Aminopropyl-functionalized mesoporous silicas, NH2-MCM-41 and NH2-SBA-15, as absorbents were utilized for rapid extraction, preconcentration and determination of trace amounts of silver. Flow rates of sample and eluent, pH, eluent solution, type, concentration and the least amount of eluent for desorption of silver ions were optimized; moreover, break through volume and the effect of various cationic interferences on the sorption of silver were evaluated. The extraction efficiency of silver ions was greater than 95% for MCM-41-NH2 and 85% for SBA-15-NH2 and the limit of detection (LOD) was less than 4 ng mL?1 for both functionalized mesoporous silicas. The preconcentration factor was greater than 210 and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was <2%. The adsorption capacity of the mesoporous silicas is higher than 143 mg g?1 for NH2-MCM-41 and 137 mg g?1 for NH2-SBA-15. Under similar experimental conditions the results for these solid phases were compared with each other. NH2-SBA-15, in spite of larger pore size diameter and adsorption of silver ions in higher flow rates has lower recovery and a higher RSD compared to MCM-41. This method has been applied to determine silver in photographic emulsions and real samples.  相似文献

The activity and stability of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were investigated in a hydrophilic room temperature ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluroborate ([bmim][BF4]) by electrochemical methods. Although no detectable activity exhibited in anhydrous [bmim][BF4], HRP was active in the presence of a small amount of water (4.53%, v/v). And its activity can be improved by immobilization in agarose hydrogel. The immobilized HRP possesses excellent activity at 65 °C. It remained 80.2% of its initial activity after being immersed for 10.5 h in an aqueous mixture of [bmim][BF4] with some hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) under room temperature, implying extremely high stability. Moreover, the immobilized HRP was found to be very sensitive and stable in H2O-containing [bmim][BF4] for the detection of H2O2, with a wide linear range of 6.10 × 10−7 to 1.32 × 10−4 mol l−1 and low detection limit of 1.0 × 10−7 mol l−1.  相似文献

We described here an alternative method for the synthesis of 4-arylselanyl-7-chloroquinolines through reactions of 4,7-dichloroquinoline with organylselenols, generated in situ by the reaction of diorganyl diselenides with H3PO2 (50 wt% in H2O). These reactions proceeded efficiently at 60 °C under N2 atmosphere and are suitable to a range of diorganyl diselenides containing electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups, affording the corresponding 4-aryl-7-chloroquinolines in high yields. The synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity and our results demonstrated that the 7-chloro-4-[(4-fluorophenyl)selanyl]quinoline inhibited the AChE activity and improved memory in mice, making this compound is a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of Alzheimer disease and other neurodegenerative disorders.  相似文献

Thermodynamic properties of Mg(NH2)2 and LiNH2 were investigated by measurements of NH3 pressure-composition isotherms (PCI). Van’t Hoff plot of plateau pressures of PCI for decomposition of Mg(NH2)2 indicated the standard enthalpy and entropy change of the reactions were ΔH° = (120 ± 11) kJ · mol?1 (per unit amount of NH3) and ΔS° = (182 ± 19) J · mol?1 · K?1 for the reaction: Mg(NH2)2  MgNH + NH3, and ΔH° = 112 kJ · mol?1 and ΔSo = 157 J · mol?1 · K?1 for the reaction: MgNH  (1/3)Mg3N2 + (1/3)NH3. PCI measurements for formation of LiNH2 were carried out, and temperature dependence of plateau pressures indicated ΔH° = (?108 ± 15) kJ · mol?1 and ΔS° = (?143 ± 25) J · mol?1 · K?1 for the reaction: Li2NH + NH3  2LiNH2.  相似文献

Nitrogen doped carbon nanosheets supported molybdenum carbides nanoparticles (MoxC/NCS) have been synthesized by tuning the mass ratio of melamine and ammonia molybdate. The Mo2C/NCS-10 exhibits superior electrocatalytic performance and stability for HER, which was attributed to N-doped carbon nanosheets, small particle size, mesoporous structure, and large electrochemical active surface area.  相似文献

SnO prepared by soft chemistry exhibits a black color and semiconducting properties. The X-ray diffraction indicates a tetragonal symmetry (SG: P4/nmm) with nano crystallites of an average size of 85 nm. The forbidden band, determined from the diffuse reflectance is found to be 1.46 eV. The electrical conductivity occurs by polaron hopping and follows an Arrhenius type law with activation energy of 0.21 eV, the change in the slope at 526 K is attributed to the oxidation to SnO2. The photo-electrochemical study shows n type conduction with a flat band potential of ?0.45 V, close to the photocurrent onset potential (?0.40 V). The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy shows the bulk contribution of SnO (Rb = 1.7  cm2) and decreases down to 1.89  cm2 under illumination. The photocatalytic properties have been evaluated for the first time for to the oxygen evolution. The valence band, deriving from Sn2+: 5p orbital with a potential (?0.80 VSCE/5.55 eV), is suitably positioned with respect to O2/H2O level (~0.6 VSCE), leading to water oxidation under visible light. The best performance occurs at pH  7 with an oxygen liberation rate of 23 µmol mL h?1 (mg catalyst)?1 and a quantum efficiency of 1.2%. An improvement of ~13% is observed on the system SnO/clay.  相似文献

As one of the important industrial chemicals, hydrazine (N2H4) can be inhaled through the skin, leading to many serious health issues. In this paper, we constructed a novel turn-on fluorescent probe HBTM for N2H4 detection based on ESIPT and ICT mechanism by incorporating the methyl dicyanvinyl group to 2-(2′-hydroxylphenyl) benzothiazole (HBT) fluorophore. The probe showed the following advantages: high sensitivity with detection limit of 2.9 × 10?7 M, high selectivity over other related interfering species, wide linear range of 0–140 μM and pH value adaptation. Moreover, the probe could detect N2H4 on paper strips and image N2H4 in living cells.  相似文献

A decarboxylative coupling reaction with an alkynyl carboxylic acid and aryl iodides in the presence of a nickel catalyst was developed. When the reaction was conducted with NiCl2 (10 mol%), Xantphos (15 mol%), Mn (1.0 equiv), and Cs2CO3 (1.5 equiv), the desired diaryl alkynes were formed in moderated to good yields. Furthermore, this method does not produce the diyne, which is formed in the homocoupling of alkynyl carboxylic acids.  相似文献

By means of the hybrid exchange–correlation functionals, as it is implemented in the CRYSTAL computer code, ab initio calculations for main ABO3 perovskite (0 0 1) surfaces, namely SrTiO3, BaTiO3, PbTiO3, CaTiO3, SrZrO3, BaZrO3, PbZrO3 and CaZrO3, were performed. For ABO3 perovskite (0 0 1) surfaces, with a few exceptions, all atoms of the upper surface layer relax inward, all atoms of the second surface layer relax outward, and all third layer atoms, again, inward. The relaxation of (0 0 1) surface metal atoms for ABO3 perovskite upper two surface layers for both AO and BO2-terminations, in most cases, are considerably larger than that of oxygen atoms, what leads to a considerable rumpling of the outermost plane. The ABO3 perovskite (0 0 1) surface energies always are smaller than the (0 1 1) and especially (1 1 1) surface energies. The ABO3 perovskite AO and BO2-terminated (0 0 1) surface band gaps always are reduced with respect to the bulk values. The B–O chemical bond population in ABO3 perovskite bulk always are smaller than near the (0 0 1) and especially (0 1 1) surfaces.  相似文献

The apparent molar volumes and isentropic compressibility of glycine, l-alanine and l-serine in water and in aqueous solutions of (0.500 and 1.00) mol · kg?1 di-ammonium hydrogen citrate {(NH4)2HCit} and those of (NH4)2HCit in water have been obtained over the (288.15 to 313.15) K temperature range at 5 K intervals at atmospheric pressure from measurements of density and ultrasonic velocity. The apparent molar volume and isentropic compressibility values at infinite dilution of the investigated amino acids have been obtained and their variations with temperature and their transfer properties from water to aqueous solutions of (NH4)2HCit have also been obtained. The results have been interpreted in terms of the hydration of the amino acids. In the second part of this work, water activity measurements by the isopiestic method have been carried out on the aqueous solutions of {glycine + (NH4)2HCit}, {alanine + (NH4)2HCit}, and {serine + (NH4)2HCit} at T = 298.15 K at atmospheric pressure. From these measurements, values of vapour pressure, osmotic coefficient, activity coefficient and Gibbs free energy were obtained. The effect of the type of amino acids on the (vapour + liquid) equilibrium of the systems investigated has been studied. The experimental water activities have been correlated successfully with the segment-based local composition Wilson model. Furthermore, the thermodynamic behaviour of the ternary solutions investigated has been studied by using the semi-ideal hydration model and the linear concentration relations have been tested by comparing with the isopiestic measurements for the studied systems at T = 298.15 K.  相似文献

Tellurium (IV) complexes with pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate ligand were synthesized by slow evaporation from aqueous solutions yielding a new compound: [(C7H6NO4)2TeBr6·4H2O]. The structure of this compound was solved and refined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound is centrosymmetric P21/c (N°: 14) with the parameters a = 8.875(5) Å, b = 15.174(5) Å, c = 10.199(5) Å, β = 94.271° (5) and Z = 2. The structure consists of isolated H2O, isolated [TeBr6]2? octahedral anions and (pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) [C7H6NO4]+ cations. The stability of the structure was ensured by ionic and hydrogen bonding contacts (N–H?Br and O–H?Br) and Van-Der Walls interaction. The thermal decomposition of the compound was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The FTIR and Raman spectroscopy at different temperatures confirm the existence of vibrational modes that correspond to the organic, inorganic and water molecular groups. Additionally, the UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum was recorded in order to investigate the band gap nature. The measurements show that this compound exhibits a semiconducting behavior with an optical band gap of 2.66 eV.  相似文献

A simple highly sensitive and selective turn-on fluorescent chemosensor L based on bis-Schiff-base for Pb2+ ions was synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques. L having high binding affinity towards Pb2+ ions of 2.10 × 104 M?1 selectively detects Pb2+ ions with almost no interference among various competitive ions by a 11-fold fluorescent enhancement in CH3CN/H2O (95:5, v/v) solution over a wide pH range. Moreover, sensor L displayed a lower detection limit of 3.80 × 10?7 M, which is low enough for sensing sub-millimolar concentration of Pb2+ encountered practically.  相似文献

Gold nanorods (GNRs) were synthesized by a seed–mediated growth approach followed by TEOS polymerization leading to the formation of silica layer surrounding the gold nanorod core. TEM images showed that the silica-coated gold nanorods (GNRs@SiO2) were dispersed with an average aspect ratio of 3.1 for the GNRs cores and a uniform thickness of the silica shell. The core/shell nanocomposites were further used as efficient supports for the immobilization of hemoglobin (Hb) to fabricate a novel biosensor. The immobilized Hb showed an enhanced electron transfer for its heme Fe(III) to Fe(II) redox couple. This biosensor showed an excellent bioelectrocatalytic activity towards H2O2 with a linear range from 8.0 × 10−7 to 6.1 × 10−5 M, and the detection limit was 6.0 × 10−8 M at 3σ. The apparent Michaelis–Menten constant of the immobilized hemoglobin was calculated to be 0.13 mM.  相似文献

A novel thiophene attached anthracene (TA) based fluorescent compound was designed and synthesized. The TA showed a high quantum yield (Qy = 0.34) in regard to fluorescence. We applied this TA compound to detect specific metal compound and found that it could identify CuCl2 from other metals through dramatic fluorescence change at λmax = 460 nm. It showed strong quenching fluorescence property with CuCl2 while with other metal compounds it exhibited strong blue fluorescence emission. UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy clearly demonstrated that the quenching property of TA at λmax = 460 nm was due to overlapping of the fluorescence peak of TA at λmax = 460 nm and the absorption band of CuCl2 (from 190 nm to 525 nm). Binding constant (K′), which was 0.0895 mM?2, indicated a complexation ratio between TA and CuCl2 as 1:2 and this interaction induced quenching property.  相似文献
