In this paper, a hybrid decision making approach integrating induced aggregation operators into VIKOR is proposed for tackling multicriteria problems with conflicting and noncommensurable (different units) criteria. For doing so, we develop a new distance aggregation operator called the induced ordered weighted averaging standardized distance (IOWASD) operator. It is an aggregation operator that provides a wide range of standardized distance measures between the maximum and the minimum by using the induced OWA (IOWA) operator. The main advantage of the IOWA-based VIKOR (IOWA-VIKOR) is that it is able to reflect the complex attitudinal character of the decision maker by using order inducing variables and provide much more complete information for decision making. We also studied some of the IOWASD’s main properties and different particular cases and further generalized it by using the induced generalized OWA (IGOWA) operator. Finally, we apply the integrated IOWA-VIKOR method in a multi-criteria decision making problem regarding the selection of materials and the results are compared for different types of standardized distance aggregation operators.  相似文献

We are interested in the personnel selection problem. We have developed a flexible decision support system to help managers in their decision-making functions. This DSS simulates experts’ evaluations using ordered weighted average (OWA) aggregation operators, which assign different weights to different selection criteria. Moreover, we show an aggregation model based on efficiency analysis to put the candidates into an order.  相似文献

Score x = (x1, … , xn) describing an alternative α is modelled by means of a continuous quasi-convex fuzzy quantity μα = μx, thus allowing to compare alternatives (scores) by means of fuzzy ordering (comparison) methods. Applying some defuzzification method leads to the introduction of operators acting on scores. A special stress is put on the Mean of Maxima defuzzification method allowing to introduce several averaging aggregation operators. Moreover, our approach allows to introduce weights into above mentioned aggregation, even in the non-anonymous (non-symmetric) case. Finally, Ordered Weighted Aggregation Operators (OWAO) are introduced, generalizing the standard OWA operators.  相似文献

In this paper we present a survey of rates of pointwise approximation of modified Gamma operators Gn for locally bounded functions and absolutely continuous functions by using some inequalities and results of probability theory with the method of Bojanic-Cheng. In the paper a kind of locally bounded functions is introduced with different growth conditions in the fields of both ends of interval (0,+∞), and it is found out that the operators have different properties compared to the Gamma operators discussed in [X.M. Zeng, Approximation properties of Gamma operators, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 311 (2005) 389-401]. And we obtain two main theorems. Theorem 1 gives an estimate for locally bounded functions which subsumes the approximation of functions of bounded variation as a special case. Theorem 2 gives an estimate for absolutely continuous functions which is best possible in the asymptotical sense.  相似文献

The paper first summarizes the orness measures and their common characteristics of some averaging operators: the quasi-arithmetic mean, the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator, the regular increasing monotone (RIM) quantifier and the weighted function average operator, respectively. Then it focuses on the aggregation properties and operator determination methods for two kinds of quasi-arithmetic mean-based compound aggregation operators: the quasi-OWA (ordered weighted averaging) operator and the Bajraktarevi? mean. The former is the combination of the quasi-arithmetic mean and the OWA operator, while the latter is the combination of the quasi-arithmetic mean and the weighted function average operator. Two quasi-OWA operator forms are given, where the OWA operator is assigned directly or generated from a RIM (regular increasing monotone) quantifier indirectly. The orness indexes to reflect the or-like level of the quasi-OWA operator and Bajraktarevi? mean are proposed. With generating function techniques, the properties of the quasi-OWA operator and Bajraktarevi? mean are discussed to show the rationality of these orness definitions. Based on these properties, two families of parameterized quasi-OWA operator and Bajraktarevi? mean with exponential and power function generators are proposed and compared. It shows that the method of this paper can also be applied to other function-based aggregation operators.  相似文献

The use of distance measures and heavy aggregations in the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator is studied. We present the heavy ordered weighted averaging distance (HOWAD) operator. It is a new aggregation operator that provides a parameterized family of aggregation operators between the minimum distance and the total distance operator. Thus, it permits to analyze an aggregation from its usual average (normalized distance) to the sum of all distances available in the aggregation process. We analyze some of its main properties and particular cases such as the normalized Hamming distance, the weighted Hamming distance and the OWA distance (OWAD) operator. This approach is generalized by using quasi-arithmetic means obtaining the quasi-arithmetic HOWAD (Quasi-HOWAD) operator and with norms obtaining the heavy OWA norm (HOWAN). Further extensions to this approach are presented by using moving averages forming the moving HOWAD (HOWMAD) and the moving Quasi-HOWAN (Quasi-HOWMAN) operator. The applicability of the new approach is studied in a decision making model regarding the selection of national policies. We focus on the selection of monetary policies. The key advantage of this approach is that we can consider several sources of information that are independent between them.  相似文献

An algorithm for the selection among n alternatives based on the evaluation of n (distinct) groups of persons according to the same m criteria is described. The evaluation of each person for each criterion is represented by a proportional ordinal 2-tuple and the overall opinion is aggregated by a pair of quantifier-guided ordered weighted averaging (OWA) aggregation and (floating) anchoring value-based ordered weighted averaging (AV-OWA) aggregation operators. An example is provided to illustrate the algorithm. The decision function of the algorithm is shown to be a Choquet integral of the associated function of two variables (corresponding to the two aggregation processes in the algorithm) which can be accomplished alternatively by a Choquet integral of Fubini type.  相似文献

Two linguistic-based voting systems have been introduced in recent years, namely: Majority Judgement (Balinski and Laraki in , 2007a) and Range Voting (Smith in , 2000). The keys for them are aggregation procedures based on the median and the arithmetic mean of the grades assessed to the alternatives, respectively. In this paper a comprehensive framework based on centered OWA operators (Yager in Soft Comput 11:631–639, 2007a) and the 2-tuple model (Herrera and Martínez in IEEE Trans Fuzzy Syst 8:746–752, 2000) is provided to enclose such distinct approaches. In addition, we show how to avoid some drawbacks of Majority Judgement and Range Voting by means of the use of suitable aggregation functions.  相似文献

A class of arity-monotonic aggregation operators, called impact functions, is proposed. This family of operators forms a theoretical framework for the so-called Producer Assessment Problem, which includes the scientometric task of fair and objective assessment of scientists using the number of citations received by their publications. The impact function output values are analyzed under right-censored and dynamically changing input data. The qualitative possibilistic approach is used to describe this kind of uncertainty. It leads to intuitive graphical interpretations and may be easily applied for practical purposes. The discourse is illustrated by a family of aggregation operators generalizing the well-known Ordered Weighted Maximum (OWMax) and the Hirsch h-index.  相似文献

We introduce the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator and emphasize how the choice of the weights, the weighting vector, allows us to implement different types of aggregation. We describe two important characterizing features associated with OWA weights. The first of these is the attitudinal character and the second is measure of dispersion. We discuss some methods for generating the weights and the role that these characterizing features can play in the determination of the OWA weights. We note that while in many cases these two features can help provide a clear distinction between different types of OWA operators there are some important cases in which these two characterizing features do not distinguish between OWA aggregations. In an attempt to address this we introduce a third characterizing feature associated with an OWA aggregation called the focus. We look at the calculation of this feature in a number of different situations.  相似文献

This paper discusses identification of parameters of generalized ordered weighted averaging (GOWA) operators from empirical data. Similarly to ordinary OWA operators, GOWA are characterized by a vector of weights, as well as the power to which the arguments are raised. We develop optimization techniques which allow one to fit such operators to the observed data. We also generalize these methods for functional defined GOWA and generalized Choquet integral based aggregation operators.  相似文献

We investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with triangular fuzzy information. Motivated by the ideal of Choquet integral [G. Choquet, Theory of capacities, Ann. Instit. Fourier 5 (1953) 131–295] and generalized OWA operator [R.R. Yager, Generalized OWA aggregation operators, Fuzzy Optim. Dec. Making 3 (2004) 93–107], in this paper, we have developed an generalized triangular fuzzy correlated averaging (GTFCA) operator. The prominent characteristic of the operators is that they cannot only consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also reflect the correlation among the elements or their ordered positions. We have applied the GTFCA operator to multiple attribute decision making problems with triangular fuzzy information. Finally an illustrative example has been given to show the developed method.  相似文献

In this paper the asymptotic behavior of Szász operators for locally bounded functions f is studied at points x where f(x+) and f(x−) exist. An asymptotic estimate of this type approximation is obtained by using some techniques and results of probability theory. The estimate essentially is the best possible for continuous points of f.  相似文献

The topic of the present paper are certain approximation operators acting on the space of continous functions on [0,+) having polynomial growth. The operators which were defined by Jain in 1972 are based on a probability distribution which is called generalized Poisson distribution. As a main result we derive a complete asymptotic expansion for the sequence of these operators.  相似文献

Incorporating further information into the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator weights is investigated in this paper. We first prove that for a constant orness the minimax disparity model [13] has unique optimal solution while the modified minimax disparity model [16] has alternative optimal OWA weights. Multiple optimal solutions in modified minimax disparity model provide us opportunity to define a parametric aggregation OWA which gives flexibility to decision makers in the process of aggregation and selecting the best alternative. Finally, the usefulness of the proposed parametric aggregation method is illustrated with an application in metasearch engine.  相似文献

In the past, the choices of β values to be applied to find the β-reducts in VPRS for an information system are somewhat arbitrary. In this study, a systematic method which bridges the fuzzy set methodology and probabilistic approach of RS to solve the threshold value β determination problem in variable precision rough sets (VPRS) is proposed. Different from the existing probabilistic methods, the proposed method relies on the fuzzy membership degrees of each attribute of the objects to calculate β. The proposed method gives the membership degrees and fuzzy aggregation operators the probabilistic interpretations. Based on the probabilistic interpretations, the threshold value β of VPRS is directly derived from fuzzy membership degree by Implication Relations and Fuzzy Algorithms, in which the membership degrees are obtained by the standard Fuzzy C-means method. The argument is that errors of system classification would occur in the fuzzy-clustering phase prior to information classification, therefore the threshold value β should be constrained by the probability of belongingness of an object to the fuzzy clusters, i.e., through the values of membership functions. A few examples are given in the paper to demonstrate the differences with other β-determining methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the uncertain probabilistic ordered weighted averaging distance (UPOWAD) operator. Its main advantage is that it uses distance measures in a unified framework between the probability and the OWA operator that considers the degree of importance of each concept in the aggregation. Moreover, it is able to deal with uncertain environments represented in the form of interval numbers. We study some of its main properties and particular cases such as the uncertain probabilistic distance (UPD) and the uncertain OWA distance (UOWAD) operator. We end the paper by presenting an application to a group decision making problem regarding the selection of robots.  相似文献

We study the class of endomorphisms of the cone of correlation functions generated by probability measures. We consider algebraic properties of the products (·, ?) and the maps K, K ?1 which establish relationships between the properties of functions on the configuration space and the properties of the corresponding operators (matrices with Boolean indices): F(γ) → F?(γ) = {F(α?β)}α,β?γ. For the operators F?(γ) and F?(γ), we prove conditions which ensure that these operators are positive definite; the conditions are given in terms of complete or absolute monotonicity properties of the function F(γ).  相似文献

In this paper, we study the Banach algebra B generated by multidimensional integral operators whose kernels are homogeneous functions of degree (?n) invariant with respect to the rotation group SO(n) and by the operators of multiplication by radial weakly oscillating functions. A symbolic calculus is developed for the algebra 25. The Fredholm property and the formula for calculating the index are described in terms of this calculus.  相似文献

Very recently the q-Bernstein-Schurer operators which reproduce only constant function were introduced and studied by C. V. Muraru (2011). Inspired by J. P. King, Positive linear operators which preserve x 2 (2003), in this paper we modify q-Bernstein-Schurer operators to King type modification of q-Bernstein-Schurer operators, so that these operators reproduce constant as well as quadratic test functions x 2 and study the approximation properties of these operators. We establish a convergence theorem of Korovkin type. We also get some estimations for the rate of convergence of these operators by using modulus of continuity. Furthermore, we give a Voronovskaja-type asymptotic formula for these operators.  相似文献
