A synthesis of 5,11b-dihydro-1H-dibenzo[d,f][1,3]diazepin-1-ones was found in the reaction of nitro-substituted N1,N2-diarylamidines with 3,4,5,6-tetrachloro-1,2-benzoquinone. In contrast, 6,7,8,9-tetrachlorodibenzodioxins were obtained from reaction of N1,N2-diphenylpropionamidine and N1,N2-di-(4-tert-butylphenyl)acetamidine with 3,4,5,6-tetrachloro-1,2-benzoquinone.  相似文献

N,N-dicyclohexyl-N-ferrocenoylurea 2, N,N-diisopropyl-N-ferrocenoylurea 3, N,N-di-p-tolyl-N-ferrocenoylurea 4 and N,N-di-tert-butyl-N-ferrocenoylurea 5 were obtained by reaction of ferrocenecarboxylic acid 1 with N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC), N,N-diisopropylcarbodiimide (DIC), N,N-di-p-tolylcarbodiimide 10 and N,N-di-tert-butylcarbodiimide 11, respectively. Both N-tert-butyl-N-ethyl-N-ferrocenoylurea 6 and N-tert-butyl-N-ethyl-N-ferrocenoylurea 7 were obtained by reaction of 1 with N-tert-butyl-N-ethylcarbodiimide 12. In all cases a small amount of ferrocenecarboxylic anhydride 8 was formed as a by-product. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS. Single crystal X-ray structural analyses were made of 2, 3 and 4. From the consistent results, the reaction products of 1 with carbodiimides appear different from those proposed by some earlier workers. With N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N-ethylcarbodiimidehydrochloride 9 ferrocenoylurea was not isolated, but the main product was rather 8. The suitability of 8 as acylation reagent was applied by using 9 to obtain N-(3-triethoxysilyl)-propylferrocenecarboxamide in a one-pot reaction from 1 and 3-(triethoxysilyl)-propylamine.  相似文献

Chiral N,N-dioxides and monodentate N-oxides were employed as catalysts in catalytic, enantioselective aldol reactions of trichlorosilyl enol ethers. The reactions of acyclic enol ethers using N,N-dioxides resulted in the anti-adducts from (E)-enol ethers and the syn-adducts from (Z)-enol ethers. The reactions of cyclic (E)-enol ethers using N,N-dioxides gave the anti-adducts, whereas monodentate N-oxides predominantly gave the syn-adducts.  相似文献

Aziridinium mesylates stable in the reaction medium for several hours to over a week were observed in a rearrangement of dimethyl (1R,2S)-2-(N,N-dibenzylamino)-1-mesyloxyethylphosphonates substituted at C2 with Bn, i-Pr and t-Bu to the respective 1-(N,N-dibenzylamino)-2-mesyloxyethylphosphonates. Rates of formation of these aziridinium mesylates and rates of their reactions with poorly nucleophilic mesylate anion were governed by steric and electronic factors. The conformation of (2S,3S)-1,1-dibenzyl-2-(tert-butyl)-3-(dimethoxyphosphoryl)aziridinium mesylate in solution was established based on 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic studies including a NOESY experiment.  相似文献

Solution equilibrium studies on the Cu(II)–polyamine–histidine ternary systems (polyamine: ethylenediamine (en), diethylenetriamine (dien), N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (Me5dien)) have been performed by pH-potentiometry, UV–Vis spectrophotometry and EPR methods. The obtained results suggest the formation of the mixed-ligand complexes with [Cu(A)(His)]+ stoichiometry in all studied systems. Additionally, in the systems with dien and Me5dien protonated [Cu(A)(H–His)]2+ species also exists in acid solution. Our spectroscopic results indicate the tetragonal geometry for the [Cu(en)(His)]+, the geometry slightly deviated from square pyramidal for the [Cu(dien)(His)]+ and strongly deviated from square pyramidal towards trigonal bipyramidal for the [Cu(Me5dien)(His)]+ species. The coordination modes in these mixed-ligand complexes are discussed.  相似文献

Equilibrium studies of the mixed-ligand complexes of the copper(II) ion with pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyl-[bis(2-aminoethyl)amine], Me5dien) as a primary ligand and methioninehydroxamic acid (2-amino-4-(methylthio)butanehydroxamic acid, Metha) or histidinehydroxamic acid (2-amino-3-(4′-imidazolyl)propanehydroxamicacid, Hisha) as a secondary ligand L were performed by potentiometric titration, UV–Vis and EPR spectroscopy. The results show that in these ternary systems the dinuclear [Cu2(Me5dien)L2H−1]+ mixed-ligand species is formed as a predominant one in the basic solution. The monouclear [Cu(Me5dien)L]+ species is formed in low concentration. Our spectroscopic results indicate that the geometry of these mixed-ligand five-coordinate complexes is strongly distorted towards trigonal-bipyramidal.  相似文献

Two novel assembling systems 3 and 4, with the structures of C6F5CF2?H+N(Me)2CH2CH2(Me2)N+H?CF2C6F5 and C6F5CF2I?N(Me)2CH2CH2(Me)2N?ICF2C6F5, respectively, have been generated from the solution of heptafluorobenzyl iodide 1 and N,N,N,N-tetramethylethylenediamine 2 in dichloromethane. Their structures have been characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, NMR and IR spectroscopy. Intermolecular N?I halogen bond and F?H hydrogen bond are revealed to be the driving forces for their formation.  相似文献

Fluoro- und aminofluoro-silanes react with the lithium salt of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine under LiF elimination and substitution. Alkyl- and amino-fluorosilanes give O-fluorosilyl-N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamines, arylfluorosilanes give N-fluorosilyl-N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamines. By the further reaction of O-difluorosilyl-N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine with the lithiated hydroxylamine, O,O′-fluoromethylsilyldi[N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine] is formed. On heating N-difluorophenylsilyl-N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine di[fluorophenylsilyl(methyl)amino]pentamethylsiloxane is formed by methyl group migration. The NMR and mass spectra of the compounds are reported.  相似文献

(N,N-dimethylbenzylamine-2C,N)palladium(II) and -platinum(II) β-diketonates, DmbaML, have been synthesized by reaction of [DmbaMCl]2 with the free ligand and KOH, or with the thallium(I) salt of the ligand. The various isomers formed have been investigated by 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopy. Infrared and mass spectroscopic studies have also been made on the compounds.  相似文献

Hydroboration of terminal and internal alkenes with N,N′,N″-trimethyl- and N,N′,N″-triethylborazine was carried out at 50 °C in the presence of a rhodium(I) catalyst. Addition of dppb or DPEphos (1 equiv.) to RhH(CO)(PPh3)3 gave the best catalyst for hydroboration of ethylene at 50 °C, resulting in a quantitative yield of B,B′,B″-triethyl-N,N′,N″-trimethylborazine. On the other hand, a complex prepared from (t-Bu)3P (4 equiv.) and [Rh(coe)2Cl]2 gave the best yield for hydroboration of terminal or internal alkenes.  相似文献

The mechanism of uv (λ > 325 nm) photodegradation of polypropylene (PP) containing N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine (T4MPD) has been investigated by means of ESR spectroscopy. The observed spectra after uv irradiation of both isotactic-PP (IPP) and stereoblock-PP (SPP) samples in vacuum at 77 K consisted principally of a broad singlet which was assigned to a T4MPD cation radical (T4MPD). On the other hand, the spectrum observed after irradiation of an atactic polypropylene (APP) sample at 77 K in vacuum was resolved into several components which decayed almost up to ca. 263 K to give rise to the broad singlet of T4MPD. One component was a sharp quartet which was assigned to a methyl radical, ·CH3·. The other component, a singlet, was attributed to a trapped electron, et?.By comparison of the ESR spectrum of deuterated T4MPD with that of the normal compound it was found that 60 ~ 70% of the methyl radicals arose from the added T4MPD due to β-scission, which also formed the N,N,N′-trimethyl-p-phenylenediamine radical, T3MPD·. The T3MPD· radical presumably captures an electron at lower temperatures to become a carbanion, T3MPD?, which releases the electron to reproduce the T3MPD· radical at elevated temperatures. This production of the radical T3MPD· due to the liberation of an electron provides an explanation for the observed increase in intensity of the decay curve in the temperature range from ? 168 K to 185 K. The remaining fraction, 30 ~ 40%, of the total methyl radicals was produced from the PP matrix by an energy transfer from the excited T4MPD1 to the PP matrix. The broad singlet which appeared in the temperature range near 195 K was attributed to an acyl radical ~CH2CH(CH3)CH2?O from the observed g-value. By photoillumination of this sample this broad singlet was converted reversibly into the quartet which was assigned to the radical ~CH2CH(CH2·)CH2CHO.  相似文献

A new synthesis of N-aryl- and N-heteroaryl-N-(arylalkyl)piperazines using palladium-catalyzed amination of aryl bromides and heteroaryl chlorides with mono N-benzyl- or N-(arylethyl)piperazines is reported. Most coupling processes proceed in high yield and good selectivity using either diadamantyl-n-butylphosphine (1), 2-(dicyclohexylphosphino)-2-(N,N-dimethylamino)biphenyl (2), or 2-(di-tert-butylphosphino)biphenyl (3) as ligand. Applying an automated parallel synthesizer the preparation of a small library of potentially bioactive compounds is easily achieved.  相似文献

The electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of N,N-dimethylperfluoroacylamides gives the corresponding perfluoro-N,N-dimethylacylamides in low yield. We succeeded in the synthesis of N,N-dimethyl-2-trifluoroacetyl-1-naphthylamine (10) by the regioselective deacylation of N,N-dimethyl-2,4-bis(trifluoroacetyl)-1-naphthylamine with trifluoroacetic acid and water. The aromatic nucleophilic substitutions of 10 with various amines, thiols and alcohols proceeded cleanly to give the corresponding N-N, N-S and N-O exchanged products in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

Sodium benzotriazolide reacts with π-C3H5Fe(CO)3I to give 1-N-allylbenzotriazoletricarbonyliron (I). The same product and the isomeric complex, 2-N-allylbenzotriazoletricarbonyliron (II), have been prepared independently, from the corresponding N-allylbenzotriazoles and Fe2(CO)9. The IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra of the complexes are reported. The structure of isomer I has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The C,N-chelated tri and diorganotin(IV) chlorides react with both protic mineral acids and carboxylic acids. The nitrogen atom of the LCN ligand (where LCN is 2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl) is thus quarternized - protonated and new Sn-X bond (X = Cl, Br, I or the remainder of the starting acid used) is simultaneously formed. The set of zwitterionic tri and diorganostannates containing protonated 2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl-moiety was prepared and structurally characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and XRD techniques. In all these cases, the intramolecular N-H?X bond is present in the molecule. Despite the central tin atom remains five-coordinated (except for the [HLCNH]+[(n-Bu)2SnCl(NO3)2]) and reveals a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, the 119Sn NMR chemical shift values of these zwitterionic stannates are somewhat shifted to the higher field than corresponding starting C,N-chelated tri and diorganotin(IV) halides. Reactions of C,N-chelated organotin(IV) halides with various Lewis acids are also discussed.  相似文献

Mixed-ligand zinc complexes with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmen) and R-salicylaldehyde N(4)-allyl thiosemicarbazones (R: 3-OCH3 (L1), 5-Br(L2)), [ZnL1,2(tmen)], were synthesized and the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, atomic absorption spectrometer, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) mass spectra and IR, UV–Vis, 1H NMR and 15N spectroscopies. Crystal of [ZnL2(tmen)] have a slightly distorted square pyramid involving O, N, S atoms of thiosemicarbazone and one N atom of tmen in basal plane and the other N atom of tmen in apex of the pyramid. A new water soluble palladium(II) complex (2) derived from N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine (edteH4) (1) was synthesized in high yield and characterized by 1H, 13C, HMQC and COSY NMR spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction studies on a single crystal of 2 confirmed the cis square planar geometry; the edteH4 ligand (1) is κ2 (N,N)-coordinated with four pendant CH2CH2OH groups. This new complex [PdCl2(edteH4)] (2) and the previously synthesized triethanolamine complex [Pd(OCH2CH2N(CH2CH2OH)2)2] (3) were tested as catalysts for the Suzuki/Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of various aryl bromides with phenylboronic acid in water. Electronically activated aryl bromides, such as 4-bromoacetophenone and 4-bromobenzaldehyde undergo the cross-coupling with extremely high turnover numbers (TON) of up to 1,00,000 without organic solvent.  相似文献
