应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了EAST装置外杜瓦结构的三维有限元计算模型。在模态分析的基础上,根据《核电厂抗震设计规范》要求设计的地震响应谱作为输入条件,对EAST装置外杜瓦结构进行了地震响应分析计算。计算结果表明,地震动作用下EAST装置外杜瓦的位移和应力响应比较小。依据评判标准,EAST装置外杜瓦结构设计在地震动作用下能满足抗震设计强度要求,能保证装置的抗震安全。  相似文献

外真空杜瓦冷屏 (简称外冷屏 )是 EAST超导托卡马克核聚变装置的重要部件之一 ,它在处于室温下的外真空杜瓦与运行在 4 .5 K温度下的超导线圈之间形成了一道隔热的屏障 ,以保证装置能够稳定高效的运行。文中运用有限元分析软件 ANSYS对外冷屏封头、中筒、底座的传热情况做了计算与分析 ,以得到在氦气入口处压强为 5 .2 bar,温度为 80 K的情况下 ,外冷屏低温面板的详细设计方案  相似文献

对FAIR(Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research)收集环-CR(Collector Ring)二极超导磁体外杜瓦的超压泄放系统进行了概念设计,给出了爆破片式的泄放系统结构,并基于ANSYS的结构分析初步确定了爆破片的结构参数;以及通过ANSYS对波纹管和外杜瓦进行了结构分析,分析结果表明波纹管和外杜瓦在超压状态下安全。文中的设计和分析研究,为外杜瓦的工程设计提供了有益的参考。  相似文献

为了维持较低的液氦蒸发率,对液氦杜瓦的整体结构设计及漏热要求极高。本文建立了以蒸发冷氦气作为冷屏冷源的杜瓦的结构强度设计以及绝热系统设计方法,利用三维软件建模、仿真软件进行热传导、热固耦合仿真分析,对液氦杜瓦的结构强度、漏热进行了系统分析,实现了容积为4 000 L时漏热为1.37 W、日蒸发率为1.15%气冷屏结构的液氦杜瓦,为蒸发氦气为冷屏的大型液氦杜瓦提供了设计思路。  相似文献

根据高μ子源超导俘获线圈整体测试系统的要求,设计了μ子源超导俘获线圈测试杜瓦系统.包含液氦杜瓦、真空杜瓦及绝热冷屏,采用Solidworks软件对测试杜瓦系统进行3D建模.通过对绝热冷屏统进行了详细的传热学计算,绝热冷屏的可以满足μ子源超导俘获线圈测试过程的漏热需求;根据μ子源超导俘获线圈测试实际工况,对真空杜瓦和液氦杜瓦进行了Ansys有限元软件分析与校核,得到杜瓦详细的应力及变形结果,分析表明,测试杜瓦的设计较为合理,可以作为工程设计的理论计算依据  相似文献

EAST是一个全超导磁体系统的托卡马克实验装置,超导纵场和极向场磁体工作在4K温区下。在磁 体和其它发热部件之间布置有冷屏系统,以减少作用到所有低温冷质部件上的热载,将其保持在最低水平。该系 统包括真空室冷屏(内冷屏)和外真空杜瓦冷屏(外冷屏)两部分。在分析了冷屏低温运行时所受热应力以及等离 子体破裂时所受电磁载荷的基础上,运用大型有限元分析程序NASTRAN,对其不同载荷状况进行了数值计算,为其 结构设计与优化提供了理论依据。  相似文献

选择304LN 不锈钢作为冷屏的制作材料,将杜瓦冷屏分为16 个扇区,每个扇区由20 个子部分组成,在每一个子部分上布置相应的冷却管。选择液氦作为冷却剂。为检验杜瓦冷屏结构是否符合设计要求,分析了杜瓦冷屏的传热方式以及冷却原理,利用FLUENT 软件对设计的冷屏结构进行了热分析,得到了杜瓦冷屏面板的温度分布情况以及冷却管道进出口压力差。结果表明,杜瓦冷屏面板温度和冷却管道进出口压力差在合理范围内,验证了冷却管道布局的合理性,为后续杜瓦冷屏的设计提供了重要参考。  相似文献

对高温超导磁悬浮环形杜瓦进行了漏热分析。在杜瓦内部采用真空多层绝热结构,并在整个外表面包裹了玻璃微纤维深冷绝热纸,工艺简单,绝热效果良好。通过传热学理论分析和计算,得到杜瓦的漏热量及液氮的损耗量。结果表明,固体传导漏热为主要的漏热来源,液氮维持的时间能达到技术要求的10小时,整个杜瓦装置的绝热性能良好。  相似文献

EAST全超导托克马克聚变实验装置由16个D形环向场线圈和12个圆形极向场线圈组成,大半径1.7m,当环形场线圈励磁14.3kA时,中心场3.5T;±14.5kA极向场线圈可提供10Vs磁通量变化.连接这些超导磁体与13台独立电源和一台制冷机之间的低温和超导部件组成大型供电供冷馈线,在EAST装置外部的外馈线包括:两组超导母线;13对电流引线及其杜瓦;一个大的低温分配恒温器,内装有40多个低温控制阀,4.4K液氦槽,3.8K过冷槽,78K液氮槽和4台超临界氦循环泵;五条低温传输线.本文介绍外馈线的设计、安装和运行情况.  相似文献

Abstract

We have designed a mechanical coupling between a spectrometer and a cryostat which allows the use of a microoptical system placed at the entrance of the spectrometer. Micro-Raman investigations are performed with a membrane diamond anvil cell placed inside the cryostat. The capability of this setup is illustrated with results obtained on benzene at 10 K up to 33 GPa.  相似文献

A vertically loaded shaft cryostat based on a closed-cycle cryocooler built around a Sumitomo SRP-062B pulse tube has been developed. The cryostat is intended for investigating the structure and phase transformations of materials via neutron diffraction experiments on samples at pressures up to 10 GPa created in high-pressure chambers with sapphire and diamond an vils in the temperature range of 6—300 K. The cryostat has been tested with the help of the DISK diffractometer of the Russian Research Centre Kurchatov Institute. A high-pressure chamber is loaded into the cryostat through its shaft with the help of an insert. The chamber is cooled by heat-exchange gas (helium-4) an d a heat exchanger that is thermally connected with the cryocooler’s second stage. The minimum attained temperature of a sample is 6 K. The drift diameter of the shaft is 120 mm, making it possible to cool chambers with lengths up to 200 mm (in the vertical orientation) and 110 mm (in the horizontal orientation). The cryostat has been designed and manufactured at the Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.  相似文献

Eddy currents are inevitably induced when time-varying magnetic field gradients interact with the metallic structures of a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner. The secondary magnetic field produced by this induced current degrades the spatial and temporal performance of the primary field generated by the gradient coils. Although this undesired effect can be minimized by using actively and/or passively shielded gradient coils and current pre-emphasis techniques, a residual eddy current still remains in the MRI scanner structure. Accurate simulation of these eddy currents is important in the successful design of gradient coils and magnet cryostat vessels. Efficient methods for simulating eddy currents are currently restricted to cylindrical-symmetry. The approach presented in this paper divides thick conducting cylinders into thin layers (thinner than the skin depth) and expresses the current density on each as a Fourier series. The coupling between each mode of the Fourier series with every other is modeled with an inductive network method. In this way, the eddy currents induced in realistic cryostat surfaces by coils of arbitrary geometry can be simulated. The new method was validated by simulating a canonical problem and comparing the results against a commercially available software package. An accurate skin depth of 2.76 mm was calculated in 6 min with the new method. The currents induced by an actively shielded x-gradient coil were simulated assuming a finite length cylindrical cryostat consisting of three different conducting materials. Details of the temporal-spatial induced current diffusion process were simulated through all cryostat layers, which could not be efficiently simulated with any other method. With this data, all quantities that depend on the current density, such as the secondary magnetic field, are simply evaluated.  相似文献
