Solvothermal reaction of a semirigid tricarboxylic acid with Cu(NO3)2 · 3H2O gives rise to a robust microporous metal‐organic framework with the formula {[Cu2(OH)bcb](DMF)2(H2O)3}n ( 1 ) [H3bcb = 3,5‐bis((4′‐carboxylbenzyl)‐oxy)benzoic acid, DMF = N,N‐dimethylformamide]. Its structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. The efficient encapsulation of an anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐Fu) on the desolvated 1 ( 1a ) was studied by both grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulation and drug release experiments. In addition, in vitro anticancer activity of compounds 1 and 5‐Fu loaded 1a were also evaluated using MTT assay.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers (CPs), namely, [Cu(Hptz)2(Hhba)2]n ( 1 ) [Hptz = 5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐1H‐tetrazole, H2hba = 2‐hydroxybenzoic acid] and [Zn3(ptz)2(hpa)2]n ( 2 ) (H2hpa = 2‐hydroxy‐2‐phenylacetic acid), were synthesized by solvothermal reactions. Both complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 exhibits a 2D (4,4) network, where each layer connects to four adjacent layers to construct a 3D supramolecular framework. Compound 2 has a 3D framework structure composed of 1D SUBs, which are formed by both carboxyl and tetrazole groups. The complexes represent two rare examples of CPs constructed from Hptz and organic carboxyl acid ligands. Complex 2 exhibits intense, red‐shifted emissions in the visible region at room temperature.  相似文献

Two complexes based on the ligand 1,4‐dihydro‐2,3‐quinoxalinedione, namely [Mn(H2L)2(H2O)2]n ( 1 ) and {[Zn2(H2L)2(tz)2] · 5H2O}n ( 2 ) (H3L = 2,3‐dioxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinoxaline‐6‐carboxylic acid, Htz = 1,2,4‐triazole) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, as well as single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 exhibited a 1D comb‐like chain formed by H2L anions linking MnII ions, whereas complex 2 was a 2D layer‐like structure with square‐shaped windows and outstretched arms built by combination of H2L and tz ligands with ZnII ions. The adjacent chains or layers connected with each other by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking to further extend to a 3D supermolecular framework. In addition, the thermal stabilities, luminescence properties, and optical energy gap of 1 and 2 were investigated in detail.  相似文献

Three metal coordination polymers {[Co(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2NO3}n ( 1 ), {[Mn(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2Cl · 3H2O}n ( 2 ), and [ZnL(ba)2]n ( 3 ) [L = 3,5‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl)pyridine and Hba = benzoic acid] were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a one‐dimensional (1D) chain structure. Adjacent chains are connected by hydrogen bonding and nitrate groups to form a 3D network. Complex 2 features a 2D layer structure. A three‐dimensional network is constructed through the cluster consisting of two chloride ions and three water molecules. Complex 3 shows a 1D zigzag chain structure that further twists together to form a 3D network. The X‐ray powder diffraction patterns were compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, the luminescent properties of 1 – 3 were investigated in the solid state at room temperature, and the thermogravimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal stability of the three complexes.  相似文献

The three‐dimensional (3D) samarium phosphonate framework [Sm2(H2L)3]n · 5n(H2O) ( 1 ) [H4L = N,N′‐piperazine‐bis(methylenephosphonic acid)] was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of Sm2O3 with N,N′‐piperazine‐bis(methylenephosphonic acid) hydrochloride in the presence of glutaric acid. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that it has a 3D open framework structure with helical channels along the crystallographic c axis. The channels are filled up by discrete pentameric water clusters, which are hydrogen‐bonded to the host. Compound 1 displays two interesting structural features: (a) two of three H2L2– ligands adopt the less stable a,e‐cis conformation; (b) both of the SmIII ions exhibit rather unusual octahedral coordination arrangements. In addition, the photoluminescent property was investigated.  相似文献

Four metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs), {[Mn3.5L(OH)(HCOO)4(DMF)] · H2O} ( 1 ), {[In2.5L2O(OH)1.5(H2O)2] · DMF · CH3CN · 2H2O} ( 2 ), {[Pb4L3O(DMA)] · CH3CN} ( 3 ), and {[LaL(NO3)(DMF)2] · 2H2O} ( 4 ) were synthesized by utilizing the ligand 2,2′,6,6′‐tetramethoxy‐4,4′‐biphenyldicarboxylic acid (H2L) via solvothermal methods. All MOFs were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, powder X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and infrared spectroscopy. In 1 , the Mn2+ ions are interconnected by formic groups in situ produced via DMF decomposition to form a rare 2D macrocyclic plane, which is further linked by L2– to construct the final 3D network. In 2 , 1D zip‐like infinite chain is formed and then interconnected to build the 3D framework. In 3 , a [Pb64‐O)2(O2C)10(DMA)2] cluster with a centrosymmetric [Pb64‐O)2]8+ octahedral core is formed in the 3D structure. In 4 , the La3+ ions are connected with each other through carboxylate groups of L2– to generate 1D zigzag chain, which is further linked by L2– to construct a 3D network with sra topology. Solid photoluminescence properties of 3 and 4 were also investigated.  相似文献

The MnII‐based porous metal‐organic framework, [Mn3(btca)2(HCOO)(μ3‐OH)(H2O)2] · 2DMF ( 1 ) (H2btca = benzotriazole‐5‐carboxylate acid), was prepared by the solvothermal reaction of Mn(CH3COO)2 · 4H2O and H2btca, which was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyses, and X‐ray crystallographic study. 1 exhibits 3D framework with 1D rectangle channels constructed by the strip‐shaped chains containing [Mn53‐OH)2(btca)4] pentaclusters subunits. Furthermore, the magnetic measures show that 1 exhibits weak ferromagnetic behavior at low temperature.  相似文献

The zinc(II) pseudohalide complexes {[Zn(L334)(SCN)2(H2O)](H2O)2}n ( 1 ) and [Zn(L334)(dca)2]n ( 2 ) were synthesized and characterized using the ligand 3,4‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (L334) and ZnCl2 in presence of thiocyanate (SCN) and dicynamide [dca, N(CN)2] respectively. Single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis revealed that the central ZnII atoms in both complexes have similar octahedral arrangement. Compound 1 has a 2D sheet structure bridged by bidentate L334 and double μN,S‐thiocyanate anions, whereas complex 2 , incorporating with two monodentate dicynamide anions, displays a two‐dimensional coordination framework bridged by tetradentate L334 ligand. Structural analysis demonstrated that the influence of pseudohalide anions plays an important role in determining the resultant structure. Both complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, microanalysis, and powder X‐ray diffraction techniques. In addition, the solid fluorescence and thermal stability properties of both complexes were investigated.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional (2D) ZnII coordination framework, poly[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene](μ‐5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)zinc(II)], [Zn(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n or [Zn(NO2‐BDC)(1,3‐BMIB)]n [1,3‐BMIB is 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene and NO2‐H2BDC is 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid], has been prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that the compound is a new 2D polymer with a 63 topology parallel to the (10) crystal planes based on left‐handed helices, right‐handed helical NO2‐BDC–Zn chains and [Zn2(1,3‐BMIB)2]n clusters. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by C—H…O hydrogen bonds, C—H…π interactions, C—O…π interactions and N—O…π interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state. In addition, the compound exhibits strong fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Cd(Heidc)(bpp)]n ( 1 ) and [Zn3 (eidc)2(bpp)(H2O)2] · 2H2O}n ( 2 ) (H3eidc = 2‐ethyl‐4,5‐imidazole dicarboxylic acid, bpp = 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, spectroscopy single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analyses. Compound 1 features a 2D layer formed by C–H ··· π stacking interactions between adjacent chains, whereas compound 2 shows a 3D (83)2(85.10)‐tfc framework constructed of the 2D (6,3) layer. The result demonstrates that the central metal atoms play a key role in governing the coordination motifs. Moreover, solid‐state properties such as thermal stabilities and photoluminescence of 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely {[Cu(5‐nipa)(L22)](H2O)2}n ( 1 ), [Zn(5‐nipa)(L22)(H2O)]n ( 2 ), and {[Cd2(5‐nipa)2(L22)(H2O)3](H2O)3.6}n ( 3 ), were prepared under similar synthetic method based on 1,2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (L22) and ancillary ligand 5‐nitro‐isophthalic acid (5‐H2nipa) with CuII, ZnII, and CdII perchlorate, respectively. All the complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) patterns. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction indicates that complexes 1 and 2 show similar 1D chain structures, whereas complex 3 exhibits the 2D coordination network with hcb topology. The central metal atoms show distinct coordination arrangements ranging from distorted square‐pyramid for CuII in 1 , octahedron for ZnII in 2 , to pentagonal‐bipyramid for CdII in 3 . The L22 ligand adopts the same (η32) coordination fashion in complexes 1 – 3 , while the carboxyl groups of co‐ligand 5‐nipa2– adopt monodentate fashion in 1 and 2 and bidentate chelating mode in 3 . These results indicate that the choice of metal ions exerts a significant influence on governing the target complexes. Furthermore, thermal stabilities of complexes 1 – 3 and photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 were also studied in the solid state.  相似文献

The zinc(II) coordination polymer Zn2(L)2(bix)2 · 2H2O ( 1 ) [H2L = 4,4′‐methylenebis(oxy)dibenzoic acid, bix = 1,4‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl‐methylene)‐benzene] was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. The title compound was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The crystal structure determination reveals that compound 1 displays a twofold interpenetrated 3D framework, in which the Zn atoms are connected by the H2L ligands into interesting right and left‐handed helical chains. Topological analysis reveals that the title compound displays a (3,4)‐connected (63) (65 · 8) topology. The solid‐state luminescent spectra was studied. Furthermore, the dispersed solution of compound 1 in DMF exhibits strong fluorescent emission, which could be quenched by trace amount of nitrobenzene.  相似文献

Abstract. The 3D cobalt(II) coordination polymers [Co1.5(HDDB)(1,4‐bib)1.5(H2O)]n ( 1 ), and {[Co2(DDB)(1,3‐bib)22‐H2O)] · H2O}n ( 2 ) were assembled by mixed‐ligand synthetic strategy [H4DDB = 1,3‐bis(2,4‐dicarboxyphenyl) benzene, 1,3‐bib = 1,3‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, and 1,4‐bib = 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene]. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses (EA), IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. Single X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 is an interestingly 3D (3,3.6)‐connected (63)4(65 · 88 · 102) net, and complex 2 is an unprecedented dinuclear [Co2(COO)(μ2‐H2O)] SBUs based 3D (3,6)‐connected (3 · 6 · 7)(32 · 43 · 54 · 63 · 7 · 82) net. Additionally, the magnetic properties of 2 were investigated.  相似文献

Reactions of Hpymtza [Hpymtza = 5‐(2‐pyrimidyl)tetrazole‐1‐acetic acid] with MnCl2 · 4H2O under different pH conditions, afforded the complexes [Mn(pymtza)2(H2O)4] ( 1 ) and [Mn2(pymtza)2Cl2(EtOH)] · H2O ( 2 ). The compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 shows a mononuclear structure, whereas complex 2 has a 1D chain structure. In compound 1 , the pymtza ligand only acts in a monodentate manner to coordinate to one central MnII atom by one carboxylate atom, In 2 , pymtza acts as tetradentate ligand to connect three MnII ions. Compounds 1 and 2 display 3D networks by hydrogen bonding interactions. Furthermore, the luminescence properties of Hpymtza as well as compounds 1 and 2 were investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

Two cobalt complexes, [Co3(L)2(CH3OH)23‐OH)2] ( 1 ) and [Co(L)(bpe)0.5] · H2O ( 2 ) [H2L = 5‐(4‐carboxyphenoxy)‐pyridine‐2‐carboxylic acid; bpe = 1, 2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethylene] were synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and magnetic analysis. Complex 1 has a two‐dimensional (2D) structure with puckered Co–O–Co chains, and 2 displays a three‐dimensional (3D) network containing one‐dimensional rectangular channels with dimensions of 9.24 × 13.84 Å. In complex 1 , variable‐temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate antiferromagnetic interactions between cobalt magnetic centers.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Co2(L)2(4,4′‐bipy)]n·3nH2O ( 1 ) based on 5‐(3‐methyl‐5‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)isophthalic acid (H2 L ) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, XRPD, IR, and elemental analysis. Temperature‐dependent magnetic susceptibility and thermal degradation for 1 were also studied. The asymmetric unit of compound 1 consists of two crystallographically independent Co(II) ion, two L 2? ligand, one 4,4′‐bipy ligand, and three lattice water molecules. The 2D triangle networks were linked by the bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligand to give rise to a 2‐fold interpenetrated 3D architecture. The simplest cyclic motif of the 2D networks is a triangle ring consisting of three Co(II) cations and three L 2? ligands. So we can define Co(II) ions as 4‐connected nodes and the L 2? ligands as 3‐connected nodes. Thus, the 3D structure can be described as a 2‐fold parallel interpenetrated ins InS 3,4‐conn topology.  相似文献

Investigation into a hydrothermal reaction system with transition‐metal (TM) ions, 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐lmethyl)benzene (BBTZ) and various charge‐tunable Keggin‐type polyoxometalates (POMs) led to the preparation of four new entangled coordination networks, [CoII(HBBTZ)(BBTZ)2.5][PMo12O40] ( 1 ), [CuI(BBTZ)]5[BW12O40] ? H2O ( 2 ), [CuII(BBTZ)]3[AsWV3WVI9O40] ? 10 H2O ( 3 ), and [CuII5(BBTZ)7(H2O)6][P2W22Cu2O77(OH)2] ? 6 H2O ( 4 ). All compounds were characterized by using elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The mixed valence of W centers in compound 3 was further confirmed by using XPS spectroscopy and bond‐valence sum calculations. In the structural analysis, the entangled networks of 1 – 4 demonstrate zipper‐closing packing, 3D polythreading, 3D polycatenation, and 3D self‐penetration, respectively. Moreover, with the enhancement of POM negative charges and the use of different TM types, the number of nodes in the coordination networks of 1 – 4 increased and the basic metal–organic building motifs changed from a 1D zipper‐type chain (in 1 ) to a 2D pseudorotaxane layer (in 2 ) to a 3D diamond‐like framework (in 3 ) and finally to a 3D self‐penetrating framework (in 4 ). The photocatalytic properties of compounds 1 – 4 for the degradation of methylene blue under UV light were also investigated; all compounds showed good catalytic activity and the photocatalytic activity order of Keggin‐type species was initially found to be {XMo12O40}>{XW12O40}>{XW12?nTMnO40}.  相似文献

Three new complexes: [M(L)(H2O)] [M = Zn ( 1 ), Co ( 2 ), Ni ( 3 ); H2L = 5‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl)aminoisophthalic acid] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at 180 °C and were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results of X‐ray diffraction analysis reveal that complexes 1 – 3 are isostructural and crystallize in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Each of the complexes displays a (3,3′)‐connected two‐dimensional (2D) wave‐like network with (4,82) topology, within which five‐membered uncoplanar N,N‐chelated metallacycles are shaped. Delicate N–H ··· O and O–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions exist in complexes 1 – 3 . Adjacent 2D layers are linked by intermolecular interactions, resulting in the construction of extended metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) in complexes 1 and 2 .  相似文献
