A sensor based on gold nanoparticle on the surface of L-cysteine modified gold electrode is prepared. Electrochemical behavior of dopamine hydrochloride is investigated. The linear relation between peak current of dopamine hydrochloride and scan speed in the range of 10 to 1000 mV s?1 indicates that a diffusion-adsorption controls the process. The linearity range is 1.05 × 10?5–7.38 × 10?4 M with detection limit of 1.05 × 10?6 M. The recoveries were in the range from 99.8 to 101.5% with relative standard deviations of 1.3 ~ 2.3% (n = 6). The modified electrode under ambient conditions over a period of 2 weeks has an excellent repeatability and reproducibility. 相似文献

Cytochrome c (Cyt c) was successfully immobilized on L-cysteine modified gold electrode by multicyclic voltammetry method. The electrochemical behavior of Cyt c on the L-cysteine modified electrode was explored. In 0.10 M, pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS), Cyt c showed a quasi-reversible electrochemical redox behavior with E(pc)=0.180 V, E(pa)=0.208 V (versus Ag/AgCl). The Cyt c/L-cysteine modified electrode gave an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of nitric oxide, and the catalysis currents were proportional to the nitric oxide concentration in the range of 7.0 x 10(-7) to 1.0 x 10(-5) M, the linear regression equation is I (microA)=-0.124-0.003 C(NO) (microM), with a correlation coefficient 0.996, The detection limit was 3.0 x 10(-7) M (times the ratio of signal to noise, S/N=3). 相似文献

Myoglobin (Mb) has been successfully immobilized on a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of L-cysteine (Cys) on a gold electrode, Au/Cys. The presence of a pair of well-defined and nearly reversible waves centered at ca. 0.086 V vs Ag/AgCl (pH 6.5) suggests that the native character of Mb heme Fe(III/II) redox couple has been obtained. The formal potential of Mb on Cys SAM exhibited pH-dependent variation in the pH range of 5-9 with a slope of 55 mV/pH, indicating that the electron transfer is accompanied by a single proton exchange. Thermodynamic and kinetic aspects of Mb adsorption processes on Au/Cys were studied by using voltammetric and quartz-crystal microbalance methods. The Au/Cys electrode with immobilized Mb exhibited electrocatalytic activity toward ascorbic acid (AA) oxidation with an overpotential decrease of over 400 mV and a linear dependence of current on the AA concentration from 0.5 to 5.0 mmol L(-1). 相似文献

The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of a penicillamine (PCA) self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode
were investigated. The electrode can enhance the electrochemical response of uric acid (UA), and the electrochemical reaction
of UA on the PCA electrode has been studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Some electrochemical
parameters, such as diffusion coefficient, standard rate constant, electron transfer coefficient and proton transfer number
have been determined for the electrochemical behavior on the PCA self-assembled monolayer electrode. The electrode reaction
of UA is an irreversible process, which is controlled by the diffusion of UA with two electrons and two protons transfer at
the PCA/Au electrode. In phosphate buffer (pH 5.0), the peak current is proportional to the concentration of UA in the range
of 6.0 × 10−5–7.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 and 2.0 × 10−5–7.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 for the cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry methods with the detection limits of 5.0 × 10−6 and 3.0 × 10−6 mol L−1, respectively. The method can be applied to determine UA concentration in real samples. 相似文献

The direct electrochemistry of xanthine oxidase (XOD) was accomplished at a gold electrode modified with single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). A pair of well-defined redox peaks was obtained for XOD with the reduction peak potential at -0.478 V and a peak potential separation of 28 mV at pH 7.0. Both FT-IR spectra and the dependence of the reduction peak current on the scan rate revealed that XOD adsorbed onto the SWNT surfaces. The redox wave corresponds to the redox center of the flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) of the XOD adsorbate. Compared to other types of carbonaceous electrode materials, the electron transfer rate of XOD redox reaction was greatly enhanced at the SWNT-modified electrode. The peak potential was shown to be pH dependent. Spectral methods verified that the attachment of XOD onto SWNTs does not perturb the XOD conformations drastically. 相似文献

报道了一种新的促进剂4,6-二甲基-2-巯基嘧啶(DMMP)对细胞色素c(Cyt.c) 电化反应的促进作用,用红外光谱和光电子能对DMMP 在金电极表面形成的单分子膜进行了表征.循环伏安实验表明Cyt.c在DMMP修饰微电极上能发生准可逆的电化学反应,异相电子传递速率常数K~5为6.6×10^-^3cm/s,对DMMP修饰膜的稳定性进行了考察;讨论了Cyt.c发生电化学反应的异相电子传递速率常数K~5受电极, 表面促进剂的修饰量以及空气中氧影响的机理. 相似文献

A pair of well-defined redox waves of myoglobin at a DL-homocysteine self-assembled gold electrode was achieved. Myoglobin can strongly bind to the homocysteine self-assembled gold electrode, so the Mb-Hcy self-assembled gold electrode was prepared and the standard rate constant (ks) of Mb was calculated as 9.3 x 10(-1) s(-1). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements demonstrated that Hcy monolayer was formed and Mb was bound to Hcy monolayer. 相似文献

采用自组装的方法制备了纳米银粒子修饰金电极,并运用循环伏安法、交流阻抗谱探讨了该电极的电化学特性.研究了高氯酸二茂铁在该修饰电极上的直接电化学行为.实验结果表明,高氯酸二茂铁在该修饰电极上具有良好的电流响应.用示差脉冲法测定高氯酸二茂铁,其氧化峰电流与浓度在4.0×10-6~5.0×10-4 mol/L范围呈良好线性关系,线性方程为:Ip(μA)=0.0236c(μmol/L)-0.0975,线性相关系数为0.9982,检出限为2.3×10-7 mol/L(信噪比为3). 相似文献

研究了亚甲基蓝(methylene blue,MB)聚合物膜修饰金电极(PMB/Au)的制备及其性质,通过电化学阻抗谱图对PMB/Au进行了表征,并对抗坏血酸(ascorbic acid,AA)在PMB/Au上的电化学行为进行了研究。结果表明,PMB/Au对AA的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,使AA的过电位降低约200 mV,氧化峰电流明显增大。测得AA在PMB/Au上的电荷转移系数为0.70,催化反应速率常数为5.99×103mol-1.L.s-1。用方波伏安法(Square Wave Voltammetry,SWV)测得氧化峰电流与AA浓度在2.0×10-5~6.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-5mol/L。将PMB/Au应用于Vc片剂和Vc注射液中AA的测定。 相似文献

建立了痕量多巴胺(DA)电化学分析方法.在pH 7.6的0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 0.1 mol/L KCl底液中,L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)自组装金电极对多巴胺有明显的电催化氧化作用,考察了该电极作为DA传感器的实验条件.结果表明:DA在L-Cys/Au电极上的氧化峰电流与多巴胺的浓度在一定范围内成线性关系,线性范围为6.7×10-5~4.6×10-3 mol/L,检出限为8.4×10-6 mol/L,平行测定8次,相对标准偏差为3.2%,用于盐酸多巴胺注射液中DA的测定,回收率为94%~96%. 相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor has been constructed by use of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) coated with a gold nanoparticle/choline (GNP/Ch). Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize the properties of this modified electrode. It was demonstrated that choline was covalently bounded on the surface of glassy carbon electrode, and deposited gold nanoparticles with average size of about 100 nm uniformly distributed on the surface of Ch. Moreover, the modified electrode exhibits strong electrochemical catalytic activity toward the oxidation of dopamine (DA), ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA) with obviously reduction of overpotentials. For the ternary mixture containing DA, AA and UA, these three compounds can be well separated from each other, allowing simultaneously determination of DA and UA under coexistence of AA. The proposed method can be applied to detect DA and UA in real samples with satisfactory results. 相似文献

Carboxylated single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) chemically assembled on gold substrate was employed as netlike electrode to investigate the charge-transfer process and electrode process kinetics using uric acid as an example. The electrochemical behavior of uric acid in carboxylated SWCNT system was investigated using cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and single potential time-based techniques. The properties of raw SWCNT electrode were also studied for comparison purpose. Uric acid has better electrochemical behavior whereas ascorbic acid has no effective reaction on the carboxylated SWCNT electrode. Cyclic voltammograms indicate that the assembled carboxylated SWCNT increases more active sites on electrode surface and slows down the electron transfer between the gold electrode and uric acid in solution. The charge-transfer coefficient (alpha) for uric acid and the rate constant (k) for the catalytic reaction were calculated as 0.52 and 0.43 s(-1), respectively. The diffusion coefficient of 0.5 mM uric acid was 7.5 x 10(-6) cm2 x s(-1). The results indicate that electrode process in the carboxylated SWCNT electrode system is governed by the surface adsorption-controlled electrochemical process. 相似文献

A poly-salicylic acid modified glassy-carbon electrode (PSAMGCE) was prepared by electro-polymerisation. The behaviour of copper on this electrode was investigated by anodic stripping voltammetry. The electrode is about 40 times more sensitive than the unmodified glassy-carbon electrode. It was applied to the determination of trace copper(II) in water, and shows a 96-106% recovery and a relative standard deviation of ca. 3%. 相似文献

L-arginine was electropolymerised on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) to form the biopolymer by free radical formation in the electro oxidation process of the amino and carboxylic group containing compound by cyclic voltammetric technique. The modified electrode shows an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of both dopamine (DA) and ascorbic acid (AA). It was demonstrated that the deposited biopolymer has positive charges over the bare carbon electrode surface, which leads to the formation of electrical double layer made the fast electron transfer process could leads to the diffusion of dopamine, ascorbic acid and uric acid on their charge gradient by cyclic voltammetric technique. The response of the sensor was tested towards the different dopamine concentration. The catalytic peak current obtained was linearly related to DA concentrations in the ranges of 5×10(-5) to 1×10(-4)M L(-1) with correlation co-efficient of 0.9924 which reveals the adsorption controlled process. The detection limit for dopamine was 5×10(-7)M L(-1). The interference studies showed that the modified electrode exhibits excellent selectivity in the presence of large excess of ascorbic acid (AA) and response is fast stable, reliable, resistant to biofouling and can be applied for the real sample analysis in medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological sectors. The adsorption-controlled process and kinetic parameters of the poly(L-arginine) were determined using electrochemical approaches. 相似文献

Phosphonic acid (--PO(3)H(2)) terminated self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on a gold surface were used as a functional interface to immobilize hemoglobin (Hb). In situ surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy (SEIRAS) measurements show that Hb immobilization is a sluggish process due to formation of multilayer Hb structures on the PO(3)H(2)-terminated SAMs, as revealed by ellipsometry, atomic force microscopy (AFM), and cyclic voltammetry (CV). In the multilayered Hb film, the innermost Hb molecules can directly exchange electrons with the electrode, whereas Hb beyond this layer communicates electronically with the electrode via protein-protein electron exchange. In addition, electrochemical measurements indicate that immobilization of Hb on the PO(3)H(2)-terminated SAMs is not driven by the electrostatic interaction, but likely by hydrogen-bonding interaction. The immobilized Hb molecules show excellent bioelectrocatalytic activity towards hydrogen peroxide, that is, the PO(3)H(2)-terminated SAMs are promising for construction of third-generation biosensors. 相似文献

A highly sensitive sensor based on Ni nanoparticles/poly (1,2-diaminoanthraquinone) modified electrode was fabricated at glassy carbon (GC) electrode (Ni/PDAAQ@GC ME) using cyclic voltammetry technique. The incorporation of nickel (II) ions nanoparticles (Ni NPs) followed by anodic polarization process was achieved. Surface morphologies of both PDAAQ@GC ME and Ni/PDAAQ@GC MEs were studied by scanning electron microscope. Ni/PDAAQ@GC ME was tested for simultaneous determination of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) by square wave voltammetry technique. The ME showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward electrooxidation of these biomolecules in their single, binary and ternary systems in alkaline 0.1 M NaOH solutions. Experiment revealed that the low detection limits (LOD) for AA, DA and UA were 0.11, 0.072 and 1.2 µM in single system, respectively, and 0.069, 0.29 and 0.12 µM in ternary system, respectively. 相似文献

用电沉积方法制备了纳米铜修饰电极并将其用于混合溶液中多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸的同时测定。在优化的实验条件下,修饰电极对多巴胺和抗坏血酸具有良好的电催化响应,多巴胺的峰电流与浓度在8.0×10-7mol/L~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内成很好的线性关系,抗坏血酸的氧化峰电流与其浓度在8.0×10-6mol/L~1.0×10-3mol/L的范围成良好的线性关系。该修饰电极制备简单、稳定性好,用于样品检测,效果良好。 相似文献
