2,3-二羟甲基-2,3-二硝基-1,4-丁二醇四硝酸酯的合成、晶体结构及性能研究

以硝基甲烷为起始原料,经缩合、环化、氧化耦合、脱缩酮及硝化等5步反应合成了2,3-二羟甲基-2,3-二硝基-1,4-丁二醇四硝酸酯(BHDBT),总收率为36.1％,并采用核磁共振谱、红外光谱以及元素分析等进行了结构表征.用浓盐酸代替氯化氢气体,改进了关键中间体2,3-二羟甲基-2,3-二硝基-1,4-丁二醇(BHDB)的合成方法,并确定最佳反应条件为:刀(浓盐酸):n(BDND)=1.1∶1,反应温度55℃,时间4h,收率为94.8％.首次发现了BHDB和BHDBT的亚甲基质子具有磁不等价性,并从理论上分析其产生的原因.培养了BHDBT单晶,四元衍射晶体结构解析表明:BHDBT属于单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/n,晶胞参数:a=0.81944(11) nm,b=2.3365(3) nm,c=0.85838(11) nm,a=90°,β=113.501(2)°,y=90°,V=1.5072(3) nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.852 g·cm-3,μ=0.189 mm-1,F(000)=856.BHDBT熔点为86.37℃,分解峰温度为185.79℃(DSC),摩擦感度为100％ (3.92 MPa,90°),特性落高H50为10.0 cm(5 kg).     

2,3-二甲基-2-异丙基-丁酸的合成

二异丙基酮与MeMgBr反应制备2,3,4-三甲基-3-戊醇;再经Koch-Haaf羧化反应合成了2,3-二甲基-2-异丙基-丁酸,总收率51%,其结构经NMR,IR和GC-MS确证.     

二氢吲哚-2,3-二酮衍生物抑菌活性研究进展

二氢吲哚-2,3-二酮是一种结构简单且应用广泛的药物小分子,其衍生物的合成、结构和药理活性等备受关注。已有报道表明二氢吲哚-2,3-二酮具有抗菌、抗衰老、降血脂、抗癫痫、抗病毒等多种生物活性。本文主要围绕抑菌生物活性,对国内外关于二氢吲哚-2,3-二酮类化合物的构效关系进行分析总结,为后期该类新型抗菌化合物的设计合成提供参考。     

2,3-二氰基-2,3-二(p-取代苯基)丁二酸二乙酯的合成及其在苯乙烯中的分解

合成了2,3-二氰基-2,3-二(p-X苯基)丁二酸二乙酯(X=OCH₃,CH₃,Cl,NO₂),分离出它们的meso和dl异构体。经元素分析、¹HNMR、IR、MS和X射线晶体结构分析确定了各异构体的结构和构型。在100℃测定了各异构体在苯乙烯中的分解速率常数k_d,结果表明,除X=OCH₃外,meso异构体的k_d均比dl异构体的大,除X=NO₂外,苯环对位取代基对k_d的影响顺序为OCH₃>CH₃>Cl>H,     

2,3-二羧基-双环[2.2.1]2,5-庚二烯价键异构化反应的研究

以聚四苯基卟啉(P-TPP)为敏化剂,研究了2,3-二羧基-双环[2.2.1]-2,5-庚二烯(N)的光化学价键异构化反应,在0.1mol/L的碳酸钠甲醇溶剂中,在适量的P-TPP存在下,可见光照射时,N可以定量地转化为2,3-二羧基四环[2.2.1.0^2,6.0^3,5]庚烷(Q),Q在聚四苯基卟啉钴络合物(Co-P-TPP)催化剂的作用下,又可定量地异构化返回N.分别研究了敏化剂和催化剂用量对反应的影响。通过反应物之间激发态能量的比较及N对P-TPP荧光的猝灭试验,证明光异构化反应是通过电子转移反应机制进行的。     

5-芳亚甲基-2,3-二芳基噻唑-4-酮类衍生物的合成及抑菌活性研究

本文以多个2,3-二芳基噻唑-4-酮为底物,利用微波辅助的方法合成了18个5-芳亚甲基-2,3-二芳基噻唑-4-酮类衍生物,并测定了它们对7种植物病原菌的抑菌活性。它们的结构经熔点、1H NMR和MS确证。抑菌活性试验显示,化合物4g和4n表现出潜在的抑菌活性。     

在氯化亚锡存在下2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯与乙酐的催化酰化反应

一种新的催化剂,SnCl2·2H2O,已用于2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯与乙酐的酰化反应来制备高产率的3,3,4-三甲基-4-戊烯-2-酮 (TMP). 发现SnCl2·2H2O是室温下2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯与乙酐进行酰化反应的有效催化剂. 考察了催化剂用量、乙酐用量、反应时间和溶剂的加入等因素对该酰化反应的影响. 发现当催化剂/2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯摩尔比在0.30/1和 0.60/1之间、反应时间为2 h时,所得酰化产品的产率最高. 该酰化反应进行到完全所需的时间取决于催化剂用量和乙酐用量. 在需要加入溶剂的情况下,二氯甲烷或氯仿是一种合适的溶剂.     

苯并呋喃-2,3-二酮和丙酮的不对称Aldol反应

以脯氨酸作为催化剂催化苯并呋喃-2,3-二酮与丙酮的不对称Aldol反应, 高选择性地合成了一系列3位含有手性季碳中心的苯并呋喃酮类化合物.     

丙酮肟氧化偶联合成2,3-二甲基-2,3-二硝基丁烷反应的研究

以丙酮肟为原料,在改性TS-1(钛硅分子筛)催化剂催化下,可用H2O2氧化偶联合成2,3-二甲基-2,3-二硝基丁烷(DMNB).在此基础上以丙酮为原料,在改性TS-1催化剂催化下,一锅法进行丙酮氨肟化和氧化偶联反应可制备收率43.2%的DMNB.该方法简便易操作,操作安全.产物结构经1H NMR,13C NMR表征.     

吲哚-2,3-二酮衍生物抗病毒活性研究进展

吲哚-2,3-二酮是一种广泛存在于天然产物中的化合物,基于其结构特点可以发生不同类型的反应,为其衍生物的合成提供了便利的条件,因此目前其合成和活性的研究备受关注.本文对近年来吲哚-2,3-二酮衍生物抗病毒活性研究情况进行了综述,分别介绍了对HIV、痘病毒、SARS病毒、柯萨奇病毒B3和烟草花叶病毒的抑制活性.重点介绍了吲哚-2,3-二酮衍生物对HIV病毒的作用以及对HIV病毒进入人体破坏人体的免疫功能后容易感染的细菌和结核病的作用.     

Investigations in the Field of 2,3'-Biquinolyl. 14. Reaction of Dihydro Derivatives of 2,3'-Biquinolyl with Bromine and Iodine

Methods were developed for the synthesis of 6'-bromo- and 6',8'-dibromo-2,3'-biquinolyls and 3',4'-dibromo- and 3',4',6'-tribromo-1'-ethoxycarbonyl-1',2',3',4'-tetrahydro-2,3'-biquinolyls on the basis of the bromination of the dihydro derivatives of 2,3'-biquinolyl. It was shown that the reaction of 1'-alkyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyls with bromine and iodine leads to 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyl-2'-ones.     

Investigations In the Field of 2,3'-Biquinolyl. 13. Regioselectivity in the Nitration of 2,3'-Biquinolyls and Their 1',4'-Dihydro Derivatives

The nitration of 2,3'-biquinolyls in concentrated sulfuric acid with an equivalent amount of nitric acid at room temperature takes place exclusively at the 2-quinolyl fragment with the formation of the 5- and 8-nitro derivatives or their mixtures. The nitration of the 1',4'-dihydro derivatives under these conditions leads to analogous compounds. Reduction of the nitrobiquinolyls gives the respective amines. Acylation of the latter leads to acylamino-2,3'-biquinolyls.     

The investigation in 2,3'-biquinoline series 26.* Regioselective nitration of 1'-alkyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones and 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-ones

The nitration of 1'-alkyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones and 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-ones has been investigated. It was shown that the regioselectivity of nitration of the first depends on the acidity of the medium and the order of adding reactants. In strongly acidic medium 1'-alkyl-5,6'-dinitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones or mixtures of them with 1'-alkyl-5-nitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones are formed. In less acidic media 1'-alkyl-6'-nitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones and then 1'-alkyl-6,6'-dinitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones are formed. Nitration of 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-ones leads to 1'-alkyl-6'-nitro-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-one and then 1'-alkyl-6,6',8'-trinitro-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-one. *For Communication 25 see [1]. Structural Determination of the [4+2] Dimer of 2,3-Dimethylene-2,3-Dihydrothiophene from Deuterium Labeling Study

2,3-Dimethylene-2,3-dihydrothiophene (1a), prepared by the flash vacuum pyrolysis of 3-methyl-2-thienylmethyl benzoate (7a), rapidly dimerizes to form a [4 + 2] dimer 6. The structure of the [4+2] dimer 6 was confirmed by comparing its NMR spectrum with that of the [4 + 2] dimers from 2-dideuteriomethylene-3-methylene-2,3-dihydrothiophene (1b) and 2-methylene-3-dideuteriomethylene-2,3-dihydrothiophene (1c).     

Dramatic Solvent Effect in the Reduction of 2,3—Allenoic Acid Esters.A Simple Synthesis of 2,3—Allenols from 2,3—Allenoates

2，3－Allenols were prepared conveniently from the reduction reaction of 2,3-allenoates with DIBAL-H(Diisobutylaluminum hydride) in toluene.A dramatic solvent effect was observed for this reaction.
