PMMA-PAN核壳结构复合乳胶的制备与表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用疏水引发剂引发的半连续无皂乳液聚合法,合成了Z均流体力学直径约70nm的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)纳米乳胶。以PMMA纳米乳胶为种子,采用疏水引发剂引发的种子乳液聚合法,制备了PMMA-聚丙烯腈(PAN)核壳结构复合乳胶。采用动态光散射、傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜和透射电镜表征了各种乳胶粒的组成、尺寸、结构和微观形态。研究了反应温度、单体用量和表面活性剂用量对PMMA-PAN复合乳胶粒的结构和形态的影响。结果表明:PMMAPAN复合乳胶粒为核壳结构,其壳层厚度可通过改变单体用量进行调整。  相似文献

以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈等单体或它们的混合物为硬单体,天然胶乳为弹性组分,经多步种子乳液聚合法制得了在天然胶乳的粒子上镶嵌硬聚合物相的互穿网络型乳胶粒子.考察了十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸等乳化体系,过硫酸钾、过氧化苯甲酰热引发体系及异丙苯过氧化氢-四乙烯五胺、叔丁基过氧化氢-四乙烯五胺等氧化还原引发体系对聚合反应的影响.研究了交联剂用量对互穿结合率、溶胶含量的影响及溶胀时间、硬单体组成、乳化剂种类对乳胶粒子形态的影响,确定了适宜的聚合配方和工艺条件.透射电镜观察乳粒形态结果表明,单一使用极性或非极性单体,仅得到核-壳结构乳液,而采用不同极性单体复合、溶胀、互穿,得到的是镶嵌硬聚合物型乳粒结构.  相似文献

将聚氨酯预聚体可聚合乳化剂 (APUA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)的复合微乳液体系 ,分别用水溶性过硫酸钾 (K2 S2 O8)和油溶性偶氮二异丁腈 (AIBN)作引发剂 ,进行微乳液聚合研究 ,制备了P(MMA UA)复合纳米乳胶粒子 .研究了APUA用量、聚合温度对聚合动力学的影响 ;用透射电子显微镜 (TEM)观察了不同乳化剂浓度及引发剂体系对胶粒形态、大小及分布的影响 .结果表明 ,用可聚合乳化剂APUA可制得稳定性很好的P(MMA UA)纳米级核 壳型乳胶粒子 ,乳胶粒径在 5 0nm左右 .随着乳化剂用量增加 ,粒子变小 ;不同类型的引发剂对胶乳的性质有较大影响 ,以APUA为乳化剂 ,K2 S2 O8为引发剂 ,在聚合反应过程中或在聚合反应后的放置中 ,会出现P(MMA UA)的纳米水凝胶 (Nanogel)现象 .  相似文献

复合乳胶粒的特殊结构使其比均相乳胶粒具有更好的综合性能和更广泛的应用领域。本文综述了分步种子乳液聚合第二步反应中,聚合物Ⅱ链的生成以及由此引起的相分离对复合乳胶粒形态的影响。在聚合物Ⅱ链的生成过程中,种子乳胶粒中引发剂的类型和浓度、单体M2的浓度及其在乳胶粒中的分布等会影响聚合物Ⅱ链的生成位置和生成速率,进而影响复合乳胶粒的形态;在相分离中,新生成的聚合物Ⅱ链在界面张力的驱动下扩散迁移,缠结成簇,与种子聚合物Ⅰ相分离,通过成核-增长(NG)的相分离影响复合乳胶粒的形成过程。  相似文献

结合大分子自组装和原位自由基聚合方法,采用油溶性引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN),在聚(ε-已内酯)(PCL)纳米粒子表面引发聚合单体N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)和交联剂亚甲基双(丙烯酰胺)(MBA),制备得到了核-壳结构的PCL/PNIPAM聚合物纳米微球.系统研究了单体和交联剂用量、壳层目标交联度、初始PCL/DMF溶液的浓度及引发剂AIBN含量4个反应参数对核-壳结构PCL/PNIPAM纳米微球的PNIPAM壳层得率、微球尺寸、温敏性能及电镜形貌的影响.结果表明,在制备核-壳结构PCL/PNIPAM纳米微球的反应过程中,PCL粒子表面的聚合和水中的聚合二者之间相互竞争.适当增加引发剂AIBN的添加量,有利于制备得到核/壳比例可控的PCL/PNIPAM纳米微球;交联剂MBA较高的反应活性导致形成了非均匀交联的PNIPAM壳层.  相似文献

采用完全无皂种子乳液聚合技术合成了粒径窄分布的P(MMA-EA-MAA)乳胶粒,通过对上述胶乳进行碱处理,制备出了具有空腔结构和多孔结构的聚合物乳胶粒,研究了交联剂的种类和用量对聚合过程、胶粒特性及胶粒结构形态的影响.结果表明,体系中加入交联剂后,单体转化率都有不同程度的提高;随交联剂用量的增加,乳胶粒粒径略有减小,交联剂用量较高时,乳胶粒粒径分布加宽;二乙烯基苯(DVB)的交联效率稍高于双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA);不加入交联剂及EGDMA用量低于0.5%时,处理后乳胶粒呈空腔结构,加入DVB及EGDMA用量高于1.0%时,处理后乳胶粒呈多孔结构,并且乳胶粒体积增量随交联剂用量的增加而减小.  相似文献

以醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸丁酯为单体,用乳液聚合方法,以极性小的PBA为种子进行了VA种子聚合,用透射电镜染色及皂液滴定方法对胶粒形态进行了表征,结果,上述聚合反应能形成PBA/PVA核壳结构的胶粒,而以PVA为种子对PBA进行聚合,则不能形成PVA/PBA核壳结构的胶粒,其胶粒亦具有类似PBA/PVA核壳结构或半包囊结构,将胶乳制成胶膜,其耐水性能测试表明成膜后胶粒基本保持了其分散阶段的形态。  相似文献

以过硫酸铵(APS) 为引发剂,合成了粒径分布较均匀的聚醋酸乙烯酯种子乳液(PVAc) ,然后以丙烯酸甲酯( MA) 为第二单体和以油溶性偶氮二异丁腈(AIBA) 为引发剂,分别进行不溶胀与溶胀条件下的无皂种子乳液聚合,并用透射电子显微镜(TEM) 表征了胶粒形态.表明在不溶胀条件下,胶粒形态随PVAc/ MA 重量比的不同而变化,当PVAc/ MA 为1/2 时,形成以PMA 为核,PVAc 为壳的胶粒.在溶胀条件下则得到类似互穿网络型乳胶粒.  相似文献

我们曾制备了核-壳结构的杂化乳胶粒, 并用溶剂将核去除得到杂化空心微胶囊. 但由于此乳液聚合过程十分复杂, 在不同条件下反应得到乳胶粒的微结构有较大不同, 目前尚未见到各反应条件下所得产物微结构的表征和形成机理的研究报道. 本文将系统分析在不同反应条下, MPS和St种子乳液聚合过程中, 得到的乳胶粒壳层杂化聚合物的微结构, 并研究了其形成原因.  相似文献

The work focused on the influence of the internal structure of MBS core-shell impact modifiers on the properties of PVC/MBS blends. MBS was synthesized by grafting styrene and methyl methacrylate onto PB seed latex by emulsion polymerization. Different monomer feeding manners and initiators were employed to control the internal structure of core-shell particles. The investigation of the morphology of MBS showed that when styrene monomer was fed in a semicontinuous feeding manner and redox initiator was used, core-shell particles with rarely sub-inclusions could be obtained. When preswollen manner of styrene monomer and redox initiator were employed, there were a large number of small sub-inclusions in the core of MBS. When AIBN was used as initiator, large sub-inclusions could be found in the core of MBS. The results of the Izod impact tests showed that PVC/MBS blend with MBS prepared by preswollen manner had the lowest brittle-ductile transition temperature. And TEM showed that the different internal structures of core-shell particles could lead to different deformation mechanisms. While the results of transparency tests showed that the presence of the sub-inclusions in the MBS impaired the transparency of the blends.  相似文献

Composite microspheres of core-shell type were prepared by a seeded polymerization using monodispersed polystyrene seed latex (Ps) combined with an in situ dispersion of magnetite (Fe3O4) fine particles. The heterogeneous polymerization was carried out in aqueous dispersions of the Fe3O4 particles modified with sodium oleate. All the synthetic processes were carried out in a wet state to avoid serious agglomeration. The morphology of the composite particle and the size distribution were examined to discuss the effects on the polymerization parameters, such as monomer concentration, type and concentration of an initiator, magnetite particle concentration and the method of surface modification of Fe3O4.  相似文献

This work reports the morphology of two-phase latex particles prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization of styrene in the presence of polar poly(methyl methacrylate), PMMA, seed particles, using different conditions of non-polar styrene feed rate, rate of initiation, seed particle concentration and temperature of polymerization.The expected latex particle morphology at thermodynamic equilibrium is an inverted core-shell structure where the non-polar polystyrene would form the core. However, depending on the set of process conditions used the morphology of the resulting two-phase particles varied from that of a pure core-shell structure, over intermediate structures in which a shell of PS surrounded a PMMA core containing an increasing number of PS phase domains, to a structure in which the entire PS phase was present as discrete PS phase domain, more or less evenly distributed in a matrix of PMMA.By the use of a caloirimetric reactor system the monomer concentration in the particles during the different polymerization experiments could be calculated by comparing the integral of the polymerization rate curve with the integral of the monomer feed rate. A comparison between particle morphology and the calculated concentration of plasticizing monomer in the polymerizing particles strongly suggested that the diffusivity of the entering oligo radicals determined by the difference between polymerization temperature and the glass transition temperature of the monomer-swollen core polymer is a key factor determining the morphology of two-phase particles prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.Two-phase particles with a true core-shell structure were obtained in experiments where the estimated glass transition temperature of the PMMA phase was only a few degrees below the polymerization temperature. The results show that such particles can be obtained under conditions of high as well as low styrene feed rates, provided that the rate of initiation is properly adjusted.  相似文献

以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,采用多步种子乳液聚合方法制备了核/壳结构乳液,研究了乳化剂加入量以及加料速率对核壳乳液聚合的影响,并推导了核及壳乳液聚合阶段所需乳化剂量的计算公式.研究表明,当种子、核、壳乳液聚合阶段单体量分别为12g、50g和50g,种子乳液聚合阶段加入的乳化剂量为0.44g时,控制核、壳乳液聚合阶段乳化剂的加入量分别在0.64~2.07g及0.04~2.12g之间,且预乳化单体的滴加速度低于2.3g/min时,可以防止二次成核及新乳胶粒子的形成,制得粒径分布窄、核/壳结构明显的乳胶粒子.利用透射电镜(TEM)对所制备的核壳结构乳胶粒子的结构形态进行了验证,试验结果与理论预测结果一致.  相似文献

首先采用无皂乳液聚合法合成了表面带负电荷、粒径为360nm的单分散聚苯乙烯(PSt)种子乳液,并以EtOH/H2O混合物为分散介质,利用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)在25℃下对PSt微球表面进行改性,得到了表面硅烷化并带有正电荷的改性PSt种子乳液,然后在碱性条件下加入原硅酸乙酯(TEOS)使其和微球进行共水解与共缩聚,制备出了核壳结构PSt/SiO2复合微球,并利用电镜对复合微球的结构形态进行了表征.研究表明,PSt种子乳液改性时体系的zeta电位随着KH-550用量的增加而升高,当KH-550用量为PSt种子重量的1/3时,体系的zeta电位从原来的-34.5mV升高到了38mV,达到对PSt微球表面改性的最佳值;在制备PSt/SiO2复合微球时,TEOS水解缩聚形成的SiO2包覆到改性微球上的量随着反应时间的延长而增加,反应24h时达到97.9%的最大值;随介质中水含量的增加,吸附到复合微球表面上的SiO2纳米颗粒逐渐减少,复合微球表面逐渐变得光滑,当EtOH/H2O质量比降低到60/28.5时,得到结构均一、壳层厚度为35nm的核壳结构PSt/SiO2复合微球。  相似文献

Anionic aqueous polyurethane dispersion was prepared by using carboxyl acid group to make the polyurethane dispersible, and then nanograde core-shell and crosslinked IPN structure polyurethane/polyacrylate composite latex (PUA) were synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization method with polyurethane dispersion as seed. FTIR, DSC, dynamic light scattering, TEM, ESCA, TGA, electronic tensile machine were employed to investigate the structures and properties of the composite latex and their polymers. Meanwhile the core-shell composite PUA emulsion and the crosslinked IPN composite PUA emulsion were compared. The results showed that the particle morphology of PUA composite emulsion is inverted core-shell structure with polyacrylate as the core and with polyurethane as the shell. The morphology of the crosslinked PUA emulsion was multi-core structure. The surface in core-shell PUA contains rich PU phase. The phase structure of the crosslinked PUA is more uniform. Three transition temperatures are observed for the core-shell composite PUA, two transitions are observed for the film from the crosslinked PUA. The TGA curves of core-shell PUA and crosslinked PUA exhibit two stages, the first stage corresponds to the thermal decomposition of hard segments in seed polyurethane; the second stage corresponds to the decomposition of soft segments in PUA and decomposition of polyacrylate. With the increase of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) amounts in PUA composite emulsions, the tensile strength of the PUA films as well as the average diameter of the PUA composite emulsion particles increase, the elongation at break of the PUA films decreases.  相似文献

<正>In this study,P(St-MAA) seed latex particles were first prepared via soap-free emulsion polymerization of styrene(St) and methacrylic acid(MAA),then the seed particles were allowed to swell with St at room temperature,and the P(St-MAA)/P(StNaSS) core/shell latex particles were then synthesized via seeded emulsion copolymerization of St and sodium styrene sulphonate (NaSS) using AIBN as initiator in the presence of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(BAA,water-soluble crosslinker).Results showed that the polymerization could be carried out smoothly when the ratio of BAA to total monomers was less than 3 mol%,the narrow dispersed P(St-MAA) seed particles with the diameter of 150 nm and the P(St-MAA)/P(St-NaSS) core/shell latexes with the particle size of about 200 nm were synthesized.When the 25/75 mole ratio of NaSS/(St + MAA) and 2 mol%of BAA were used in the seeded emulsion polymerization,the resulted P(St-MAA)/P(St-NaSS) latex product showed a low weight loss after water extraction,and the NaSS unit content in the whole particle and in the shell reached 11.7 mol%and 34.6 mol%,respectively.  相似文献

以芘为荧光探针,探讨了有机硅-丙烯酸酯核壳乳液聚合过程中,芘的第一振动峰(373 nm处)与第三振动峰(384 nm处)荧光强度的比值I1/I3与乳化剂、有机硅单体(D4)和引发剂(KPS)用量之间的关系,并结合聚合过程中探针芘的I1/I3峰值与单体转化率及乳胶粒形态演变之间的关系,研究了核壳结构有机硅-丙烯酸酯乳液的聚合行为.研究结果表明,探针芘的I1/I3峰值随乳化剂用量,D4用量,KPS用量不同发生相应的变化,随单体转化率的增加而增大.当乳化剂用量、D4用量、KPS与总单体的质量比依次为2 g、8 g、0.7%时,得到的乳液具有优良的综合性能.聚合反应过程中,当种子乳胶粒转变为核壳乳胶粒时,芘的I1/I3峰值仍呈现出明显的转变,说明有机硅-丙烯酸酯核壳乳液具有互穿聚合物网络结构.因此,荧光探针可用于研究有机硅-丙烯酸酯核壳乳液聚合反应进程.  相似文献

High hydrogen-containing polymethylsiloxane(H-PDMS)/polyacrylate composite emulsion was synthesized by a drop-adding method for monomer emulsion. The effects of weight fraction of H-PDMS on the stability of composite emulsion, water resistance and heat-aging resistance of the latex membrane have been investigated. The TEM demonstrated that latex particles are a core-shell structure. By analyzing the spectrums of FTIR and 1H-NMR, it can be indicated that H-PDMS had reacted with acrylate monomer resulting chemical bond formation. The core-shell structure and chemical bond play an important role to restrain phase separation of composite emulsion and enhance the stability of the emulsion. By analyzing the surface tension, apparent viscosity and morphological structure, the results showed that the stable composite emulsion system can be obtained in which the average latex particle size was smaller than 90 nm when weight fraction of H-PDMS is below 16% (based on the weight of acrylate monomer), the stable emulsion system can be obtained in which the average latex particle size becomes larger than 90 nm when the weight fraction of H-PDMS is above 20% of the acrylate monomer. The DSC demonstrated that the Tg of pure polyacrylate is 49°C, and there is only one Tg (35°C) when the weight fraction of H-PDMS is 13%, but there are two Tg (15°C and 25°C) when the weight fraction of H-PDMS is 16%. In addition, the water resistance and heat-aging resistance of composite latex membrane enhanced gradually with the increase of amount of H-PDMS.  相似文献

首先用无皂乳液聚合法制备了单分散聚苯乙烯(PSt)乳液,以此为种子乳液,使用N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,进行苯乙烯和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)共聚合制备了以PSt为核、St和NVP共聚物为壳的具有核-壳结构的聚合物微球(P(St-NVP)).以此微球为模板通过化学沉积法得到了粒径分布均匀、单分散的P(St-NVP)/Ag复合微球.傅里叶红外光谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、激光粒度仪和紫外-可见光谱对复合微球的结构、形貌、物相及催化性能进行了表征.结果表明,P(St-NVP)/Ag复合微球具有规则的球形结构,粒径在400~700 nm之间,随交联剂浓度或种子乳液浓度的增加,复合微球粒径减小.粒径在十几个纳米左右的银粒子均匀分布在微球表面和内部.载银复合微球在NaBH4还原4-硝基苯酚为4-氨基苯酚的模型反应中表现出较高的催化活性.  相似文献
