根据有时间窗装卸问题(PDPTW)的数学模型,设计了多策略分组编码遗传算法,将禁忌思想用于产生可行解的启发式插入算法之中,对计算实例进行了求解,结果表明,此算法可以有效求得有时间窗装卸问题的近似最优解.  相似文献

对跑道和滑行道进行联合优化有助于提高机场现有的硬件与软件资源的使用率,缓解航班延误.首先综合考虑滑行的相关规定以及跑道放行间隔的约束,以所有航空器滑行时间最小为目标函数,构建基于机场基本元素布局的场面滑行道与跑道联合优化模型;其次针对遗传禁忌搜索算法的特点和场面运行实际情况改进了遗传禁忌搜索算法,并以此求解该优化模型;最后以南京禄口国际机场为例,将改进的遗传禁忌搜索算法所得最优解与实际运行数据进行比较验证模型的优化性.  相似文献

定制公交作为城市需求响应交通的重要组成部分,其线网规划的优劣直接影响乘客满意度和系统运营成本.针对一类新的考虑乘客分流和异质车型的早晚高峰时期通勤定制公交网络规划向题,以最小化乘客旅行成本和公交系统运营成本为目标,同时优化异质车队路线、车型选择、行车时刻及乘客分配,构建了一个混合整数非线性规划模型.为有效求解该模型,提出了一种融合问题特征的改进自适应大邻域搜索算法,设计了基于问题特征的乘客分流破坏算子,以提升算法寻优能力.最后,大量算例结果验证了模型的正确性和算法的有效性.实验结果表明:求解小规模算例时,改进自适应大邻域搜索算法能在12秒以内获得距离最优解平均差距为0.24%的满意解;求解大规模算例时,与文献中大邻域搜索算法和遗传算法相比,所提出算法能获得更高质量解,平均成本节约分别为1.20%和2.27%;此外,与未考虑乘客分流和同质车型情形相比,考虑乘客分流和异质车型,得到的方案成本降低11.46%,提高了资源利用率.  相似文献

本文在经典的带时间窗的车辆路径问题(VRPTW)的基础上,考虑不同时间段车辆行驶速度不同的情况,研究速度时变的带时间窗车辆路径问题(TDVRPTW),使问题更具实际意义。本文用分段函数表示不同时间段下的车辆行驶速度,并解决了速度时变条件下行驶时间计算的问题。针对模拟退火算法(SA)在求解VRPTW问题时易陷入局部最优解,变邻域搜索算法(VNS)在求解VRPTW问题时收敛速度慢的问题,本文将模拟退火算法以一定概率接受非最优解的思想和变邻域搜索算法系统地改变当前解的邻域结构以拓展搜索范围的思想结合起来,提出了一种改进的算法——变邻域模拟退火算法(SAVN),使算法在退火过程中一陷入局部最优解就改变邻域结构,更换搜索范围,以此提升算法跳出局部最优解的能力,加快收敛速度。通过在仿真实验中将SAVN算法的求解结果与VNS算法、SA算法进行对比,验证了SAVN算法确实能显著提升算法跳出局部最优解的能力。  相似文献

研究了多个配送中心协同配送下的车辆路径问题,建立运力和时间窗约束下的运输成本和时间惩罚成本之和最小化模型.考虑多配送中心路径优化问题的复杂性,提出了基于预分割和再调整的两阶段优化策略,采用罚数分配法分割需求点集合,将问题分解成多个单配送中心路径问题,启发式构建初始解,设计禁忌搜索算法求解.在调整阶段,将各集合中未分配的需求点重新分割,变邻域禁忌搜索再次优化路径.最后给出算例分析,验证了模型的合理性和改进算法的有效性.  相似文献

以包头某钢铁线材企业生产实际调度问题为背景,研究了一类带组换装时间的单机调度问题.由于该问题是NP难的,本文提出了一类适合该问题的禁忌搜索算法.此外,本文将问题性质引入了禁忌搜索算法以进一步提高算法寻优性能,降低算法运行时间.本文提出的算法在随机问题和实际问题上均进行了测试,实验结果表明,本文提出的算法能在不到10秒的时间内获得实际问题的一个近似最优解.  相似文献

针对个性化和多样性的需求,建立以缩短最长子线路为目标的最小-最大车辆路径问题模型, 并提出启发式算法求解。首先,采用自然数编码,使问题变得更简洁;用最佳保留选择法,以保证群体的多样性;引入爬山算法,加强局部搜索能力;其次,对遗传算法求得的精英种群再进行禁忌搜索,保证算法能够收敛到全局最优。最后,通过实例的计算,表明本算法均优于遗传算法和禁忌搜索算法,并为大规模解决实际问题提供思路。  相似文献

对两个约束条件下多产品报童问题的求解方法进行研究。首先分析了问题的结构特征,利用对偶问题解空间的四个不同区域对应的最优解具有的不同性质,给出了不同解空间区域的求解思路。然后基于两种资源的边际利益的性质,提出一种二分搜索算法对问题进行求解,并证明了该算法能够得到问题的最优解或者近似最优解,且具有多项式复杂度。最后应用算例说明算法计算效率高,可以在较少的迭代步骤内快速求解两个线性约束下产品数较大的多产品报童问题。  相似文献

本文从最小连通顶点覆盖问题的求解算法出发,提出一种基于该问题本身的数学性质的降阶回溯算法来求解。通过基于问题的数学性质来设计精确算法,不仅能够克服使用启发式算法求解该问题在一般情形下都无法求得最优解的缺点,也改善了该问题使用传统精确算法时最坏时间复杂度高的缺点。本文首先研究该问题的数学性质,部分数学性质可成批确定某些顶点在或不在最小连通顶点覆盖集中,从而降低该问题的规模,提高精确算法的求解速度。其次,在数学性质的基础上,设计出上下界子算法、降阶子算法、回溯子算法来求解该问题的最优解。最后,时间复杂度分析以及无线网络设计的实例分析表明,该算法不仅能求得该问题的最优解,且相对一般精确算法,本文算法的时间复杂度更低。  相似文献

描述了一类过度约束车辆路线问题,其中可用车辆数较少而时间窗口等其它约束又不允许放松,因而导致不存在满足所有约束的可行解。此时问题求解可以转化为一类部分约束满足问题来处理,相应的优化目标是最小化未访问顾客的损失和。本给出了求解这类特殊问题的一种禁忌搜索算法设计,并通过规模不同的几个算例与其它常用方法进行了比较。最后分析了模型和算法的实用意义。  相似文献

资源中断是项目实施过程中一种常见现象,它会导致项目进度计划的变更并引起额外的成本。本文研究资源随机中断下的项目调度问题,目标是对基准进度计划进行合理的调整,以最小化由此所造成的额外成本。作者首先对研究问题进行界定,随后构建问题的优化模型。针对模型的NP-hard属性,设计禁忌搜索启发式算法。最后以基准列表算法和随机生成算法为参照,在随机生成的标准算例集合上对算法进行测试,得到如下结论:在可接受的计算时间范围内,禁忌搜索获得的满意解质量明显高于其他两种启发式算法;算法的平均计算时间随着项目活动数的增加而增加,随着网络复杂度、资源强度或资源中断次数的增加而减小;满意解的平均目标函数值,随着项目活动数或网络复杂度的增加而增加,随着资源中断次数的增加而减小,与资源强度无明显关系。  相似文献

We present an optimal solution procedure for the resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) with generalized precedence relations (RCPSP-GPR) with the objective of minimizing the project makespan. The RCPSPGPR extends the RCPSP to arbitrary minimal and maximal time lags between the starting and completion times of activities. The proposed procedure is suited for solving a general class of project scheduling problems and allows for arbitrary precedence constraints, activity ready times and deadlines, multiple renewable resource constraints with time-varying resource requirements and availabilities, several types of permissible and mandatory activity overlaps and multiple projects. It can be extended to other regular and non-regular measures of performance. Essentially, the procedure is a depth-first branch-and-bound algorithm in which the nodes in the search tree represent the original project network extended with extra precedence relations to resolve a number of resource conflicts. These conflicts are resolved using the concept of minimal delaying modes, which is an extension of the notion of minimal delaying alternatives for the RCPSP. Several bounds and dominance rules are used to fathom large portions of the search tree. Extensive computational experience is reported.  相似文献

A Constraint-Based Method for Project Scheduling with Time Windows   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
This paper presents a heuristic algorithm for solving RCPSP/max, the resource constrained project scheduling problem with generalized precedence relations. The algorithm relies, at its core, on a constraint satisfaction problem solving (CSP) search procedure, which generates a consistent set of activity start times by incrementally removing resource conflicts from an otherwise temporally feasible solution. Key to the effectiveness of the CSP search procedure is its heuristic strategy for conflict selection. A conflict sampling method biased toward selection of minimal conflict sets that involve activities with higher-capacity requests is introduced, and coupled with a non-deterministic choice heuristic to guide the base conflict resolution process. This CSP search is then embedded within a larger iterative-sampling search framework to broaden search space coverage and promote solution optimization. The efficacy of the overall heuristic algorithm is demonstrated empirically on a large set of previously studied RCPSP/max benchmark problems.  相似文献

This paper deals with a new problem that is a generalization of the many to many pickup and delivery problem and which is motivated by operating self-service bike sharing systems. There is only one commodity, initially distributed among the vertices of a graph, and a capacitated single vehicle aims to redistribute the commodity in order to reach a target distribution. Each vertex can be visited several times and also can be used as a buffer in which the commodity is stored for a later visit. This problem is NP-hard, since it contains several NP-hard problems as special cases (the TSP being maybe the most obvious one). Even finding a tractable exact formulation remains problematic.This paper presents efficient algorithms for solving instances of reasonable size, and contains several theoretical results related to these algorithms. A branch-and-cut algorithm is proposed for solving a relaxation of the problem. An upper bound of the optimal solution of the problem is obtained by a tabu search, which is based on some theoretical properties of the solution, once fixed the sequence of the visited vertices. The possibility of using the information provided by the relaxation receives a special attention, both from a theoretical and a practical point of view. It is proven that to build a feasible solution of the problem by using the one obtained by the relaxation is an NP-hard problem. Nevertheless, a tabu search initialized with the optimal solution of the relaxation often shows that it is the optimal one.The algorithms have been tested on a set of instances coming from the literature, proving their effectiveness.  相似文献

In this paper, the RCPSP (resource constrained project scheduling problem) is solved using a linear programming model. Each activity may or may not be preemptive. Each variable is associated to a subset of independent activities (antichains). The properties of the model are first investigated. In particular, conditions are given that allow a solution of the linear program to be a feasible schedule. From these properties, an algorithm based on neighbourhood search is derived. One neighbour solution is obtained through one Simplex pivoting, if this pivoting preserves feasibility. Methods to get out of local minima are provided. The solving methods are tested on the PSPLIB instances in a preemptive setting and prove efficient. They are used when preemption is forbidden with less success, and this difference is discussed.  相似文献

This paper presents a hybrid metaheuristic approach (HMA) for solving the unconstrained binary quadratic programming (UBQP) problem. By incorporating a tabu search procedure into the framework of evolutionary algorithms, the proposed approach exhibits several distinguishing features, including a diversification-based combination operator and a distance-and-quality based replacement criterion for pool updating. The proposed algorithm is able to easily obtain the best known solutions for 31 large random instances up to 7000 variables (which no previous algorithm has done) and find new best solutions for three of nine instances derived from the set-partitioning problem, demonstrating the efficacy of our proposed algorithm in terms of both solution quality and computational efficiency. Furthermore, some key elements and properties of the HMA algorithm are also analyzed.  相似文献

This paper deals with the strongly NP-hard minmax regret version of the minimum spanning tree problem with interval costs. The best known exact algorithms solve the problem in reasonable time for rather small graphs. In this paper an algorithm based on the idea of tabu search is constructed. Some properties of the local minima are shown. Exhaustive computational tests for various classes of graphs are performed. The obtained results suggest that the proposed tabu search algorithm quickly outputs optimal solutions for the smaller instances, previously discussed in the existing literature. Furthermore, some arguments that this algorithm performs well also for larger instances are provided.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop new heuristic procedures for the maximum diversity problem (MDP). This NP-hard problem has a significant number of practical applications such as environmental balance, telecommunication services or genetic engineering. The proposed algorithm is based on the tabu search methodology and incorporates memory structures for both construction and improvement. Although proposed in seminal tabu search papers, memory-based constructions have often been implemented in naïve ways that disregard important elements of the fundamental tabu search proposals. We will compare our tabu search construction with a memory-less design and with previous algorithms recently developed for this problem. The constructive method can be coupled with a local search procedure or a short-term tabu search for improved outcomes. Extensive computational experiments with medium and large instances show that the proposed procedure outperforms the best heuristics reported in the literature within short computational times.  相似文献

提出了将人工鱼群算法应用于求解资源受限项目调度问题中的构想,建立了求解资源受限项目调度问题的人工鱼群算法模型,设计了一种标准随机键编码方式,构建了人工鱼的觅食行为、聚群行为、追尾行为和随机行为四种基本算子,采用了正向逆向局部改进技术和精英保留策略,并给出了算法流程。应用PSPLIB标准问题库对该算法进行了大量的测试,并与其他算法进行了比较,验证了该算法的有效性。  相似文献

合理的资源配置是提高项目调度鲁棒性一种有效的方法。本文针对项目鲁棒调度问题,提出了Max-PRUA资源分配启发式算法,以期通过生成鲁棒性高的资源分配方案来提高调度计划的鲁棒性。本算法设计了最大化利用优先关系和不可避免弧传递资源的资源分配两项策略来传递最大资源量,以减少由额外约束传递的资源量,降低对项目调度鲁棒性的影响。为寻优最优资源分配方案,配合局部搜索算法,本算法构建了动态活动组GRA,通过对组内活动顺序重排以生成多种资源分配方案,以利于从解空间中寻优出最佳的鲁棒性方案。最后通过大量的仿真实验验证和与其它算法进行比较,结果表明本算法对于不同规模和不同因素影响的项目均有较好的适应性,生成的资源分配方案对调度计划鲁棒性影响较小,是一种有效的算法。  相似文献
