The self-assembled guanosine (G 1)-based hexadecamers and isoguanosine (isoG 2)-based decamers are excellent 226Ra2+ selective ionophores even in the presence of excess alkali (Na+, K+, Rb+, and Cs+) and alkaline earth (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, and Ba2+) cations over the pH range 3-11. G 1 requires additional picrate anions to provide a neutral assembly, whereas the isoG 2 assembly extracts 226Ra2+ cations without any such additives. Both G 1-picrate and isoG 2 assemblies show 226Ra2+ extraction even at a 0.35 x 10(6) fold excess of Na+, K+, Rb+, Cs+, Mg2+, or Ca2+ (10(-2) M) to 226Ra2+ (2.9 x 10(-8) M) and at a 100-fold salt to ionophore excess. In the case of the G 1-picrate assembly, more competition was observed from Sr2+ and Ba2+, as extraction of 226Ra2+ ceased at an M2+/226Ra2+ ratio of 10(6) and 10(4), respectively. With the isoG 2 assembly, 226Ra2+ extraction also occurred at a Sr2+/226Ra2+ ratio of 10(6) but ceased at a 10(6) excess of Ba2+. The results clearly demonstrate the power of molecular self-assembly for the construction of highly selective ionophores.  相似文献

Interactions between metal ions and amino acids are common both in solution and in the gas phase. Here, the effect of metal ions and water on the structure of glycine is examined. The effect of metal ions (Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) and water on structures of Gly.Mn+(H2O)m and GlyZwitt.Mn+(H2O)m (m = 0, 2, 5) complexes have been determined theoretically by employing the hybrid B3LYP exchange-correlation functional and using extended basis sets. Selected calculations were carried out also by means of CBS-QB3 model chemistry. The interaction enthalpies, entropies, and Gibbs energies of eight complexes Gly.Mn+ (Mn+ = Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) were determined at the B3LYP density functional level of theory. The computed Gibbs energies DeltaG degrees are negative and span a rather broad energy interval (from -90 to -1100 kJ mol(-1)), meaning that the ions studied form strong complexes. The largest interaction Gibbs energy (-1076 kJ mol(-1)) was computed for the NiGly2+ complex. Calculations of the molecular structure and relative stability of the Gly.Mn+(H2O)m and GlyZwitt.Mn+(H2O)m (Mn+ = Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+; m = 0, 2, and 5) systems indicate that in the complexes with monovalent metal cations the most stable species are the NO coordinated metal cations in non-zwitterionic glycine. Divalent cations Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ prefer coordination via the OO bifurcated bonds of the zwitterionic glycine. Stepwise addition of two and five water molecules leads to considerable changes in the relative stability of the hydrated species. Addition of two water molecules at the metal ion in both Gly.Mn+ and GlyZwitt.Mn+ complexes reduces the relative stability of metallic complexes of glycine. For Mn+ = Li+ or Na+, the addition of five water molecules does not change the relative order of stability. In the Gly.K+ complex, the solvation shell of water molecules around K+ ion has, because of the larger size of the potassium cation, a different structure with a reduced number of hydrogen-bonded contacts. This results in a net preference (by 10.3 kJ mol(-1)) of the GlyZwitt.K+H2O5 system. Addition of five water molecules to the glycine complexes containing divalent cations Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ results in a net preference for non-zwitterionic glycine species. The computed relative Gibbs energies are quite high (-10 to -38 kJ mol(-1)), and the NO coordination is preferred in the Gly.Mn+(H2O)5 (Mn+ = Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) complexes over the OO coordination.  相似文献

本文报道了一种合成硫杂冠醚聚合物的新方法。以聚(2′-氯乙基-2,3-环硫丙基醚)为预聚物与二巯基化合物通过大分子反应直接环化,一步法合成了四种以聚硫醚为主链的新型硫杂冠醚聚合物(PD1-PD4)。并测定了它们对Ag~+、Au~(3+)、Pd~(2+)、Pt~(4+)、Cu~(2+)、Hg~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Cd~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、K~+、Ns~+等金属离子的络合性能。结果表明:它们除不络合K~+、Na~+、Mg~(2+)、Pb~(2+)外,对其它八种离子有不同程度的络合,其中对Ag~+、Au~(3+)、Pd~(2+)等贵金属离子的络合容量较高。  相似文献

A new rhodamine-derived Schiff base (RS) was synthesized and its sensing property to metal ions was investigated by UV/vis and fluorescence spectroscopies. Addition of Hg2+ ions to the aqueous solution of RS gave a visual color change as well as significantly fluorescent enhancement, while other ions including Pb2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Co3+, Ni2+, Ca2+, Mg2+, K+ and Na+ ions did not induce any distinct color/spectral changes, which constituted a Hg2+-selective fluorescent OFF-ON chemosensor. The Hg2+-induced ring-opening of spirolactam of rhodamine in RS resulted in the dual chromo- and fluorogenic observation.  相似文献

以聚氯乙烯为大分子骨架,经三乙烯四胺胺化,再与二硫化碳和乙醇钠反应,得到的二硫代氨基羧酸盐改性聚氯乙烯树脂(PV-NS)进一步与氯乙酸钠反应,合成了一种同时舍N,S,O的羧甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯改性聚氯乙烯树脂(PV-NSO).合成树脂的功能基结构经红外和元素分析确认.对合成树脂的吸附性能研究表明,合成树脂对Ag+、Hg2+、Au<'3+>、Pb2+离子的吸附容量在实验条件下分别达2.058mmol/g、1.514mmol/g,1.125mmol/g和0.415mmol/g,而对Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Mg2+等离子的吸附容量很小,甚至不吸附.树脂的选择性吸附表明,树脂对Ag+的吸附选择性较好,在有Hg2+、Pb2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Cu2+或Mg2+共存时,树脂对Ag+的选择性吸附系数分别达4.74、17.33,12.98、∞、7.60和74.14.合成树脂在极性溶剂中的溶胀性能均比在非极性溶剂中好.  相似文献

A new method of simultaneous determination of Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ is proposed here by using the second-derivative spectrophotometry method. In pH=10.35 Borax-NaOH buffer, using meso-tetra (3-methoxyl-4-hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin ([T-(3-MO-4-HP)P]) as chromomeric reagent, micelle solution was formed after Tween-80 surfactant was added into the solution containing Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ ions. The original absorption spectrum of the above complexes was obtained after heating in the boiling water for 25 min. The second-derivative absorption peaks of five metal-porphyrin complexes can be separated from the original absorption spectrum by using chemometric tool. In this way, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ ions can be determined simultaneously. Under the optimal conditions, the linear ranges of the calibration curve were 0-0.60, 0-0.60, 0-0.40, 0-0.80 and 0-0.48 μg mL(-1) for Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+, respectively. The molar absorptivity of these color systems were 1.38×10(5), 1.01×10(5), 3.24×10(5), 1.07×10(5) and 1.29×10(5)Lmol(-1)cm(-1). The method developed in this paper has advantages in selectivity, sensitivity, operation and can effectively resolve spectra overlapping problem. This method has been applied to determine the real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

 研究了低压离子 (LPIC)分离 柱后鲁米诺化学发光 (CL)检测方法 ,并分离测定了Cu2 + ,Co2 + ,Cr3 + ,Fe2 + ,Mn2 + 等 5种过渡金属离子。以草酸 柠檬酸混合溶液作为洗脱液 ,Luminol H2 O2 Mn + 作为化学发光检测体系 ,对过渡金属离子进行在线检测。测定的线性范围分别为 (mg·L-1) :Co2 + ,0 0 0 1~ 0 .1;Cu2 + ,0 1~ 6 ;Mn2 + ,0 0 6~ 4 ;Fe2 + ,0 0 3~ 5 ;Cr3 + ,0 0 2 5~ 1。检测限分别为 (μg·L-1) :Co2 + ,0 85 ;Cu2 + ,85 ;Mn2 + ,4 2 ;Fe2 + ,2 1;Cr3 + ,2 0。  相似文献

合成了罗丹明类Cu2+荧光增强型分子探针3',6'-双(二乙氨基)-2-(N-乙叉基氨基)螺[异吲哚-1,9'-占吨]-3-酮(RA),并研究了它的光谱性能及对铜离子的识别作用.在乙腈/水(体积比1/1)的介质中,当加入Cu2+后探针RA显玫瑰红色,最大吸收波长为548 nm,最大发射波长为571 nm,且荧光强度显著增强,但是,其它常见离子如Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Mn2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Ag+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Fe3+, Hg2+不引起或引起很小的紫外/可见或荧光光谱变化.RA的选择性荧光增强主要是由于Cu2+诱导分子中的酰胺闭环结构发生开环,导致分子结构的共轭程度增大.在6.5×10-8~2.9×10-6 mol?L-1范围内RA可以有效检测Cu2+,检测限为5.0×10-8 mol?L-1.RA对Cu2+的识别不可逆,而且探针RA对pH值不敏感,可以在比较宽的范围内(pH=4.1~10.5)高灵敏、高选择性检测Cu2+.  相似文献

A novel tren-based tripodal chemosensor 1 bearing a rhodamine and two tosyl groups was synthesized and its sensing behavior toward metal ions was investigated by UV/vis and fluorescence spectroscopies. Addition of a Hg2+ ion to a CH3CN solution of 1 gave a visual color change as well as significantly enhanced fluorescence, while other ions including Pb2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Ca2+, Ba2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Mg2+, Ag+, Cs+, Li+, and Na+ induced no or much smaller color/spectral changes, which constituted a Hg2+-selective fluorescent chemosensor (OFF-ON).  相似文献

The detection of alkali, alkaline earth and heavy metal ions with a high-voltage capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detector (HV-C(4)D) was investigated. Eight alkali, alkaline earth metal ions and ammonium could be separated in less than 4 min with detection limits in the order of 5 x 10(-8) M. The heavy metals Mn2+, Pb2+, Cd2+ Fe2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Cu2+ and Ni2+ could also be successfully resolved with a 10 mM 2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid/DL-histidine (MES/His)-buffer. Zn2+, Co2+, Cu2+ and Ni2+ showed an indirect response. The detection limits for the heavy metals were determined to range from about 1 to 5 microM.  相似文献

On-column complexation of metal ions with 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate (2,6-PDC) to form anionic complexes enabled their separation by capillary zone electrophoresis with direct UV detection at 214 nm. Nine metal ions, Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Cd2+ Mn2+, Pb2+, Fe3+, Al3+ and Ca2+, were determined in less than 7 min using 10 mM 2.6-PDC solution containing 0.75 mM tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide at pH 4.0. Satisfactory working ranges (20-300 microM), detection limits (3-10 microM) and good repeatability of the peak areas (RSD 2.1-4.2%, n=5) were obtained using hydrodynamic injection (30 s). The proposed method was used successfully for the determination of Mn2+, Fe3+, Al3+ and Ca2+ in groundwaters.  相似文献

The room-temperature reactions of nitric oxide with 46 atomic cations have been surveyed systematically across and down the periodic table using an inductively-coupled plasma/selected-ion flow tube (ICP/SIFT) tandem mass spectrometer. Rate coefficients and product distributions were measured for the reactions of first-row cations from K+ to Se+, of second-row cations from Rb+ to Te+ (excluding Tc+), and of third-row cations from Cs+ to Bi+. Reactions both first and second order in NO were identified. The observed bimolecular reactions were thermodynamically controlled. Efficient exothermic electron transfer was observed with Zn+, As+, Se+, Au+, and Hg+. Bimolecular O-atom transfer was observed with Sc+, Ti+, Y+, Zr+, Nb+, La+, Hf+, Ta+, and W+. Of the remaining 32 atomic ions, all but 8 react in novel termolecular reactions second order in NO to produce NO+ and the metal-nitrosyl molecule, the metal-monoxide cation and nitrous oxide, and/or the metal-nitrosyl cation. K+, Rb+, Cs+, Ga+, In+, Tl+, Pb+, and Bi+ are totally unreactive. Further reactions with NO produce the dioxide cations CaO2+, TiO2+, VO2+, CrO2+, SrO2+, ZrO2+, NbO2+, RuO2+, BaO2+, HfO2+, TaO2+, WO2+, ReO2+, and OsO2+ and the still higher order oxides WO3+, ReO3+, and ReO4+. NO ligation was observed in the formation of CaO+(NO), ScO+(NO), TiO+(NO), VO+(NO)(1-3), VO2+(NO)(1-3), SrO+(NO), SrO2+(NO)1,2, RuO+(NO)(1-3), RuO2+(NO)1,2, OsO+(NO)(1-3), and IrO+(NO). The reported reactivities for bare atomic ions provide a benchmark for reactivities of ligated atomic ions and point to possible second-order NO chemistry in biometallic and metal-surface environments leading to the conversion of NO to N2O and the production of metal-nitrosyl molecules.  相似文献

The reactions of 46 atomic-metal cations with CS2 have been investigated at room temperature using an inductively-coupled plasma/selected-ion flow tube (ICP/SIFT) tandem mass spectrometer. Rate coefficients and products were measured for the reactions of fourth-period atomic ions from K+ to Se+, of fifth-period atomic ions from Rb+ to Te+ (excluding Tc+), and of sixth-period atomic ions from Cs+ to Bi+. Primary reaction channels were observed leading to S-atom transfer, CS2 addition and, with Hg+, electron transfer. S-atom transfer appears to be thermodynamically controlled and occurs exclusively, and with unit efficiency, in the reactions with most early transition-metal cations (Sc+, Ti+, Y+, Zr+, Nb+, La+, Hf+, Ta+, and W+) and with several main-group cations (As+, Sb+) and less efficiently with Se+, Re+ and Os+. Other ions, including most late transition and main-group metal cations, react with CS2 with measurable rates mostly through CS2 addition or not at all (K+, Rb+, Cs+). Traces of excited states (< 10%) were seen from an inspection of the observed product ions to be involved in the reactions with Mo+, Te+, Ba+ and Au+ and possibly Pt+ and Ir+. The primary products YS+, ZrS+, NbS+, HfS+, TaS+, WS+, ReS+ and OsS+ react further by S-atom transfer to form MS2(+), and TaS2(+) reacts further to form TaS3(+). CS2 addition occurs with the cations MCS2(+), MS+, MS2(+), CS2(+), and TaS3(+) to form M+(CS2)(n) (n < or = 4), MS+(CS2)(n) (n < or = 4), MS2(+)(CS2)(n) (n < or = 3), (CS2)2(+) and TaS3(+)(CS2). Up to four CS2 molecules add sequentially to bare metal cations and monosulfide cations, and three to disulfide cations. Equilibrium constant measurements are reported that provide some insight into the standard free energy change for CS2 ligation. Periodic variations in deltaG degrees are as expected from the variation in electrostatic attraction, which follows the trend in atomic-ion size and the trend in repulsion between the orbitals of the atomic cations and the occupied orbitals of CS2.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A novel chemosensor based on semisquaraine dye (SSQ) for selective detection of Hg2+ is described. SSQ is obtained in quantitative yields from the reaction between squaric acid and 6-ethoxy-2-quinaldinium iodide. SSQ in combination with surfactant shows a dual chromogenic and fluorogenic response selectively toward Hg2+ as compared to Li+, Na+, K+, Ag+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, and Fe3+ due to the soft acid nature and size of the mercuric ion.  相似文献

New hydrophobic chiral macrocyclic ligands L1-L3 with chiral diamino and thiophene moieties have been synthesized by the Schiff base condensation approach. Protonation constants of L1 and L2 were determined by potentiometry titration. Metal-ion binding experiments exhibited that L1 and L3 are pronounced in selective recognition, Ag+, Cu2+ and Ca2+ ions among the surveyed metal ions (Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Pb2+, Ag+, Li+, Na+, K+, and Ca2+). L1 was found to spectroscopically detect the presence of Cu2+ and Ca2+ to function as a multiple readout sensor. The detection limit for Ca2+ ions was found to be 9.8 x 10(-5) M in CH2Cl2-MeOH solution. The trimeric chiral ligand L3 has been shown to be an efficient auxiliary in a Zn(II)-mediated enantioselective Henry reaction.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to study the binding of selected group II and divalent transition-metal ions by cyclo(Pro-Gly)3 (CPG3), a model ion carrier peptide. Metal salts (CatXn) were combined with the peptide (M) at a molar ratio of 1:10 M/Cat in aqueous solvents containing 50% vol/vol acetonitrile or methanol and 1 or 10 mM ammonium acetate (NH4Ac). Species detected include [M+H]+, [M+Cat-H]+, [M2+Cat]2+, [M+Cat+Ac]+, and [M+Cat+X]+. The relative stabilities of complexes formed with different cations (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) were determined from the abundance of 1:1 and 2:1 M/Cat species relative to that of the unbound peptide. The largest metal ions (Ca2+, Sr2+, and Mn2+) formed the most stable complexes. Reducing the buffer concentration increased the overall extent of metal binding. Results show that the binding specificity of CPG3 depends upon the size of the metal ion and its propensity for electrostatic interaction with oxygen atoms. Product ion tandem mass spectrometry of [M+H]+ and [M+Cu-H]+ confirmed the cyclic structure of the peptide, although the initial site(s) of metal attachment could not be determined.  相似文献

在B3LYP、HF和MP2水平上运用全电子从头算(AE)和相对论有效实势(RECP)及6-311+G**和LanL2DZ基组计算Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅱa和Ⅱb族金属离子与磷酸二甲酯阴离子(DMP-)的相互作用。 RECP用于除Li+、Be2+外所有的金属离子。 对Na+、K+、Cu+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Zn2+用AE和RECP 2种方法处理。 结果表明:RECP能可靠地用于重金属离子络合物; 二价金属离子络合物(DMP-—M2+)比一价金属离子络合物 (DMP-—M+)稳定;二价金属离子(M2+)可能比一价金属离子(M+)更易使多核苷酸折叠。  相似文献
