We determine all reflectionless potentials for the one-dimensional charge symmetric Dirac operator, identify them as solitons of the modified KdV equation, and give the connection to the KdV solitons. An associated dynamical system is shown to be completely integrable.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this work we use the repeated application of the recursion operator to establish a new hierarchy of negative-order integrable KdV equations of higher orders. The concept of the inverse recursion operator allows us to develop this new hierarchy. The complete integrability of each equation is guaranteed via the use of the recursion operator. We show that the dispersion relations of this hierarchy follow an infinite geometric series. Multiple soliton solutions for each equation of the hierarchy are obtained.  相似文献

We develop a variety of negative-order integrable KdV equations of higher orders. We use the inverse recursion operator to construct these new equations. The complete integrability of each established equation is investigated via the Painlevé test, where each equation shows distinct branch of resonances. We use the simplified form of the Hirota’s direct method to obtain multiple soliton solutions for the generalized negative-order KdV equation.  相似文献

The dark Korteweg-de Vries(KdV) systems are defined and classified by Kupershmidt sixteen years ago. However, there is no other classifications for other kinds of nonlinear systems. In this paper, a complete scalar classification for dark modified KdV(MKdV) systems is obtained by requiring the existence of higher order differential polynomial symmetries. Different to the nine classes of the dark KdV case, there exist twelve independent classes of the dark MKdV equations. Furthermore, for the every class of dark MKdV system, there is a free parameter. Only for a fixed parameter, the dark MKdV can be related to dark KdV via suitable Miura transformation. The recursion operators of two classes of dark MKdV systems are also given.  相似文献

We present new supersymmetric integrable extensions of the a = 4, N = 2 KdV hierarchy. The root of the supersymmetric Lax operator of the KdV equation is generalized, by including additional fields. This generalized root generates a new hierarchy of integrable equations, for which we investigate the Hamiltonian structure. In a special case our system describes the interaction of the KdV equation with the two MKdV equations.  相似文献

The Hirota bilinear method has been studied in a lot of local equations, but there are few of works to solve nonlocal equations by Hirota bilinear method. In this letter, we show that the nonlocal integrable complex modified Korteweg-de Vries (MKdV) equation admits multiple complex soliton solutions. A variety of exact solutions including the single bright soliton solutions and two bright soliton solutions are derived via constructing an improved Hirota bilinear method for nonlocal complex MKdV equation. From the gauge equivalence, we can see the difference between the solution of nonlocal integrable complex MKdV equation and the solution of local complex MKdV equation.  相似文献

In this paper, we make use of a new generalized ansatz in the homogeneous balance method, the well-known Riccati equation and the symbolic computation to study a generalized Hirota--Satsuma coupled KdV system and a coupled MKdV equation, respectively. As a result, numerous explicit exact solutions, comprising new solitary wave solutions, periodic wave solutions and the combined formal solitary wave solutions and periodic wave solutions, are obtained.  相似文献

We show that completely integrable equations give multiple complex soliton solutions in addition to multiple real real soliton solutions. We exhibit complex categories of the simplified Hirota’s method to confirm these new findings. To demonstrate the power of the new complex forms, we test it on integrable KdV, fifth-order Lax, modified KdV, fifth-order modified KdV, Burgers, and Sharma–Tasso–Olver equations.  相似文献

In this Letter, the modified Korteweg-de Vries (mKdV) equations with the focusing (+) and defocusing (−) branches are investigated, respectively. Many new types of binary travelling-wave periodic solutions are obtained for the mKdV equation in terms of Jacobi elliptic functions such as sn(ξ,m)cn(ξ,m)dn(ξ,m) and their extensions. Moreover, we analyze asymptotic properties of some solutions. In addition, with the aid of the Miura transformation, we also give the corresponding binary travelling-wave periodic solutions of KdV equation.  相似文献

In this paper, a discrete KdV equation that is related to the famous continuous KdV equation is studied. First, an integrable discrete KdV hierarchy is constructed, from which several new discrete KdV equations are obtained. Second, we correspond the first several discrete equations of this hierarchy to the continuous KdV equation through the continuous limit. Third, the generalized (m, 2Nm)-fold Darboux transformation of the discrete KdV equation is established based on its known Lax pair. Finally, the diverse exact solutions including soliton solutions, rational solutions and mixed solutions on non-zero seed background are obtained by applying the resulting Darboux transformation, and their asymptotic states and physical properties such as amplitude, velocity, phase and energy are analyzed. At the same time, some soliton solutions are numerically simulated to show their dynamic behaviors. The properties and results obtained in this paper may be helpful to understand some physical phenomena described by KdV equations.  相似文献

It is well-known that the finite-gap solutions of the KdV equationcan be generated by its recursion operator.We generalize the result to a special form of Lax pair,from which a method to constrain the integrable system to alower-dimensional or fewer variable integrable system is proposed.A direct result is that the n-soliton solutions of the KdV hierarchy can be completely depictedby a series of ordinary differential equations (ODEs), which may be gotten by a simple but unfamiliar Lax pair. Furthermore the AKNS hierarchy is constrained to a series of univariate integrable hierarchies. The key is a special form of Lax pair for the AKNS hierarchy. It is proved that under the constraints all equations of the AKNS hierarchy are linearizable.  相似文献

We develop a variety of negative-order Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equations in (3+1)-dimensions. The recursion operator of the KdV equation is used to derive these higher dimensional models. In this Letter, a few new types of interaction solutions to the KdV equation are obtained through a constructed Wronskian form expansion method. Starting from the linear integral equation for the solutions of the Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation, we obtain the direct linearization of a general nonlinear difference-difference equation. In a continuum limit this equation reduces to a general integrable differential-difference equation which contains e.g. the Toda equation and the discrete KdV and MKdV as special cases.  相似文献

In this paper, a generalized time fractional modified KdV equation is investigated, which is used for representing physical models in various physical phenomena. By Lie group analysis method, the invariance properties and the vector fields of the equation are presented. Then the symmetry reductions are provided. Moreover, we construct the explicit solutions of the equation by using sub-equation method. Based on the power series theory, the approximate analytical solution for the equation are also constructed. Finally, the new conservation theorem is applied to constructed conservation laws for the equation.  相似文献

In this Letter, Wronskian solutions for the complex KdV equation are obtained by Hirota's bilinear method. Moreover, starting from the bilinear Bäcklund transformation, multi-soliton solutions are presented for the same equation.
