利用激光烧蚀-分子束法(LA-MB)对激光烧蚀金属铝靶产生的Al等离子体与脉冲分子束超声膨胀产生的(CH3OH)n团簇在气相条件下的反应进行了研究.烧蚀激光相对于脉冲分子束之间的延时不同,观测到团簇离子序列及团簇尺寸的变化,反映出脉冲分子束状态对反应条件及激光烧蚀等离子体状态的影响.在激光烧蚀发生于脉冲分子束的前段,主要反应产物为Al (CH3OH)n,但团簇尺寸较小;在烧蚀发生于脉冲分子束的中段,主要产物为H (CH3OH)n,团簇尺寸增大,强度减弱;在烧蚀发生于脉冲分子束的后段,观测到尺寸更大的水合质子化团簇H (H2O)m(CH3OH)n.结合团簇离子速度分布的特征,对团簇的产生机理进行了讨论.  相似文献

用激光溅射 -分子束技术研究了Cu等离子体与乙腈团簇的气相反应 .观察到Cu+ (CH3 CN) n、CH2 CN+ (CH3 CN) n、H+ (CH3 CN) n 和CH3 CHCN+ (CH3 CN) n 四个种类的团簇离子 .考察了等离子体作用于脉冲分子束的不同位置 ,对团簇产物的种类和尺寸大小的影响 .实验结果表明 ,Cu+ (CH3 CN) n 是由Cu+ 与乙腈团簇直接缔合而成 ,CH2 CN+ (CH3 CN) n、H+ (CH3 CN) n 主要是激光等离子体中的电子与乙腈团簇碰撞电离产生的 ,而CH3 CHCN+ (CH3 CN) n 是由乙腈团簇离子内的离子 分子反应生成的 .  相似文献

利用多光子电离技术结合飞行时间质谱仪对甲醇/水混合团簇进行了研究.在脉冲激光波长为355 nm条件下观测到团簇离子.主要的电离产物为质子化的(CH3OH)n(H2O)H+(n=l-13)混合团簇离子与(CH3OH)nH+团簇离子,经分析(CH3OH)1o(H2O) H+和(CH3OH)3H+为幻数结构.甲醇水混合团簇电离后团簇离子发生内部质子化转移反应是形成质子化团簇离子的主要原因.不同尺寸团簇离子信号强度随电离激光光强变化的光强指数曲线显示,团簇均发生四光子电离过程.  相似文献

YAG脉冲激光的三倍频输出(355 nm)3光子共振电离由脉冲分子束超声膨胀产生的甲醇团簇,观测到质子化的团簇离子序列(CH3OH)nH (n=1~15),其中n=1~3的团簇离子强度明显大于其他尺寸的团簇离子,而n>3的强度随n的增大依次减小,且这种强度分布特征与电离激光相对于脉冲分子束的延时无关,同时对团簇离子的产生受实验条件的影响作了探讨。结合密度泛函密度泛函理论中的B3LYP杂化方法加6-31G 基组水平上的计算,推测了质子化甲醇离子的结构及稳定性,并讨论了甲醇团簇电离后的质子转移反应生成质子化团簇的机理。而对于另一个水合质子化团簇序列H (H2O)(CH3OH)n,由于溶剂化的影响只在较大尺寸时才出现。  相似文献

应用Nd:YAG(Spectra-Physics LAB-170)脉冲激光器输出的355nm紫外激光实现了对甲醇、乙醇及正丙醇的多光子电离,对每一种样品通过质谱技术都观测到了两个质子化团簇离子系列:(R..3OH)nH 和(R1,2,3OH)n(H2O)H (R1,2,3代表CH2、CH2CH2及CH2CH3CH2),结合在HF/STO-3G和B3LYP/6-31G 水平上的从头计算对其反应通道做了分析,发现其产生经过了团簇内部的质子转移反应及离子-分子反应,且质子主要来自于羟基上的氢离子.并结合从头算分析了(R1,2,3OH)nH 的结构,给出了幻数团簇(R1,2,3OH)3H 的构型.同时对(R1,2,3)n(H2O)H 系列只在n值较大时出现做了相应的解释.  相似文献

在355nm激光波长下应用多光子电离和分子束技术研究了乙腈和氨水的混合团簇,所得的团簇离子以(CH3CN) n、(CH3CN)nNH 3和(CH3CN)n(NH3) 为主,中性团簇以二元团簇(CH3CN)n(NH3)m/(CH3CN)n(NH4OH)m为主.离子产物是来源于中性的二元团簇先吸收部分激光能量解离成稳定的小团簇和碎片,然后再发生分子蒸发和电离的过程,并未发生明显的质子转移反应.  相似文献

利用激光溅射-分子束的技术,结合反射飞行时间质谱计,研究了Cu+、Ag+、Au+与乙硫醇的气相化学反应.结果显示这三种金属离子与(CH3CH2SH)n反应形成一系列团簇离子M+(CH3CH2SH)n,且团簇离子尺寸不一样.Ag+、Au+与乙硫醇的反应还生成了(CH3CH2SH)+n,由此推测Cu+、Ag+、Au+与乙硫醇团簇的反应存在两种通道,一种通道是生成M+(CH3CH2SH)n,另一种是生成(CH3CH2SH)+n.Cu+、Au+与乙硫醇的反应还生成了M+(H2S)(M=Cu、Au),但是实验中没有观察到Ag+(H2S),理论计算表明Ag+(H2S)很不稳定.另外,分析产物离子M+(CH3CH2SH)n的强度发现,n=1~2之间存在明显的强度突变现象.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

The performance of port/starboard discrimination of dual-line array will be seriously degraded when the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. The directivity function of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is deduced and the port/starboard discrimination of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is also studied both under the ideal status and the status under which the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. Analysis results show the delay-subtract beamforming has better performance of port/starboard discrimination. At last, the sea trial results demonstrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

With a novel light-weight and absolutely calibrated ultraviolet (UV) spectrometer, UV skylight radiances and O3 slant column densities are measured by balloon-borne limb measurements in Xinjiang area, China. UV skylight radiances measured at the height of 31 km are compared with the results from Modtran in the wavelength range from 290 to 420 nm. O3 slant column densities are derived from radiance spectra in the Huggins bands (320 - 335 nm) using differential optical absorption spectroscopy method. And the parameter exhibits a good correlation with the same value simulated by radiative transfer model (Tracy). The O3 profile simultaneously measured by an O3 sonde is used as input in Tracy calculations. The O3 sonde is launched on the same balloon.  相似文献

For breaking through the sensitivity limitation of conventional surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensors, novel highly sensitive SPR biosensors with Au nanoparticles and nanogratings enhancement have been proposed recently.But in practice, these structures have obvious disadvantages.In this study, a nanohole based sensitivity enhancement SPR biosensor is proposed and the influence of different structural parameters on the performance is investigated by using rigorous coupled wave analysis (RCWA).Electromagnetic field distributions around the nanohole are also given out to directly explain the performance difference for various structural parameters.The results indicate that significant sensitivity increase is associated with localized surface plasmons (LSPs) excitation mediated by nanoholes.Except to outcome the weakness of other LSP based biosensors, larger resonance angle shift, reflectance amplitude, and sharper SPR curves' width are obtained simultaneously under optimized structural parameters.  相似文献

Novel polymer distributed feedback(DFB)gratings are fabricated based on photopolymerization to reduce lasing threshold of polymer lasers.A photopolymer formulation sensitive to 355-nm ultraviolet(UV)light is proposed for the fabrication of polymer gratings and it can be used to form polymer films by spin-coating process.A very low surface-relief depth ranging from 12.5 to about 1.0 nm has been demonstrated with a refractive-index modulation of about 0.012.The experimental results indicate that such polymer gratings have promising potentials for the fabrication of low-order DFB organic semiconductor lasers.  相似文献
