984.48 W/kg, respectively, at 2.0 A/g current density. PVA‐GQD/PEDOT exhibited the lowest resistance of charge transfer (Rct) and equivalent series resistance compared with PEDOT and PVA/PEDOT, indicating that the fast ion diffusion between the electrode and electrolyte interface. PVA‐GQD/PEDOT nanocomposite also showed an excellent stability with retention of 98% after 1000 cycles. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Chem. 2018 , 56, 50–58  相似文献

New block copolymers Polystyrene‐b‐poly (2,2,2‐trifluoroethyl acrylate)‐b‐Polystyrene (PS‐PTFEA‐PS) with controlled molecular weight (Mn=5000‐11000 g?mol?1) and narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn=1.13‐1.17) were synthesized via RAFT polymerization. The molecular structure and component of PS‐PTFEA‐PS block copolymers were characterized through 1H NMR, 19F NMR, GPC, FT‐IR and elemental analysis. The porous films of such copolymers with average pore size of 0.80‐1.34 μm and good regularity were fabricated via a static breath‐figure (BF) process. The effects of solvent, temperature, and polymer concentration on the surface morphology of such film were investigated. In addition, microstructured spheres and fibers of such block copolymers were fabricated by electrospinning process and observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Furthermore, the hydrophobicity of porous films, spheres, and fibers was investigated.
