A novel layer deletion method is used to experimentally investigate the effect of induced shielding current transmission (ISCT) in the longitudinal direction on the levitation force of a single-domain YBa2Cu3O7−x (YBCO) cylindrical superconductor (ϕ30×7 mm). In the experiment the sample was gradually sliced into two equal sheets, at the middle height along a diameter with 5 mm every step. The experimental results show that the levitation force is closely related with the ISCT in the longitudinal direction. Any layer deletion, even a small piece of layer deletion can reduce the levitation force of the sample. After the whole layer was deleted the levitation force can diminish about 50%. It is also found that the levitation force is directly proportional to the effective factor of surface area, which is equal to the top surface area divided by the total surface area parallel to the top surface of the sample.  相似文献

通过对方形永磁体和方形辅助永磁体在液氮温度下对GdBCO超导体磁化后超导磁悬浮力的测量, 研究了两种组态中方形辅助永磁体对超导体的磁化方式对单畴GdBCO超导块材磁场分布及其磁悬浮力的影响. 结果发现, 方形辅助永磁体的下表面和超导体上表面保持在同一个水平面上, 磁化进程中方形辅助永磁体在GdBCO超导体上表面水平面内沿直径方向的位置x从–15 mm增加到+15 mm时, 超导磁悬浮力大小与超导体的磁化方式有着密切关系(以Z=0.1 mm为例): 1) 当方形辅助永磁体N极垂直向上且场冷后去掉辅助永磁体时, 超导体最大磁悬浮力先从16.7 N增大到23.1 N, 再减小到16.6 N; 2) 当方形辅助永磁体N极垂直向下且场冷后去掉辅助永磁体时, 超导体最大磁悬浮力先从17.7 N减小到7 N, 再增加到17.6 N; 3) 两种组态中最大磁悬浮力不相等, 而且与零场冷下的最大磁悬浮力(17.1 N)也不同. 这些结果说明: 只有通过科学合理地设计超导体和永磁体的组合方式, 才能获得较高的磁场强度, 有效地提高超导体的磁悬浮力特性, 该结果对促进超导体的应用具有重要的指导意义. 关键词: 单畴GdBCO 永磁体 捕获磁场 磁悬浮力  相似文献

顶部籽晶熔融织构准单畴Y1B2C3O7-δ中磁悬浮力密度与籽晶位置的关系进行了深入研究.经研究发现在液氮温度下磁悬浮力密度大小随位置变化,在离顶部籽晶3 mm的地方达到最大值,换句话说就是在第二块薄片中具有最大磁悬浮力密度.这种现象可以用晶体生长和吸氧的过程的相互作用来解释.我们提出一个模型,在这个模型中Y211粒子的分布导致的小孔微结构降低了有效感应电流环的大小,从而相当于降低了单畴的有效尺寸,导致磁悬浮力的大小.从研究中发现纵向微裂纹对磁悬浮力的影响最为明显.这个结果对于顶部籽晶熔融织构准单畴的基础研究和制造有很大的意义.  相似文献

研究了两种磁悬浮系统组态中圆台形辅助永磁体厚度对高温超导体捕获磁场和超导磁悬浮力的影响。结果表明,圆台形辅助永磁体的下表面和GdBCO超导体上表面同处在一个水平面上,磁化用圆台形辅助永磁体的厚度H从5 mm增加到45 mm时,超导体捕获磁场和磁悬浮力与圆台形辅助永磁体的厚度直接相关。(1)当圆台形辅助永磁体的北极垂直向上且用液氮冷却后移除辅助永磁体时,最大磁悬浮力从21.8 N增大到26.5 N,再减小到22.9 N;(2)当圆台形辅助永磁体的北极垂直向下且用液氮冷却后移除辅助永磁体时,最大磁悬浮力从20.5 N减小到11.9 N ,再增加到20.4 N;(3)两种磁悬浮系统组态中最大磁悬浮力不一致,与零场冷情况下的最大磁悬浮力14.6 N也不同。在超导磁悬浮应用系统设计中,只有科学选择辅助永磁体形状和尺寸,合理设计组合方式,才能获得较强的磁场强度,提高超导磁悬浮力特性,该结果对促进高温超导体的实际应用具有重要的指导作用。  相似文献

通过对空心圆柱形永磁体与单畴GdBCO超导体磁悬浮力的实验测量,研究了空心圆柱形永磁体内径(d)的变化对超导体磁悬浮力的影响.结果发现,当空心圆柱形永磁体内径从0 mm增加到26 mm时,超导磁悬浮力大小与空心圆柱形永磁体内径有着密切关系(最小测量间距Z=2 mm),所有超导磁悬浮力曲线都存在磁滞现象.随着空心圆柱形永磁体内径的增大,最小间距处超导磁悬浮力逐渐减小,从d=0 mm时的14.8 N减小为d=26 mm时的-0.1 N,d≥20 mm时,最小间距处超导磁悬浮力出现负值;当0 mm≤d5 mm时,超导体最大磁悬浮力出现在最小间距处,d≥5 mm时,超导磁悬浮力先增大后减小,最大超导磁悬浮力产生的位置随着内径的增大而变大.研究表明:只有科学合理地设计永磁体结构参数,才能获得较大的磁场强度,提高超导磁悬浮力特性.该结果对设计并优化磁悬浮轴承系统、环形轨道和超导体的实际应用具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

Electromagnetic levitation has developed from a pure physical phenomenon into a practical containerless processing technique in the fields of both applied physics and materials science. In order to obtain a better understanding of this processing technique, two typical levitation coils were designed and the physical characteristics in levitation droplets suspended in these two coils, such as electromangetic field, levitation force field, total levitation force, and power absorption, were analyzed numerically and calculated in this paper. It was found that the eddy current density, together with the magnetic flux density and levitation force density, increases rapidly with radius as it approaches sample surface. The maximum levitation force produced by coil A is larger than that of coil B, whereas the levitated sample can obtain less power absorption at the equilibrium position in the former coil than that in the latter one. Moreover, the calculated results also demonstrated that the levitation ability decreases as the atomic number increases. The larger the material's electrical resistivity, the easier the samples can obtain more power absorption.  相似文献

采用轴对称多弛豫时间格子Boltzmann(LB)方法,研究了圆柱形封闭谐振腔中圆盘形样品的声悬浮过程.模拟结果表明,(001)模式下谐振腔的共振长度L=0.499λ,在谐振腔中心引入样品后共振漂移量δL≈-0.9,这与线性声学理论计算结果基本相符.声悬浮力的LB模拟过程包含了黏滞性效应和共振漂移效应,所获得的模拟结果与理论公式计算值在量值上一致,而且其在细节上更符合实验现象.此外,LB模拟还揭示出了声悬浮过程中的声压波形畸变、声流和声辐射压等非线性声学效应.  相似文献

通过对永磁体辅助下单畴GdBCO超导体和方形永磁体在液氮温度、 零场冷、 轴对称情况下磁悬浮力的测量, 研究了三种不同组态中辅助永磁体的引入方式对单畴GdBCO超导块材磁场分布及其磁悬浮力的影响. 实验结果表明, 如果处在超导体上方的测量用方形永磁体N极向下, 则在轴对称情况下, 当方形辅助永磁体N极向上与超导体下表面贴在一起时, 超导体的最大磁悬浮力从没有引入辅助永磁体磁化的14.3 N增加到31.8 N, 提高到222%; 当方形辅助永磁体放置在超导体上表面、 N极垂直向上且场冷后去掉辅助永磁体时, 超导体的最大磁悬浮力从没有引入辅助永磁体磁化的14.3 N增加到21.6 N, 增加到151%; 当方形辅助永磁体放置在超导体上表面、 N极垂直向下且场冷后去掉方形辅助永磁体时, 超导体的最大磁悬浮力从没有引入辅助永磁体磁化的14.3 N减小到8.6 N, 减小为无辅助永磁体时的60%.这些结果说明, 只有通过科学合理地设计超导体和永磁体的组合方式, 才能获得较高的磁场强度, 有效地提高超导体的磁悬浮力特性, 该结果对促进超导体的应用具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

Based on the principle of acoustic levitation,a single-axis ultrasonic levitation system(SAULS) with convex sides was designed.A normal SAULS only provides a levitation force(LF) against the gravity of the sample.While,such systems also provide an annular clamping force(ACF) surrounding the levitated samples,and improve levitation stability of samples in the standing wave field.Using the finite-difference time-domain method,we investigated the force distributions in different resonance cavities and the factors that influence the magnitude of the levitation force in optimizing the SAULS and the ACF.The theoretical analyses and experimental results indicate that the stability of levitation in this special SAULS is improved with the ACF from its designed convex-side feature.It can be developed into a simple device in levitating and moving samples steadily in related experiments and applications.  相似文献

用顶部籽晶熔融织构生长法(TSMTG)批量制备了30mm直径的YBCO单畴超导块材,使用一种六面控温的箱式炉和一台改进的坩埚炉进行晶体生长,采用了高压氧化退火工艺对生长出的YBCO晶体进行后处理,与流动氧化工艺相比,在保持样品超导性能不变的情况下高压氧化大大节约了用氧量,缩短了氧化退火时间,提高了生产效率,大多数单畴超导块在77k和0.5T的磁场下的磁悬浮力超过10N/cm^2,其中最高值达到了15N/cm^2,目前我们巳具备了年生产1000块30mm直径优质单畴导块的能力。  相似文献

The influence of the width of the middle magnet in the permanent magnet guideways(PMGs) on the levitation force and the levitation height of single-domain yttrium barium copper oxide(YBCO) bulks has been investigated at 77 K under the zero field cooled(ZFC) state. It is found that the largest levitation force can be obtained in the system with the width of the middle magnet of the PMG equal to the size of the YBCO bulk when the gap between the YBCO bulk and PMG is small.Both larger levitation force and higher levitation height can be obtained in the system with the width of the middle magnet of the PMG larger than the size of the YBCO bulk. The stiffness of the levitation force between the PMG and the YBCO bulk is higher in the system with a smaller width of the middle magnet in the PMG. These results provide an effective way to control the levitation force and the levitation height for the superconducting maglev design and applications.  相似文献

基于超声悬浮原理,通过改变单轴式超声悬浮系统的反射和发射端的几何形状,利用凸状发射、反射面在悬浮区域周围产生环形声辐射力势阱作为限位夹持力,提高悬浮样品在驻波声场中的悬浮稳定性。基于时域有限差分法,研究不同谐振腔内的声辐射力分布,以及影响声辐射力大小的因素,优化环形限位夹持力和悬浮力。理论及实验研究结果表明,具有环形限位夹持力的超声悬浮系统可以提高普通单轴式超声悬浮装置对悬浮样品的稳定性。   相似文献

利用一般电磁悬浮熔炼感应器,球形试样悬浮情况下,悬浮力和悬浮试样输入功率表达式,建立了不含悬浮感应器电流的悬浮试样输入功率表达式.利用这些表达式,结合自然对流情况下,球形试样在气体介质中的功率耗散模型,建立了悬浮熔炼工艺参量与悬浮熔炼试样温度之间的关系.以(TbDy)Fe2合金在Ar气保护情况下,在一定工艺条件下的电磁悬浮熔炼为例,得到了电磁悬浮熔炼各种工艺参量与悬浮试样温度的关系.通过对计算结果的分析,结合实际电磁悬浮熔炼特点,得到了降低电磁悬浮熔炼试样最低温度的措施:减小悬浮试样的半径;在能够实现悬浮 关键词: 电磁悬浮熔炼 悬浮力 输入功率 耗散功率  相似文献

本给出了三种提高YBCO块材在外磁场中悬浮力的方法.第一种方法是增强外磁场,对于此方法,本研究了一块直径为30mm的圆柱状YBCO块材分别在圆柱状NdFeB永磁体和NdFeB永磁导轨上的悬浮力.测量结果表明在77K温度下YBCO块在圆柱状NdFeB永磁体上的最大悬浮力为50N,在NdFeB永磁导轨上的最大悬浮力为103.ON.第二种方法是提高YBCO块材自身的性能,包括临界电流密度、俘获磁通和块材尺寸,对于此方法,本仅研究了块材尺寸对悬浮力的影响.三块直径分别为30mm、35mm、40mm的圆柱状YBC0块材在NdFeB永磁导轨上的悬浮力被测量,77K温度下5mm悬浮间距时的悬浮力分别为103.ON、134.5N、175.ON.第三方法是将YBCO块材变成准永久磁体,此种情况下,直径为40mm的圆柱状YBCO块材在77K温度下5mm悬浮间距时的悬浮力高达218.3N.  相似文献

The interaction between a general magnetic source and a long type-II superconducting cylinder in the Meissner or mixed state is studied within the London theory. We first study the Meissner state and solve the Maxwell–London equations when the source is a magnetic monopole located at an arbitrary position. Then the field and supercurrent for a more complicated magnetic charge distribution can be obtained by superposition. A magnetic point dipole with arbitrary direction is studied in detail. It turns out that the levitation force on the dipole contains in general an angular as well as a radial component. By integration we obtain the field and supercurrent when the source is a two-dimensional monopole (a magnetically charged long thread along the axial direction), from which the results for a two-dimensional point dipole easily follow. In the latter case the levitation force points in the radial direction regardless of the orientation of the dipole. The case for a current carrying long straight wire parallel to the cylindrical axis is solved separately. The limit of ideal Meissner state is discussed in most cases. The case of mixed state is discussed briefly. It turns out that vortex lines along the axial direction and vortex rings concentric with the cylinder have no effect outside the cylinder and the levitation forces remain the same as in the case of the Meissner state.  相似文献

The authors have found the acoustic levitation phenomenon where planar objects of 10 kg weight can be levitated near a vibration surface. This phenomenon has been studied for non-contact transportation. A circular planar object can be suspended without contacting a circular vibration plate. We have studied the holding force which acts horizontally on the levitated objects. The horizontal position of the object is stabilized by this force. In this paper, we discuss the effect of the radius of a levitated object, levitation distance, displacement amplitude of the vibration plate and the vibration mode on the suspending force.  相似文献

本文通过在新固相源中添加Ni2O3的方法, 采用顶部籽晶熔渗生长工艺(TSIG)制备出组分为(1-x) (Gd2O3+1.2BaCuO2)+x Ni2O3、直径为20 mm的单畴GdBCO 超导块材(其中x = 0, 0.02, 0.06, 0.10, 0.14, 0.18, 0.30, 0.50 wt%), 并研究了Ni2O3的掺杂量x对样品的表面生长形貌、微观结构、临界温度Tc、磁悬浮力以及俘获磁通密度的影响. 研究结果表明, 当Ni2O3的掺杂量x在0–0.50 wt%的范围内时, 均可制备出单畴性良好的样品, 且Ni2O3的掺杂对样品中Gd211粒子的分布和粒径没有明显的影响. 在Ni2O3的掺杂量x从0增加到0.50 wt%的过程中, 样品的临界温度Tc呈现下降的趋势, 从x=0时的92.5 K下降到x=0.50 wt%时的86.5 K, 这是由于Ni3 +替代GdBCO晶体中Cu2 +所致; 样品磁悬浮力和俘获磁通密度均呈现先增大后减小的变化规律, x=0.14 wt%时, 磁悬浮力达到最大值34.2 N, x=0.10 wt%时, 俘获磁通密度达到最大值0.354 T. 样品磁悬浮力和俘获磁通密度的变化规律与Ni2O3的掺杂量x有密切关系, 只有当掺杂量x合适时, Ni3+对Cu2 +的替代既不会造成Tc的明显下降, 但又能产生适量的Ni3 +/Cu2+ 晶格畸变, 从而达到提高样品磁通钉扎能力和超导性能的效果.  相似文献
