Four ZnII/CdII coordination polymers (CPs) based on 2‐(4‐carboxy‐phenyl)imidazo[4, 5‐f]‐1, 10‐phenanthroline (HNCP) and different derivatives of 5‐R‐1, 3‐benzenedicarboxylate (5‐R‐1, 3‐BDC) (R = NO2, H, OH), [Zn(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 1 ), [Cd(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 2 ), [Zn(HNCP)(1, 3‐BDC)(H2O)2]n ( 3 ), and {[Zn(HNCP)(5‐OH‐1, 3‐BDC)(H2O) · H2O}n ( 4 ) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1 – 4 were determined by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous, presenting a 4‐connected uninodal (4, 4)‐sql 2D framework with threefold interpenetration, which are further extended into the three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture through π ··· π stacking interactions between the aryl rings of 5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC. Compared to compound 1 , 3 is obtained by using different reaction temperatures and metal‐ligand ratios, generating a 3D framework with –ABAB– fashion via π ··· π stacking interactions. Compound 4 is a 1D chain, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular net by hydrogen bonds and π ··· π stacking interactions. The thermogravimetric and fluorescence properties of 1 – 4 were also explored.  相似文献

Two new metal‐organic coordination polymers[Eu(m‐BDC)1.5(MOPIP) · 1/2H2O]n ( 1 ) and [Co(m‐BDC)(MOPIP)2 · 2H2O]n ( 2 ) [m‐H2BDC = benzene‐1, 3‐dicarboxylic acid, MOPIP = 2‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1H‐imidazo[4, 5‐f] 1 , 10 phenanthroline] were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The coordination polymers crystallize in monoclinic space group P21/m for 1 ( 2 : P21/n), with a = 9.779(2), b = 18.242(4), c = 17.146(3) Å, β = 106.41(3)° for 1 , and with a = 8.2153(16), b = 27.974(6), c = 17.974(4) Å, β = 100.40(3)° for 2 . The crystal structure of complex 1 is a zipper‐like chain of octacoordinate Eu3+ ions, in which Eu3+ ions are bridged in two coordination modes by m‐BDC2+ ligands and decorated by MOPIP ligands. The molecular structure of complex 2 consists of a hexacoordinte Co2+ atom, which generates a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement, and assembles into three‐dimensional supramolecular nets by π ··· π stacking interactions. Additionally, these two compounds show strong fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature. Natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis is performed by using the NBO method built in Gaussian 03 Program. The calculation results show a weak covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and metal ions.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Cd(Heidc)(bpp)]n ( 1 ) and [Zn3 (eidc)2(bpp)(H2O)2] · 2H2O}n ( 2 ) (H3eidc = 2‐ethyl‐4,5‐imidazole dicarboxylic acid, bpp = 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, spectroscopy single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analyses. Compound 1 features a 2D layer formed by C–H ··· π stacking interactions between adjacent chains, whereas compound 2 shows a 3D (83)2(85.10)‐tfc framework constructed of the 2D (6,3) layer. The result demonstrates that the central metal atoms play a key role in governing the coordination motifs. Moreover, solid‐state properties such as thermal stabilities and photoluminescence of 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H10N2)]·0.5C12H10N2}n or {[Zn(HO‐BDC)(bpe)]·0.5bpe}n [HO‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and bpe is 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene], the asymmetric unit contains a ZnII atom, one HO‐BDC ligand, one coordinated bpe ligand and half a noncoordinating bpe molecule with crystallographic inversion symmetry. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated by two O atoms from two distinct HO‐BDC ligands and two N atoms from two different bpe ligands in a ZnO2N2 coordination environment. The three‐dimensional topology of the title compound corresponds to a fourfold interpenetrating diamondoid coordination polymer network, with the uncoordinated bpe ligands located in the cavities, hydrogen bonded to the main network via the hydroxy group of the HO‐H2BDC ligand.  相似文献

Sodium in dry methanol reduces 2‐cyanopyridine in the presence of 3‐hexamethyleneiminylthiosemicarbazide and produces 2‐pyridineformamide 3‐hexamethyleneiminylthiosemicarbazone, HAmhexim ( 1 ). Complexes with zinc(II ), cadmium(II ) and mercury(II ) have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic techniques. In addition, the crystal structures of HAmhexim ( 1 ), [Zn(Amhexim)(OAc)]2μ·μDMSO ( 2 ), [Cd(HAmhexim)Cl2]μ·μDMSO ( 7 ), [Cd(Amhexim)2] ( 8 ), [Cd(HAmhexim)Br2]μ·μDMSO ( 9 ), [Cd(HAmhexim)I2]μ·μEtOH ( 10 ), [Hg(HAmhexim)Cl2]μ·μDMSO ( 11 ), [Hg(Amhexim)Br]2 ( 13 ), [Hg3(HAmhexim)(Amhexim)Br5]μ·μH2O ( 14 ) and [Hg(Amhexim)I]2 ( 15 ) have been determined. Coordination of the anionic and neutral thiosemicarbazone ligand occurs through the pyridine nitrogen atom, imine nitrogen atom, and thiolato or thione sulfur atom. In [Zn(Amhexim)(OAc)]2 one of the bridging acetato ligands has monodentate coordination and the other bridges in a bidentate manner. [Cd(Amhexim)2] is a 6‐coordinate species while the other cadmium complexes are 5‐coordinate. In [Hg(Amhexim)Br]2 and [Hg(Amhexim)I]2 the thiolato sulfur atoms act as bridges between the Hg atoms to form dimeric compounds and [Hg3(HAmhexim)(Amhexim)Br5]μ·μH2O is a trinuclear complex with three different centers — two metallic centers have a 5‐coordination and the another one has 4‐coordination. In addition, [Hg(HAmhexim)Cl2]μ·μDMSO and [Hg3(HAmhexim)(Amhexim)Br5]μ·μH2O shown a supramolecular one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded self‐assembling.  相似文献

Reactions of copper(I) halides (Cl, Br, I) with 1‐methyl‐1, 3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (mimzSH) in 1 : 2 molar ratio yielded sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2X2(μ‐S‐mimzSH)21‐S‐mimzSH)2] (X = I, 1 , Br, 2 ; Cl, 3 ) complexes. Copper(I) iodide with 1,3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (imzSH2) and Ph3P in 1 : 1 : 1 molar ratio has also formed a sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2I2(μ‐S‐imzSH2)2(PPh3)2] ( 4 ) complex. The central Cu(μ‐S)2Cu cores form parallelograms with unequal Cu–S bond distances {2.324(2), 2.454(3) Å} ( 1 ); {2.3118(6), 2.5098(6) Å} ( 2 ); {2.3075(4), 2.5218(4) Å} ( 3 ); {2.3711(8), 2.4473(8) Å} ( 4 ). The Cu···Cu separations, 2.759–2.877Å in complexes 1 – 3 are much shorter than 3.3446Å in complex 4 . The weak intermolecular interactions {H2CH···S# ( 2 ); CH···Cl# ( 3 ); NH···I# ( 4 )} between dimeric units in complexes 2 – 4 lead to the formation of linear 1D polymers.  相似文献

Three copper(II) coordination polymers (CuCPs), namely, [Cu0.5(1,4‐bib)(SO4)0.5]n ( 1 ), {[Cu(1,3‐bib)2(H2O)] · SO4 · H2O}n ( 2 ), and [Cu(bpz)(SO4)0.5]n ( 3 ), were assembled from the reaction of three N‐donors [1,4‐bib = 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, 1,3‐bib = 1,3‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, and Hbpz = 3‐(2‐pyridyl)pyrazole] with copper sulfate under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses (EA), IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). Structure analyses reveal that complex 1 is a 3D 6‐connected {412 · 63}‐ pcu net, complex 2 is a fourfold 3D 4‐connected 66‐ dia net, whereas complex 3 is a 1D snake‐like chain, which further expanded into 3D supramolecular architectures with the help of C–H ··· O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the photocatalytic tests demonstrate that the obtained CuCPs are photocatalysts in the degradation of MB with the efficiency is 86.4 % for 1 , 75.3 % for 2 , and 91.3 % for 3 after 2 h, respectively.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely [Co(BDC)( L )] · H2O ( 1 ), [Co(NPH)( L )] · H2O ( 2 ), and [Ni(NPH)( L )(H2O)3] · H2O ( 3 ) [H2BDC = 1, 3‐benzenedicarboxylic acid, H2NPH = 3‐nitrophthalic acid, L = N,N′‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐terephthalamide] were hydrothermally synthesized by self‐assembly of cobalt/nickel chloride with a semi‐rigid bis‐pyridyl‐bis‐amide ligand and two aromatic dicarboxylic acids. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that complexes 1 and 2 are two‐dimensional (2D) coordination polymers containing a one‐dimensional (1D) ribbon‐like Co‐dicarboxylate chain and a 1D zigzag Co‐ L chain. Although the coordination numbers of CoII ions and the coordination modes of two dicarboxylates are different in complexes 1 and 2 , they have a similar 3, 5‐connected {42.67.8}{42.6} topology. In complex 3 , the adjacent NiII ions are linked by L ligands to form a 1D polymeric chain, whereas the 1D chains does not extend into a higher‐dimensional structure due to the ligand NPH with monodentate coordination mode. The adjacent layers of complexes 1 and 2 and the adjacent chains of 3 are further linked by hydrogen bonding interactions to form 3D supramolecular networks. Moreover, the thermal stabilities, fluorescent properties, and photocatalytic activities of complexes 1 – 3 were studied.  相似文献

Eight metal(II) complexes based on imidazo[4, 5‐f]‐1, 10‐phenanthroline (HIMP) and bridging dicarboxylato ligands such as 4, 4′‐biphenyldicarboxylic acid (H2BPDC), 1, 4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2BDC), thiophene‐2, 5‐dicarboxylic acid (H2TDC), and 2, 6‐naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H2NDC) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 , 3 , 6 , and 7 are molecular dinuclear metal complexes. Complexes 2 , 4 , and 5 exhibit chain‐like structures. Compound 8 shows a novel 3D architecture, in which ZnII dimers are connected by four NDC2– anions. In the metal(II) complexes, HIMP exhibits a similar chelating coordination mode. Different π ··· π stacking interactions are observed in the complexes. The emission of HIMP is completely quenched in complexes 1 – 4 due to the strong π ··· π stacking interactions in the structures. Complexes 5 – 8 exhibit different photoluminescence properties. Firstly, we quantitatively investigated the effect of the strong HIMP–HIMP stacking interactions on the emission quenching of HIMP in the metal complexes. It was found that a higher extent of π ··· π stacking interactions in the complexes resulted in a higher extent of the emission quenching of HIMP. The introduction of aromatic conjugated carboxylate groups into metal(II)‐HIMP complexes changed the extent of the strong π ··· π stacking interactions in the structures and thus the photoluminescence properties of the complexes.  相似文献

Reaction of the ligands 2‐phenyl‐1H‐1,3,7,8‐tetraazacyclopenta[l]phenanthrene (PTCP) and benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid (m‐H2BDC) with Ln2O3 under hydrothermal conditions lead to three isomorphous coordination polymers [Ln2(PTCP)2(m‐BDC)3·H2O]n (Ln = Tm, 1 ; Nd, 2 ; Ce, 3 ). The coordination polymers crystallize in monoclinic, space group P21/m with a = 9.8340(2), b = 17.9140(4), c = 15.6050(3) Å, β = 100.51(3)° for 1 , with a = 9.8423(3), b = 18.3562(4), c = 15.6209(3) Å, β = 102.138(3)° for 2 , and with a = 9.8620(2), b = 18.4960(4), c = 15.6530(3) Å, β = 102.42(3)° for 3 , respectively. The metal ions (Ln3+) are located in an octacoordinated environment and the dinuclear [Ln2O12N4] units act as octahedral secondary building units (SBU), which are bridged in two coordination modes by six m‐BDC ligands to form a three‐strand‐like chain. These chains are decorated by PTCP ligands and form unique three zipper‐like structures, which are further assembled into three‐dimensional supramolecular nets by π ··· π stacking interactions. Additionally, hydrogen bonds are observed in the structures. Furthermore, compounds 1 – 3 were studied by IR spectrocopy and thermogravimetric analyses.  相似文献

The coordination polymers, {[Co(bbim)2(H2O)2](tcbdc) · 2H2O}n ( 1 ), {[Ni(tcbdc)(bbim)(H2O)2] · 2DMF}n ( 2 ), and {[Cu2(tcbdc)2(bbim)4] · 4H2O}n ( 3 ) [bbim = 1,1′‐(1,4‐butanediyl)bis(imidazole) and tcbdc2– = tetrachlorobenzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate] were synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, luminescence, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 has a double‐stranded chain structure through doubly bridged [Co(bbim)2] units. Complex 2 exhibits two‐dimensional square grid, whereas complex 3 has a three‐dimensional porous network structure with an unprecedented 44 · 611 topological structure through interpenetrating square grid. The water molecules in complex 3 occupy the vacancy through three kinds of hydrogen bond interactions. Upon excitation at 370 nm, complexes 1 – 3 present solid‐state luminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

The structure of [Co2(μ‐OH)2(μ‐OAc)(OAc)2(dipyam)2]AcO · EtOH ( 1 ) has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The cationic complex may be described as a “di(μ‐hydroxo)(μ‐acetato)dicobalt(III)” core with chelating 2, 2′‐dipyridylamine and monodentate acetate ligands. The coordination polyhedron around each cobalt atom is a distorted octahedral. The dimers are linked in the crystal by N‐H···Oionic AcO and C‐H···Omonodentate AcO hydrogen bonds. Spectroscopic data are also presented.  相似文献

Two new transition metal dicyanamide complexes [Co2(tppz)(dca)4]·CH3CN ( 1 ) [tppz=tetra(2‐pyridyl)pyrazine, dca=dicyanamide] and [Co(tptz)(dca)(H2O)](dca) ( 2 ) [tptz=2,4,6‐tri(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine] were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. In 1 each cobalt(II) atom is coordinated to three dca anions and one tppz molecule to form a distorted octahedral geometry, the neigbour two cobalt(II) atoms are bridged by one tppz ligand to form a dimer, then the cobalt(II) atoms in each dimer are joined together to form a ladder chain structure. In 2 the coordination geometry around the central metal is also distorted octahedral, each cobalt(II) atom is coordinated by two dca anions, one tptz molecule and one water ligand to form a cationic part, and the cationic part is linked with the free dca anions via the electrostatic attraction to give an infinite chain structure. Magnetic susceptibility measurement in the range of 2–300 K indicates that there are antiferromagnetic couplings between adjacent metal ions in 1 (T>29 K, (=?9.78 K, C=4.92 cm3·K·mol?1) and ferromagnetic couplings in 2 (T>150 K, (=7.97 K, C=2.59 cm3·K·mol?1) respectively.  相似文献

Two MOFs of [SrII(5‐NO2‐BDC)(H2O)6] ( 1 ) and [BaII(5‐NO2‐BDC)(H2O)6] ( 2 ) have been synthesized in water using alkaline earth metal salts and the rigid organic ligand 5‐NO2‐H2BDC. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum, thermal analysis, and X‐ray crystallography. Crystal structure analyses have shown that the two complexes are isostructural as evidenced by IR spectra and TG‐DTA. Both compounds present three‐dimensional frameworks built up from infinite chains of edge‐sharing twelve‐membered rings through O–H···O hydrogen bonds. The specific heat capacities of the title complexes have been determined by an improved RD496‐III microcalorimeter with the values of (109.29 ± 0.693) J mol−1 K−1 and (81.162 ± 0.858) J mol−1 K−1 at 298.15 K, and the molar enthalpy changes of the formation reactions of complexes at 298.15 K were calculated as (4.897 ± 0.008) kJ mol−1 and (2.617 ± 0.009) kJ mol−1, respectively.  相似文献

Two new CoII coordination polymers [Co4(tbip)4(bipy)4(H2O)4] ( 1 ) and [Co(tbip)(phen)(H2O)] · H2O ( 2 ) (H2tbip = 5‐tert‐butyl isophthalic acid, bipy = 2,2′‐bipyridine, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 is a tbip‐bridged tetranuclear cobalt(II) complex, which is further linked by hydrogen bonds to form a supramolecular network. Compound 2 shows a tbip‐bridged linear chain structure, which is extended by hydrogen bonds to generate a double chain. Magnetic measurements show that there are weak ferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent CoII ions in 1 .  相似文献

Two new nickel(II) complexes, [Ni(4, 4′‐bpy)(H2O)4]n · n(cpp) · 0.5nH2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(cpp)(4, 4′‐bpy)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ) [4, 4′‐bpy = 4, 4′‐bipyridine, H2cpp = 3‐(4‐carboxyphenyl)propionic acid] were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermal analysis. In complex 1 , NiII ions are bridged by 4, 4′‐bpy into 1D chains, and cpp ligands are not involved in the coordination, whereas in complex 2 , cpp ligands adopt a bis(monodentate) mode and link NiII ions into 2D (4, 4) grids with the help of 4, 4′‐bpy ligands. Triple interpenetration occurs, which results in the formation of a complicated 3D network. The difference in the structures of the two complexes can be attributed to the different reaction temperatures and bases.  相似文献

Reactions of Cd(NO3)2 · 4H2O with 2‐quinolinecarboxylic acid (H‐QLC) in the presence of 1,4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2‐BDC) or 1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxylic acid (H‐BTC) in DMF/H2O solvent afforded two compounds, namely, [Cd(QLC)(BDC)1/2(H2O)]n ( 1 ) and [Cd(QLC)(BTC)1/3]n ( 2 ). Both compounds are two‐dimensional (2D) frameworks but feature different cadmium‐carboxylate clusters as a result of the presence of the polycarboxylate ligands with different geometries and coordination preference. The dinuclear Cd2(QLC)2 units in 1 are bridged by the pairs of bridging water ligands to give a one‐dimensional (1D) chain, which is further linked by the second ligand of BDC2– to form a 2D structure. Compound 2 is constructed from unique hexanuclear macrometallacyclic Cd6(QLC)6 clusters, which are linked by the surrounding BTC3– ligands to generate a 2D structure. Photoluminescence studies showed both compounds exhibit ligand‐centered luminescent emissions with emission maxima at 405 and 401 nm, respectively.  相似文献

Six mono/double‐layered 2D and three 3D coordination polymers were synthesized by a self‐assembly reaction of Zn (II) salts, organic dicarboxylic acids and L1/L2 ligands. These polymeric formulas are named as [Zn(L1)(C4H2O4)0.5 (H2O)]n·0.5n(C4H2O4)·2nH2O ( 1 ), [Zn2(L2)(C4H2O4)2]n·2nH2O ( 2 ), [Zn(L1)(m‐BDC)]n ( 3 ), [Zn2(L2)(m‐BDC)2]n·2nH2O ( 4 ), [Zn3(L1)2(p‐BDC)3(H2O)4]n·2nH2O ( 5 ), [Zn2(OH)(L2) (p‐BDC)1.5]n ( 6 ), [Zn2(L1)(p‐BDC)2]n·5nH2O ( 7 ), [Zn2(L2)(p‐BDC)2]n·3nH2O ( 8 ) and [Zn2(L1)(C4H4O4)1.5(H2O)]n·n(ClO4nH2O ( 9 ) [L1 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)propane‐1,2‐diamine, L2 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)propane‐1,2‐ diamine, m‐BDC2? = m‐benzene dicarboxylate, p‐BDC2? = p‐benzene dicarboxylate]. Meanwhile, these polymers have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, thermogravimetry (TG), photoluminescence, powder and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Polymers 1–6 present mono‐ and double (4,4)‐layer motifs accomplished by L1/L2 ligands with diverse conformations and organic dicarboxylates, and the layer thickness locates in the range of 5.8–15.0 Å. In three 3D polymers, the L1 and L2 molecules adopt the same cis‐conformations and join adjacent Zn (II) cations together with p‐BDC2? or succinate, giving rise to different binodal (4,4)‐c nets with (4.52.83)(4.53.72) ( 7 ), pts ( 8 ) topology and twofold interpenetrated binodal (5,5)‐c nets with (32.44.52.62)(3.43.52.64) ( 9 ). Therefore, the diverse conformations of the two bis (pyridyl)‐propane‐1,2‐diamines and the feature of different organic dicarboxylate can effectively influence the architectures of these polymers. Powder X‐ray diffraction patterns demonstrate that these bulk solid polymers are pure phase. TG analyses indicate that these polymers have certain thermal stability. Luminescent investigation reveals that the emission maximum of these polymers varies from 402 to 449 nm in the solid state at room temperature. Moreover, 1 , 3 and 5–8 show average luminescence lifetimes from 8.81 to 16.30 ns.  相似文献

The compounds [Cu(pmda)(crea)]·H2O ( 1 ), [Zn(pmda)(crea)]·H2O ( 2 ) and [Co(pmda)(crea)(H2O)]·H2O ( 3 ) were prepared and characterized by thermal, spectral and X‐ray diffraction methods. In compounds 1 and 2 the MII coordination is of type 4+1 and approaches to a trigonal bipyramid (71.85 and 86.18 %, respectively) with rather linear N(pmda)‐MII‐N(crea) trans‐apical angles, but with different longest coordination bond (Cu‐O(pmda) or Zn‐N(apliphatic, pmda), respectively). Both compounds are isotypic and one intra‐molecular interligand N‐H···O interaction reinforces the molecular recogniton crea‐MII(pmda) chelate. In contrast, the compound 3 exhibits an octahedral coordination, imposed by the 3d7 electronic configuration of the cobalt(II) atom, and the crea‐chelate recognition involves the Co‐N(crea) coordination bond and one intramolecular ‘bifurcated’ H‐bonding interaction between one N‐H(crea) bond and one O(pmda) plus the O(aqua) atoms as ‘acceptors’.  相似文献

Four new compounds based on H2BDC and PyBIm [H2BDC = 1,4‐benzenedicarboxylatic acid, PyBIm = 2‐(4‐pyridyl)benzimidazole], (PyBIm)(H2BDC)0.5 ( 1 ), Co(PyBIm)2(HBDC)(BDC)0.5 ( 2 ), Ni(PyBIm)2(HBDC)(BDC)0.5 ( 3 ), and Zn(BDC)(PyBIm) · H2O ( 4 ), were synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 contains two types of hydrogen bonding N–H ··· N and O–H ··· N, which connect the molecules into a two‐dimensional (2D) layer. Complex 2 crystallizes isostructural to 3 in triclinic space group P$\bar{1}$ , in 1D chains. The hydrogen‐bonding interactions between uncoordinated N, N–H and COOH groups in 2 connect the 1D chains into a 2D layer. Complex 4 displays a 1D structure, which is finally extended to a 3D supramolecular framework by hydrogen bonding and π–π packing interactions. The magnetic properties of compounds 2 and 3 were studied as well.  相似文献
