 为解决化学反应溶液腐蚀测量探头的问题,提出了一种能实现宽带在线测量且测量探头不直接接触化学反应溶液的测量装置,并用这种测量装置采用全波仿真软件得到了用于重构溶液等效介电系数的散射参量。同时在假定2%测量误差的情况下,采用遗传算法反演溶液的等效介电系数。化学反应溶液等效介电系数的重构结果与文献值吻合较好,其相对误差小于5%,表明该测量装置在化学反应溶液介电系数的宽带在线测量中具有明显优势。  相似文献

从强流脉冲电子直线感应加速器电子束流位置探测器测量原理出发,进行了标定装置物理设计,确定标定装置采用同轴结构,对束流探测器位置测量精度和测量范围、偏心同轴线对位置标定结果的影响进行了理论分析,并根据分析结果确定同轴结构内外导体相对位置调节范围、同轴线长度和特性阻抗。电路模拟和实验测量结果验证了在非匹配传输条件下可以得到满足位置标定要求的快脉冲信号波形。  相似文献

This paper describes a simple method to check the performance of microprobe. The two-port S-parameters of the microprobe are determined by one-port S-parameters measurement using HP 8510XF Network Analyzer. Based on the measurement, an equivalent circuit model for the microprobe is presented and good agreement between the measurement results and modeling results is obtained.  相似文献

This paper describes a method to determine the small-signal equivalent circuit model elements for Double Heterojunction δ-doped PHEMTs, which combines the analytical approach and empirical optimization procedure. The PAD capacitances are determined by measuring an open structure which consists of only the pads. Intrinsic elements determined by a conventional analytical parameter transformation technique are described as function of extrinsic elements. Variation ranges of extrinsic elements for optimization are obtained by using coldfet method. An excellent fit between measured and simulated S-parameters in the frequency range of 2-110GHz is obtained for 2×100um gate width (number of gate fingers × unit gate width) DH PHEMT.  相似文献

针对高功率微波(HPM)脉冲测试用峰值检波器标定不确定度评估中测量函数非显式,直接测量量与被测量间概率分布传递困难等问题,研究建立了蒙特卡罗分析方法(MCM),利用有限带宽S参数网络时域响应计算原理建立了检波器标定系统的时域仿真模型,模型包含标定系统各微波器件S参数、检波电压、监测峰值功率等直接测量量,以及微波脉冲反射、叠加及传输延迟等物理过程。根据MCM原理对模型中各直接测量量引入特定分布的随机误差,通过重复计算,获得了检波器标定曲线的不确定度及其概率分布。  相似文献

 为实现发射机大功率的准确测量和有效保护,详细阐述了定向耦合器的原理、参数标定和功率测量方法,并以该方法测试已有的发射机输出功率。从测试结果分析得出,该方法具有安装简易、精度高、可动态标定的优点。通过在高频功率源与谐振加速腔之间安装定向同轴耦合器,经测量标定后,可实现在线测量出功率源的输出功率、驻波比,将测量结果反馈给控保和监测系统后,可完成在线大功率测量和设备的可靠控制与保护。  相似文献

针对采用TEM小室或GTEM室校准测试时从输入端获取信号的需求,设计了一种同轴型脉冲电压探头;该探头为微分型输出,采用数值积分可获得脉冲电压波形;其灵敏度系数可调。仿真分析了不同结构探针对探头内部电场峰值分布及对端口特性阻抗的影响,对采用尖针形探针的同轴脉冲探头进行了实验验证,得到了其频域响应曲线和灵敏度系数,分析了灵敏度系数随探针到内导体中心距离变化的规律。仿真和实验结果表明,同轴脉冲探头内嵌的探针采用尖针形时,对端口特性阻抗的影响及内部电磁场的扰动都很小,可满足ns级瞬变脉冲测试校准需要。  相似文献

为解决现有高功率微波辐射场功率密度测量系统测量环节多、系统复杂以及长电缆无法适应复杂电磁环境测量等问题,研制了一款小型化、一体化辐射场功率密度测量系统。系统采用天线-耦合器-转换器作为接收前端,后端采用同轴信号处理单元,在屏蔽箱内完成信号衰减、功率探测及电光转换,可实现系统远程测量与监控,可用于连续波、单次脉冲、连续脉冲辐射场功率密度测量。同时,系统采用模块化校准,可有效降低测量系统不确定度。该系统具备30 dB动态,最小可测脉宽50 ns,可测辐射场功率密度100 MW/m^2,系统结构紧凑,简便易携,采用光纤传输,抗电磁辐射,可实现X波段GW级高功率微波辐射场功率密度快速测量。  相似文献

An experimental dynamic calibration technique of reliable, rugged, low-cost, and fast-response coaxial temperature probes is presented. These probes were successfully designed and fabricated in-house, in conjunction with its signal processing circuit, which can be used for transient heat transfer measurements in a hypersonic testing facility. These probes have a response time less than 50 μs with a rise time less than 0.3 μs. Two types of scratches were used, mainly abrasive papers with different grit sizes and scalpel blades with different thicknesses to form the probe junction. The effect of the scratch technique on the probe's thermal product is investigated. The probes were tested and calibrated in the test section and end wall of the UNITEN shock tube facility at different axial and radial locations. The effects of placing the coaxial temperature probe at different axial and radial distances, different working fluids, and different Mach numbers on the transient surface temperature rise were examined. It was observed from the dynamic calibration results that the thermal product of a particular coaxial temperature probe depends on Mach number, junction scratch technique, and junction location, as well as on the enthalpy conditions. It was also noticed that the calibrated coaxial temperature probe using the scalpel blade technique with a particular blade size gives consistent thermal product values. Thus, it does not require an individual calibration. However, for a coaxial temperature probe whose junction was created using the abrasive paper technique with different grit sizes, a calibration for each coaxial temperature probe is likely to be needed.  相似文献

 主要给出了波导型的X波段大功率微波探测器的结构、标定方法和标定结果。该新型大功率微波探测器具有承受微波峰值功率高(可达100 kW),时间响应快(响应时间小于2.0 ns),不需要同步信号,抗干扰能力强等特点。根据不同的需要,可以制作成波导型和同轴型的大功率微波探测器。波导型探测器由热离子二极管、标准波导、滤波器和外电路组成,其工作频率范围为波导的工作频率范围;而同轴型探测器由热离子二极管、同轴波导,滤波器和外电路组成,可以宽带使用。标定结果表明该探测器很适合高功率微波峰值功率测量,尤其是在强电磁干扰环境和高重频微波脉冲条件下的测量,为解决功率测量不准的技术难题提供一种有效的技术手段。  相似文献

紫外像增强器作为导弹紫外告警系统、紫外预警系统以及各类紫外辐射监测系统的核心部件,其参数准确与否,直接影响到系统的图像质量。为保证测试数据的准确性,研制紫外像增强器分辨力校准装置,校准装置所用紫外光源是波长范围为200 nm~400 nm的紫外光,相对应的分辨力靶、滤光处、光学成像系统均要求能够透射紫外光,由于紫外波长较短,容易引起散射效应而产生大量的杂散光,设计的分辨力靶采用紫外级石英,紫外光学成像系统采用透射式结构,选用同轴共轭透镜作为紫外光学成像系统。实验和测量不确定度分析验证校准装置的测量不确定度为5%。  相似文献

The S-parameters of several different quantum well double barrier diodes have been measured. A technique has been developed for measuring whisker contacted diodes with and HP 8510B automatic network analyzer. Special coaxial mounts using K-connectors were designed to enable measurements up to 20 GHz. The voltage-dependent conductance and capacitance were derived from the measured reflection coefficient of each device. The C/V characteristics were observed to exhibit an anomalous increase at voltages corresponding the the negative differential resistance region (NDR). These are the first reported S-parameter measurements in the negative differential resistance region of quantum well double barrier diodes. A theory is presented that explains, in part, the observed results.  相似文献

射频测量系统中经常会用到波导-同轴线转换器,主要是利用其将射频器件的波导端口转换成能够直接接入测量仪器的50 Ω同轴线。本文设计的648 MHz/WR1500波导同轴转换器主要用于CSNS升级工程(CSNS-II)超导直线射频器件的测量。利用切比雪夫脊型阶梯阻抗变换和探针耦合的方式实现波导到同轴线的转换。对脊加载波导和不连续同轴线分别进行了分析,得到最优尺寸。为了提高测量精度,设计的波导-同轴线转换器具有低插入损耗、低驻波比和宽带宽等特性。最后对生产的转换器进行了测试,测试结果与仿真结果相近,能够满足作为测量器件的使用要求。  相似文献

高超声速飞行器面临剧烈的气动加热环境, 电弧风洞是飞行器防热材料地面考核筛选的主力设备。热流密度是电弧风洞重要的模拟参数之一, 需要进行准确有效的测量。针对电弧风洞气流环境特点, 开展传统塞式量热计和新型同轴热电偶的对比测热试验, 并采用数值模拟对两种热流传感器的传热特性进行了分析。在电弧风洞平板自由射流试验热流密度分布在0~1 100 kW/m2范围内, 同轴热电偶的热流密度测试试验结果相对塞式量热计偏低10%~15%。数值模拟结果表明, 塞式量热计本身结构热物性参数不匹配会导致热流密度测量数值偏高至少10%, 而同轴热电偶测量数值偏高最大仅为2.19%, 相对塞式量热计具备更高的测量精度。同时, 电弧风洞中不同材质热流密度测试模型使用同轴热电偶进行测热试验时, 需要在同轴热电偶同模型之间增加适当厚度的不锈钢套以满足传感器周围环境的热匹配。   相似文献

The transient heat flux measurement at stagnation point is a significant solicitation at highly compressed flow field environment. In aerodynamics surface heating point of view, the estimation of stagnation heat fluxes at the tip of a blunt body is very imperative. When the blunt body is exposed to high-speed flow field environments, at the stagnation point heat transfer would be maximum. The coaxial surface junction thermocouples (CSJTs) are convenient for short duration time scale due to the fast response in the range of millisecond or less (?0.1 ms). These robust CSJTs have the tractability of intensifying them directly on any type of surface and can be used for routine measurement in ground-based impulse amenities as a temperature measuring devices where rapid heat loads are anticipated. In this work, three different types of coaxial thermocouples K-type, E-type, and J-type have been designed and contrived. The microstructural analysis of measuring surface property has been carried out to see the surface morphology using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESME) and chemical characterization of these CSJTs materials using energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDXA) technique is used to verify qualitatively appraise the CSJTs materials composition. The thermal coefficient of resistance (TCR) and sensitivity (S) of each coaxial thermocouple have been determined by using oil-bath calibration technique with the linear variation of resistance corresponding to the variation of temperature and found that these coaxial thermocouples are highly sensitive and suitable for highly transient heat transfer measurements. For this purpose, these three types of CSJTs have been tested under highly compressed heated air 310 K temperature for 100 ms at pressure 6.1 bar with Mach number unity (M = 1) using compressor test rig. Numerical simulation has also been carried out with these three RTDs to satisfy the experimental parameters using Ansys Fluent 15.0 and typical transient temperature recorded. Surface heat fluxes recovered from experimental and numerical transient temperatures histories using semi-infinite heat conduction modeling having good agreement with accuracy ±3% or less. This study divulges the expertise of these handmade coaxial thermocouples for transient surface heat flux measurement for short durations at highly compressed air facilities.  相似文献

针对不能在片测量的光探测器芯片,本文提出了一个简单而有效的实验方案来提取其等效电路模型的高频电参量.首先设计了和微波探针匹配的共面波导微带线,测量其输出反射系数,测试结果与理论设计符合很好;然后将芯片装载到微带线上,测量包含光探测器的整个测试结构的输出反射系数.仿真中涉及光探测器测试结构的等效电路模型,包含光探测器、键合金丝和共面波导微带线等因素.通过拟合已测的整个测试结构的输出反射系数,提取了光探测器的高频电参量.  相似文献

目前的电场探头标定实验大多只考虑TEM小室结构和性能的影响,在校准实验中,探头的放入使得标定结果产生了很大的偏差,相较于TEM小室,电场探头的尺寸是产生误差的主要原因。以开放式TEM小室为基础,考虑了实际模型和电场探头的影响,利用三维电磁仿真软件,从时域角度研究了不同结构和尺寸TEM小室的辐射场分布,并从频域角度对TEM小室的S参数进行分析。比较了探头放入小室前后的误差,并根据计算结果引入了电场的校准公式。为改善探头对电场的影响,设计了一种新型结构,结果表明,新结构在保证带宽的同时,提高了电场的均匀性和探头标定的准确度。  相似文献

The powder stream temperature of a newly developed coaxial laser cladding technique have been calculated and measured in this study. A simplified one-dimensional model of the particle heating problem under laser irradiation was solved with various conditions of laser intensity, particle size and flow velocity. The experimental results have been successfully detected by a pin-hole infrared sensor with the temperature calibration for hot particles. The thermal profiles of the coaxial nozzle give an optimum operation range of the stand-off distance for coaxial laser cladding.  相似文献

根据描述大信号激励下组件响应的黑箱模型——非线性散射参数,提出利用有限实验数据通过人工神经网络建模获得组件非线性散射参数的方法,利用该方法对二极管构成的非线性组件的预测结果与实验测量结果吻合良好。推导了二端口非线性器件与三端口线性器件的非线性散射参数级联计算公式,并讨论非线性散射参数在传导干扰分析中的应用。通过具体实例的计算结果与实测结果的对比,证明了基于人工神经网络学习模型的非线性散射参数获取方法非常便于包含非线性组件的传导干扰分析,这对于系统级电磁效应分析具有重要意义。  相似文献
