DFT calculations are employed to compare and contrast six-membered ring carbenes including 1,3-dimethyltetrahydropyrimidin-2-ylidene (1a), 1-methyl-3-cyclopropyltetrahydropyridine-2-ylidene (2a), and 1,3-dicyclopropylcyclohexane-2-ylidene (3a) as well as their unsaturated analogues 1b, 2b, 3b, and 2c. The amino groups exert singlet-triplet energy separation (?Es−t) of 60.9 kcal/mol to 1a while cyclopropyls induce a ?Es−t of 14.8 kcal/mol to 3a. The simultaneous presence of amino and cyclopropyl in 2a leads to a ?Es−t of 43.3 kcal/mol. Unsaturation slightly increases the ?Es−t of 1a and 3a but not that of 2a. Our thermodynamic, kinetic, and reactivity results are compared with those of synthetic five-membered ring N-heterocyclic carbenes.  相似文献

Heats of formation have been derived from G3(MP2)//B3LYP and G3MP2B3(+) atomization energies for tert-butyl radical (6R), cubyl radical, bicyclooctyl radical (1R), and tricyclo[3.3.n.03,7]alk-3(7)-yl (n=0-3, 2R-5R) radicals, and their respective anions (1A-6A) and hydrocarbons (1H-6H). The electron affinity (EA) of 6R is estimated at 1.5±2 kcal/mol and tert-butyl anion (6A) is likely to be bound. In the homologous series 2R-5R the EAs range from 3.4±2 to 13.5±2 kcal/mol. The computed enthalpies of the acidities of the tricyclic hydrocarbons 1H-5H are in the range 407-411 kcal/mol. Their C-H bond dissociation energies (BDEs) are in the range 97-110 kcal/mol. The increase of the BDEs in the homologous series 2H-5H and the increase of EAs of 2A-5A is attributed to the enhanced pyramidalization induced in radicals 2R-5R by the shortening of the methylene chain connecting carbons C3 and C7.  相似文献

The geometry and energy profiles of the mutarotation pathway present in the equilibrium of 6-deoxy-β-l-mannopyranosyl 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (1a), 6-deoxy-l-mannose 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone (1b), and 6-deoxy-α-l-mannopyranosyl 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (1c) were modeled by DFT calculations at B3LYP/6-31G(d) level affording ΔGDFT=0.000 kcal/mol, ΔGDFT=0.174 kcal/mol, and ΔGDFT=3.411 kcal/mol, respectively. Experimentally, the β-l-pyranose 1a occurs in 50% followed by the acyclic structure 1b in 44% as well as by the α-l-anomer 1c in 6%. The conformations of 1a-c and their corresponding 2,3,4-triacetyl derivatives 2a-c were studied by molecular modeling and NMR spectroscopy. IR frequencies, NMR chemical shifts, and X-ray diffraction analysis were employed to compare theoretical with experimental structural parameters.  相似文献

The reaction of trichlorosilane (1a) at 250 °C with cycloalkenes, such as cyclopentene (2a), cyclohexene (2b), cycloheptene (2c), and cyclooctene (2d), gave cycloalkyltrichlorosilanes [CnH2n−1SiCl3: n = 5 (3a), 6 (3b), 7 (3c), 8 (3d)] within 6 h in excellent yields (97-98%), but the similar reactions using methyldichlorosilane (1b) instead of 1a required a longer reaction time of 40 h and afforded cycloalkyl(methyl)dichlorosilanes [CnH2n−1SiMeCl2: n = 5 (3e), 6 (3f), 7 (3g), 8 (3h)] in 88-92% yields with 4-8% recovery of reactant 2. In large (2, 0.29 mol)-scale preparations, the reactions of 2a and 2b with 1a (0.58 mol) under the same condition gave 3a and 3b in 95% and 94% isolated yields, respectively. The relative reactivity of four hydrosilanes [HSiCl3−mMem: m = 0-3] in the reaction with 2a indicates that as the number of chlorine-substituent(s) on the silicon increases the rate of the reaction decreases in the following order: n = 3 > 2 > 1 ? 0. In the reaction with 1a, the relative reactivity of four cycloalkenes (ring size = 5-8) decreases in the following order: 2d > 2a > 2c > 2b. Meanwhile linear alkenes like 1-hexene undergo two reactions of self-isomerization and hydrosilylation with hydrosilane to give a mixture of the three isomers (1-, 2-, and 3-silylated hexanes). In this reaction, the reactivity of the terminal 1-hexene is higher than the internal 2- and 3-hexene. The redistribution of hydrosilane 1 and the polymerization of olefin 2 occurred rarely under the thermal reaction condition.  相似文献

Second-order Møller-Plesset theory (MP2) and density functional theory (B3LYP) with the 6-311G(d,p) and 6-311+G(d,p) basis sets have been used to calculate the equilibrium geometries and relative energies of the chair, twist, and boat conformations of 4-chloro-4-silathiacyclohexane 1-oxide and 4,4-dichloro-4-silathiacyclohexane 1-oxide. The chair conformers of the axial sulfoxides are lower in energy than the chair conformers of the corresponding equatorial sulfoxides. MP2/6-311+G(d,p) predicted the chair conformer of axial trans-4-chloro-4-silathiacyclohexane 1-oxide (4a) to be 6.12, 0.44, and 0.45 kcal/mol, respectively, more stable than the corresponding 1,4-twist (4b), 2,5-twist (4c) and 1,4-boat (4d) conformers and 6.93 kcal/mol more stable than the 2,5-boat transition state ([4e]). Structures 4c and 4d are stabilized by intramolecular coordination of the sulfinyl oxygen with silicon that results in trigonal bipyramidal geometry at silicon. The 1,4-boat conformer (7d) of axial 4,4-dichloro-4-silathiacyclohexane 1-oxide is also stabilized by transannular coordination of the sulfinyl oxygen with silicon. The energy difference (Erel = 4.23 kcal/mol) between the chair conformer (7a) and 7d is larger than that between 4a and 4d. The relatively lower stability of the 1,4-boat conformer (7d) of axial 4,4-dichloro-4-silathiacyclohexane 1-oxide (7a) may be due to repulsive interactions of the axial halogen and sulfinyl oxygen atoms. The relative energies and structures of the conformers and transition states of cis- and trans-4-chloro-4-silathiacyclohexane 1-oxide and 4,4-dichloro-4-silathiacyclohexane 1-oxide are discussed in terms of hyperconjugative interactions, orbital interactions, nonbonded interactions, and intramolecular sulfinyl oxygen-silicon coordination.  相似文献

2-Phenylaniline reacted with Pd(OAc)2 in toluene at room temperature for 24 h in a one-to-one molar ratio and with the system PdCl2, NaCl and NaOAc in a 1 (2-phenylaniline):1 (PdCl2):2 (NaCl):1 (NaOAc) molar ratio in methanol at room temperature for one week to give the dinuclear cyclopalladated compounds (μ-X)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}]2 [1a (X = OAc) and 1b (X = Cl)] in high yield. Moreover, the reaction between 2-phenylaniline and Pd(OAc)2 in one-to-one molar ratio in acid acetic at 60 °C for 4 h, followed by a metathesis reaction with LiBr, allowed isolation of the dinuclear cyclopalladated compound (μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}]2 (1c) in moderate yield. A parallel treatment, but using monodeuterated acetic acid (DOAc) as solvent in the cyclopalladation reaction, allowed isolation of a mixture of compounds 1c, 1cd1 [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4](μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)-3-d-C6H3] and 1cd2 (μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)-3-d-C6H3}]2 in moderate yield and with a deuterium content of ca. 60%. 1a and 1b reacted with pyridine and PPh3 affording the mononuclear cyclopalladated compounds [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}(X)(L)] [2a (X = OAc, L = py), 2b (X = Cl, L = py), 3a (X = OAc, L = PPh3) and 3b (X = Cl, L = PPh3)] in a yield from moderate to high. Furthermore, 1a reacted with Na(acac) · H2O to give the mononuclear cyclopalladated compound 4 [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}(acac)] in moderate yield. 1H NMR studies in CDCl3 solution of 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b and 4 showed that 2a and 3a presented an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the acetato ligand and the amino group, and were involved in a dynamic equilibrium with water present in the CDCl3 solvent; and that the enantiomeric molecules of 2b and 4 were in a fast exchange at room temperature, while they were in a slow exchange for 2a, 3a and 3b. The X-ray crystal structures of 3b and 4 were determined. 3b crystallized in the triclinic space group with a = 9.9170(10), b = 10.4750(10), c = 12.0890(10) Å, α = 98.610(10)°, β = 94.034(10)° and γ = 99.000(10)° and 4 in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a = 11.5900(10), b = 11.2730(10), c = 12.2150(10) Å, α = 90°, β = 107.6560(10)° and γ = 90°.  相似文献

The hydridic reactivity of the complex W(CO)(H)(NO)(PMe3)3 (1) was investigated applying a variety of protic donors. Formation of organyloxide complexes W(CO)(NO)(PMe3)3(OR) (R = C6H5 (2), 3,4,5-Me3C6H2 (3), CF3CH2 (4), C6H5CH2 (5), Me (6) and iPr (7)) and H2 evolution was observed. The reactions of 1 accelerated with increasing acidity of the protic donor: Me2CHOH (pKa = 17) < MeOH (pKa = 15.5) < C6H5CH2OH (pKa = 15) < CF3CH2OH (pKa = 12.4) < C6H2Me3OH (pKa = 10.6) < C6H5OH (pKa = 10).Regioselective hydrogen bonding of 1 was probed with two of the protic donors furnishing equilibrium formation of the dihydrogen bonded complexes ROH···HW(CO)(NO)(PMe3)3 (R = 3,4,5-Me3C6H2,3a and iPr, 7a) and the ONO hydrogen bonded species ROH···ONW(CO)(H)(PMe3)3 (R = C6H2Me3,3b and iPr, 7b) which were studied in hexane and d8-toluene solutions using variable temperature IR and NMR spectroscopy. Quantitative IR experiments at low temperatures using 3,4,5-trimethylphenol (TMP) confirmed the two types of competitive equilibria: dihydrogen bonding to give 3aH1 = −5.8 ± 0.4 kcal/mol and ΔS1 = −15.3 ± 1.4 e.u.) and hydrogen bonding to give 3b (ΔH2 = −2.8 ± 0.1 kcal/mol and ΔS2 = −5.8 ± 0.3 e.u.). Additional data for the hydrogen bonded complexes 3a,b and 7a,b were determined via NMR titrations in d8-toluene from the equilibrium constants Kδ) and KR1) measuring either changes in the chemical shifts of HW(Δδ) or the excess relaxation rates of HWR1) (3a,b: ΔHδ) = −0.8 ± 0.1 kcal/mol; ΔSδ) = −1.4 ± 0.3 e.u. and ΔHR1) = −5.8 ± 0.4 kcal/mol; ΔSR1) = −22.9 ± 1.9 e.u) (7a,b: ΔHδ) = −2.3 ± 0.2 kcal/mol; ΔSδ) = −11.7 ± 0.9 e.u. and ΔHR1) = −2.9 ± 0.2 kcal/mol; ΔSR1) = −14.6 ± 1.0 e.u). Dihydrogen bonding distances of 1.9 Å and 2.1 Å were derived for 3a and 7a from the NMR excess relaxation rate measurements of HW in d8-toluene. An X-ray diffraction study was carried out on compound 2.  相似文献

To appreciate the chemistry of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs), eight carbenic tautomers of pyridine (azacyclohexadienylidenes) are studied at B3LYP/AUG-cc-pVTZ//B3LYP/6-31+G and B3LYP/6-311++G∗∗//B3LYP/6-31+G levels of theory. Various thermodynamic parameters are calculated for these minima, along with a kinetic focus on carbene-pyridine tautomerization. Appropriate isodesmic reactions show stabilization energies of 2-azacyclohexa-3,5-dienylidene (1) and 4-azacyclohexa-2,5-dienylidene (6) as 119.4 and 104.1 kcal/mol, rather close to that of the synthesized 1,3-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene (129.2 kcal/mol). Three different mechanisms are suggested for the tautomerizations including: [1,2]-H shift, [1,4]-H shift, and three sequential [1,2]-H shifts. The calculated energy barrier for [1,2]-H shift of 1 is 44.6 kcal/mol, while the first [1,2]-H shift for the proposed sequential mechanism of 6 requires 65.1 kcal/mol. Three preliminary minimum templates are introduced, which may possess the potential of synthetic consideration: 2,6-di(X)-3,5-dichloro-4-azacyclohexa-2,5-dienylidene for X=Mes, t-Bu, and Ad.  相似文献

Sulfur analogues of the soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) inhibitor NS2028 1a are synthesized. Treating 8-bromo-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3(4H)-one oxime (6) with 1,1′-thiocarbonyldiimidazole (1.1 equiv) gave the carbamothioate 8-bromo-4H-[1,2,4]oxadiazolo[3,4-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1-thione (3a) in 83% yield. Alternatively reacting NS2028 1a with P2S5 (0.5 equiv) affords the carbamothioate 3a in 80% yield. Similar treatment of 8-aryl substituted NS2028 analogues 1b-d with P2S5 gave the carbamothioates 3b-d in 64-91% yields. Although quite stable, the carbamothioates 3a-d could be thermally isomerized in the presence of Cu (10 mol %) to afford the thiocarbamates 4a-d in high yields. Interestingly, in the case of carbamothioate 3a Pd and In metals also facilitated the isomerization. Furthermore, treatment of the thiocarbamates 4a-d with P2S5 (0.5 equiv) affords the carbamodithioates 5a-d in 72-89% yields. All new compounds are fully characterized including single crystal X-ray data for carbamothioate 3a and thiocarbamate 4a. Finally, a mechanism is proposed for the carbamothioate to thiocarbamate isomerization.  相似文献

The precursor 1-(9-anthracenylmethyl)-3-alkylbenzimidazolium chlorides (1a, alkyl = C4H9, 1b, alkyl = C6H13) and their three new NHC silver(I) and mercury(II) complexes {[1-(9-anthracylmethyl)-3-alkylbimy]MCl}2 (2a, alkyl = C4H9, M = Ag; 2b, alkyl = C6H13, M = Ag; 3a, alkyl = C4H9, M = Hg; bimy = benzimidazol-2-ylidene) have been prepared and characterized. The crystal structures of 2a, 2b and 3a showed that 2-D supramolecular layers are formed by both benzimidazole ring head to tail π-π stacking interactions and anthracene ring face-to-face π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

A study of the reactivity of enantiopure ferrocenylimine (SC)-[FcCHN-CH(Me)(Ph)] {Fc =  (η5-C5H5)Fe{(η5-C5H4)-} (1a) with palladium(II)-allyl complexes [Pd(η3-1R1,3R2-C3H3)(μ-Cl)]2 {R1 = H and R2 = H (2), Ph (3) or R1 = R2 = Ph (4)} is reported. Treatment of 1a with 2 or 3 {in a molar ratio Pd(II):1a = 1} in CH2Cl2 at 298 K produced [Pd(η3-3R2-C3H4){FcCHN-CH(Me)(Ph)}Cl] {R2 = H (5a) or Ph (6a)}. When the reaction was carried out under identical experimental conditions using complex 4 as starting material no evidence for the formation of [Pd(η3-1,3-Ph2-C3H3){FcCHN-CH(Me)(Ph)}Cl] (7a) was found. Additional studies on the reactivity of (SC)-[FcCHN-CH(R3)(CH2OH)] {R3 = Me (1b) or CHMe2 (1c)} with complex 4 showed the importance of the bulk of the substituents on the palladium(II) allyl-complex (2-4) or on the ferrocenylimines (1) in this type of reaction. The crystal structure of 5a showed that: (a) the ferrocenylimine adopts an anti-(E) conformation and behaves as an N-donor ligand, (b) the chloride is in acis-arrangement to the nitrogen and (c) the allyl group binds to the palladium(II) in a η3-fashion. Solution NMR studies of 5a and 6a and [Pd(η3-1,3-Ph2-C3H3){FcCHN-CH(Me)(CH2OH)}Cl] (7b) revealed the coexistence of several isomers in solution. The stoichiometric reaction between 6a and sodium diethyl 2-methylmalonate reveals that the formation of the achiral linear trans-(E) isomer of Ph-CHCH-CH2Nu (8) was preferred over the branched derivative (9). A comparative study of the potential utility of ligand 1a, complex 5a and the amine (SC)-H2N-CH(Me)(Ph) (11) as catalysts in the allylic alkylation of (E)-3-phenyl-2-propenyl (cinnamyl) acetate with the nucleophile diethyl 2-methylmalonate (Nu) is reported.  相似文献

Quantum chemical calculations using density functional theory (B3LYP) were carried out to elucidate the reaction pathways for ethylene addition to the chromium and molybdenum complexes CrO(CH3)2(CH2) (Cr1) and MoO(CH3)2(CH2) (Mo1). The results are compared with previously published results of the analogous tungsten system WO(CH3)2(CH2) (W1). The comparison of the group-6 elements shows that the molybdenum and tungsten compounds Mo1 and W1 have a similar reactivity while the chromium compound has a more complex reactivity pattern. The kinetically most favorable reaction pathway for ethylene addition to Mo1 is the [2+2]Mo,C addition across the MoCH2 double bond which has an activation barrier of only 8.4 kcal/mol. The reaction is slightly exothermic with ΔER = −0.6 kcal/mol. The [2+2]Mo,O addition across the MoO double bond and the [3+2]C,O addition have much higher barriers and are strongly endothermic. The thermodynamically mostly favored reaction is the [1+2]Mo addition of ethylene to the metal atom which takes place after prior rearrangement of the Mo(VI) compound Mo1 to the Mo(IV) isomer Mo1g. The reaction is −19.2 kcal/mol exothermic but it has a large barrier of 34.5 kcal/mol. The kinetically and thermodynamically most favorable reaction pathway for ethylene addition to the chromium homologue Cr1 is the multiple-step process with initial rearrangements Cr1 → Cr1c → Cr1g which are followed by a [1+2]Cr addition yielding an ethylene π complex Cr1g + C2H4 → Cr1g-1. The highest barrier comes from the first step Cr1 → Cr1c which has an activation energy of 14.2 kcal/mol. The overall reaction is exothermic by −26.3 kcal/mol.  相似文献

N-Arylisoindolines 1a-i react with ethenetetracarbonitrile 2 in aerated benzene by formation of [3-(2-aryl-3-dicyanomethylene-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-ylidene)-2-aryl-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-ylidene]propanedinitriles 8a-i (20-36%), N-aryl-3-dicyanomethylene-isoindol-2-ones 9a-i (15-21%) and N-arylphthalimides 10a-i (4-9%) as well as 1,1,2,2-tetracyanoethane 11 (35-55%). The structure of 8d has been unambiguously confirmed by a single crystal X-ray structure analysis. A rationale for the formation of products 8-11 is presented.  相似文献

N-Heterocyclic carbene ligands (NHC) were metalated with Pd(OAc)2 or [Ni(CH3CN)6](BF4)2 by in situ deprotonation of imidazolium salts to give the N-olefin functionalized biscarbene complexes [MX2(NHC)2] 3-7 (3: M = Pd, X = Br, NHC = 1,3-di(3-butenyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene; 4: M = Pd, X = Br, NHC = 1,3-di(4-pentenyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene; 5: M = Pd, X = I, NHC = 1,3-diallylimidazolin-2-ylidene; 6: M = Ni, X = I, NHC = 1,3-diallylimidazolin-2-ylidene; 7: M = Ni, X = I, NHC = 1-methyl-3-allylimidazolin-2-ylidene). Molecular structure determinations for 4-7 revealed that square-planar complexes with cis (5) or trans (4, 6, 7) coordination geometry at the metal center had been obtained. Reaction of nickelocene with imidazolium bromides afforded the η5-cyclopentadienyl (η5-Cp) monocarbene nickel complexes [NiBr(η5-Cp)(NHC)] 8 and 9 (8: NHC = 1-methyl-3-allylimidazolin-2-ylidene; 9: NHC = 1,3-diallylimidazolin-2-ylidene). The bromine abstraction in complexes 8 and 9 with silver tetrafluoroborate gave complexes [NiBr(η5-Cp)(η3-NHC)] 10 and 11. The X-ray structure analysis of 10 and 11 showed a trigonal-pyramidal coordination geometry at the nickel(II) center and coordination of one N-allyl substituent.  相似文献

Fluorotitanates (LH)2[TiF6nH2O (1: R = pyridine, n = 1, 2: R = 2-picoline, n = 2, 3: R = 2,6-lutidine, n = 0, 4: R = 2,4,6-collidine, n = 0) and (LH)[TiF5(H2O)] (3a: L = 2,6-lutidine) have been synthesized by the reaction of pyridine or corresponding methyl substituted pyridines and titanium dioxide dissolved in hydrofluoric acid. The crystal structures of ionic compounds 1, 2, 3, 3a and 4 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The hydrogen bonding led to the formation of discrete (LH)2[TiF6] units (4), chains (1-3), and layers (3a). The additional π-π interactions present in 1, 2, and 4 results in chain structures of 1 and 4 and in a layer structure of 2. The [TiF6]2− and [TiF5(H2O)] anions were observed by 19F NMR spectroscopy in aqueous solutions of 1, 2, 3, 3a and 4.  相似文献

Four cyclometalated Pt(II) complexes, i.e., [(L2)PtCl] (1b), [(L3)PtCl] (1c), [(L2)PtCCC6H5] (2b) and [(L3)PtCCC6H5] (2c) (HL2 = 4-[p-(N-butyl-N-phenyl)anilino]-6-phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine and HL3 = 4-[p-(N,N′-dibutyl-N′-phenyl)phenylene-diamino]-phenyl-6-phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and verified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and X-ray crystallography. Unlike previously reported complexes [(L1)PtCl] (1a) and [(L1)PtCCC6H5] (2a) (HL1 = 4,6-diphenyl-2,2′-bipyridine), intense and continuous absorption bands in the region of 300-500 nm with strong metal-to-ligand charge transfer (1MLCT) (dπ(Pt) → π(L)) transitions (ε ∼ 2 × 104 dm3 mol−1 cm−1) at 449-467 nm were observed in the UV-Vis absorption spectra of complexes 1b, 1c, 2b and 2c. Meanwhile, with the introduction of electron-donating arylamino groups in the ligands of 1a and 2a, complexes 1b and 2b display stronger phosphorescence in CH2Cl2 solutions at room temperature with bathochromically shifted emission maxima at 595 and 600 nm, relatively higher quantum yields of 0.11 and 0.26, and much longer lifetimes of 8.4 and 4.5 μs, respectively. An electrochromic film of 1b-based polymer was obtained on Pt or ITO electrode surface, which suggests an efficient oxidative polymerization behavior. An orange multilayer organic light-emitting diode with 1b as phosphorescent dopant was fabricated, achieving a maximum current efficiency of 11.3 cd A−1 and a maximum external efficiency of 5.7%. The luminescent properties of complexes 1c and 2c are dependent on pH value and solvent polarity, which is attributed to the protonation of arylamino units in the C^N^N cyclometalating ligands.  相似文献

The synthesis and the characterization of some new aluminum complexes with bidentate 2-pyrazol-1-yl-ethenolate ligands are described. 2-(3,5-Disubstituted pyrazol-1-yl)-1-phenylethanones, 1-PhC(O)CH2-3,5-R2C3HN2 (1a, R = Me; 1b, R = But), were prepared by solventless reaction of 3,5-dimethyl pyrazole or 3,5-di-tert-butyl pyrazole with PhC(O)CH2Br. Reaction of 1a or 1b with (R1 = Me, Et) yielded N,O-chelate alkylaluminum complexes (2a, R = R1 = Me; 2b, R = But, R1 = Me; 2c, R = Me, R1 = Et). Compound 1a was readily lithiated with LiBun in thf or toluene to give lithiated species 3. Treatment of 3 with 0.5 equiv of MeAlCl2 or AlCl3 yielded five-coordinated aluminum complexes [XAl(OC(Ph)CH{(3,5-Me2C3HN2)-1})2] (4, X = Me; 5, X = Cl). Reaction of 5 with an equiv of LiHBEt3 generated [Al(OC(Ph)CH{(3,5-Me2C3HN2)-1})3] (6). Complex 6 was also obtained by reaction of 3 with 1/3 equiv of AlCl3. Treatment of 5 with 2 equiv of AlMe3 yielded complex 2a, whereas with an equiv of AlMe3 afforded a mixture of 2a and [Me(Cl)AlOC(Ph)CH{(3,5-Me2C3HN2)-1}] (7). Compounds 1a, 1b, 2a-2c and 4-6 were characterized by elemental analyses, NMR and IR (for 1a and 1b) spectroscopy. The structures of complexes 2a and 5 were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Both 2a and 5 are monomeric in the solid state. The position of equilibrium between 7-substituted and 7,8-disubstituted 1,3,5-cyclooctatrienes (1) and the corresponding valence isomeric bicyclo[4.2.0]-2,4-octadienes (2) is highly sensitive to the nature of substituents. In particular, the difference between trans and cis-7,8 isomers in this regard has never been explained. These differences have been clarified by computational means. The CBS-QB3 hybrid quantum chemical computational method reproduces the experimental free energy differences between a series of cyclooctatrienes (1) and the corresponding valence isomers (2) with excellent accuracy; the MAD and root mean square (rms) differences are 0.54 kcal/mol and 0.58 kcal/mol, respectively. The energy barriers between several derivatives of 1 and 2 were computed with good accuracy (MAD=1.3 kcal/mol and rms=1.5 kcal/mol) by the same procedure. The dihedral angle between the substituents increases upon electrocyclic conversion of trans-7,8-disubstituted cyclooctatrienes to the bicyclic isomer and decreases for the corresponding cis isomers. This differential effect explains both the higher bicyclic proportion at equilibrium and the faster rate of cyclization in the trans series compared to cis.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of hitherto unknown alkyl(or aryl)pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-4(5H)-ones 8a-g, 16 and 17 has been established. The method is based on the synthesis of the corresponding N-alkyl(or aryl)-1-(2-nitrophenyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamides 3a-c and 7a-c,e which undergo denitrocyclisation with NaH in DMF in 4.5 or 2 h. When 3a was treated with NaH in DMF for 30 min the product of a Smiles rearrangement, 9, was isolated. Under similar conditions but for 4.5 h 9 was converted into 8a. This confirms the involvement of a Smiles rearrangement during the denitrocyclisation process. Conversion of 3b into isomeric pyrroloquinoxalinones 12 and 13 confirms a process involving two pathways, direct denitrocylisation of 3b and Smiles rearrangement of 3b followed by denitrocylisation, respectively. Furthermore, denitrocylisation of 7d into pyrroloquinoxalinones 16 and 17 suggests that similar cyclisation pathways are followed by N-arylcarboxamides.  相似文献

Treatment of the thiosemicarbazones 2-XC6H4C(Me)NN(H)C(S)NHR (R = Me, X = F, a; R = Et, X = F, b; R = Me, X = Cl, c; R = Et, X = Br, d) with potassium tetrachloropalladate(II) in ethanol, lithium tetrachloropalladate(II) in methanol or palladium(II) acetate in acetic acid, as appropriate, gave the tetranuclear cyclometallated complexes [Pd{2-XC6H3C(Me)NNC(S)NHR}]4 (1a-1d). Reaction of 1a-1d with the diphosphines Ph2PCH2PPh2 (dppm), Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2 (dppe), Ph2P(CH2)3PPh2 (dppp) or trans-Ph2PCHCHPPh2 (trans-dpe) in 1:2 molar ratio gave the dinuclear cyclometallated complexes [{Pd[2-XC6H3C(Me)NNC(S)-NHR]}2(μ-diphosphine-P,P)] (2a-5a, 3b, 3d, 4c, 5c). Reaction of 1a, 1b with the short-bite or long-bite diphosphines, dppm or cis-dpe, in a 1:4 molar ratio gave the mononuclear cyclometallated complexes [Pd{2-XC6H3C(Me)NNC(S)NHR}(diphosphine-P)] (6a, 6b, 7a). The molecular structure of ligand a and of complexes 1a, 3d, 5a, 5c, 6a, 6b and 7a have been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The structure of complex 7a shows that the long-bite cis-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethene phosphine appears as monodentate with an uncoordinated phosphorus donor atom.  相似文献
