Seine Konstitution wird durch C-, H-, N-Mikroanalyse, Molgewichtsbestimmung und Untersuchung des UV-Spektrums der Verbindung im Vergleich mit denen ähnlicher Substanzen bewiesen.Mit 1 Abbildung

1,2-Dihydroparatocarpin A的全合成

以对羟基苯甲醛和2,4-二羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经C-异戊烯基化、保护酚羟基、羟醛缩合、DDQ环化及对甲基苯磺酸催化环化等反应,首次完成了天然异戊烯基查尔酮衍生物1,2-Dihydroparatocarpin A的全合成,总收率21.8%。化合物的结构经1H NMR,IR和MS确认。

溶剂萃取1,2-环己二醇的盐效应

以正丁基锂为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,研究了四氢呋喃(THF)对聚丁二烯1,2-结构和丁苯嵌段共聚物SBS中聚丁二烯段1,2-结构含量的影响,指出在一定温度下,聚丁二烯1,2-结构含量与体系中THF的浓度有指数关系。控制体系中THF的浓度和聚合反应温度,可调节聚合产物中聚丁二烯1,2-结构含量。     

Effect of medium on the equilibrium of cationic σ- and π-complexes: interconversion of 1-pentafluorophenylthio-1,2-dimethyl-acenaphthylenium and 1,2-dimethylacenaphtylene-1,2-S-pentafluorophenylepisulphonium ions

The equilibrium of 1-pentafluorophenylthio-1,2-dimethylacenaphthylenium and 1,2-dimethylacenaphthylene-1, 2-S-pentafluorophenylepisulphonium ions in different media has been investigated by¹H and¹³C NMR spectroscopy using isotope perturbation. 1,2-二(2-甲氧基苯基)-1,2-乙二胺的制备方法研究

手性1,2-二(2-甲氧基苯基)-1,2-乙二胺可作为有机小分子催化剂、金属配体前体广泛应用于多种有机合成反应之中,其可以消旋体为原料通过拆分得到。以廉价易得的邻甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,重点针对亚胺中间体还原过程中反应条件苛刻、后处理复杂等问题,首次利用Mg作为还原剂,在室温下,以93%的分离收率得到关键中间体3。通过该关键步骤的放大实验（92%）,进一步评价了该方法的应用潜力。      

Novel syntheses of hexahydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]ĭmidazoles and Octahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines

1-Phenyl-5-(benzotriazol-1-yl)hexahydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]?midazole (18) and 1-phenyl-5-benzotriazolyloctahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine (27) were readily prepared from succindialdehyde or glutaraldehyde, benzotriazole, and N-phenylethylenediamine. Synthons 18 and 27 reacted with Grignard reagents, allylsilanes, silyl ethers, and triethyl phosphite to produce 1-phenyl-5-substituted-hexahydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]?midazoles 20a-f, 22, 24a,b, and 25 and 1-phenyl-5-substituted-octahydroimidazo[1, 2-a]pyridines 28a-e, 32, 33a,b, and 34 in good to excellent yields. The configurations of 20, 22, 24, and 25 were determined to be cis isomers by NOE experiment, while the configurations and conformations of 28a-e, 32, 33a,b, and 34 were elucidated by (1)H-(1)H COSY and (1)H-(13)C COSY.     

Studies of Electrochemical Catalytic Reduction Reactions of Tetraphenylporphinatocobalt/1,2-Dibromoethane and 1,2-Dichloroethane Systems in Nonaqueous Media

Electrochemical catalytic reactions of tetraphenylporphmatocobalt were studied in DMF and EtCl2 solutions in the presence of 1,2 dibroraoethane and 1,2-dichloroethane utilizing cyclic voltamme-try, thin-layer electrochemistry, in situ UV-visible spectroelectrochemistry and computer digital simulation methods. Homogeneous rate constants for reactions of electrogenerated Co(Ⅰ)TPP species with 1,2-dibro-moethane and 1,2-dichloroethane were determined as 1. 2×103 and 5 mol-1 · dm3 × s-1, respectively. Neither alkylation nor degradation of CoTPP was observed.     

全同1,2-聚丁二烯的合成及用13C-NMR方法研究1,2-聚丁二烯的序列结构

采用Cr/Al催化体系,成功地合成了全同1,2-聚丁二烯(PBD),并用DSC方法、X-射线衍射、红外光谱及¹³C-NMR的方法进行结构与物性测定,得如下结果:全同1,2-PBD的熔点为124.3℃;三角晶系中,分子链成螺旋结构,晶胞参数为a=17.3Å,c=6.5Å;在红外光谱中,其特征谱带出现在694.4cm^-1处;在¹³C-NMR谱中仅出现四条谱峰,其化学位移分别为142.51,111.56,39.26,37.43ppm。

For (?), ?a= 7.116(1), b =7.874(2), c = 24.564(4) A, V = 1376.4(3) A3, Dx = 1.237 g cm-3, μ(Mo-K α) =0.65 cm-1 , final R = 0.047 for 1152 observed reflections; for 2, a=6.963(2), b = 7.985(4), c = 24.315(8) A, V = 1351.9(8) A3, Dx = 1.250 g cm-3,μ(Mo-Kα) = 0.66 cm-1 , final R = 0.076 for 886 observed data. Structuralfeatures are similar to those of the parent [2.2]paracyclophane and related derivatives.     

An efficient synthesis of substituted benzene-1,2-dicarboxaldehydes

Substituted-benzene-1,2-dicarbaldehydes were synthesized by the reaction of substituted-1,2-bis(dibromomethyl) benzenes with fuming sulfuric acid,followed by hydrolysis. The yields were signifi-cantly improved by introducing solid sodium bicarbonate into the reaction mixture before hydrolysis and workup.
