涉及单形二面角条件极值的某些新进展

在欧氏空间En中,借助于代数不等式和数学归纳法,将n维欧氏空间En中单形∑(E,n)二面角的一类参数不等式做了进一步的推广,建立了涉及2-m(m ∈ N)倍二面角θij(E)的一类无约束型参数的不等式.作为这些不等式的应用,将一些三角形中常用三角不等式推广到n(>2)维单形的情形,与此同时还提出了一个尚待解决的猜想.在双曲空间Hn中,借助于n维双曲空间Hn的射影模型,提出了单形∑(H,n)所有侧面共超球的概念,在这个条件下,证明了二次型I(x)=∑i=0n∑j=0n cos θij(H)xixj在约束条件x0+x1+…+xn=0下是正定的,然后应用矩阵的次特征值理论,给出了单形∑(H,n)内切超球半径为r(H)的一个极值表示,导出了所有超平面共超球的单形∑(H,n)二面角θij(H)的一类具有约束型的参数不等式.     

关于E^n中Euler不等式的两类分割

利用几何不等式理论与解析方法。研究n维欧氏空间E^n中n维单形的外接球半径与内切球半径之间的不等式关系。利用n维欧氏空间E^n中n维单形Ωn的高线，以及单形重心的性质，通过重心与单形Ωn各顶点的连线li（i=1，2，……，n＋1）对Euler不等式进行分割．

Veljan-Korchmaros型不等式的稳定性

关于Euclidean空间En(n≥2)中单形的几何不等式,由于支撑函数或径向函数的表达式很难找到,因此一般很难用Hausdorff度量或径向度量来度量两个单形的"偏差",使得涉及单形的几何不等式的稳定性的研究比较困难.利用单形棱长在确定单形时起决定性作用这一事实,引进了两个单形"偏正"度量的概念,从而较好地解决了单形偏正度量的问题,并建立了著名的Veljan-Korchmaros 不等式的稳定性版本.作为推论,还导出了一系列Veljan-Korchmaros型不等式的稳定性版本.

Some Inequalities Involving Two Simplexes

We establish some inequalities on the inradius and circumradius of two simplexes, and prove a number of applications thereof.     

On Blaschke's extension of Bonnesen's inequality

W. Blaschke established a Bonnesen-style inequality for the relative inradius and circumradius of a planar convex bodyK with respect to another. We sharpen this inequality by considering the radii of the minimal convex annulus ofK.     

Inequalities for a Simplex and an Interior Point

We establish some inequalities for the inradius, circumradius and distances between an interior point and facets of an n-simplex, and prove a recursion inequality for the radii of the circumscribed spheres of an n-simplex and its facets.     

非欧椭圆几何的若干度量问题

Volumetric bounds for intersections of congruent balls in Euclidean spaces

We investigate the intersections of balls of radius r, called r-ball bodies, in Euclidean d-space. An r-lense (resp., r-spindle) is the intersection of two balls of radius r (resp., balls of radius r containing a given pair of points). We prove that among r-ball bodies of a given volume, the r-lense (resp., r-spindle) has the smallest inradius (resp., largest circumradius). In general, we upper (resp., lower) bound the intrinsic volumes of r-ball bodies of a given inradius (resp., circumradius). This complements and extends some earlier results on volumetric estimates for r-ball bodies.

     

Optimizing Area and Perimeter of Convex Sets for Fixed Circumradius and Inradius

 In this paper two problems posed by Santaló are solved: we determine the planar convex sets which have maximum and minimum area or perimeter when the circumradius and the inradius are given, obtaining complete systems of inequalities for the cases (A, R, r) and (p, R, r).

球面空间中的Pedoe不等式与张-杨不等式及应用

本文应用距离几何的理论与方法,研究了n维球面空间中n维单形与有限点集的几何不等式问题,建立了球面空间中n维单形一种形式的Pedoe不等式与有限点集一种形式的张-杨不等式,并应用它获得n维球面空间中Veljan-Korchmaros型不等式与Finsler-Hadwinger型不等式.     

Successive radii and Minkowski addition

In this paper we study the behavior of the so called successive inner and outer radii with respect to the Minkowski addition of convex bodies, generalizing the well-known cases of the diameter, minimal width, circumradius and inradius. We get all possible upper and lower bounds for the radii of the sum of two convex bodies in terms of the sum of the corresponding radii.     

A Circumradius-Inradius Identity and an Identity Relating Volumes for a Simplex

We establish an identity for an n-dimensional simplex relating the circumradius and the inradius, and an identity relating its volume and the pedal volume. As applications, we derive some known inequalities for simplices and generalizations of such inequalities.
