A new strategy for the preparation of a DNA-modified carbon paste electrode is developed. It is found that the anodic response of mifepristone is greatly enhanced at the dsDNA-modified carbon paste electrode comparing with that obtained at the bare electrode, while the response at a ssDNA-modified electrode is similar to bare electrode. So the dsDNA-modified electrode is employed as a sensitive biosensor for the detection of mifepristone. A linear dependence of the peak currents on the concentration is observed in the range 2.0 x 10(-7) approximately 2.0 x 10(6) mol/L, with a detection limit of 1.0 x 10(-7) mol/L. The relative standard deviation is 4.3% for six successive determinations of 1.0 x 10(6) mol/L mifepristone. The determination of mifepristone tablets is carried out and satisfactory results are obtained. 相似文献

By use of a laser diode as a pump source, a self-Q-switched laser from a Cr, Nd:YAG crystal is demonstrated. The output Q-switched traces are very stable, the threshold pump power is 3.5 W, the pulse duration is 50 ns, and the slope efficiency is as high as 20%. In addition, the pulse width remains constant while the pulse repetition rate varies with pump power. 相似文献

Various two-dimensional (2D) NMR techniques are reported on a bent-core mesogen 4,6-dichloro-1,3-phenylenebis[4'-(9-decenyloxy)-1,1'-biphenyl] carboxylate in its nematic and solid phases in order to unambiguously assign its carbon-13 NMR spectrum. The (13)C chemical shifts from the molecular core were studied as a function of temperature to extract its molecular geometry and orientational order tensor. To this end, the chemical shift anisotropy tensors of some carbon sites were measured in the solid state of this mesogen using a recent method called the separation of undistorted powder patterns by effortless recoupling (SUPER). The average bending angle subtended by the two arms of the bent-core structure is determined to be 148.7 degrees. The C-H dipolar couplings obtained from the separated local field (SLF) experiment for the aromatic rings are used to find the local order parameter tensors. 相似文献

Non-equilibrium molecular dynamic (NEMD) simulations have been used to study heat and mass transfer across a vapor-liquid interface for a one-component system using a Lennard-Jones spline potential. It was confirmed that the relation between the surface tension and the surface temperature in the non-equilibrium system was the same as in equilibrium (local equilibrium). Interfacial transfer coefficients were evaluated for the surface, which expressed the heat and mass fluxes in temperature and chemical potential differences across the interfacial region (film). In this analysis it was assumed that the Onsager reciprocal relations were valid. In this paper we extend the number of simulations such that we can calculate all four interface film transfer coefficients along the whole liquid-vapor coexistence curve. We do this analysis both for the case where we use the measurable heat flux on the vapor side and for the case where we use the measurable heat flux on the liquid side. The most important result we found is that the coupling coefficients within the accuracy of the calculation are equal. This is the first verification of the validity of the Onsager relations for transport through a surface using molecular dynamics. The interfacial film transfer coefficients are found to be a function of the surface temperature alone. New expressions are given for the kinetic theory values of these coefficients which only depend on the surface temperature. The NEMD values were found to be in good agreement with these expressions. 相似文献

We report to our knowledge a diode-pumped passively mode-locked Yb:CaNb(2)O(6) (Yb:CN) laser for the first time. Both CW and passive mode-locking operation of the laser are experimentally investigated. A maximum CW output power of 1.4 W with a slope efficiency of 20% is obtained on a 7 mm long 1.5 at.% Yb:CN crystal, while stable passive mode-locking with a commercial semiconductor saturable absorption mirror (SESAM) was achieved on a 3 mm long 3 at.% Yb:CN crystal. The mode-locked pulses have pulse width of 251 fs and an average output power of 44 mW at 1038 nm. 相似文献

Combinatorial organic synthesis (combinatorial chemistry or CC) and ultrahigh-throughput screening (UHTS) are speeding up drug discovery by increasing capacity for making and screening large numbers of compounds. However, a key problem is to select the smaller set of "representative" compounds from a virtual library to make or screen. Our approach is to select drug-like as well as structurally diverse compounds. The compounds, which are not very drug-like, are less taken into account or excluded even if they contribute to the diversity of the collection. Hence, the first step in the compound selection is to rank compounds in drug-like "degree". To quantify the drug-like "degree", drug-like index (DLI) is introduced in this paper. A compound's DLI is calculated based upon the knowledge derived from known drugs selected from Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry (CMC) database. The paper describes the way of this knowledge base is formed and the procedure for selecting drug-like compounds. 相似文献

A functional polyacrylic acid (PAA) adsorbent has been prepared for metal chelate affinity chromatography. It has been found to chelate nickel ion Ni2+ strongly, and was evaluated for the ability to bind proteins containing neighbouring histidine residues. The principle of the technique was illustrated with Aeromonas hydrophila outer membrane protein OmpTS. DNA elements coding for adjacent histidines were fused to the Aeromonas hydrophila ompTS gene. Subsequent expression in E. coli resulted in the production of hybrid protein His6-OmpTS that could be purified by Ni2+-PAA affinity chromatography. The remarkable specificity found makes it an attractive addition to the range of adsorbents for metal chelate affinity chromatography. 相似文献

The mass spectrometric behaviour of six 2a,4-disubstituted 5-benzoyl-2-chloro-2a,3,4,5-tetrahydroazeto[1,2-a][1,5]benzodia zepin-1(2H)-ones has been studied with the aid of mass-analysed ion kinetic energy spectrometry and accurate mass measurements under electron impact ionization. All compounds show a tendency to eliminate a chlorine atom, a chlorine atom plus benzaldehyde, benzoyl radical, chloroketene or chlorine atom plus CO and H2O molecules to yield, respectively, [M-Cl]+ ions, 2a,4-disubstituted 2a,3-dihydroazeto[1,2-a][1,5]benzodiazepin-1(2H)-one ions, [M-PhCO]+ ions, 2,4-disubstituted 1-benzoyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine ions, or 1,2,4-trisubstituted 1H-1,7-benzodiazonine ions, which could also be formed from [M-Cl]+ ions by loss of CO and H2O molecules simultaneously. The [M-Cl]+ ions could further lose benzoyl radical to form [M-Cl-PhCO]+ ions, or lose benzoyl amide and undergo a rearrangement to form 4,6-disubstituted 1-benzoazocine-2(1H)-one ions. The [M-PhCO]+ ions could eliminate NH to produce 2a,4-disubstituted 2,2a,3,4-tetrahydroazeto[1,2,-a]quinolin-1-one ions, which could further eliminate chloroketene, CO and/or HCl to produce some important ions, respectively. 2,4-Disubstituted 1-benzoyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine ions could lose benzoyl radical to yield 2,4-disubstituted 2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine ions, which could further yield other small fragment ions by loss of propene/styrene or small fragments. 相似文献
