A microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography method has been firstly used for the separation of the therapeutically important xanthones from Securidaca inappendiculata. The separation of the nine xanthones was systematically optimized with respect to pH, composition of microemulsion,addition of cyclodextrins, applied voltage and column temperature. Baseline separation was successfully achieved for the nine xanthones, which was also compared with that by micellar electrokinetic chromtography.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoresis (CE) method has been firstly used for the separation of the therapeutically important xanthones from Securidaca inappendiculata. Pharmaceutical salt formation is the most preferred and effective method to enhance the physicochemical properties of APIs. A novel method for the cation analysis was investigated.The analysis is based on the sparking of the salts of metals in a microwave oven after placing in a graphite cell.The graphite cell absorbs microwaves and produces high temperature which converts the salt into light emitting species.The colour of light was found to dependent on the nature of cation,however,the intensity of the emitted light was found to be depending upon the form and shape of the graphite assembly in addition to the concentration of the salt.This communication presents explanation for all these observations and for the systematic and quantitative analysis using microwave spark emission technique.  相似文献

Eight N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHC),generated in situ from their imidazolium salts,as ligands of palladium complexes were used for the catalytic coupling of iodobenzene with malononi-trile anion,It was found that 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-imidazolium chloride (IMesHCl)-Pd2(dba)3 catalytic system has the highest activity to obtain phenyl malononitrile among the imidazolium salts.The substituted iodoarenes reacted with malononitrile anions by using the catalytic system to give cross-coupling products in yields from 50% to 96%.  相似文献

A simple sensitive and economical method for the determination of labetalol hydrochloride has been proposed, based on the reaction of labetalol with sodium nitroprusside and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in sodium dihydrogen phosphate-sodium hydroxide buffer solution of pH 12. The green-blue color produced due to the formation of a nitroso derivative has been measured at 695 nm. The Beer's range was obeyed in the concentration range of 2-51 μg·mL^-1 with molar absorptivity of 0.48 × 10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Rigorous statistical analyses were performed for the validation of the method. A detailed investigation of the selectivity of the method has been done to find it to be highly selective for the determination of labetalol hydrochloride in the presence of its acidic degradation product and common excipients of formulations. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of labetalol hydrochloride in the laboratory prepared dosage forms. Comparison of the means of the proposed procedure with a reference method using point as well as interval hypotheses showed no statistically significant difference. The developed method was extended to investigate its applicability to biological samples.  相似文献

A method for quantitative measurement of the photochemical decomposition of the anti-inflammatory agent, indoprofen (INP) is descriped. An RPLC-based assay that could determine the extent of degradation of INP in a rapid, sensitive, and accurate manner was developed. The method was validated under photoirradiation. Quantitation was monitored with an Inertsil ODS-3V column using a mobile phase of acetonitril and 1% HOAc solution in deionized H2O. Statistics relevant to the system criteria, peak integrity and resolution among the parent drug and its degradation products were performed. From the intra- and inter-day tests, the coefficients of variation were found to range from 0.59% to 4.25% for the former and from 0.71% to 4.86% for the latter. The good selectivity and specificity of this RPLC-based procedure render it suitable for measurements of INP stability.  相似文献

A novel synthesis method of dipeptides containing glutamine is reported. Protected L-amino acids were prepared by using inexpensive phthaloyl as the protecting group. Then the phthaloyl-L-amino acids were condensed with glutamine salts by the mixed anhydride method to afford phthaloyl dipeptides. Subsequently, the phthaloyl was removed from the dipeptides with hydrazine hydrate. As a result, optically pure glutamine-containing dipeptides were obtained in good yields.  相似文献

SrCl2 was found to be the most efficient cocatalyst for the acidic hydrolysis of methyl glycosides after 26 kinds of most representative metal salts were screened. The SrCl2-cocatalyzed acidic hydrolysis of methyl glycosides is highlighted by short reaction times, less byproducts and high yields. A new method for synthesis of 3-azido-3-deoxyxylofuranoside was described. D-ribose was methylated, then treated with methanesulfonyl chloride to give Ⅱ.Ⅱ was selectively replaced by benzoate at the 5-position to give Ⅲ. All these processes gave good yields. Ⅲ was treated with sodium azide to afford Ⅳ, whose structure was determined by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.  相似文献

Wate-soluble polyether phosphites alkyl polyethylene glycol ophenylene phosphite(APGPPS)were alcoholysis of phosphorus chloride with plyoxyethylene alkyl ether.With appropriate HLB(hydrophile-lypophile balance),the phosphites possess clear cloud points below 100℃,Addition of some inorganic salts decreases cloud points of the phosphites.When the phosphiites have long polyether chain binding to short-chain alkyl group,their cloud points could be extrapolated from figure of dependece of cloud points on addition of inorganic salts.Utilizing octylpolyglycol-phenylene-phosphite(OPGPP)(APGPP,R:Octyl)/Rh complex formed in situ as catalyst,over 90% conversion of 1-decene was obtained ,avoiding the limitation of water insolubility of substrates.Preliminary results indicated that micellar catalysis and thermoregulated phase-transfer catalysis(TRPTC)coexist in the reaction system.Below cloud point,micellar catalysis induced by plyether phosphites may be existed.When temperature is increased to above cloud point of the phosphies,this reaction works mainly in TRPTC.The catalysts could be easily spearated by simple decantation,but followed by considerable loss in activity after three successive reaction runs.Preliminary results indicated hydrolysis of OPGPP happened during the reaction.which may explain for the bad loss in activity.The catalyst was reused up to seven times with-out clear decrease in activity when OPGPP/Rh ratio was increased to 50.  相似文献
