A new reagent, 7-(4,5-dimethylthiazolyl-2-azo)-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid, has been examined to evaluate its usefulness as a spectrophotometric reagent for thallium(III). A purple-red complex is formed in aqueous solution at pH 4-5 in the presence of cetylpyridinium chloride and the stoichimetric ratio is 1:2 (Tl:reagent). The apparent stability constant is 1.5 x 10(11). The effect of diverse ions has been studied and a method for determining trace amounts of thallium is proposed.  相似文献

A new pyridylazo reagent, 5-(5-nitro-2-pyridylazo)-2,4-diaminotoluene (5-NO(2)-PADAT) has been synthesized, and found to be a good chromogenic reagent for palladium. In sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid palladium reacts with 5-NO(2)-PADAT to form a 1:1 chelate, exhibiting an absorption maximum at 592 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.25 x 10(5) l(-1) mol(-1) cm(-1). Beer's law was obeyed in the range 0-0.9 microg ml(-1) Pd. Relatively large amounts of co-existing elements, including all other noble metals, can be tolerated. The method is simple and rapid, with high sensitivity and good selectivity and was applied to the determination of palladium in some industrial samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The uranyl ion forms only 1:1 chelates with 4-(2-thiazolylazo) resorcinol (TAR) in solution, UO(2)(TAR)H(+) being formed below pH 3 and UOS(TAR) above pH 3-5. The latter complex may also be precipitated at pH > 3. The quantitative formation of UO(2)(TAR) at pH 7.5-7.8 in solutions containing a small excess of reagent and some triethanolamine as buffer can be used for the sensitive spectrophotometric determination of uranium. Several interfering ions can be masked with a mixture of sodium fluoride, cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid and 5-sulphosalicylic acid. TAR is slightly less sensitive than 4-(2-pyridylazo)resorcinol as a reagent for uranium but is more selective.  相似文献

The optimum conditions for the extractive-spectrophotometric determination of trace iron(II) with di-2-pyridylmethanone 2-(5-nitro)pyridylhydrazone have been established. Iron(II) reacts with this reagent at pH 2.0-7.5 to form an uncharged 1:2 (metal-to-ligand) complex, which can be extracted with toluene. Beer's law is obeyed over the range up to 0.84 mug/ml of iron(II) at 505 nm. The molar absorptivity of the extracted species is 5.83 x 10(4) 1.mole(-1).cm(-1). The proposed method is extremely sensitive and reproducible, and has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of total iron in freshwater samples by adding ascorbic acid to reduce iron(III).  相似文献

An extraction-spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of traces of iron(II) with 2-[2-(3,5-dibromopyridyl)azo]-5-diethyl-aminobenzoic acid. The reagent forms a stable and blue 12 iron/reagent complex that can be extracted into chloroform. The apparent molar absorptivity of the iron(II) complex is 1.09 × 105 1 mol–1 cm–1 at 624 nm in chloroform. The reagent is relatively selective; interferences from cobalt, copper, nickel and vanadium can be removed by using dimethylglyoxime and EDTA. The method is applied to the determination of iron (II) in sea water and aluminium alloys with good precision and accuracy.  相似文献

(S)-2-氨基-1,1-二苯基-1-丙醇是一种合成多种手性助剂的重要中间体,也用于外消旋屈昔多巴前体化合物的拆分。从价廉易得的L-丙氨酸出发,通过四步反应制得,总收率55.6%L-丙氨酸经甲酯化,苄氧羰基保护制得的L-2-苄羰基氨基丙酸甲酯与苯基溴化镁反应制得(S)-2-苄氧羰基氨基-1,1-二苯基-1-丙醇。是在5%Pd/C催化加氢下脱除苄氧羰基得到标题化合物。该制备方法涉及的中间体及目标化合物易于纯化,总收率高且重现性好。我们用制得的氨基醇能成功地拆分外消旋苏式屈昔多巴前体化合物3-3,4-二苄氧苯基)-N-苄氧羰基丙氨酸。  相似文献

2-[4-(1-Oxo-2-isoindolinyl)phenyl]propanoic acid ( 1 ) having a potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity could be obtained by three methods, which were found to provide extremely useful ways for the synthesis of 1 from the industrial point of view. (E)- and (Z)-Isomers of 2-butenoic acid and oxiranecarboxylic acid derivatives as the intermedaites in the synthesis of 1 were separated and characterized. Furthermore, the optical resolution of (±)-2-[4-(1-oxo-2-isoindolinyl)phenyl]propanoic acid was successfully achieved using cinchonidine as a resolution reagent.  相似文献

1-Hydroxy-4-sulpho-2-naphthoic acid (H(3)L) is proposed as a spectrophotometric reagent for determination of iron. It gives a red-brown chelate, FeL(6-)(3), with lambda(max) 500-520 nm at pH 8 ( = 3.3 x 10(3) l. mole(-1). cm(-1)). In this wavelength region the reagent has no absorption. Most common cations and oxo-anions do not interfere. In the determination of iron in polymetallic iron ores and aluminium alloys the relative error and relative standard deviation of the method were found to be better than 1 and 0.5%, respectively. 1-Hydroxy-4-sulpho-2-naphthoic acid seems to be a more sensitive and accurate reagent for iron than 5-sulphosalicylic acid, and the number of interfering ions is smaller than in the 1,10-phenanthroline or thiocyanate methods.  相似文献

目前,一些性能优良的光度显色剂水溶性较差,一般需用有毒性的有机溶剂进行萃取光度测定。因此,改造老试剂,寻求可溶性的无毒新试剂对分析化学是有意义的。Ohshita等人[1]通过2-氨基吡啶重氮化与β-萘酚磺酸偶联合成了1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚-磺酸(简称PAN-S),合成步骤繁琐,提纯困难,产率低。张孙玮等曾用PAN直接磺化来制备PAN-S,但由于磺化后用氢氧化钠处理,未能得到纯品。我们发现,将磺化后的溶液倾入适量的水中,就能析出PAN-S。该法具有制备简单、易得纯品、成本低等特点。本文报导PAN-S的制备和性质及其与金属离子的反应。  相似文献

Palladium(II) extraction from nitric acid solutions with 1-{[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl}-1H-1,2,4-triazole in toluene is studied. The reagent efficiently extracts palladium(II) from 0.2–6 M HNO3 by a coordination mechanism yielding the complex Pd2(NO3)4 S 3 in the organic phase. The reagent can be used for selective separation of palladium(II) from nickel(II), copper(II), and iron(III) in the specified aqueous phase acidity range.  相似文献

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。  相似文献

In slightly acid solutions Cu(II) and 4-(3,5-dichloro-2-pyridylazo)-1,3-diaminobenzene (3,5-C12PADAB) form a red-purple complex( = 5.0 x 10(4)1.mole(-). cm(-1) at 547 nm). The complex is readily broken by EDTA, with a sharp change of colour to the yellow of the free reagent (Deltalambda(max) = 110 nm at pH 3.5). This colour contrast and the reversibility of the formation reaction, together with the solubility of the complex in water, make the pyridylazo reagent useful as a metallochromic indicator for copper titration, at pH 2.7-5.5. The Cu(II)-3,5-C12PADAB indicator system has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of sulphur in cast iron, "useful oxides" (Al(2)O(3) + Fe(2)O(3)) in samples of commercial aluminium sulphate, and total phosphorus in a synthetic mixed fertilizer.  相似文献

Copper(II) extraction with 1-“[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl”-1H-1,2,4-triazole in toluene from hydrochloric acid solutions is studied. It is shown that copper(II) is most efficiently extracted with this reagent from 3–5 M HCl solutions. For aqueous acidity of 3 mol/L HCl, the extraction is an exothermal process and follows the coordination mechanism. The anion-exchange extraction mechanism predominates where HCl concentrations is greater than 6 mol/L. The studied reagent can be used for the selective separation of copper(II) from nickel(II) and cobalt(II) at aqueous acidities of up to 4 mol/L HCl.  相似文献

Despite that triazene reagents have been widely used for spectrophotometric determinations of cationic surfactants, the mechanism underlying such applications has yet to be studied. We report the synthesis of a new triazene reagent 5-methyl-2-[3-(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)triazenyl]benzenesulfonic acid (MPTTBSA) and its interaction with N-cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC). The reagent was synthesized by coupling 4-methyl-2-sulfobenzenediazonium salt with 2-amino-4-phenylthiazole. Spectral evidence suggests that the neutral reagent (H(2)R) exists in a triazenium sulfonate zwitterion form. Two ionizations were detected at weak acidic (H(2)R/HR(-), pK(a1) 2.71+/-0.20) and alkaline pH (HR(-)/R(2-), pK(a2) ca. 13.5), respectively. In the presence of 3.5 equivalents of CPC, a 2.71 unit decrease in pK(a1) and a 3.0 unit decrease in pK(a2) were observed. While the optical properties of H(2)R are essentially unaffected, CPC causes a 53nm red shift and a 31nm red shift in maximum absorption wavelengths (lambda(max)), and a 24% increase and a 29% increase in extinction coefficients (epsilon) of HR(-) and R(2-), respectively. These data suggest that CPC forms ion associates with HR(-) and R(2-), but its interaction with H(2)R is weak. Associations of CPC with HR(-) and R(2-) both follow a 3:1 stoichiometry, and the apparent stability constants of the two associates were estimated as 6.02x10(18) and 2.42x10(22)M(-3), respectively. Consistent with their high stability constants, the two ion associates did not show any changes in optical properties under submicellar and micellar conditions. The strict 3:1 association stoichiometry was interpreted in terms of electrostatic-induced, topology-defined pi-stacking and hydrophobic interactions, which not only change the optical properties of the reagent anions, but also provide the driving force to shift the two ionization equilibria to the right and cause the decreases in pK(a). Compared to the first ionization, perturbation of the second ionization by CPC provides a color reaction that is more sensitive and has a better color contrast, which was used to develop a new protocol for spectrophotometric determination of CPC. This is the first mechanistic study on the interaction between a triazene reagent and a cationic surfactant.  相似文献

The acid dissociation constants of 4-(2'-thiazolylazo)-resorcinol (TAR) and the formation constants of the metal complexes formed by this reagent with Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Zn(II) and Mn(II) have been determined potentiometrically at 25° in 50% v/v mixtures of dioxane and water. The values obtained for TAR and the metal complexes are contrasted with similar values for the reagent 4-(2'-pyridylazo)-resorcinol (PAR). Differences and similarities between the co-ordinating tendencies of these two reagents are revealed in terms of the proton displacement constant and the acid dissociation constants of the metal complexes. Evidence is presented which suggests that both TAR and PAR may act as terdentate ligands toward some bivalent metal ions.  相似文献

The apparent molar absorptivity of the zinc(II) complex is 1.26 × 105 l mol?1 cm?1 at 610 nm in chloroform. The reagent is relatively selective; interferences from cobalt, copper and nickel can be masked with dimethylglyoxime and aluminium and iron with a mixture of sodium fluoride and triethanolamine. 报道了8-喹啉偶氮显色剂2-(8-喹啉偶氮)-5-二羧甲氨基苯甲酸(QADCB)的合成、提纯与鉴定,研究了其与Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)的显色反应,对QADCB与Co(Ⅱ)的显色反应作了研究。在pH5.9的缓冲体系中,试剂与Co(Ⅱ)形成棕红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于650nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.2×104L.mol-1.cm-1,钴量在0~20μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。方法简便、快速,选择性较好,已用于纯铜、维生素B12中微量钴的测定,结果满意。  相似文献
