The crystal of the title compound (C10H18N2O9SZn Mr= 407. 69) belongs to the hexagonal system, space group P65 with cell parameters: a= 11. 411(2), c=20. 908(4) A, V=2357.7(7)A 3, Z=6, Dc=1. 723g/cm3, F(000)=1260,μ(MoKα) =1. 743mm-1. The final R and wR factors are 0. 072 and 0. 178 respectively for 1335 observed reflections. In the structure, zinc ions are bridged by 4,4'-bipyridine to form infinite chains. The sheets containing parallel chains stack along a 65 screw axis to give a helical staircase motif. The helical structure is mainly controlled by the hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of (NBu4)2[Pt(CN)4] with Cu(NO3)2·2.5H2O and bipy in stoichiometric ratio in methanol solution yields the 2-D polymer {Cu(bipy)Pt(CN)4}. The influence of water molecules and hydrogen bonding on the formation of a 2-D polymeric structure versus a tetranuclear cluster from Cu(bipy)Pt(CN)4 units is discussed.  相似文献

Methods for the synthesis of ammonium citratogermanate (NH4)[Ge(OH)(H2Cit)2] · H2O (I) and potassium citratogermanate (K4[Ge(HCit)2(H2Cit)] · 3H2O (II), where H4Cit is citric acid) in aqueous MeCN were developed. The individuality, chemical composition, and thermal stability of complexes I and II were proved by elemental analysis, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. According to X-ray diffraction data, the coordination numbers of the Ge atoms are 5 and 6 and their coordination polyhedra are a square pyramid and an octahedron in complexes I and II, respectively. In both complexes, the Ge atom coordinates the deprotonated OH group and the α-carboxyl group of the ligands H n Cit4?n to form five-membered chelate rings. Hydrogen bonds in I as well as potassium cations in II serve to unite these complexes into frameworks.  相似文献

Two new dibenzyltin bisditiocarbamates(PhCH2)2 Sn(S2CNEt2)2(1) and (PhCH2)2 Sn(S2CNC4H8)2(2) were synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin dichloride with dithiocarbamates and characterized by elemental analysis ,IR,^1H NMR and MS spectra.The crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.In both complexes,the tin atom is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral configuration.In the crystals of 1,the molecular packing in unit cell reveals that the two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other in dimers by two Sn S interactions of 0.3816nm.In the crystals of 2,the molecules are packed in the unit cell in one-dimensional chain structure linked by weaker intermolecular S S conmtacts.  相似文献

Tartratogermanate acid was obtained for the first time as the dioxonium complex (H5O2)[(H2O)2Ge(??-Tart)2Ge(OH)] · 4H2O (I) by the reaction of germanium tetrachloride with D-tartaric acid (H4Tart) in 85% acetic acid. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis data, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction analysis for I was performed. The crystals are orthorhombic, a = 15.862(3) ?, b = 13.401(3) ?, c = 8.6800(17) ?, V = 1845.1(6) ?3, Z= 4, space group P21212, R1= 0.0520 for 5152 reflections with I > 2??(I). Compound I is composed of the dimeric complex anions [(H2O)2Ge(??-Tart)2Ge(OH)]?, dioxonium cations, and water molecules of crystallization. In the anion, the Ge(1) (CN = 6) and Ge(2) (CN = 5) atoms are linked by two chelating bridging fully deprotonated tartaric acid ligands through two carboxyl (average Ge-O, 1.883(4) and 1.893(4) ?, respectively) and two alcohol (average Ge-O, 1.859(4) and 1.779(4) ?, respectively) oxygen atoms. The coordination polyhedron of Ge (1) is completed to a distorted octahedron by the oxygen atoms of two water molecules (Ge(1)-O(H2O), 1.933(4) and 1.854(3) ?). The Ge(2) coordination polyhedron is trigonal bipyramid. Its base is formed by two alcohol oxygen atoms of two bridging Tart4? ligands and the oxygen atom of the terminal hydroxy group (Ge-O, 1.764(4) ?). The axial positions are occupied by the carboxyl oxygen atoms of the Tart4? ligands (the O(5)Ge(2)O(11), 176.84(16)°). In the crystal, the structural units are combined by hydrogen bonds to a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The binuclear complexes [Cu2L2(H2O)4] · 5H2O (1) and [Ni2L2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (2) (where L = C11H11NO5S, H 2 L = 2-[(3-formyl-5-methyl-2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]ethanesulfonic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystals belong to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c. Complex 1: a = 16.8902(12), b = 11.2829(6), c = 17.4249(11) Å; β = 106.709(4)°; S = 1.131; V = 3180.5(3) Å3; Z = 4; D Calcd = 1.729 g cm?3; F(000) = 1712; μ = 1.554 mm?1; R 1 = 0.0519, wR 2 = 0.1349; complex 2: a = 11.399(2), b = 19.985(3), c = 7.3694(10) Å; β = 108.664(7)°; S = 1.157; V = 1590.6(4) Å3; Z = 2; D Calcd = 1.604 g cm?3; F(000) = 800; μ = 1.388 mm?1; R 1 = 0.1859, wR 2 = 0.4346. The geometry around each metal(II) center can be described as slightly distorted octahedral. Water-sulfonic clusters and (H2O)4 water clusters can be observed for 1 from the crystal packing diagram, while cavity and offset face-to-face π–π stacking can be observed for 2. The complexes have been tested for the antibacterial activities which show antibacterial activities of 1 for β-hemolytic streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and the antibacterial activity of 2 only for β-hemolytic streptococcus.  相似文献

Two Cu(II) hydroxo succinates [Cu3(H2O)2(OH)2(C4H4O4)2]?·?4H2O (1) and [Cu4(H2O)2(OH)4(C4H4O4)2]?·?5H2O (2) and one Cu(II) hydroxo glutarate [Cu5(OH)6(C5H6O4)2]?·?4H2O (3) have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. They feature 1D and 2D copper oxygen connectivity of elongated {CuO6} octahedra in “4?+?1?+?1” and “4?+?2” coordination geometries. Within 1, linear trimers of three edge-sharing {CuO6} octahedra are connected into copper oxygen chains, which are bridged by the anti conformational succinate anions to generate 2D layers with mono terminally coordinating gauche succinate anions on both sides. The layers are assembled into a 3D framework by interlayer hydrogen bonds with lattice H2O molecules distributed in channels. Different from 1, the principal building units in 2 are linear tetramers of four edge-sharing {CuO6} octahedra. The tetramers are condensed into copper oxygen chains and the succinate anions interlink them into a 3D framework with triangular channels filled by lattice H2O molecules. The {CuO6} octahedra in 3 are edge-shared to form unprecedented 2D inorganic layers with mono terminally coordinating glutarate anions on both sides. Interlayer hydrogen bonding interactions are responsible for supramolecular assembly of the layers into a 3D framework with lattice H2O molecules in the channels. The inorganic layers in 3 can be described as hexagonal close packing of oxygen atoms with the Cu atoms in the octahedral cavities. The title compounds were further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and thermal analyses.  相似文献

Three thiostannates (H2en)2Sn2S6·en 1, (Hen)4Sn2S6 2 (en = ethylenediamine, a known compound)and [(H2hmda)3(Hhmda)2](Sn2S6)2 3 (hmda = hexamethylenediamine) were solvothermal conditions. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P(1) with a =8.7491(17), b = 10.704(2), c = 12.2031(19) (A), α = 74.888(13), β= 72.998(12), γ= 89.032(15)°, V= 1052.9(3) (A)3, Mr = 614.08, Z = 2, Dc = 1.937 g/cm3,μ = 2.966 mm-1, F(000) = 604, S = 1.211, R = 0.0579 and wR = 0.0770 for 3999 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I); while 3 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P(1) with a = 9.8075(13), b = 10.8266(16), c = 14.303(2) A, α =88.611(10), β = 81.030(9), γ= 74.609(9)°, V = 1446.1(4) (A)3, Mr = 1448.78, Z = 1, Dc = 1.664g/cm3, μ = 2.173 mm-1, F(000) = 730, S = 1.173, R = 0.0457 and wR = 0.0667 for 5738 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The complexes of [Sm(o-MOBA)3bipy]2·H2O and [Sm(m-MOBA)3bipy]2·H2O (o(m)-MOBA = o(m)-methoxybenzoic acid, bipy-2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, XRD and molar conductance, respectively. The thermal decomposition processes of the two complexes were studied by means of TG–DTG and IR techniques. The thermal decomposition kinetics of them were investigated from analysis of the TG and DTG curves by jointly using advanced double equal-double steps method and Starink method. The kinetic parameters (activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A) and thermodynamic parameters (ΔH , ΔG and ΔS ) of the second-step decomposition process for the two complexes were obtained, respectively.  相似文献

Zr(PO4)2·N2C2H10 or MIL-43 and Ti2(PO4)2(HPO4)2·N2C2H10 or MIL-44 were prepared hydrothermally (20 or 4 days, 473 or 453 K, respectively, autogenous pressure) in the presence of ethylenediamine. Their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. MIL-43 crystallises in the monoclinic space group P21 (No. 4) with a=11.0722(1), b=10.6631(1), c=16.4642(2) Å, β=95.991(1)° and V=1933.21(3) Å3 (final agreement factors R1(F)=0.0466, wR2(F2)=0.1096). Due to the very poor quality of the crystal, only an approached structure of MIL-44 is given; it crystallises in the triclinic space group P1 (No. 1) with a=5.0845(4), b=6.3097(5), c=12.6111(9) Å, α=77.454(1), β=78.926(2), γ=89.986(1)° and V=387.21(5) Å3. Both solids are two-dimensional and are the ion-exchanged equivalents of the layered solids αZrP and γTiP. Inorganic sheets of MIL-43 are built up from pseudo-hexagonal arrays of ZrO6 octahedra surrounded by PO4 tetrahedra pointing their terminal oxygen alternatively up and down at the interlayer space. Layers of MIL-44 are made of double (TiOP) chains built from TiO6 octahedra and PO4 tetrahedra on which HPO4 groups are grafted pointing towards the interlayer space. In both cases, diprotonated organic templates, located between the layers, interact with terminal phosphate groups and ensure via hydrogen bonds the stability of the structures.  相似文献

Two rare-earth metal coordination compounds, (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) (H6ttha?=?triethylenetetramine-N,N,N,N′′,N′′′,N′′′-hexaacetic acid) and (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O (2) (H5dtpa?=?diethylenetriamine-N,N,N,N′′,N′′-pentaacetic acid), have been synthesized through reflux and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. SmIII of (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) is nine-coordinate, forming tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination with three amine nitrogens and six oxygens, in which four oxygens are from one ttha and two from the other ttha. (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with P2(1)/c space group. The crystal data are: a?=?13.9340(13) Å, b?=?22.890(3) Å, c?=?20.708(2) (14) Å, β?=?99.521(2)°, and V?=?6513.7(13) Å3. There are two –NH+– groups in the [SmIII2(Httha)2]4?. The polymeric (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O (2) also is nine-coordinate with tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation and crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with P–1 space group. The cell dimensions are: a?=?9.8240(8) Å, b?=?10.0329(9) Å, c?=?13.0941(11) Å, β?=?77.1640(10)°, and V?=?1227.30(18) Å3. In (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O, there are two types of ammonium cations, which connect [SmIII2(dtpa)2]4? and lattice water through hydrogen bonds, leading to a 2-D ladder-like layer structure.  相似文献

Reaction of a freshly prepared Ni(OH)2?2 x (CO3) x ·yH2O with maleic acid in H2O at room temperature afforded [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]·4H2O, which consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]2? anions and lattice H2O molecules. Ni atoms in cations are octahedrally coordinated and Ni atoms in anions are each octahedrally coordinated by bidentate chelating maleato ligands and two water molecules at trans positions. Cations and anions are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, which are hexagonally arranged and connected by the lattice water molecules. When heated in a flowing argon stream, the compound decomposes, with complete dehydration being followed by dissociation of nickel maleate into NiO and maleic anhydride.  相似文献

Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

The reaction of hexachlorophosphazene, P3N3Cl6, with SO3 and the gold halides AuCl3 and AuBr3, respectively, leads to the new cyclic anionic tetramer, [S4N2O10]2−, which is coordinated to Au3+ in the dimeric complexes [Au2X2(S4N2O10)2] (X=Cl, Br). The novel mixed-ligand neutral compound [Mo3O4(C2O4)2·bipy(H2O)3]·EtOH·2H2O (bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been prepared by the reaction of oxalic acid elution of Mo(Ⅳ) and bipy, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR. The crystal is of triclinic, space groups P1 with a = 9.5520(2), b = 10.3730(1), c = 13.5722(2) (A), α = 74.940(12), β = 80.772(14), γ = 69.898(11)°, V = 1215.73(11) (A)3, Z = 2, C16H24Mo3N2O18, Mr = 820.19, Dc = 2.241 g/cm3, μ = 1.616 mm-1, F(000) = 808, T= 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0424 and wR = 0.0939 for 4119 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). The trinuclear unit is coordinated by mixed ligands of oxalate and bipy. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions among adjacent [Mo3O4(C2O4)2·bipy(H2O)3] extend the compound into a therr-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules and ethal molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献
