采用反相高效液相色谱法同时分离和测定了龙胆科獐牙菜属的川西獐牙菜和抱茎獐牙菜中几种酮的含量。色谱柱为KromasilC18(250mm×4 60mmi d ,5μm),流动相为甲醇 0 1%的磷酸水溶液(体积比为73∶27),流速1mL/min,检测波长260nm,柱温20℃。实验结果表明,该方法具有很好的线性关系与精密度,方法简单、准确、实用性强。  相似文献

为了对比野生与种植青海川西獐牙菜中微量元素的变化,分别采集野生川西獐牙菜与种植青海川西獐牙菜种子采收前后的全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪测定了其铜、锌、铁、锰、钴等微量元素含量。结果表明,野生川西獐牙菜较种植青海川西獐牙菜中微量元素含量高,种植川西獐牙菜在成熟种子采收后较采收前(花果期)铁、锰、钴、锌等元素含量高。  相似文献

青海地道中藏药材川西獐牙菜人工种植试验初见成效。为了对比野生与种植青海川西獐牙菜中矿物质元素的变化,分别采集野生与种植青海川西獐牙菜种子采收前后的全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪分析测定了其钾、钠、钙、镁等矿物质元素含量。结果表明,野生川西獐牙菜中,青海玉树较四川川西地区的钠、磷元素含量高,钙、钾、镁元素含量低。种植青海川西獐牙菜在成熟种子采收后较采收前钠、镁、钙、磷等显著增加,且种植青海川西獐牙菜与青海玉树地区野生川西獐牙菜中矿物质元素含量较为接近。  相似文献

高效液相色谱/质谱分析抱茎獐牙菜提取物中的苷性成分   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用高效液相色谱/质谱法(HPLC/MS)分析抱茎獐牙菜提取物中5种苷性成分。在C18柱上,以甲醇(A:含20%水)和水(B:含10%甲醇)为流动相,流速1mL/min,线性梯度洗脱B从100%到0%,35min,液相色谱-质谱质联用(LC/MS),大气压化学电离源(APCI),对其中5种苷性成分进行定性鉴定。经HPLC/APCIMS分析确证,抱茎獐牙菜提取物中含有獐牙菜苦苷(swertiamarin)、龙胆苦苷(gentiopicroside)、獐牙菜苷(sweroside)、异红草苷(isoorientin)和獐牙菜山酮苷(swertianolin)。采用外标法定量,回收率分别为98.3%、106.7%、92.3%、88.2%和107.3%,该方法简便、快速、准确。  相似文献

为对比野生与施肥(尿素和磷酸二铵)种植青海川西獐牙菜中元素含量的变化,分别采集野生和6~10月施肥种植川西獐牙菜全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪分析测定了其钾、钠、钙、镁等矿物质元素含量和铜、锌、铁、锰、钴等微量元素含量。结果表明,施肥种植川西獐牙菜中矿物质元素、微量元素含量除钾外,均高于野生种,并在9~10月份达到最高水平,可替代野生种人药,按需适时采收,以解决资源匮乏。  相似文献

川西獐牙菜是传统的藏药材,被广泛的应用于肝胆疾病的治疗。近年来,其需求量日益增加,自然资源远不能满足需求,发展人工栽培川西獐牙菜替代野生川西獐牙菜成为必然。研究比较人工栽培与野生川西獐牙菜之间的各种成分含量,对指导人工栽培川西獐牙菜替代野生川西獐牙菜用药有关键意义。对人工栽培及野生川西獐牙菜的20种矿物元素及18种氨基酸进行测定比较发现,人工栽培川西獐牙菜的矿物元素绝大多数比野生川西獐牙菜含量低,人工栽培川西獐牙菜氨基酸则比野生川西獐牙菜含量高。  相似文献

龙胆苦苷(GPS)是龙胆类药材及其相关制品质量控制的指标成分。本研究利用制备型高效液相色谱从川西獐牙菜提取物中分离纯化龙胆苦苷对照品。对制备色谱的流动相组成、流速、进样量和检测波长等制备参数进行了优化。采用的色谱柱为C18柱(200 mm×50 mm, 5 μm),流动相为甲醇和0.1%乙酸水溶液(体积比为30:70),流速为75 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,进样体积为500 μL。在30 min的运行时间内,龙胆苦苷与其他干扰成分得到了很好的分离,产品纯度达到了99%以上。此方法具有快速高效、产品纯度高的特点,可用于制备龙胆苦苷对照品和对龙胆苦苷制品的质量控制。  相似文献

In our present study, two groups of xanthones isomers (1‐hydroxy‐3,5,8‐trimethoxyxanthone and 1‐hydroxy‐3,7,8‐trimethoxyxanthone; 1,8‐dihydroxy‐3,7‐dimethoxyxanthone and 1,8‐dihydroxy‐3,5‐dimethanolxanthone) and other two xanthones (3‐methoxy‐1,5,8‐trihydroxyxanthone and 3,5‐dimethoxy‐1‐hydroxyxanthone) were separated from Swertia franchetiana . First, a solvent system composed of petroleum ether/methanol/water (2:1:0.6, v/v) was developed for the liquid–liquid extraction of these xanthones from the crude extract. Then, an efficient method was established for the one‐step separation of these six xanthones by high‐speed countercurrent chromatography using n‐hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/ethanol/water (HEMEW; 6:4:4:2:4, v/v) as the solvent system. The results showed that liquid–liquid extraction could be well developed for efficient enrichment of target compounds. Additionally, high‐speed countercurrent chromatography could be a powerful technology for separation xanthones isomers. It was found ethanol could be a good methanol substitute when the HEMEW system could not provide good separation factors.  相似文献

Two new xanthones (12), together with four known ones (36), were isolated from whole herb of Swertia elata. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques. Their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activity test revealed that 16 showed weak anti-TMV activities with inhibition rate in the range of 15.2–28.8% at the concentration of 20 μM.  相似文献

Genus Swertia is valued for its great medicinal potential; mainly Swertia chirayita (Roxb. ex Fleming) H. Karst. is used in traditional medicine for a wide range of diseases. Seco-iridoid glycosides like swertiamarin is referred with enormous pharmacological potentials. The aim of the study was to identify a suitable substitute to S. chirayita by quantifying seco-iridoid swertiamarin from five different Swertia species endemic to the Western Ghats. The reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography diode array detector analyses were performed and chromatographic separation was achieved on a Lichrospher 100, C18e (5 µm) column (250–4.6 mm). A mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water (25:75) was used for separation. Results indicated that the concentration of the marker compound has been found to vary largely between and within the species from different localities. The content of swertiamarin was the highest in S. chirayita compared to the other species studied herein, advocating the use of Swertia minor as an alternate source to S. chirayita.  相似文献

The lipid peroxidation inhibitory activities of four hydroxyxanthones, isolated from the whole plant Swertia decussata, were evaluated for the first time. The most promising antioxidant among the xanthones, 1,7,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (swertianine, 4) was also tested for its scavenging potential against DPPH and superoxide radicals. The data clearly revealed good antioxidant activity of the xanthones, especially 4 which also showed strong protection against y-ray induced pBR322 DNA damage. A comparison of the radioprotecting activities of the monomethylated tetrahydroxyxanthone 4 with that of its congener, 1,3,7-trihydroxy-8-methoxyxanthone (5) revealed that the radioprotecting activity was not affected by the position of methylation.  相似文献
