[3+3] Cyclocondensation of 5-benzoyl-3-ethoxycarbonyl-6-methylthio-1-R-1,2-dihydropyrid-2-ones with heterocyclic N,N-and N,C-1,3-dinucleophiles proceeds regioselectively to give a series of new tri-and tetracyclic heterosystems, viz. derivatives of 5,6-dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-one, 1,2-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrido[2′,3′: 3,4]pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-2-one, 8,9-dihydro-5H-pyrido-[2,3-d]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-8-one, 1,2-dihydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-one, and 1,2-dihydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-g][1,6]naphthyridin-2-one.  相似文献

Chemically activated CF2ClCHFCH3 and CF2ClCHFCD3 molecules were prepared with 94 kcal mol-1 of vibrational energy by the recombination of CF2ClCHF and CH3(CD3) radicals at room temperature. The unimolecular reaction pathways were 2,3-FH(FD) elimination, 1,2-ClF interchange and 1,2-ClH elimination; the interchange produces CF3CHClCH3(CF3CHClCD3) with 105 kcal mol-1 of vibrational energy. Rate constants for CF2ClCHFCH3 [CF2ClCHFCD3] were (3.1+/-0.4)x10(6) s-1 [(1.0+/-0.1)x10(6) s-1] for 2,3-FH [FD] loss, (1.5+/-0.2)x10(6) s-1 [(8.3+/-0.9)x10(5) s-1] for 1,2-ClF interchange, and (8.2+/-1.0)x10(5) s-1 [(5.3+/-0.6)x10(5) s-1] for 1,2-ClH [DCl] loss. These correspond to branching fractions of 0.55+/-0.06 [0.43+/-0.04] for 2,3-FH [FD] loss, 0.29+/-0.03 [0.35+/-0.04] for 1,2-ClF interchange, and 0.16+/-0.02 [0.22+/-0.02] for 1,2-ClH [ClD] loss. Kinetic-isotope effects were 3.0+/-0.6 for 2,3-FH [FD] loss, 1.6+/-0.3 for 1,2-ClH loss, and 1.8+/-0.4 for 1,2-ClF interchange. The CF3CHClCH3 (CF3CHClCD3) molecules formed by 1,2-FCl interchange react by loss of HCl [DCl] with rate constants of (5.6+/-0.9)x10(7) s-1 [(2.1+/-0.4)x10(7)] s-1 for an isotope effect of 2.7+/-0.4. Density functional theory was employed to calculate vibrational frequencies and moments of inertia for the molecules and for the transition-state structures. These results were used with RRKM theory to assign threshold energies from comparison of computed and experimental unimolecular rate constants. The threshold energy for ClF interchange is 57.5 kcal mol-1, and those for HF and HCl channels are 2-5 kcal mol-1 higher. Experiments with vibrationally excited CF2ClCF2CF3, CF2ClCF2CF2Cl, and CF2ClCF2Cl, which did not show evidence for ClF interchange, also are reported.  相似文献

The interaction of 3-(R-amino)-3-methylthio-1-phenylpropenones and 1-alkyl-5-benzoyl-3-ethoxy-carbonyl-6-methylthio-1,2-dihydropyridin-2-ones with N,N- and N,C-1,2- and 1,3-dinucleophiles proceeded regioselectively by [3 + 2] and [3 + 3] cyclocondensation with the formation of derivatives of pyrazole, benzimidazo[1,2-a]-pyridine, benzimidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine, imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine, [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine, and 6,7-dihydro-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine. The reaction of 3-NHR-isoquinolin-1(2H)-ones (R = Ar) with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of Me3SiCl or in acetic acid leads to the formation of derivatives of dibenzo[b,f][1, 8]naphthyridin-5(6H)- one and benzo[f]isoquino[3,4-b][1, 8]naphthyridine-5,9(6H,7H)-dione. The reaction for R = Het in the presence of Me3SiCl gives derivatives of 5H-pyrido[1',2':1,2]pyrimido[4,5-c]isoquinolin-5-one, benzo[f]isoquinoline[3,4-b][1,8]naphthyridine-5,9[6H,7H]-dione, and derivatives of new heterocyclic systems, 5H-pyrazino[1',2':1,2]pyrimido[4,5-c]isoquinolin-5-one, 5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3',2':1,2]pyrimido- [4,5-c]isoquinolin-5-one, 5-H-benzo[f]pyrazolo[3,4-b][1,8]naphthyridin-5-one, and isoquino[3,4-b]- [1,5]naphthyridin-5(6H)-one. The effect of the structure of substituent R and nature of the substituent in the benzaldehydes on the structure of the reaction products was studied.  相似文献

The reaction of 4-oxo-2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydroindol-3-ylidene)hydrazone-1,3-thiazin-6-methyl carboxylate 2 with hydrazine hydrate in methanol gave 4-oxo-2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydroindol-3-ylidene)hydrazone-1,3-thiazin-6-carbonylhydrazine 3. The reduction of 5-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-oxo-3-phenylpyrrolidino[1,2-b]pyrazole by heating with hydrazine hydrate in alkaline solution is accompanied by fission of the bicyclic skeleton or by dehydration depending on the solvent and reaction temperature. Condensation of acetylferrocene with 5-phenyl(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-carbaldehydes afforded (Е)-3-[5-phenyl(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-1-ferrocenylprop-2-en-1-ones. Reactions of (Е)-3-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-1-ferrocenylprop-2-en-1-one with semicarbazide, thiosemicarbazide, and hydroxylamine led to the formation of 5-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-3-ferrocenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole- 1-carboxamide, 5-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-3-ferrocenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamide, and 5-(4-methylphenyl)-3'-ferrocenyl-4',5'-dihydro-3,5'-bi-1,2-oxazole respectively. Reactions of (Е)-3-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-1-ferrocenylprop-2-en-1-one with guanidine and thiourea result in 4-[5-(4-methyl-phenyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl]-6-ferrocenylpyrimidin-2-amine and -2-thione respectively.  相似文献

Summary A smooth method of synthesizing 3H, 6H-1,2-dithiolo[4,3-c]1,2-dithiole-3,6-dithione (3), and also its partial desulfuration to yield 3H, 6H-1,2-dithiolo[4,3-c]1,2-dithiole-3-one-6-thione (4) is presented. The ethylation product5 of the monothione4 reacts with various nucleophilic reagents to form remarkably stable adducts. The adducts of5 with methanol,tert-butyl mercaptan, and with aniline could be isolated and characterized by their1H-NMR spectra.

Das Ethylierungsprodukt5 des Monothions4 reagiert mit unterschiedlichen Nukleophilen zu bemerkenswert stabilen Addukten. Die Addukte mit Methanol,tert.-Butylmercaptan und mit Anilin wurden isoliert und durch ihr1H-NMR-Spektrum charakterisiert.

Reaction of 4-isopropylamino-5-chloro-1,2-dithiole-3-ones 3 and S2Cl2 in acetonitrile gave selectively 3-oxo-bis[1,2]dithiolo[1,4]thiazine-5-thiones 1 by the addition of triethylamine and bis[1,2]dithiolo[1,4]thiazine-3,5-diones 5 under the action of formic acid. 3,5-Diones 5 were also obtained by intramolecular cyclization of N,N-bis(5-chloro-3-oxo[1,2]dithiol-4-yl)amines 6 with S2Cl2 in the presence of Et3N.  相似文献

A mixture containing 65% 1-methyl-2-phenyl-5,7-dichloro- and 35% 1-methyl-2-phenyl-3,5,7-trichloroimidazo [1,2-f] purine (the percentages of the components were established by means of Chromatographic mass-spectrometric analysis) was obtained by refluxing 1,8-dimethyl-2-phenylimidazo [1,2-f]xanthine in POCl3 in the presence of excess PCl5. Reduction of this mixture with concentrated HCl in the presence of red phosphorus leads to 1-methyl-2-phenylimidazo[1,2-f] purine, while heating with piperidine gives a mixture consisting of 55% 1-methyl-2-phenyl-6-piperidino-8-chloroimidazo [1,2-f] purine and 45% 1-methyl-2-phenyl-3, 8-dichloro-6-piperidino-imidazo [1,2-f] purine. A convenient synthesis of a 4H-pyrroIo[1,2-α][1,4 ]benzodiazepine is described. 2,5-Di-methoxy-2-melhyl-5-phthalimidomethyltetrahydrofuran ( 3 ) was prepared starting from 2-methyl-5-phthalimidomelhylfuran ( 1 ). The condensation of 2-amino-5-chlorobenzophcnone with 3 to give 5-chloro-2-(2-methyl-5-phthalimidomethylpyrro]-1-yl)benzophenone ( 4 ), the treatment of which with hydrazine hydrate afforded 8-chloro-1-methyl-4H-pyrrolo[1,2-α] [1,4]benzodiazepine ( 5 ).  相似文献

The tandem Diels-Alder/dehydrochlorination reaction of semisquaric chloride (1) with the 1,2-bis(methylene)cycloalkanes 2a-c and 1,2-bis(methylene)-4-cyclohexene (9) affords the linearly-fused cycloalkanodihydrobenzocyclobutene-1,2-diones 3a-c and 3,4,7,8-tetrahydrocyclobuta[b]-naphthalene-1,2-dione (10), respectively. On treatment with MnO2, 3a-c are dehydrogenated to the respective carbocycle-fused benzocyclobutene-1,2-diones 4a-c in good yields. 3a and 3b react with bromine to give the addition products 5a,b, which, on treatment with silver trifluoroacetate, afford the benzocyclobutene-1,2-diones 4a,b. For preparative purposes, the sequence 3-->5-->4 can be performed advantageously as a "one-pot procedure". Double-condensation reactions of 4a,b with alpha,alpha'-biscyano-o-xylene and o-phenylenediamine afford the pentacyclic biphenylenes 7a,b and the cyclobutahetarenes 8a,b, respectively. These cyclobutenediones suggest themselves as building blocks for the construction of extended linearly-fused polycyclic compounds with novel ring sequences. o-Quinodimethanes 12a-g generated in situ by the thermal decomposition of the respective 1,4-dihydro-2,3-benzoxathiin-3-oxides (sultines) 11a-g react with semisquaric chloride (1) to afford the 3,8-dihydronaphtho[b]cyclobutene-1,2-diones 13a-g. These, on dehydrogenation with bromine and/or MnO2, furnish the naphtho[b]cyclobutene-1,2-diones 14a-g in fair to good yields. As described for 4a,b the naphtho[b]cyclobutene-1,2-diones 14a-c are condensed with alpha,alpha'-biscyano-o-xylene and o-phenylenediamine to furnish the pentacyclic biphenylenes 15a-c and the pentacyclic cyclobutahetarenes 16a-c.  相似文献

Reaction of 1‐amino‐3‐arylpyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole‐2,4‐dicarbonitrile (1) with dimethylformamide‐dimethylacetal (DMF‐DMA) gave 1 ‐[N,N‐(dimethylaminomethylene)amino]‐3‐arylpyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole‐2,4‐dicarbonitrile (2). Compounds (1) reacted with triethylorthoformate yielding 1‐[N‐(ethoxymethylene)amino]‐3‐arylpyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole‐2,4‐dicarbonitrile (3). 3‐Amino‐4‐imino‐5‐aryl‐6‐cyanopyrimido[5′,4′:5,6]pyrido[1,2‐α] benzimidazole (4) was synthesized via condensation of either (2) or (3) with hydrazine hydrate. Reactions of (4) with acetic anhydride, ethyl chloroformate or aryl isothiocyanate yielded the respective derivative of the new ring system namely 1,2,4‐triazolo[2″,3″:6′,1′]pyrimido[4′,5′:2,3]pyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole (5–7).  相似文献

The interaction of 3-allylsulfanyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazino[5,6-b]indole with iodine led to 1-iodomethyl-1,2-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo[2',3':3,4][1,2,4]triazino[5,6-b]indol-11-ium pentaiodide with an angular structure, on the basis of which 1-iodomethyl-1,2-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo-, 1-methylidene-1,2-di-hydro[1,3]thiazolo, and 1-methyl[1,3]thiazolo derivatives were obtained. The intramolecular cyclization of 3-propargyl(allyl)sulfanyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazino[5,6-b]indoles under the influence of concentrated sulfuric acid led to linear annelated products:3-methyl[1,3]thiazolo[3',2':2,3][1,2,4]tri-azino[5,6-b]indole or its 2,3-dihydro derivative.  相似文献
