The synthesis, structure, and solution‐state behavior of clothespin‐shaped binuclear trans‐bis(β‐iminoaryloxy)palladium(II) complexes doubly linked with pentamethylene spacers are described. Achiral syn and racemic anti isomers of complexes 1 – 3 were prepared by treating Pd(OAc)2 with the corresponding N,N′‐bis(β‐hydroxyarylmethylene)‐1,5‐pentanediamine and then subjecting the mixture to chromatographic separation. Optically pure (100 % ee) complexes, (+)‐anti‐ 1 , (+)‐anti‐ 2 , and (+)‐anti‐ 3 , were obtained from the racemic mixture by employing a preparative HPLC system with a chiral column. The trans coordination and clothespin‐shaped structures with syn and anti conformations of these complexes have been unequivocally established by X‐ray diffraction studies. 1H NMR analysis showed that (±)‐anti‐ 1 , (±)‐anti‐ 2 , syn‐ 2 , and (±)‐anti‐ 3 display a flapping motion by consecutive stacking association/dissociation between cofacial coordination planes in [D8]toluene, whereas syn‐ 1 and syn‐ 3 are static under the same conditions. The activation parameters for the flapping motion (ΔH and ΔS) were determined from variable‐temperature NMR analyses as 50.4 kJ mol?1 and 60.1 J mol?1 K?1 for (±)‐anti‐ 1 , 31.0 kJ mol?1 and ?22.7 J mol?1 K?1 for (±)‐anti‐ 2 , 29.6 kJ mol?1 and ?57.7 J mol?1 K?1 for syn‐ 2 , and 35.0 kJ mol?1 and 0.5 J mol?1 K?1 for (±)‐anti‐ 3 , respectively. The molecular structure and kinetic parameters demonstrate that all of the anti complexes flap with a twisting motion in [D8]toluene, although (±)‐anti‐ 1 bearing dilated Z‐shaped blades moves more dynamically than I‐shaped (±)‐anti‐ 2 or the smaller (±)‐anti‐ 3 . Highly symmetrical syn‐ 2 displays a much more static flapping motion, that is, in a see‐saw‐like manner. In CDCl3, (±)‐anti‐ 1 exhibits an extraordinary upfield shift of the 1H NMR signals with increasing concentration, whereas solutions of (+)‐anti‐ 1 and the other syn/anti analogues 2 and 3 exhibit negligible or slight changes in the chemical shifts under the same conditions, which indicates that anti‐ 1 undergoes a specific heterochiral association in the solution state. Equilibrium constants for the dimerizations of (±)‐ and (+)‐anti‐ 1 in CDCl3 at 293 K were estimated by curve‐fitting analysis of the 1H NMR chemical shift dependences on concentration as 26 M ?1 [KD(racemic)] and 3.2 M ?1 [KD(homo)], respectively. The heterochiral association constant [KD(hetero)] was estimated as 98 M ?1, based on the relationship KD(racemic)=1/2 KD(homo)+1/4 KD(hetero). An inward stacking motif of interpenetrative dimer association is postulated as the mechanistic rationale for this rare case of heterochiral association.  相似文献

The anionic gold(I) complexes [1‐(Ph3PAu)‐closo‐1‐CB11H11]? ( 1 ), [1‐(Ph3PAu)‐closo‐1‐CB9H9]? ( 2 ), and [2‐(Ph3PAu)‐closo‐2‐CB9H9]? ( 3 ) with gold–carbon 2c–2e σ bonds have been prepared from [AuCl(PPh3)] and the respective carba‐closo‐borate dianion. The anions have been isolated as their Cs+ salts and the corresponding [Et4N]+ salts were obtained by salt metathesis reactions. The salt Cs‐ 3 isomerizes in the solid state and in solution at elevated temperatures to Cs‐ 2 with ΔHiso=(?75±5) kJ mol?1 (solid state) and ΔH=(118±10) kJ mol?1 (solution). The compounds were characterized by vibrational and multi‐NMR spectroscopies, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry. The crystal structures of [Et4N]‐ 1 , [Et4N]‐ 2 , and [Et4N]‐ 3 were determined. The bonding parameters, NMR chemical shifts, and the isomerization enthalpy of Cs‐ 3 to Cs‐ 2 are compared to theoretical data.  相似文献

Biotransformation of (±)‐threo‐7,8‐dihydroxy(7,8‐2H2)tetradecanoic acids (threo‐(7,8‐2H2)‐ 3 ) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae afforded 5,6‐dihydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecanoic acids (threo‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 4 ), which were converted to (5S,6S)‐6‐hydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecano‐5‐lactone ((5S,6S)‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 7 ) with 80% e.e. and (5S,6S)‐5‐hydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecano‐6‐lactone ((5S,6S)‐5,6‐2H2)‐ 8 ). Further β‐oxidation of threo‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 4 yielded 3,4‐dihydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decanoic acids (threo‐(3,4‐2H2)‐ 5 ), which were converted to (3R,4R)‐3‐hydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decano‐4‐lactone ((3R,4R)‐ 9 ) with 44% e.e. and converted to 2H‐labeled decano‐4‐lactones ((4R)‐(3‐2H1)‐ and (4R)‐(2,3‐2H2)‐ 6 ) with 96% e.e. These results were confirmed by experiments in which (±)‐threo‐3,4‐dihydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decanoic acids (threo‐(3,4‐2H2)‐ 5 ) were incubated with yeast. From incubations of methyl (5S,6S)‐ and (5R,6R)‐5,6‐dihydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecanoates ((5S,6S)‐ and (5R,6R)‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 4a ), the (5S,6S)‐enantiomer was identified as the precursor of (4R)‐(3‐2H1)‐ and (2,3‐2H2)‐ 6 ). Therefore, (4R)‐ 6 is synthesized from (3S,4S)‐ 5 by an oxidation/keto acid reduction pathway involving hydrogen transfer from C(4) to C(2). In an analogous experiment, methyl (9S,10S)‐9,10‐dihydroxyoctadecanoate ((9S,10S)‐ 10a ) was metabolized to (3S,4S)‐3,4‐dihydroxydodecanoic acid ((3S,4S)‐ 15 ) and converted to (4R)‐dodecano‐4‐lactone ((4R)‐ 18 ).  相似文献

The reaction of 1, 8‐dilithionaphthalene 2 , with 2 equivalents of rac‐Me(C6F5)PCl, gave a 6 : 1 mixture of rac‐ and meso‐1, 8‐di(methyl‐pentafluorophenylphosphino)naphthalene (dmfppn, rac‐ 3h and meso‐ 3h ), but no reaction was observed when the sterically crowded rac‐tBu(C6F5)PCl was used. In 31P NMR experiments, rac‐ 3h and mmeso‐ 3h exhibited characteristic signals (virtual quintets), which indicate that there is significant coupling through space (3JPF + 7 JPF ≈ 15 Hz). Compound rac‐ 3h was isolated by fractional crystallisation and treated with aqueous H2O2 to yield the corresponding bis‐phosphine dioxide, rac‐ 7h . In contrast to rac‐ 3h , there was no sign of through‐space coupling in rac‐ 7h , which again illustrates that the latter operates via the lone pairs at phosphorus. Platinum(II) complexes were prepared from the new, P‐chiral chelate rac‐ 3h , and the related ligand 1, 8‐di(tert‐butylphenylphosphino) naphthalene (rac‐dtbppn, rac‐ 3e ). All isolated new compounds were characterised by multinuclear NMR and IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Single‐crystal X‐ray structure determinations were performed for rac‐dmfppn (rac‐ 3h ), rac‐[PtCl2(dtbppn)] (rac‐ 17e ), and rac‐[PtCl2(dmfppn)] (rac‐ 17h ). rac‐ 3h displays crystallographic twofold symmetry. In rac‐ 17h , the electron‐withdrawing effect of the C6F5 groups causes a shortening of the Pt—P bond to ca. 220 pm (cf. 223 pm in rac‐ 17e ).  相似文献

Novel optically active substituted acetylenes HC? CCH2CR1(CO2CH3)NHR2 [(S)‐/(R)‐ 1 : R1 = H, R2 = Boc, (S)‐ 2 : R1 = CH3, R2 = Boc, (S)‐ 3 : R1 = H, R2 = Fmoc, (S)‐ 4 : R1 = CH3, R2 = Fmoc (Boc = tert‐butoxycarbonyl, Fmoc = 9‐fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl)] were synthesized from α‐propargylglycine and α‐propargylalanine, and polymerized with a rhodium catalyst to provide the polymers with number‐average molecular weights of 2400–38,900 in good yields. Polarimetric, circular dichroism (CD), and UV–vis spectroscopic analyses indicated that poly[(S)‐ 1 ], poly[(R)‐ 1 ], and poly[(S)‐ 4 ] formed predominantly one‐handed helical structures both in polar and nonpolar solvents. Poly[(S)‐ 1a ] carrying unprotected carboxy groups was obtained by alkaline hydrolysis of poly[(S)‐ 1 ], and poly[(S)‐ 4b ] carrying unprotected amino groups was obtained by removal of Fmoc groups of poly[(S)‐ 4 ] using piperidine. Poly[(S)‐ 1a ] and poly[(S)‐ 4b ] also exhibited clear CD signals, which were different from those of the precursors, poly[(S)‐ 1 ] and poly[(S)‐ 4 ]. The solution‐state IR measurement revealed the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the carbamate groups of poly[(S)‐ 1 ] and poly[(S)‐ 1a ]. The plus CD signal of poly[(S)‐ 1a ] turned into minus one on addition of alkali hydroxides and tetrabutylammonium fluoride, accompanying the red‐shift of λmax. The degree of λmax shift became large as the size of cation of the additive. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2012  相似文献

We report three self‐assembled iron complexes that comprised an anti‐parallel open form (o‐ L anti), a parallel open form (o‐ L syn), and a closed form (c‐ L ) of diarylethene conformers. Under kinetic control, FeII2(o‐ L anti)3 was isolated, which exhibited a dinuclear structure with diamagnetic properties. Under light‐irradiation control, FeII2(c‐ L )3 was prepared and exhibited paramagnetism and spin‐crossover behaviour. Under thermodynamic control and in the presence of indispensable [FeIII(Tp*)(CN)3]?, FeII2(o‐ L anti)3 and FeII2(c‐ L )3 transformed into tetranuclear FeIII2FeII2(o‐ L syn)2, which exhibited complete spin‐crossover behaviour at T1/2=353 K.  相似文献

We describe the reaction of anion [RhCl6]3− with a series of hydantoin ligands (HL1, HL2 and HL3 = 5‐methyl‐5‐(2‐, 3‐ and 4‐pyridyl)‐2,4‐imidazolidenedione, respectively). Based on spectroscopic, cyclic voltammetric, elemental and MS analyses, the complexes have the general formula K[RhCl2(L1)2] ( 1 ), cis ‐ and trans ‐K[RhCl4(HL2)2] ( 2a and 2b ) and cis ‐ and trans ‐K[RhCl4(HL3)2] ( 3a and 3b ). Complexes 2a , 2b , 3a and 3b were characterized successfully using infrared, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral analyses. Dissolution of complex 1 in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) led to elimination of one KL1 ligand and coordination of two DMSO molecules as ligands and transformation of this complex to cis ‐ and trans ‐[RhCl2L1(DMSO)2] ( 1a and 1b ). Recrystallization led to separation and isolation of crystals of 1a from the initial mixture. X‐ray analysis results showed that this complex was crystallized as solvated complex cis ‐[RhCl2L1(DMSO)2]DMSO. The catalytic activity of these complexes was then evaluated for the hydrogenation of various ketones.  相似文献

Racemic and enantiomerically pure manno‐configured isoquinuclidines were synthesized and tested as glycosidase inhibitors. The racemic key isoquinuclidine intermediate was prepared in high yield by a cycloaddition (tandem Michael addition/aldolisation) of the 3‐hydroxy‐1‐tosyl‐pyridone 10 to methyl acrylate, and transformed to the racemic N‐benzyl manno‐isoquinuclidine 2 and the N‐unsubstituted manno‐isoquinuclidine 3 (twelve steps; ca. 11% from 10 ). Catalysis by quinine of the analogous cycloaddition of 10 to (?)‐8‐phenylmenthyl acrylate provided a single diastereoisomer in high yield, which was transformed to the desired enantiomerically pure D ‐manno‐isoquinuclidines (+)‐ 2 and (+)‐ 3 (twelve steps; 23% from 10 ). The enantiomers (?)‐ 2 and (?)‐ 3 were prepared by using a quinidine‐promoted cycloaddition of 10 to the enantiomeric (+)‐8‐phenylmenthyl acrylate. The N‐benzyl D ‐manno‐isoquinuclidine (+)‐ 2 is a selective and slow inhibitor of snail β‐mannosidase. Its inhibition strength and type depends on the pH (at pH 4.5: Ki=1.0 μM , mixed type, α=1.9; at pH 5.5: Ki=0.63 μM , mixed type, α=17). The N‐unsubstituted D ‐manno‐isoquinuclidine (+)‐ 3 is a poor inhibitor. Its inhibition strength and type also depend on the pH (at pH 4.5: Ki=1.2?103 μM , mixed type, α=1.1; at pH 5.5: Ki=0.25?103 μM , mixed type, α=11). The enantiomeric N‐benzyl L ‐manno‐isoquinuclidine (?)‐ 2 is a good inhibitor of snail β‐mannosidase, albeit noncompetitive (at pH 4.5: Ki=69 μM ). The N‐unsubstituted isoquinuclidine (?)‐ 2 is a poor inhibitor (at pH 4.5: IC50=7.3?103 μM ). A comparison of the inhibition by the pure manno‐isoquinuclidines (+)‐ 2 and (+)‐ 3 , (+)‐ 2 /(?)‐ 2 1 : 1, and (+)‐ 3 /(?)‐ 3 1 : 1 with the published data for racemic 2 and 3 led to a rectification of the published data. The inhibition of snail β‐mannosidase by the isoquinuclidines 2 and 3 suggests that the hydrolysis of β‐D ‐mannopyranosides by snail β‐mannosidase proceeds via a distorted conformer, in agreement with the principle of stereoelectronic control.  相似文献

((?)‐Menthyl (S)‐6′‐acrylyl‐2′‐methyloxy‐1,1′‐binaphthalene‐2‐carboxylate ( 3 ) was synthesized and anionically polymerized using n‐BuLi as an initiator in toluene. The monomer 3 was levorotatory and had an [α]D25 value of ?72.4, but its corresponding polymer poly‐ 3 was dextrorotatory and showed an [α]D25 value of +162.0. Poly‐ 3 was confirmed to exist in the form of one‐handed helical structure in solution by means of comparing the specific optical rotation and the CD spectra with that of 3 and the model compounds such as (?)‐menthyl (S)‐6′‐propionyl‐2′‐methyloxy‐1,1′‐binaphthalene‐2‐carboxylate 2b and (?)‐menthyl (S)‐6′‐heptanoyl‐2′‐methyloxy‐1,1′‐binaphthalene‐2‐carboxylate 2c . This conclusion was also confirmed by the fact that the g‐value of poly‐ 3 is about 11 times of that of monomer 3 .  相似文献

The chemical synthesis of deuterated isomeric 6,7‐dihydroxydodecanoic acid methyl esters 1 and the subsequent metabolism of esters 1 and the corresponding acids 1a in liquid cultures of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae was investigated. Incubation experiments with (6R,7R)‐ or (6S,7S)‐6,7‐dihydroxy(6,7‐2H2)dodecanoic acid methyl ester ((6R,7R)‐ or (6S,7S)‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1 , resp.) and (±)‐threo‐ or (±)‐erythro‐6,7‐dihydroxy(6,7‐2H2)dodecanoic acid ((±)‐threo‐ or (±)‐erythro‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1a , resp.) elucidated their metabolic pathway in yeast (Tables 1–3). The main products were isomeric 2H‐labeled 5‐hydroxydecano‐4‐lactones 2 . The absolute configuration of the four isomeric lactones 2 was assigned by chemical synthesis via Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation and chiral gas chromatography (Lipodex ® E). The enantiomers of threo‐ 2 were separated without derivatization on Lipodex ® E; in contrast, the enantiomers of erythro‐ 2 could be separated only after transformation to their 5‐O‐(trifluoroacetyl) derivatives. Biotransformation of the methyl ester (6R,7R)‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1 led to (4R,5R)‐ and (4S,5R)‐(2,5‐2H2)‐ 2 (ratio ca. 4 : 1; Table 2). Estimation of the label content and position of (4S,5R)‐(2,5‐2H2)‐ 2 showed 95% label at C(5), 68% label at C(2), and no 2H at C(4) (Table 2). Therefore, oxidation and subsequent reduction with inversion at C(4) of 4,5‐dihydroxydecanoic acid and transfer of 2H from C(4) to C(2) is postulated. The 5‐hydroxydecano‐4‐lactones 2 are of biochemical importance: during the fermentation of Streptomyces griseus, (4S,5R)‐ 2 , known as L‐factor, occurs temporarily before the antibiotic production, and (?)‐muricatacin (=(4R,5R)‐5‐hydroxy‐heptadecano‐4‐lactone), a homologue of (4R,5R)‐ 2 , is an anticancer agent.  相似文献

Epoxides of fatty acids are hydrolyzed by epoxide hydrolases (EHs) into dihydroxy fatty acids which are of particular interest in the mammalian leukotriene pathway. In the present report, the analysis of the configuration of dihydroxy fatty acids via their respective hydroxylactones is described. In addition, the biotransformation of (±)‐erythro‐7,8‐ and ‐3,4‐dihydroxy fatty acids in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae was characterized by GC/EI‐MS analysis. Biotransformation of chemically synthesized (±)‐erythro‐7,8‐dihydroxy(7,8‐2H2)tetradecanoic acid ((±)‐erythro‐ 1 ) in the yeast S. cerevisiae resulted in the formation of 5,6‐dihydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecanoic acid ( 6 ), which was lactonized into (5S,6R)‐6‐hydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecano‐5‐lactone ((5S,6R)‐ 4 ) with 86% ee and into erythro‐5‐hydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecano‐6‐lactone (erythro‐ 8 ). Additionally, the α‐ketols 7‐hydroxy‐8‐oxo(7‐2H1)tetradecanoic acid ( 9a ) and 8‐hydroxy‐7‐oxo(8‐2H1)tetradecanoic acid ( 9b ) were detected as intermediates. Further metabolism of 6 led to 3,4‐dihydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decanoic acid ( 2 ) which was lactonized into 3‐hydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decano‐4‐lactone ( 5 ) with (3R,4S)‐ 5 =88% ee. Chemical synthesis and incubation of (±)‐erythro‐3,4‐dihydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decanoic acid ((±)‐erythro‐ 2 ) in yeast led to (3S,4R)‐ 5 with 10% ee. No decano‐4‐lactone was formed from the precursors 1 or 2 by yeast. The enantiomers (3S,4R)‐ and (3R,4S)‐3,4‐dihydroxy(3‐2H1)nonanoic acid ((3S,4R)‐ and (3R,4S)‐ 3 ) were chemically synthesized and comparably degraded by yeast without formation of nonano‐4‐lactone. The major products of the transformation of (3S,4R)‐ and (3R,4S)‐ 3 were (3S,4R)‐ and (3R,4S)‐3‐hydroxy(3‐2H1)nonano‐4‐lactones ((3S,4R)‐ and (3R,4S)‐ 7 ), respectively. The enantiomers of the hydroxylactones 4, 5 , and 7 were chemically synthesized and their GC‐elution sequence on Lipodex® E chiral phase was determined.  相似文献

Chiral cyclic α,α‐disubstituted amino acids, (3S,4S)‐ and (3R,4R)‐1‐amino‐3,4‐(dialkoxy)cyclopentanecarboxylic acids ((S,S)‐ and (R,R)‐Ac5cdOR; R: methyl, methoxymethyl), were synthesized from dimethyl L ‐(+)‐ or D ‐(?)‐tartrate, and their homochiral homoligomers were prepared by solution‐phase methods. The preferred secondary structure of the (S,S)‐Ac5cdOMe hexapeptide was a left‐handed (M) 310 helix, whereas those of the (S,S)‐Ac5cdOMe octa‐ and decapeptides were left‐handed (M) α helices, both in solution and in the crystal state. The octa‐ and decapeptides can be well dissolved in pure water and are more α helical in water than in 2,2,2‐trifluoroethanol solution. The left‐handed (M) helices of the (S,S)‐Ac5cdOMe homochiral homopeptides were exclusively controlled by the side‐chain chiral centers, because the cyclic amino acid (S,S)‐Ac5cdOMe does not have an α‐carbon chiral center but has side‐chain γ‐carbon chiral centers.  相似文献

The synthesis of enantiopure (+)‐benzotricamphor syn‐ 5 , an important chiral C3‐symmetric rigid building block for supramolecular applications, was studied in detail to reduce the number of steps and to increase the diastereoselectivity and overall yield. The new synthetic procedure allowed larger amounts of syn‐ 5 to be obtained and used for the preparation of new derivatives, such as the corresponding tris‐trifluoromethanesulfonate syn‐ 12 , which was efficiently transformed into (+)‐benzotribornenetrinitrile syn‐ 1 and (+)‐benzotribornenetris(ethynyl‐4‐pyridine) syn‐ 2 . The previously reported (+)‐benzotricamphortrioxime syn‐ 6 was transformed into tris‐nitrile syn‐ 3 by Beckman reaction. Compounds syn‐ 1 – 3 were employed as multidentate ligands for silver(I) and platinum(II) centres in apolar solvents. The linear coordination geometry of AgI and square‐planar geometry of cis‐chelated PtII in combination with the chiral tripodal ligands syn‐ 1 – 3 led to the formation of chiral enantiopure capsules with M3L2 stoichiometry, as confirmed by 2D NMR NOESY and DOSY experiments as well as ESI mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Starting from inexpensive (E)‐β‐farnesene ( 1 ), an eight‐step enantioselective synthesis of the olfactively precious Ambrox® ((?)‐ 2a ) has been performed. The crucial step is the catalytic asymmetric isomerization of (2E,6E)‐N,N‐diethylfarnesylamine ( 3 ) to the corresponding enamine (?)‐(R,E)‐ 4a , applying Takasago's well‐known industrial methodology. The resulting dihydrofarnesal ((+)‐(R)‐ 5 ) (90% yield, 96% ee), obtained after in situ hydrolysis (AcOH, H2O), was then cyclized under catalytic SnCl4 conditions, via its corresponding unreported enol acetate (?)‐(R)‐ 4b , to afford trans‐decalenic aldehyde (+)‐ 6a . Subsequent transformations furnished bicyclic ketone (?)‐ 8a and unsaturated nitrile (+)‐ 11 , both reported as intermediates to access to (?)‐ 2a .  相似文献

Three CdII coordination polymers (CPs) were synthesized with a tripodal ligand N,N‘,N‘ ‘‐tris(4‐pyridinylmethyl)‐1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxamide in combination with three different substituted isophthalic acids with general formulas {[Cd2( L )(NIP)2(H2O)2].4H2O}n, (CP‐ 1 ), {[Cd2( L )(AIP)2(H2O)2].4H2O}n, (CP‐ 2 ) and {[Cd( L )(BIP) (H2O)].4H2O}n, (CP‐ 3 ). The substituent groups on the co‐ligand had profound effect on the network topologies of the corresponding CPs as well as their properties. Out of the three, CP‐ 1 and 2 were found to form 3D networks whereas CP‐ 3 was a 1D linear chain with uncoordinated pyridyl sites. Due to its structural features CP‐ 3 was found to show interesting properties. The 1D CP containing uncoordinated pyridyl site exhibited an excellent ability for doping with CoII which in turn acts as an efficient water oxidation electrocatalyst with required overpotential of 380 mV for an anodic current density of 1 mA cm?2. The CP also exhibited luminescence‐based detection of nitroaromatics (LOD: 0.003 mm ) without any significant interference in presence of other organic compounds.  相似文献

9,10‐(Bpin)2‐anthracene ( 3 , HBpin=pinacolborane) was synthesized from 9,10‐dibromoanthracene in a stepwise lithiation/borylation sequence. The reaction of 3 with highly activated magnesium furnished the diborylated magnesium anthracene 4 , which was quenched in situ with ethereal HCl to yield cis‐9,10‐(Bpin)2‐DHA (cis‐ 5 , DHA=9,10‐dihydroanthracene). Compound cis‐ 5 , in turn, can be reduced with Li[AlH4] in THF to give its diborate Li2[cis‐9,10‐(BH3)2‐DHA] (Li2[cis‐ 6 ]). In the crystal lattice, the THF solvate Li2[cis‐ 6 ] ? 3 THF establishes a dimeric structure with Li‐(μ‐H)‐B coordination modes. Hydride abstraction from Li2[cis‐ 6 ] with Me3SiCl yields the B?H?B‐bridged DHA Li[ 7 ]. This product can also be viewed as a unique cyclic B2H7? derivative with a hydrocarbon backbone. Treatment of Li2[cis‐ 6 ] with the stronger hydride abstracting agent Me3SiOTf (HOTf=trifluoromethanesulfonic acid) in THF affords the THF diadduct of cis‐9,10‐(BH(OTf))2‐DHA.  相似文献

A series of chiral Schiff bases ( L 1 – L 5 ) with different substituents in the salicylidenyl unit were prepared from condensation of 3‐aryl‐5‐ tert ‐butylsalicylaldehyde derivatives and optically active amino alcohols. Bromination of 3‐phenyl‐5‐ tert ‐butylsalicylaldehyde gave an unexpected product 3‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐5‐bromosalicylaldehyde, from which the corresponding Schiff base ligands L 6 and L 7 , derived from (S)‐valinol and (S)‐ tert ‐leucinol, respectively, were prepared. Ligands L 1 – L 7 were applied to the vanadium‐catalyzed asymmetric oxidation of aryl methyl sulfides. Under the optimal conditions, the oxidation of the thioanisole with H2O2 as oxidant in CH2Cl2 catalyzed by VO(acac)2‐ L 1 – L 7 gives good yields (74–83%) with moderate enantioselectivity (58–77% ee). Ligand L 7 , containing a 4‐bromophenyl group on the 3‐position and a Br atom on the 5‐position of the salicylidenyl moiety, displays an 80–90% ee for vanadium‐catalyzed oxidation of methyl 4‐bromophenyl sulfide and methyl 2‐naphthyl sulfide. New chiral binaphthyl‐based polyarylenes [(S)‐ 3a and (S)‐ 3b ] with appendant Fréchet‐type poly(aryl ether) dendrons (first generation and second generation) were synthesized with Suzuki polycondensation from chiral (S)‐6,6′‐dibromo‐2,2′‐didendron‐substituted 1,1′‐binaphthyl derivatives and p‐phenylene diboronic acid. The polymers were studied with circular dichroism, fluorescence, and ultraviolet–visible spectra. Laser light scattering measurements of (S)‐ 3a and (S)‐ 3b showed that their weight‐average molecular weights were 2.39 × 105 and 1.09 × 104, respectively. The specific optical rotation [α]D was ?59.6 for (S)‐ 3a and ?62.7 for (S)‐ 3b . These dendronized conjugated polymers exhibited good thermal stability. The glass‐transition temperatures and the initial decomposition temperatures were 187.5 and 265.3 °C for (S)‐ 3a and 173.8 and 308.9 °C for (S)‐ 3b , respectively. (S)‐ 3a and (S)‐ 3b had high fluorescence quantum efficiencies, 87 and 91%, respectively, in tetrahydrofuran. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
