通过芳氧基负离子在2-甲磺酰基-5-1,3,4-恶二唑上的亲核取代反应制得2-芳氧基-5-苯基-1,3,4-恶二唑.所有化合物的结构经元素分析,IR, ^1H NMR和MS确证.这些化合物表现出一定的抑制枯草芽孢杆菌繁殖的活性. 相似文献

N-5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑基)-N'-芳甲酰基脲的合成与生物活性 总被引:5,自引:2,他引:5
以5-氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸与酰基异氰酸酯反应,合成了15个新的N- 5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑基)-N'-芳甲酰基脲,用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分 析确证了其结构,并进行了室内生物活性测试。生测试验证明部分酰基脲类化合物 具有良好的植物生长调节活性,其中N-5(3-羧基-1,2,4-三唑基)-N'-o-氯苯甲 酰基脲、N-5-(3-羧基-1,2,4-三唑基)-N'-o-溴苯甲酰基脲和N-5-(3-羧基-1, 2,4-三唑基)-N'-p(或m)-甲基苯甲酰基脲具有优良的生长素活性。 相似文献

5-Acetyl-2-cyanomethyl-4-methylthiazole, 2-aminothiazole, and 5-N-benzoylamino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl-acetonitrile react with acetone, and malononitrile derivatives in the presence of sulfur to yield the corresponding thiophene derivatives. Also, 4-furylmethylene-2-phenyl-2-oxazolin-5-ones react with thiophenol, and/or thionaphthol to give the thiolester derivatives in one-pot synthesis. 2,4-Dimethyl-3-phenylisoxazole anhydrobases were easily prepared from the corresponding 5-chloroisoxazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate and carbon anions of 1,3-dioxo compounds in the presence of triethylamine. By condensation of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde, cyanothioacetamide, and 2-phenacylbenzothiazole in the presence of piperidine, we have synthesized piperidinium 5-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-6-phenyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-thiolate, based on which the corresponding partially hydrogenated 2-alkylthiopyridines have been obtained. 相似文献

利用1-苯基-3-(2,4,6-三甲基苯基)丙烯酮和2-肼-9-芳基邻菲咯啉的缩合反应合成了一系列2-[N-(3-笨基-5(2,4,6-三甲基笨基)吡唑啉)]-9-芳基邻菲咯啉类配体(L_1-L_4),分别与NiCl_2反应得到了相应的配合物[NiCl_2](1-4), 对配体和配合物进行了表征, 并用X-单晶衍射分析了配合物4的晶体结构, 表明Ni中心为五配位的四方锥构型. 化合物l-4在MAO存在下对乙烯齐聚表现出良好的催化活性. 在1 Mpa 乙烯压力下, 化合物4的催化活性最好, 高达2.52×10~5g mol~(-1) h~(-1). 讨论了配体空间位阻及反应条件对乙烯齐聚活性的影响, 发现邻菲咯啉的9-位位阻对催化活性影响更明显. 相似文献

The reduction of 1-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-2-one and 1-phenyl-2-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)ethanone with sodium tetrahydridoborate gave 1-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-1-ol and 1-phenyl-2-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)ethanol, respectively. Only 1-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-2-one was reduced with baker’s yeast with an appreciable yield. 1-(5-Phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-2-one and 1-phenyl-2-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)ethanone reacted with diethyl phosphonate in the presence of potassium fluoride to produce the corresponding diethyl [hydroxy(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)alkyl]phosphonates. 相似文献

of benzylidenemalononitrile, N-methyl-2-thiocarbamoylacetamide, piperidine, and ω-bromoacetophenone. 2-Amino-1-methyl-6-oxo-4-phenyl-5-(4-phenyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carbonitrile
has been obtained as main product by treatment of benzylidenemalononitrile with N-methyl-2-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)acetamide.

The corresponding 2,3-substituted 4(3H)-quinazolinones were obtained in the reactions of 2-methyl- and 2-phenyl-4-oxo-3,1-benzoxazines with 1-amino-1,2,4-triazole, 4-amino-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone, 2-amino-5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole, 3-amino-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole, 1-amino-3-cyano-4,6-dimethyl-2-pyridone, and 1-amino-3-cyano-6-phenyl-4-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridone. The formation of N-benzolyanthranilamides in the reactions of 2-phenyl-4-oxo-3,1-benzoxazine with 2-amino-5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole and 1-amino-3-cyano-6-phenyl-4-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridones was exceptional. Highly substituted, novel, 1,3-dihydro-5-phenyl-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones were obtained by direct nitration of the corresponding mono- or di-substituted 5-phenyl-1,4-benzodiazepines. Substituent effects and the orientation of aromatic substituents in the nitration products are discussed. The single-crystal X-ray structural data for one of these products, 18 , is given. 相似文献
